Overall, the food was nice, friendly staff. Drinks can be improved. Ayran was the worst ayran in my life. But as an iranian, i say kebabs were good

Very expensive for the portions

The two of us had dinner at the Sultan restaurant. The portions, we had the lamb skewers and the lamb chops, were very generous and tasted very good. The service was very friendly.

Very good experience here! There were two of us eating and we shared a mixed platter for two and (unfortunately!) we had to leave a lot left over. The food and service are really good. I'll definitely be back!

Uncomfortable atmosphere (dried flowers on the table, gloomy), food was mediocre and too expensive, service inattentive and not very professional. In the end no card payment was possible, which was not mentioned anywhere. Overall, not a nice experience.

Super tasty, I and my family really liked it. Jallab (drink made from dates) tastes delicious, but may be too sweet next to the main course (as a little tip). The Ayran is a better option.

A taste experience paired with great service - that's how I imagine a nice evening! We ordered a good selection of different dishes and were not disappointed: vegan, vegetarian or with meat. All dishes tasted different, were well seasoned and prepared. The service is friendly, courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. The hospitality of the Lebanese is simply great!

We had a family meal there and it was an outstanding experience. It was a good opportunity to get an insight into Lebanese cuisine. Lots of spice and flavor, personally I found it very tasty. The hospitality from the owner was attentive and warm. The food is worth its price. The ambience is simple but functional. The background music was a bit disturbing because commercials were playing in between, and in my opinion it was too loud. A consistently relaxed musical background would complete the ambience. Thank you for the wonderful evening!

Trying out the first Lebanese restaurant in Weimar was really worth it. The cozy atmosphere invites you to linger, the dishes on offer were all a delight, and the courteous service is definitely worth mentioning. 👍👍👍 We can only recommend this place of oriental hospitality. We were warmly welcomed and royally pampered. We were guests twice during our stay in Weimar and were very impressed by the hospitality and quality of the food, the service, the variety and the presentation of the menu. We chose a plate that offered almost the entire range of dishes and therefore tried almost everything. There was nothing that wasn't perfectly, excitingly and authentically prepared. A dessert was designed especially for our visit, which really blew us away! Thank you for this wonderful experience.

We had a great evening at the Sultan in Weimar with a waiter who enjoyed his work. The food was excellent, very tasty and varied, and the service was excellent. At the end there was dessert, coffee and house schnapps. We'll be back!

The food was fantastic and the service was very friendly. My father, who was very enthusiastic about the pickled vegetables, got a whole plate full of pickled cucumbers for free and we weren't charged for the second portion of flatbread either. If we end up in Weimar again, we will definitely eat there again.

He didn't give us any tissues or forks, the drinks are never cold!!

I'm sorry, I can't understand all the good reviews. I am an enthusiastic hobby cook myself and travel around a lot and love Arabic cuisine, especially in Berlin. What I got here wasn't worth nearly what I paid for it; a small plate with some rice. They weren't exactly skewers, because the meat was already pushed off the skewer. There were cardamom capsules in the rice that had not been removed. The meat had two pieces that were made entirely of fat. The salad was a joke and outdated. Either the chef had a miserable day, but I don't really want to worry about that either. Every guest deserves a fair meal and a fair price. That wasn't nearly the case. 15€ for food and 3 for a small non-alcoholic beer, which was sold to me as Pils. I would never go here again.

Leider war das Essen eine herbe Enttäuschung für den Preis! Baba Ganoush - bitte nicht. Zusätzlich wollte der Kellner uns noch 2x Ketchup und zwei weitere Ayran abziehen, die war aber nicht hatten. Schade, nicht wieder.

Ich schließe mich an: Ich habe aufgrund der guten Bewertungen dieses Restaurant besucht. Leider konnte auch ich keine Rechtfertigung für die guten Bewertungen feststellen. Positiv: Die Bedienung war anfangs sehr freundlich und das Essen war auch okay. Negativ: Die Pinkelbecken standen voller gelben Urin. Die Spülung funktionierte nicht. Eine Kartenzahlung war nicht möglich. 5 € für 2 Kibbeh sind der Rede nicht wert. Die dazu bestellten Saubohnen waren in Ordnung. Fazit Preis / Leistung und Ambiente passen nicht zusammen... Eindeutig überbewertet.

Außerordentlich gutes Restaurant, man sitzt sehr schön draußen, Schatten und Sonnenplätze. Das Essen war mega lecker, die alkoholfreien Cocktails auch. Kann ich wirklich empfehlen, Parkplätze am Bahnhof ca 50 Meter.

Der Empfang war freundlich und die Bedienung sehr umsichtig. Das Essen wurde liebevoll zubereitet, es hat sehr gut geschmeckt und war ausreichend.

Sehr freundliche und schnelle Bedienung, Essen sehr schmackhaft und preiswert. Es gibt keinerlei alkoholische Getränke! Abgebildetes Bier und Cocktails sind alkoholfrei. Der „arabische Mokka“ bestand tatsächlich aus Nescafé. Einen Kassenbeleg gab es nicht, vielmehr wurde der zu zahlende Betrag mit dem Handy addiert. Fraglich, ob das Finanzamt mit am Tisch saß….
