Unfortunately very disappointing. The actual dish that we wanted to order and that was on the main menu couldn't be ordered at all. Because it was supposedly too warm. The alternative dish was anything but tasty, all of the meat was not cooked well, neither the beef, poultry nor the pork. For the price you can expect decent goods. We won't go there again.

Unfortunately disappointing – not at the level you would expect. We had made a reservation at the Docks Restaurant at the Hyatt Regency Düsseldorf and were looking forward to a special evening - unfortunately we were disappointed. When we arrived we had to wait a long time before we were even noticed. Despite reservations, we were ignored several times before someone took our order. The “Champagne” (Moët Ice) was particularly disappointing for a whopping €29 a glass – served with a sprig of mint instead of the usual fruit. It was said that there were no more there. Absolutely incomprehensible for a restaurant of this class and price category. Unfortunately, the service, presentation and overall experience did not meet our expectations. It's a shame - we would have expected much more professionalism and quality from a Hyatt restaurant (we are Hyatt members). Which is why we ended our stay there after the starter.

We had the “original Wiener Schnitzel” - which unfortunately visually resembled a pork schnitzel and had a very smooth breading - the meatballs with potato salad were more of a ready-made product than freshly prepared. Since it was our first time there, we thought of a fresh kitchen - a shame ☹️

Diese Geschichte muss man einfach erzählen und alle zukünftgen Besucher dieses Restaurants vor diesen Machenschaften warnen. Wir waren am 16.03.2024 Abends in Düsseldorf im nine O five essen und haben den Kellner (der sehr enthusiastisch, einsatzfreudig, aber bezüglich Pizzazutaten im Nachhinein betrachtet, dilettantisch unwissend war) gefragt, ob er auf meiner bestellten Pizza Parma, ein paar Acciughe (salzige Sardellen) (die nicht auf der Menükarte aufgeführt, also auch preistechnisch (!) für mich nicht auszumachen waren) hinzufügen lassen kann. Jeder (weltweit) weiß, dass damit pizzatechnisch kleine Sardellen gemeint sind, die in einer Salzlake eingelegt sind. Bis dahin noch nichts Schlimmes….. Er bejahte es sehr enthusiastisch, weil er davon scheinbar schon mal gehört hatte, fragte noch sehr bemüht nach, ob die Sardellen mit gebacken (ist ein Muß!) oder roh obendrauf (Falsch, auf keinen Fall !) werden sollen und keine 10 Minuten später waren zwei optisch sehr ansprechende und sicherlich auch leckere Pizzas vor uns. Siehe beiliegende Originalfotos Das kleinere Übel war, das auf der Pizza meiner Frau (sie hatte eine Margherita mit zusätzlichem Rucola bestellt) kein Rucola war (siehe Foto), der laut Kellner auch nicht nachzuliefern war, Stand aber danach auf der Rechnung. Auf unseren Hinweis dazu, sagte der Kellner nur, das kann man nicht mehr von der Rechnung nehmen !!!!!!?????? (ich wiederhole nochmal, obwohl kein Rucola auf der Pizza war !) Aber noch viel schlimmer war meine Pizza. Ich hatte keine salzigen Sardellen, sondern geräucherten Fisch auf meiner Pizza, das schmeckte ähnlich wie ein geräucherter Aal und auf meine Beschwerde hin, sagte der Kellner, ich hätte keine Ahnung, das sind Acciughe. Es waren zum Glück nur 2 solcher Fischstückchen auf der Pizza, sodaß nur ein Teil ungenießbar war. Ich hatte auch Rucola, im Gegensatz zu meiner Frau. Aber der Hammer war, das man mir dann 14,- !!!!! Euro, nur für die Ergänzungsbeilage "Acciughe" berechnet hat, so etwas habe ich in meinem Leben noch nicht gesehen. Ich habe es erst für einen Kommafehler gehalten (als Topping wäre 1,40 ok gewesen) aber nein, der Kellner sagte mir, das würden die so berechnen müssen. Als Beweis lege ich Euch als Foto meine Rechnung dazu ! Auch das konnte ich nicht von der Rechnung streichen lassen und somit bezahlte ich meine Rechnung und verlies dieses Restaurant mit der Gewissheit, das es doch immer wieder Restaurants gibt, die Kunden über den Tisch ziehen. Ich kann das nur als NEPP bezeichnen und jeden nur davor warnen, diesen Nepp nicht zu unterstützen. Meidet einfach dieses Restaurant.

Great location for sunset 🌅. Great atmosphere. Very chill. Mega tasty fries and great wines. Good concept. Self-service also works.

The currywurst was very tasty, the staff was very friendly and the prices were okay for a hotel restaurant.

Pretty place, nice flower composition on every table, lively atmosphere. Quite extensive breakfast menu which is good and bad. Good - that you can compose your breakfast from whatever you feel like. Bad - because it's somewhat confusing, and with few addons it becomes quite costly, and some waiters offer things without mentioning how much extra it would cost ("would you like it with truffle mayo?" for sunny side up, that makes it 7 euro more expensive, which the person realizes only at the end, and if you come with company of friends and pay getrennt - it's a recipe for disaster). Another problem is that order doesn't come together. Our scramble eggs went cold by the time the cheese plate was brought (even though cheese plate is a main breakfast, and eggs were extra). Drinks are only partially on the menu, so you sort of order blindly. And they refuse to top up the loose leaf green tea with hot water, even though green tea is usually steeped twice or three times. At the end 40€ for breakfast without anything fancy (no mimosas or so)

Very tasty authentic food and very nice service. We'll be back.
