Ms. Berger contributed significantly to a successful evening. She was very guest-oriented, attentive, and incredibly friendly. The food was excellent, and the selection of drinks perfectly complemented the meal. Ms. Berger also presented the program with great enthusiasm.

We spent a wonderful evening at this restaurant. Very attentive, courteous service. The food was delicious and visually outstanding. We felt completely at home. We would be happy to return on our next visit to Weimar.

We made a reservation right away upon arrival at the hotel. What a surprise! Instead of schnitzel, etc., we had fine dining in a very cozy atmosphere and impeccable service. Excellent. The vegetarian menu was exquisite, very creative with a delicious rosé.

We thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The appetizer, entrée, and main course were excellent, delicately seasoned, and lovingly and almost artistically presented with attention to detail. The ambiance is pleasantly tranquil with subtle piano music, and the interior is beautiful and historic. The service, in particular, left nothing to be desired; very attentive without being intrusive; we felt completely at home as guests. If we weren't leaving tomorrow, we would definitely return. Our highlight during our stay in Weimar!

We travel a lot and eat out very often. This restaurant is definitely in our top 3 in Germany. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch. Highly recommended! And regarding prices: a word of advice to the owners: RAISE YOUR PRICES!!! Top-quality service deserves top-quality service! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We hope to see you again soon!

During our stay in Weimar, we visited the restaurant on two evenings and were delighted both times – excellent, lovingly prepared dishes and attentive service, in our case by Claudia Zöllner, who performed her duties perfectly in every respect. A highly recommended visit!

I had dinner on the terrace of this hotel restaurant a Monday evening in August of 2024. Looking diagonally across the terrace there was one other guest having dinner, also alone. Food was mediocre at best with a tough part of the lamb leg, correctly cooked but difficult to cut with the cutlery supplied and the soggy seeds were not removed from the peppers served with the meat. And interestingly, it was the second time I have been served pop-corn with a main course. Not really sophisticated cooking like I had expected. The Spätburgunder I had ordered by the glass was of poor quality and billed at five times the purchase price...Poor value for money.

After arriving, we arrived at this restaurant without a reservation and were greeted warmly. We were given a table for four in the attractive outdoor area. We found the menu to be rather limited. The dishes were decent and beautifully presented, but unfortunately, most of them didn't suit our tastes. The non-alcoholic cocktails were delicious. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. Cashless payment is accepted. A parking garage is located nearby.

A lovely restaurant with friendly service. For such a small and elegant restaurant, they offer a fantastic selection of freshly prepared dishes, which is impressive. The value for money is also excellent. Thank you very much for a lovely evening at your restaurant!

We spontaneously booked a table for the evening upon arrival. The service was truly first-class; we've rarely experienced such kind and friendly staff. The food was excellent. We felt very comfortable. Thank you.

We came here spontaneously on a Saturday evening and asked for a table for two people. The restaurant was actually completely booked, but they still “accepted” us. Fantastic. The waitress brought us to the table. It was very quiet because of the volume. The atmosphere is cozy and the tables are already set. Beforehand there was bread and butter, oil and salt and a spread as a greeting from the kitchen. The map is not crowded. There is a choice between menu or your own selection of different starters and main courses. I think it's great and we quickly decided on fish. The non-alcoholic cocktails are fresh and delicious. Upon request, we received a wine recommendation: very tasty and we can happily recommend it. Wine from the region. The food was hot on the table and definitely fair value for money in our opinion. This is not a run-of-the-mill local, but more upscale and special. The waitress was very friendly and often asked if there was anything else that could be had or if it was missing. Great service and highly recommended. We were able to pay by card. The Amex was also accepted. What's perfect is that it's very centrally located and there's also a hotel next door. We say thank you and see you next time :)

I agree with the previous two speakers. The room was great and the staff very helpful and professional. The restaurant is certainly a bit more expensive, but it's very stylish. The hotel's location is great, right next to the old town.

We were served very friendly and ate really well. Nevertheless, the price-performance ratio is not entirely consistent. The dishes are really innovative in terms of taste, prepared with good ingredients and beautifully presented. However, my starter salad had no fancy components: lettuce, various fresh herbs, regular cherry tomatoes and tiny pieces of carrots and radishes. I had to leave some leaves that were already yellow. There's nothing to complain about about our main courses, great meat and fish quality, great vegetables and intense sauces. The only thing I would point out is that the larger and significantly more expensive portions were brought to us without asking. Here, at least with my turbot main course (€29), I found it really quite fat. I also found my dessert a bit disappointing. I chose an ice cream sundae, which was comparatively cheap at €5, but really puny. I couldn't really take a tiny scoop of Mövenpick ice cream, which had already frosted and been stored for a correspondingly long time, with 4 raspberries and 6 blueberries and a mini dollop of cream seriously. But I was glad I didn't take the 10€ dessert from the menu because I saw from the people sitting next to me that it was just as tiny, so I think I would have been annoyed. Nevertheless, I give it 4 stars because we had a very nice evening in a cozy atmosphere and were served very, very friendly. Since we are able to enjoy fine cuisine relatively often, we also know that P-L ratios are even fairer.
