I have lived in India and have ever since not found such good Indian food! Can truly highly recommend this place!!!

The three of us had dinner there (Saturday around 9 p.m. without a reservation), the restaurant is simply furnished with a bar/counter and a back area! The very friendly boss makes the shop even nicer and more comfortable with his aura! We got the drinks and appetizers quickly as well as our main courses! Something for everyone, as a vegan I also found what I was looking for All of our special requests were taken care of with a smile 😃 & the words “very happy”! Small, cozy restaurant that we can visit again at any time and recommend as a little insider tip! The dishes have the original Indian taste (one of us lived in India!)

Never knew after ordering Chicken tikka masals Dal makhani Paneer makhsni Bhendi sabzi That one has To pay 4.50 for just few slices of RawOnion with 2 Green chilli.. With wine kulfi etc total bill of € 168..Owners greed for € 4.50 is unfathomable...

We ordered Butter Chicken and Chicken Masala to take away. Unfortunately we couldn't order through the website, but we called and picked up the order. It was great to have our order taken even though there was only 20 minutes left until closing time. The taste was excellent and the staff was very friendly. We are very satisfied and will definitely order again.

A perfect lunch menu, delicious and fresh. Also paneer maaala is so delicious.

Anyone who goes to an Indian restaurant should always keep in mind how big and diverse this country is. Here you can try the - let's call it - rustic Indian style. We had four different dishes: lamb, eggplant, chicken and paneer (cheese). It was rather less spicy and not curry yellow, but rather goulash-like, but with a curry note. We found it very tasty and will be back.

We tried vegetarian food and it was delicious. The owner/manager is very friendly and polite. They serve one of the best mango chutneys alongside the main dishes. Overall very good

This is the second time I've been here and it's always delicious! The service is friendly. The dishes are really delicious, spicy and fresh. Both the starter and the main courses are great. Most dishes are served with either rice or nan. The portions fill you up well. Price-performance ratio is very fair. The atmosphere is unfortunately very spartan.

I just ordered food(panner masala, naan). So tasteless that i cant have worlds. Fyi this is my 5th order as i live nearby and everytime this restaurant offers worse taste.

Essen ist super, vor allem für das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Die Mittagskarte ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.

Leider war die Qualität des Essens nicht indisch authentisch und entsprechend waren die Preise ebenfalls nicht begründet. Der service war leider auch unangemessen mit Kommentaren wie „ne, dich mag ich nicht“ und ob das Essen „schlecht“ (hier verwende ich nicht das Wort was eigentlich genutzt wurde) schmecken würde - was wahrscheinlich lustig sein sollte. Außerdem wurde uns eine Leistung mit auf die Rechnung geschrieben die uns ohne das wir es wollten an den Tisch gebracht wurde. Leider können wir das Restaurant nicht mehr weiter empfehlen.

Ordered Seekh Kebab and Palak Chicken. Both tasted good. Portions were small though. The staff was friendly. The ambience could be better. Would go again to try something else.

Everything was just wrong this place!!! Food - It tasted not even an average. I ordered Biryani and it was simply chicken fried rice. Service - It was terrible. The guy who was taking the order was extremely rude and unfriendly. He was acting as if he didn't care to keep up with an order once he took the order. It took almost 30 minutes to arrive when restaurant had only 3 tables occupied. It felt like they were starting food preparations right from rice seeding, harvesting and yielding. 😂😂 Money - Completely over rated, expensive for no reason. It would have been more worth if I had lost that money on the way to restaurant. 😂😂 The only good experience about eating at the restaurant was that "IT ENDED FINALLY" when we left the restaurant..😂😂 Also, not to forget Sprite!! It was good!!(only because you people didn't had scope to ruin it)!!😌😌 I am even unfriending the person who took me to this Restaurant.😂😂

Both my partner and I got food poisoning after having a dinner there. We had a flight to catch after , so imagine the excitement… big disappointment as this restaurant was his favorite for many years:(

We have been ordering for a very long time from this place, the food is really good but unfortunately, the prices are not justified anymore, e.g. 10€ for 4 small-bite sized Samosas, a veg. curry costs 14.50€ and 1 piece of Naan 3.50€. This is over priced in my opinion. You easily end up with +30€ pP. and then you didn't even have a drink or dessert. The pricing comes close to a fine dining experience which this is definitely not.

