A really lovely place! Great food at more than fair prices! Superb quality, fresh and delicious! Super friendly staff who run the place with so much love! Everyone should visit at least once.

We landed at Düsseldorf Airport and spontaneously visited the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, everyone was incredibly friendly, even though we were strangers and hadn't made a reservation. Thanks again for the wonderful meal. We'll be back! 🙏

Despite not having a reservation, we got a table within minutes during peak time. The service staff was very quick, friendly, and attentive. The wait for the food was quite long (it was Schnitzel Monday :-)), but it was definitely worth it. The fried potatoes were outstanding, and the price-performance ratio was excellent. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

We arrived for dinner in the middle of the soccer game. The service was excellent, and the hunter's schnitzel with fried potatoes and salad were freshly prepared and delicious. Everything tasted excellent.

A cozy, pleasant mix of pub, bistro, and restaurant. A few hundred meters from the airport hotel where we stayed. We enjoyed delicious food and met friendly people. What more could you want?!

What a nice pub, authentic Düsseldorf, delicious local food, normal people, good food. Awesome fried potatoes! For people who like to be there and are into football and ice hockey. We'll be there again on the next holiday flight.

We stumbled upon the Hoferhof Restaurant by chance and were thrilled: super-friendly, fast service and one of the best Wiener Schnitzels we've eaten—even better than some in Austria 😊 An all-around fantastic experience, we'd love to come back and highly recommend it! 👍🏼

Unfortunately prices have gone out of roof...big beer 5.50€, you get cheaper in Altstadt.

Great service and delicious food. We chose both the regular schnitzel and the hunter's schnitzel. The hunter's schnitzel came with mushrooms in a good sauce and was very appreciated. Large portions and what we couldn't finish was great to take home as a late night snack.

Friendly, down-to-earth staff with cheeky sayings. Not for those with a taste for the posh and lifestyle, but for everyone else with heart and fun and a good old fashioned vibe.

Great place, good food, Uerige beer, and an absolute hotspot for football fans. All games, all goals, etc. And of course, numerous potential national coaches are there 😜 So just go and enjoy 😀

Went there this evening. Food was great, and Jacqueline, the waitress, was an absolute doll.

I was there alone on a Monday evening. Mondays are schnitzel day, and they sold so many schnitzels that I thought they were mass-produced (but that wasn't the case at all!). The wait was definitely worth it; the meat was super soft, no fat, tender, and crispy, and all for €11. The hunter's sauce came with fresh mushrooms; it was very creamy and truly delicious! The fried potatoes were also very good. The service was excellent and attentive. If I'm ever in Düsseldorf again, I'd come back!

We ordered currywurst fries here today via Lieferando, and it was truly a 1/10. The sausage was inedible. The fries were "just" oversalted and soggy. For €11 per dish, it was a complete disappointment.

Yesterday I was at the Hoferhof for the first time. At short notice I was able to reserve a table in the morning or in the morning via WhatsApp. The answer came after only 2 minutes. The reception was friendly. The service was quick and extremely accommodating. You felt like a regular guest. Even though the store was packed, drinks and food came very quickly. The food was great. The dressing from the Brilagensalat alone... 🤤👌🏻 I'll be back!!! Thanks!!!

We can only rate the food because we order from Liferando and enjoy it at home, it hits the spot, great cuts, very tasty hunter's sauce and the evening is well rounded :) always wanted to come to your restaurant when it gets warmer, are dogs welcome?

We cannot understand the good reviews. The overpriced schnitzels were small, the fries were of a cheaper standard. The expensive beer sauce isn't particularly good either. Only with the Alt did everything fit, but that comes from the brewery.

The Hoferhof is a real insider tip in Düsseldorf-Unterrath! The rustic atmosphere and the friendly staff immediately make you feel at home. The food is homemade and tastes simply delicious. The Mettbrötchen in particular are legendary. For anyone who wants to enjoy authentic food in a cozy atmosphere, the Hoferhof is a must! Great service, great food and a really nice team. Thanks Tim

Was wir so gesehen hatten, dachen wir an ein eher rustikales Restaurant oder Gasthaus. War aber mehr eine Kneipe. Entsprechend war auch die Speisenauswahl. Currywurst mit Pommes oder Schnitzel. War trotzdem nett und rustikal. Lokal schließt um 21 und Küche um 20 uhr

From what we saw, we thought of a more rustic restaurant or inn. But it was more of a pub. The choice of food was corresponding. Currywurst with fries or schnitzel. It was still nice and rustic.

I spent my childhood there and it's still a great traditional pub today. Great for watching football and eating lekker at the same time... We recommend!!!!!!

As an away fan in Düsseldorf, we finally found a nice, down-to-earth location near the stadium. Unterrath has something to offer.

Gute Stimmung, obwohl Sportfernsehen nicht meins ist, leckeres Essen ( bisl expensive für ne kleine Portion Möhrengemüse), leckeres Bier und freundliche Bedienung.

Gemütliche Kneipe mit einfachem aber gutem Essen. Bei schönem Wetter auch draußen.

Einfach super! Die üblichen Kkassiker wie Schnitzel, Erbsensuppe oder Mettbrötchen auf angenehme Art aufgepeppt ohne zu exaltiert zu sein. Eigentlich kleine Karte, aber alles frisch, kein Convienience-Kram. Einfach lecker und absolut faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Service sehr freundlich, eine klassische Altstadt-Oase in Unterrath. Gemischtes Publikum, man fühlt sich wohl. Immer wieder gerne.

Gemütliche Kneipe mit kleinem Aussenbereich. Gut für nen leckeres Bier. Für nen Mettbrötchen und ner Portion Pommes zum Wiederholten male ne 3/4 Stunde gewartet.

Eine relativ kleine urige Kneipe im Düsseldorfer Norden. Gut bürgerliches Essen und der Köbes (Kellner) kommt an den Tisch. Ürige Altbier vom Fass und deftiges Essen in einer gut zu erreichenden Kneipe direkt an der Endhaltestelle der 707.

Super Schnitzel und kuhles Bier

Lecker Essen und lecker Uerige. Bisher gab es keine Probleme. Haben die Jungs sehr gut hinbekommen.

Alles was ein Stadtteil wie Unterrath gebraucht hat. Endlich ein Brauerei Haus !!! Probiert die Metthappen. Tolle Köbbesse. Tolle Atmosphäre!! Tolle Terrasse im Sommer!!

Leider bekamen wir heute nichts mehr zu essen , ein blonder Junger Mann, der sich als Chef bezeichnete, sagte alles ausverkauft. Es ist nichts mehr da. Dabei war es noch vor/ um 21.00 Uhr . Ich sagte wir haben großen Hunger und noch nichts gegessen. Er wiederholte sie sind ausverkauft. Ok. Wir haben dann ein Bier bestellt. Da mein Magen mir keine Ruhe ließ fragte ich wie ich glaubte den Koch dieser sagte klar ein Mettbrötchen geht immer. Als ich diese dann bestellte hatte , verbot der blonde Kellner dem anderen Mitarbeiter diese uns zu machen. Also wirklich es war grad mal 10 Minuten vor 21.00 Uhr . Dazu war dieser Blondling sehr unfreundlich, ich hatte sogar etwas Angst vor ihm. Also Nie wieder . Danke
