Very tasty food with fresh ingredients, very attentive service and a great ambience. At the beginning there was bread with olives and herb butter as a nice gesture from the house. The pizza and the pistachio tiramisu were great and beautifully prepared. We'd love to come back :)

We went to Pizzeria La Ruota today and absolutely loved it! The service is super friendly, the food is consistently delicious and the restaurant is very nicely decorated. The Vespa in the entrance area creates the perfect Italian feeling and our absolute highlight was the pistachio tiramisu. I can only recommend a visit and will definitely come back soon.

An old school pizzeria in a positive sense! The traditional pizza craft is still alive here - without botch and fancy. A visit to the site is particularly recommended. Drinks (e.g. Limoncello Spritz) are also mixed properly.

Prices are reasonable with discounts! Say €5.75 for a Margherita. Otherwise €11.50 which is way over the top. The food was good but nothing special, and I would definitely say that it tasted like any other store. It's nice that the service is top, bread rolls are included on the house and the ambience is great!

Anyone who visits this restaurant for the first time will be surprised by the family atmosphere. On our first visit it was like we had been there a million times! If the boss has time, he welcomes the guests - otherwise he conjures up the best dishes! The steaks are highly recommended - they are actually tender as butter. I have no idea how he manages that... But fish or pasta dishes are also like in Italy. The pizza offerings leave nothing to be desired. Not to forget the service: super attentive without being intrusive. “Our” trusted Italian for a long time! Try it out and you definitely won't be disappointed!

Best pizza in all of Gerresheim.

Great ambience, nice service, which unfortunately seems overwhelmed when the restaurant gets full. The food is great. Unfortunately, prices are constantly rising. The delicious bruschetta now only consists of two slices and has increased in price. We were there on Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, despite making a reservation, we got a small table that was also set up. Many seats were unoccupied during our stay. The delicious Lugana was only available in a glass and not as half a liter as before. This makes it more expensive. Overall, recommended as long as it's not full and if the prices don't bother you.

We were in this very warmly run restaurant for the first time because of the desired voucher. We had made a reservation online on the website for 6:30 p.m. on the same day, but unfortunately we overlooked the fact that we had to wait for confirmation. We thought that it was confirmed with the reservation. When we arrived at the restaurant the reservation had not been entered but the very friendly waitresses were able to provide us with a table for two despite it being fully booked. That really scored points, the taste of the food was also great and the portions were absolutely sufficient (we even took some with us). So we were completely satisfied and will definitely come back. Warmth and service are very important here ❤️ Thank you and see you soon 😊

The blonde lady in service was not only very friendly with us, but also with all of the guests. When entering the La Ruota restaurant, she just raised her head without any greeting and when you said that there were two of you, she raised her hand to point back to the table without saying a word. This behavior was repeated with all guests who came in. The food was simply put down and when you asked for something, she didn't even turn around and of course everything without saying a word. Not even please, after we thanked them for the food. They forgot to serve something to sharpen the dish and even when asked, the response was rather defiant. It's a shame because the atmosphere and the food were good, but you don't have to let yourself be treated like that when you go out. The lady should avoid customer service and be aware of who pays her salary. Really a shame these days.

The Bolognese was very salty and unfortunately only gratinated with a little cheese. The pizza was a bit dry and had a lot of onions on it. The rolls and aioli were very tasty. Even if the herb butter only tasted like butter.

Unfortunately we had a really unpleasant experience today. We ordered five pizzas for my father's birthday today, but actually only four half-warm pizzas arrived after more than 50 minutes. After a telephone complaint, another pizza arrived quite quickly, but unfortunately it wasn't finished! For all of this they didn't even apologize or at least provided a bottle of wine or at least a small ice cream as a small "apology". It's a real shame, but service is actually different these days.

Reichhaltige Auswahl der Gerichte und Getränke, sehr leckeres Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Ein großer Raum für Feste steht auch zur Verfügung. Das Restaurant ist optisch auch ansprechend. Ein großer Dank an das Team.

Wir waren heut wegen des Schlemmerblocks da und wurden herzlich empfangen. Der Service war wirklich sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Pizza Spinat Gorgonzola mit Knobi sehr lecker, Pasta auch. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder :)

Geschmacklich waren alle Pizzen gut, jedoch nicht zum "Niederknien", trotzdem solide und lecker. Zu den anderen Speisen kann ich leider nicht sagen ich nichts sagen. Der Service war professionell und freundlich. Der Grund für nur 3 anstatt 4 Sterne ist, dass uns die Getränke falsch abgerechnet worden sind. Das ist und erst zu Hause aufgefallen. 5€ anstatt 4,50€ für Weizen und 3,50€ anstatt 3,10€ für Pils. Zumindest standen die Preise so in der Karte.

Super freundlicher Service und ganz lecker Essen bei fairen Preisen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben da gerade bestellt. Essen kam auch schnell. Aber leider war es wirklich schlecht. Es war total salzig und die pizzabrötchen bestanden beinahe nur aus viel zu dickem gummiartigen Teig. Habe mal reingeschaut. Da waren in einem pizzabrötchen 5 fein geschnittene Scheiben Champignons und ein Stückchen feta. Und das für 8,50. und das waren noch die genießbaren Anteile der Bestellung. Die pizzabrötchen mit Schinken konnte man nichtmal essen, da sie durch den Schinken noch salziger und damit ungenießbar waren.

Ein netter Abend. Die Vorpeisenplatte setzte sich überwiegend aus dem Inhalt von Konserven zusammen. Das war schade

Sehr leckere Pizzeria mit anständigem italienischen essen. Ambiente leider nicht so toll mit einer nicht wirklich tollen Terrasse. Service ist auch so lala. Das Essen dagegen ist einfach nur Klasse. Egal ob Pizza, Nudeln, Vorspeisen alles einfach nur lecker und man merkt das es hausgemacht ist was man nun wirklich nicht von jeder Pizzeria sagen kann.