Gestern mit Freunden, die das Restaurant kannten da gewesen. Ich war zuerst etwas skeptisch, was aber sofort verflog, als ich das Essen bekam. Mein Gericht, schwarze Linsen mit Gewürzen las sich auf der Karte eher unspektakulär bis langweilig. Ich habe mich davon allerdings nicht abschrecken lassen. Und das war auch die richtige Entscheidung. Es schmeckte einfach großartig! Auch die 3 anderen Tischnachbarn, von denen jeder ein anderes Gericht bestellt hatte, waren restlos begeistert. Ein Glücksfall.

Gemütliches kleines Lokal mit sehr sehr gutem Essen und Personal.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier essen und es war eine wirklich sehr schmackhafte, authentische indische Küche. Mein Mann war öfter schon geschäftlich in Indien essen und hat dies bestätigt. Best chicken tikka masala in Germany 🇩🇪 I was amazed and didn’t expect it to be so delicious and so close to Indian cooking 🧑‍🍳. It reminds of India. Many thanks to chef for preparing it in Indian style. If you just want to have good Indian food without thinking of atmosphere and ambiance. This is the place I recommend in Düsseldorf.

Ich war gestern seit längerem wieder dort zum Mittagessen. Und es war wie immer hervorragend - man merkt dass dort orginal indische Küche mit den entsprechenden Gewürzen verwendet wird. Was mir dieses Mal besonders aufgefallen ist: Der Junior Chef - Henant Rawat - bringt eine sehr gute Atmosphäre in das gesamte Lokal. Er ist sehr aufmerksam, engagiert, freundlich und hat alles im Griff. Da können die Eltern stolz sein! Immer wenn ich in Düsseldorf bin, werde ich dort auch weiterhin die vegetarischen Köstlichkeiten genießen!

We ordered paneer masala and vegetable korma with naan and later added a garlic naan too. For desert we ordered pistachio Kufi. Everything was good, not comparing it to food back in India but still quite good for an Indian restaurant in Europe.

Very bad these days. I have been a regular visitor since 2014 and now the service is horrible. Some new people have started to work. They take wrong orders when you call and end up forcing you to take. Never will i order from this place ever again.

A great Indian restaurant for lunch or dinner! Mango lassi was authentic. Main course dishes like paneer tikka, navrattan sabzi, channa masala and paneer masala were delicious. Staff was friendly. Overall, recommended!

Not authentic, Naan could be better( Garlic naan is the worst) and had chicken tikka masala gravy which had just food colors and tasteless

Super leckeres Essen, super Service. Allerdings eher höherpreisig für etwas abgerockten Imbissbudencharme.

Petit hotel sympa mais sans chichis. Très bien placé en centre ville. Les chambres sont confortables et bien agencées. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais efficace. Le bar est un juste en termes de choix. Par contre prix un peu cher mais dû à un salon au même moment.

Leider wird man in Deutschland fast durchweg enttäuscht wenn es um indisches Essen geht. Nicht hier! Wir haben hier einige Inder ausprobiert. Dieser sieht unscheinbar aus, ist aber mit großem Abstand der Beste in der Gegend. Ich wünschte einen so guten Inder hätten wir bei uns in der Gegend. Empfehlung: Bestes Garlic Naan!

