It's a good doner kebab overall, but unfortunately not nearly as good as it used to be. The staff is very friendly, though. The doner portions are also a bit small now.

They have delicious pizza, doner kebabs, lamacun, and much more. I love it—tasty meat and crisp salads. I've been here many times. The ambiance isn't that great, but it's clean, and the staff are very friendly. They offer food to go and delivery. So, I'm always happy to come back.

The doner kebab now costs 8 euros, but it tastes good, and you can fill the flatbread quite a bit. Doner kebab too small - too expensive.

Just picked up an XXL kebab platter and it was delicious. It came with a fresh salad and bread, and the meat was more than enough for two people.

Every now and then when I eat in such shops I just want to ask the owner if he likes the food and look him in the eye. For me it's just like the run-of-the-mill, low-class kebab where the owner mixes sauce according to an internet recipe and doesn't even taste it. Unfortunately people in Kastellaun have such bad taste that the shop has so many good reviews. Look at GAP Döner, everyone goes there and many people like it. I got raw meat once because I was the first customer at 11am and the waiter wanted to cut my meat after one turn. The second time the waiter dropped the kebab on the floor in front of my eyes and carried on filling it. I don't want to badmouth the shop but people finally have to realize that a tasty kebab is something completely different to what is served here and is expensive to boot.

It's almost annoying at this point. Even if you pre-order, you always have to wait, and the prices are ridiculous. A kebab for €9?? Despite inflation, I say bullshit. Especially since the portion sizes have definitely decreased over time. If only you could at least get something for your money! I'd rather go to another kebab place. The taste is absolutely good, but no better than the competition, and given the prices, it's definitely a matter of principle for me to go somewhere else.

A culinary experience that stands out pleasantly from the usual dining experience. The food impresses with its quality and taste, while the service is exceptionally friendly and attentive—qualities that are unfortunately rare these days. A particularly pleasant feature: the option to sit outside, either in front of the restaurant or on the covered terrace. The furniture may be from Lidl, but it blends surprisingly harmoniously into the overall design and offers perfectly acceptable seating comfort. All in all, a restaurant that I can recommend to discerning gourmets without hesitation. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Unfriendly and unable to communicate, we ordered for 48.50€ and paid 58.50, just put a 10 in our pocket instead of doing the math and giving it out and a kebab was missing. After several phone calls they didn't think about bringing us the kebab, let alone giving us back the 10€

The kebab is great, but I don't understand why people save so much on the sauce. I think 1 tablespoon of sauce is not enough for a kebab. The sauce also makes the kebab. It would be nice if you took that to heart

Addendum: Instead of standing out from the competition in Kastellaun, people are getting closer. Quality is declining and portions are getting smaller and smaller. Too bad... Judging by the competition in Kastellaun you would have to give 100*. If you take the next better kebab, for example Buchholz, we would be at 3*. Price-performance is room for improvement. But overall fresh and good. For this 4*

We were at the campsite in Kastellaun for a few days and picked up pizza here twice. Everything was great: ordering, ready to be picked up quickly, delicious - and very friendly :-). A clear recommendation from us!

I am a regular customer and have always been satisfied. No matter how much stress there was in the store, there was always friendly service, good quality food and reasonable times. I cannot understand negative reasons and negative comments about the price. The price is not just based on the ingredients! Personnel costs, vehicles, rent, insurance and finally the increase in VAT. Many people forget that.

Inconspicuous place with great kebap, it was probably the best lahmacun I've ever eaten! Tasty chicken and sauce, fresh veggies. The queue and waiting time says for itself. And great great thanks to the employees, very professional and very kind people. It's a shame you can give only 5 stars because this place deserves at least 10. I really really recommend!

Small pizzeria or kebab shop, whatever you want to call it. Definitely really tasty. Can be recommended. It may not look perfect from the outside, but the price/performance is absolutely right. The service was prompt and really friendly. We didn't have to wait long for it to be prepared, even though there was a lot of work to be done. You can either eat there or take away. Really great guys 👍🏻

Delicious pizza 🍕 and super accommodating employees ☀️ Was there for the first time today. Without pre-ordering, you wait almost 10 minutes for three pizzas to take away. A highlight for me: my ApplePay didn't work when paying. Unfortunately I didn't have my wallet with me. The employee immediately offered to drive me first so that I could eat my pizza while it was still warm. I can bring money later or tomorrow. Thank you very much for that 🙏

Went for the Large Donner at €8 absolutely delicious, fresh salad tasty meat and the bread was perfect. Friendly service with the option to eat in or takeaway. There’s a little patio area outside which is sheltered from the traffic and is perfect when the weather is nice.

