I don't know what it's like in the restaurant, but the whole back yard is full of garbage and rats. You have to know.

It's always incredibly delicious and the staff/owners on site are very attentive and incredibly welcoming.

Barkeeper ist top. Die Drinks sind Mega . Und tolle Bedienung, alle sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam der Alkohol hat gute Qualität und Mann fühlt sich nicht schnell abgearbeitet sondern Mann nimmt sich hier Zeit für die Gäste. Man fühlt sich wohl draußen ist es nicht zu voll und man kann angenehm sitzen und reden

Super tasty and huge schnitzels. Very courteous and nice staff. The location in summer is definitely a hit, but in the autumn in the beer garden, it wasn't really our thing. Otherwise everything was great and definitely worth recommending.

I just think the owl is awesome. The food is delicious, the beer is going well, the employees are very nice. You feel comfortable in the Owl and can spend lovely evenings there. I always enjoy going there. It's nice that such an "old" Rüttenscheid pub still exists.

Fantastic restaurant with excellent food and a great wine list. We went on a Sunday evening and the place was packed so definitely need to book in advance. The menu was a mix of a la carte and a tasting menu but you could mix and match which was great. The service was excellent and towards the end of the meal Erika, herself, come round the tables. You don't see that often!
