New owner but no changes in 2024 Tried several times, unfortunately always with bad luck. Starting with the cook being missing several times, a supposedly fresh pancake (cold, not fresh with cheap frozen ice cream). I can only agree with the recession's statement about currywurst. Not really tasty accompanied by the cheapest fries. All in all, not a good place to have a nice time after golfing. It's a shame, I was full of expectations. I would finally like to see a gas landlord who loves what he offers. 2023 Two attempts failed twice. Food was okay. The waitress preferred to play with his cell phone instead of placing orders or billing. Atmosphere was very noisy as the music was set excessively loud. It was also strange that unauthorized people gained access to the kitchen and bar themselves. I expect more from a new innkeeper. Unfortunately not recommended

Ich gebe für gutes Essen gerne mein Geld aus. Aber: Das Hoflokal im Zoo ist eine absolute Zumutung! ! Ich hatte ein steinhartes Schweine-Schnitzel, das man kaum beißen konnte.(19,40)€ Dazu die Hoflokal-Fritten. Die waren das einzige, was geschmeckt hat. Etwas mieses Ofen-Gemüse dazu ( kleinste Portion für 6,40€) und on top noch Fertigsosse mit Pilzen für 4,20€.Ich habe 30,00.für dieses katastrophale Essen bezahlt!! Alles ist komplett überteuert und das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Der Service war ok. Fazit: Die reinste Abzocke! Nie wieder!! P.S. Kürzlich hab ich in der Speiserei ein köstliches Kalbsschnitzel! mit leckeren Bratkartoffeln und Gurkensalat für 24,90€ gegessen. So funktioniert ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis!!!

Were in Osnabrück today and had reserved for today, July 14th, 2024 I have a voucher and even made a booking request yesterday. Today we arrive here and Closed, I'm pissed. An absolute disgrace. I would like to have my voucher replaced because the nearest store is much too far in Cologne or Hamburg. I come from Salzbergen and am severely disabled And can't drive that far anymore. Osnabrück is the limit of what is bearable for driving. Sorry but henssler never again

The location is recommended on the beautiful terrace in the afternoon with ice cream or cake, but at lunchtime or in the evening the food is not good and not a single dish. We were there twice with more than 10 people and can therefore judge various dishes and join in with some of the previous speakers. The liver and veal schnitzel were the most disappointing.

Das Gyros war leider sehr trocken und alles andere als saftig, die überbackene Version war hingegen mehr als „deftig“ und lag schwer im Magen.

We were at the Tannenhof for the first time. We went to the Tannenhof for pickert dinner. We liked it very much. The Pickert tasted excellent, the service was also very good, friendly and competent.