Very busy. Was there for the first time, the kebab wasn't for me personally very successful, too general. What else was, I paid with a large note in cash, the young man quickly gave it to me, but counted again, I counted again and €10 was missing. Intentional or accidental in this situation? So for me personally, I won't go there anymore.

The quality of the food is excellent, the quantities are absolutely filling and the price-performance ratio is more than okay. Sympathetic, friendly and even if a mistake happens: the service is excellent! Totally recommended and liked, even by people visiting me from Frankfurt, Cologne and more

The price-performance ratio is right here, everyone is very friendly and the food, whether pizza or kebab, tastes excellent. Most of the competition can learn a lot here :-)

Food is good but has become too expensive.

It's a quick snack bar but here you have the opportunity to enjoy your delicious food in peace.

So the shop is okay, the order was a kebab the size of, but what you get is a minimally filled kebab in the normal size of any other kebab shop, and as I said minimally filled, I won't go there again even though I'm a regular in Kastellaun. So I'll go to one of the other stores.

Sehr gutes Essen und guter Service

Von Außen unscheinbar, aber innen recht gemütlich und sauber. Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend und die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Leider wurden unsere wünsche (zbs keine zwiebeln ect.) Nicht berücksichtigt bzw vergessen. Und auf einem döner viel zu wenig soße. Doch wir geben dem laden weitere gelegenheiten sich zu beweisen. Heute mal eine pizza :) Edit Ende 2023 : mittlerweile ist der Dolce der einzige Laden gefühlt der den Preis auf einen normalen Level behält. Wir bestellen IMMER dort denn das Essen überzeugt nun und wie gesagt der Preis ist gut. Hier und passieren Patzer oder das Essen kommt viel zu spät (das bisher nur ein mal) aber das wird es überall geben. Soweit ich urteilen kann ist auch der Inhaber ein hart arbeitender Mann der 6 Tage die Woche mit seinen Leuten Seite an Seite arbeitet. Noch nie sagte man mir bei einer abgewandelten Bestellung etwas sei nicht möglich und ein Geschäft das alles gibt und den Erfolg nicht als selbstverständlich bewertet sollte unterstützt werden.

Pünktliche Lieferung und essen war warm obwohl wir 15 km weit entfernt bestellt haben - alles super. Ordentliche Pizza 🍕

Bei der Bestellung per Telefon wurde gesagt maximal 1 std. Nach dem Anruf 1,25 std)wo sie bleiben wurde gesagt ist gleich da.. weitere 20 min später kam der Fahrer und die Pizzen waren heiss. Heißt die haben uns vergessen. Die Pizza ist geschmacklich sehr trocken und nicht wertig. Schade …

Wir kommen von Landau in der Pfalz und sind per Zufall hier ins Lokal gekommen. Wir wollten 5 Pizzen bestellen haben uns jedoch auf 4 geeignet aber die 4 Pizzen sind schon für 5 Personen viel. Sehr leckeres Essen !!! Auch weiterzuempfehlen ,Qualitative Holzofen Pizza!!!

Waren erste mal da um uns essen zum mit holen zu bestellen und waren positiv überrascht essen schmeckte sehr gut auch unserem kleinen der da recht wählerisch ist.

Das Restaurant ist einfach eingerichtet mit ein paar Sitzplätzen. Der Service war gut und das Essen war echt super lecker. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist für die Momentane Situation auch völlig OK.

haben dönerbrötchen geholt , fleisch (lamm) hat gut geschmeckt , salat auch ok gewesen . Verhältnis vom fleisch und salat fand ich über durchschnittlich im vergleich zu anderen dönern. daumen hoch und jederzeit wieder 😉 sry das ich kein bild hab , angebissen wollt ich dann auch kein bild mehr machen 😂 passiert schon mal 😉

We were on a trip near the Mosel and had some döner here. The döner in Holland is nothing compared to this! My boyfriend thinks it was the best döner he ever had ! I would recommend :)

Sehr leckerer Döner und Falafel Wrap. Da ich aus eine Großstadt/Metropole komme und wirklich von vielen Läden die Doener gegessen habe, denke ich kann ich das gut einschätzen. Dieser Döner ist unter meinen Top 5 im normalen Preisbereich.
