Very good place, very friendly atmosphere

A place to eat in the Radisson hotel. Friendly staff. Ok prices. Everything was tasty. Options for kids. Alcohol free cocktails were very nice. I’m not ordering them regularly but these in particular were good.

Service was slow, food was awful and noise on a full restaurant made our ears hurt. Came in before 8pm and left at 01, leaving frozen desserts on the table.

The place was quite crowded, the employees completely overwhelmed and out of their minds. Customers started rushing to the bar to even have a chance of getting a drink. After over an hour and reminders, the Wiener schnitzel with fries arrived. One side of the schnitzel was cooked quite dark, while the other side was simply fried. There were probably too many schnitzels in the fryer at the same time. For the price, it was an absolute disaster, and next time I'm at a hotel, I'd probably order a pizza to my room.
