Zero stars from us! Sunday 5:50 p.m. Innkeeper said he didn't have any room left. From the table next door, a guest said: “Our table is free, we’re paying now.” I look at the boss, she says “No, now fire evening”. And that was at 10 to 6 in the evening, with the restaurant opening at 5 p.m. Would rename the place “Café without Friends”!

Food was ok, ambience too, the young lady who served us was perfect.

Very friendly welcome, service and farewell. The food was very good. We were here for the first time, but definitely not the last. Will be our family Christmas party this year (25 people) spend there.

We were at the campsite in Kastellaun for a few days and picked up pizza here twice. Everything was great: ordering, ready to be picked up quickly, delicious - and very friendly :-). A clear recommendation from us!

Good local short menu and nice local wine pairing. Favourite dish was the Dazwischen (intermediate course) which was the dal (Kleines kokos linsendal).

Schnitzel is ok if you don't have high expectations... my cheese spaetzles were visually great 👍 unfortunately only visually. You should definitely order sauce or a salad with it

Always good!!! No matter whether pizza, pasta dish, salad, schnitzel or rump steak... everything is recommended.

We always enjoyed going to Café Bahnhof/Friedemann'Z. Unfortunately the bistro is closing permanently at the end of the year. Thank you for the good food, the delicious cocktails and other drinks and the beautiful ambience. All the best for the future!

How could any hotel in Bernkastel not be given 5 stars for location?? The service has been wonderful even with some language barriers. Lovely staff, who are friendly to our newborn. Parking was easy, and nice amenities. The attached restaurant is also amazing!
