How can you rate a restaurant if you aren't served?! I'll try to describe it neutrally. We went for a walk in Kettwig today in the most beautiful sunshine and had planned the restaurant as a stopover. Of course we checked beforehand when it was open. 3 p.m. We thought it was perfect and were there at 3 p.m. We were immediately surprised that the entrance from the lake path was closed. Luckily, a nice lady from the tennis club opened the door for us. Thanks again for that. But then it started. A gentleman came out and drove straight at us. "We're not open yet!" We said we were surprised because Google and the homepage say 3 p.m. And it was now 3:10 p.m. We asked if we should leave then. He said it was ok and took the order. 10 seconds later he came back out and asked about the order. And complained again that it wasn't even open yet. I said again that it's on their side. He, in turn, said they didn't always open at 3 p.m. I replied that I probably couldn't know that. He went back inside. The third time he came out to start a discussion, we got tired of it and left. ZERO stars for ZERO hospitality and full stars for rudeness.

Sehr freundliche hilfsbereite Bedienung und das Essen war sehr gut. Wir hatten Schnitzel und Kabeljau mit Salat. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Das Ambiente neu und sehr ansprechend.

Absolutely not recommended. Extra food pre-ordered - result: none of it is there anymore. Drinks not fully reduced and cold drinks all luke warm. No excuses for the disaster - if I had been there alone, I would have left! Conclusion: No more “coking” and negative word of mouth!

Very nice restaurant with friendly service. The roast lamb was very tasty The only thing that could be criticized is the volume in the room.

Unfortunately the restaurant is currently closed. Therefore the food, service and ambience cannot be rated. You should include this information on your site. We drove 50km especially for this.

Our visit to “Reis to Meet You” was great. The food was delicious, modern and very cleanly prepared. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly service from SAMIN, who enriched our evening with her warm manner. We'd love to come back!

So if you could give minus stars I would. I think that describes it all. A kebab tops like a jam roll and an Ayran 7.5 euros each cent is too much. But feel free to take a picture for yourself.

I was looking forward to a delicious evening with food from the Falafelhaus, but was bitterly disappointed. The food arrived cold and was far too sour - a culinary disaster! The burger was just a touch better than a cheap microwave burger. For the price and the reputation of the restaurant this is simply unacceptable. I have rarely had such a bad dining experience. The quality leaves a lot to be desired and I cannot for the life of me understand how food can be delivered to customers in this condition. Conclusion: I will never order here again. Stay away if you don't want to be disappointed!
