Restaurant Café Spatzis in Goslar

The two of us just had dinner there. It wasn't yet peak season, the room had a pleasant, discreet sound system, and the view of the market square was breathtaking. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptionally discreet, yet courteous and attentive! We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the place!

The service was super friendly and attentive! We had the schnitzel, but compared to other schnitzels, it wasn't tasty. It was very stringy and smelled strongly of pork. I've never had such a strong schnitzel before. Perhaps other dishes taste better.

We always like to go to Tim's in the evening for a burger or a currywurst with great fries. Yesterday the currywurst wasn't sizzled or grilled but seemed to have been warmed quickly in water. Was no longer the quality it used to be until a year ago. Inflation in the last 2 years: 30% (from €6.90 to €9.90). Amex is visually identified as payment acceptance in the entrance door - but is NOT accepted. It's a shame about Tim's. It's no longer a launch, just a snack bar. It will certainly not be any different in the other restaurants on offer.
