Arnold's Grill & Garden in Düsseldorf

Very good place, very friendly atmosphere

A place to eat in the Radisson hotel. Friendly staff. Ok prices. Everything was tasty. Options for kids. Alcohol free cocktails were very nice. I’m not ordering them regularly but these in particular were good.

Service was slow, food was awful and noise on a full restaurant made our ears hurt. Came in before 8pm and left at 01, leaving frozen desserts on the table.

The store was pretty crowded, the employees were completely overwhelmed and lost in their minds. Guests start heading to the bar to even have a chance at drinks. After more than an hour and memories, the Wiener Schnitzel with fries arrived. The schnitzel was baked quite dark on one side and the other side was just cage. There were probably too many schnitzels in the deep fryer at the same time. For the price it was an absolute disaster and next time I would probably order a pizza to my room at the hotel.
