The food came quickly and was okay, I remembered it better and of higher quality, but it was filling. Since the location is right on the main street, the ambience is okay despite everything, but you have to keep small children more in control here.

The new concept from Vapiano is really successful. You can easily order at the table using a QR code. No matter whether it's a collective order or everyone for themselves. And the food is brought to the table. No more self-service. Order via the QR code: I found the QR code experience very easy and enjoyable. I was able to help shape my order by ticking (or not ticking) my wishes, such as whether I wanted my pasta to be normal or gluten-free. Which pasta do I want? What is allowed in my sauce and what is not. To eat: Considering it's a chain, the noodles are okay. Your creations in themselves are good. The pinsa was too raw and white for my taste. About the service: The service is okay.

The food is just as good as the service. Everyone is very nice and child-friendly. Everything is also very clean and nicely decorated. Especially the toilets. I can only warmly recommend it to everyone.

Unfortunately, the lasagna was hardly edible and was on the level of a no-name discounter product. Things used to be different, so the store is no longer recommended.

The prices are really bloody expensive and the PINSA is really below the average! one PINSA cost 17€ for a size less than the 22 cm normal pizza which is cost in the Altstadt maximum 10€ and with perfect taste!

The ordering system has been changed again. All customers now huddle around a cash register with menus in hand and are then allowed to see if they can find a table. You can't even order drinks at the table. The food itself was average. There are better restaurants right next door and across the street.

Everything is actually great: but after a long “break” and reopening, the pasta is often very “al dente” and firm to the bite. 10-15 seconds longer wouldn't hurt.

We had a Pinsa Bruschetta and Insalata Mini, the food tasted good, the service was very nice, the atmosphere was also good, we would definitely come back. We recommend it!!

Horrible service, more than 1 hour waiting for our food. The food was not the best, for a 15+ euros salad dish, and like 3 chunks of chicken. The pinsa was nothing special. Not recommended, Never!

I found this restaurant very, very nice. It was very easy to sit outside and I really liked the surroundings. The food also tasted delicious and the variations are very nice!

Two stars because the staff are very nice and the outside area is really nice. In my opinion, however, the food is, there is no better way to put it, bad. The spaghetti came to the table dry, even though there was a lot of oil on it (Aglio e Olio). Now, 6 hours later, they are really heavy on my stomach. If they had at least been tasty, the discomfort would have been worth it!

As always, the visit to Vapiano was great and delicious! Waleed treated and managed us very well. Carbonara is very good as is the bread and bruscetta with lots of choice. The espresso is also recommended. A good visit through and through!

We are absolute country bumpkins and are in Düsseldorf for a short time. Since I can't eat gluten, the good menu caught our eye straight away. Mega, I've rarely had such a good gluten-free pizza. The pasta was too hard and lacked flavor. The apple pie was frozen. I wanted to try one last time to see if there had been any improvement, but unfortunately there wasn't. The application needs to be reviewed.

Great restaurant as you would expect from Vapiano. Ambiance is very moody. Modern and clean. Staff is very nice and polite. Even on busy days, you don't take the stress out on customers. The food is very good. Fresh and harmonious as you would expect. I like going here :)

This store is awesome!! I'm new in Germany but now I want to go to Italy. Waleed, our waiter and manager of the shop, served us very well. The food is the best Italian cuisine. My mouth is watering just thinking about the store. We'll definitely be back.

You can forget lunch there. 1 1/2 hours for 3 simple pasta dishes that taste mediocre! Staff walk around disoriented.