Hands down the best place to eat Pakistani/Indian desi food. We tried their Chana Masala, Paratha and Naan, also tried their Chai and Lassi. Great food, great environment, great ambience and the most hospitable and nice person Ali at the reception. 10/10 and highly recommended to everyone! He speaks English, German, Urdu/Hindi, Pashto, Farsi and turkish language so don't worry about speaking your native language 😉

NOT recommended. I had oder through Wolt with this restaurant. Delivery took more than 1 hour. Tasteless food. We have ordered Paneer Tikka masala, and Garlic naan. Paneer Tikka Masala was full of turmeric, tasteless and not even cooked. Garlic Naan is too expensive (6 euro for 1 Garlic Naan). Prices donot match the quality of food.

The place has best of Indian food one can have in the entire city. What shall I start with, food or hospitality. Both exceeds your expectations. We had ordered samosas and it was really tasty... But Paneer Masala and Chana Masala is what left us speechless. Supremely delicious... Never until had any curry as good as paneer masala. The touch of experienced cooks is quiet visible in the taste they serve. Naan was soft and fresh and superbly kneaded and tasty. Their warm hospitality was as good as their food. Its definitely gonna be on top list of Indian restaurants for me... Highly, highly, highly recommended...

Als wir dort angekommen sind, waren wir die einzigen Gäste in diesem Lokal. Ich weiß ehrlich gesagt nicht warum. Das Essen war wirklich lecker. Nicht scharf deklarierte Speisen waren nicht scharf, als scharf deklarierte Speisen waren (einigermaßen) scharf. Geschmacklich war es wirklich "mouth-watering". Meine persönliche Empfehlung ist Gosht Palak.

Vielleicht kein Glück gehabt mit dem vegetarischen Essen, allerdings schmeckte es nicht authentisch. Viel Butter, Sahne und Käse verwendet. Sehr nettes Personal aber.

The ambience, the layout and the weather in which I went to restaurant, I did not had I hope with food. Surprisingly the taste is good but need to have patience with service. Not designed to handle all full table as due to COVID, I assume there was less staff.

Their food is my favorite Indian food in the city. Price slightly high, but I believe the quality is on par with it and justifies it. Been going there for years and will continue to do so.

NOT recommended. I had a bad experience with this restaurant. Tasteless. Not at all good. We have ordered Paneer Tikka masala, Roti and Sheekh kebab. Paneer was full of turmeric and not even cooked, it tastes bit bitter and citric. Not at all a fresh paneer.The texture is slimy. The Prices donot match the quality of food. Sheekh kebab was a disaster.

We ordered dinner from here last night. First of all, they charge 15 for one dish and the quantity is not even worth 5 euro. The daal was uncooked. The Naan was one day old and they just heated it up. It was so rubbery. I am never ordering or going here again! You shouldn't too!

Von außen wirkt das Kirti's Dhaba eher unscheinbar. Die Einrichtung ist auch eher schlicht, aber in puncto Essen gehört dieses familienbetriebene Restaurant sicherlich zu meinen Top 10 in Düsseldorf. Ich war mittlerweile dreimal in diesem Restaurant und jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Egal, ob Hähnchen oder Lamm, ob Reis oder das leckere Naan-Brot als Beilage, viel falsch machen kann man eigentlich nicht. Wenn man sich in der indischen Küche nicht so auskennt, hilft einem die freundliche Bedienung weiter. Das Preisniveau geht völlig in Ordnung. So kostet die wirklich leckere Hauptspeise Lamb Vindaloo 13,50 Euro. Vorspeisen starten bei 6,00 Euro und Suppen bei 3,50 Euro. Und wenn man wie ich ein kühles Bierchen mag, bekommt das auch in Form von King Fisher aus Indien.

Am besten bestellt man direkt über die Internetseite des Restaurants, bei lieferando ist es teurer. Das Murgh Tikka Makh (Hühnchen) ist sehr zu empfehlen, die Sauce ist einfach super lecker. Auch Roti, Nan und vor allem die Samosas sind super lecker! Immer wieder gerne. Sehr zu empfehlen.
