The restaurant is highly recommended. The food is delicious, requests are catered for, the homemade lemonades are refreshing, and the service was friendly and attentive.

I stopped by Tim's for a quick lunch. The carrot soup was the best I've ever eaten. The waiter, whose name I unfortunately didn't remember, was very friendly and attentive. Two other waitresses also asked if anyone had asked for me. The food, service, and ambiance all fully deserve 5 stars. The dog even got fresh water without being asked. Everything was just perfect.

Tastiest veggie burger I've had in a long time. Big, filling portions. Kids (9, 11) halved a cheeseburger and that was plenty.

We received extremely friendly and attentive service from Chris. A very nice and polite waiter who immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. It was especially nice that he immediately became friends with our little daughter and chatted to her lovingly throughout our visit. The food was delicious, and there are plenty of vegetarian dishes to choose from. Everything was excellent, from the service to the atmosphere. We would love to come back.

We ate here yesterday morning with five people, and admittedly, it was still quite early for lunch, but we were absolutely thrilled. And even though it was a bit busier, the atmosphere was fantastic, especially among the staff. When the chef happened to come out and we spoke to him, he was extremely friendly, personable, and humorous. Thank you so much for the experience! We'd love to come back again :)

I used to be a regular customer for years, but now I only go when there's no room anywhere else... The service is incredibly bad. While everyone is very nice, it always seems like they're not interested in customers, especially after 9 p.m. You have to go to the bar to pay because the waiters just don't come around anymore. The food is good, but very expensive - but they do offer good deals, like burger day on Fridays.

Good cocktails, good food, and never had any problems with service so far. I'd happily come back. 👌🏻

Very modern...very friendly...tables a bit too small...a bit noisy, as it's in the city center...eating outside is possible...(pedestrian zone)...you can mark everything you want for breakfast, for example, on a piece of paper...I think that's good...means you don't have to throw anything away...I really liked it...I highly recommend it

I found the male waitress in the back area on Thursday/Father's Day evening to be incredibly personable, attentive, friendly, and funny. Truly commendable! Thank you very much! The food is tasty—not a highlight, but it's tasty.

We went there for the first time yesterday afternoon for coffee and ice cream. I have to say, I've never been to a more child-friendly restaurant! All the children who were there at the time were allowed to sit on the lathe and be turned 🥰 There's a small play area, which is something most restaurants/cafés lack. You can tell that children are welcome there, not a nuisance. That's why we'll definitely be back for dinner soon. The service was great, as were the drinks and the ice cream!

The service was super friendly and attentive! We had the schnitzel, but compared to other schnitzels, it wasn't tasty. It was very stringy and smelled strongly of pork. I've never had such a strong schnitzel before. Perhaps other dishes taste better.

Sometimes they're a bit understaffed, especially on days when it's clear they'll be busier. But that's probably due to the labor market. So you sometimes have to wait quite a long time, not just for the food, but also for the drinks and the waitresses themselves. However, they're always very nice. I'm there often and will continue to come. The cocktails are delicious.

It was written that children under 6 always eat for free, but in reality this is only the case if you order a main course. This was neither mentioned in the ad nor said when ordering. We only found out when we paid. Please communicate more clearly in the future. Thanks so much

I can recommend Tim's. Very nice and attentive service. The mixed salad was very tasty, with sprouts and blueberries not an everyday dish. There were a lot of freshly fried mushrooms on the salad. The price of 15.90 is pretty decent for a salad, but well, you don't do that every day. There was also an extremely delicious rhubarb spritzer.

We went to this restaurant on vacation with our two dogs. Very friendly and fast service. Even the dogs got high-quality treats. The food was very tasty. Our highlight was the homemade apple-mirabelle lemonade.

We always like to come back. People are very friendly here and the food is always delicious.

I've been to Tims a few times now and yesterday I ordered and ate the Tims Schnitzel Special. The noodles tasted like they were at least 3 days old and the meat had been beaten to death several times and had more of the impression of the sole of a shoe. Absolutely unacceptable for the price. But I'll give you a few more chances and come back :-)!

Really great as a meeting point in Goslar, the food is so, well, mediocre. Addendum at the end of 2019: One euro more for no tomatoes is really a lot. Addendum 3/2025 The prices are really high, but the quality has declined significantly.

I'm pretty sure I'm not alone with this review. I'm forced to go to Tim's often (because the options for going out in Goslar are quite limited). And unfortunately, pretty much no visit goes smoothly. Not even if you want to have a quick coffee. Something is constantly being mixed up, swapped around or even forgotten. I don't even want to start talking about the waiting times. If you sit outside the store you will sometimes be completely overlooked. Even with moderate business, there are always at least 5 different waiters, busy either with each other or with themselves, but unfortunately not with the guests. The food (changing weekly specials) is okay, but the waiting time for it is not. It could be such a beautiful place if you approached it with just a little more professionalism. I will visit this restaurant again, as I said the options are limited.

Worst currywurst in my life, just eaten cold for 10 euros and we're talking about bad times for the catering industry, thank you very much too

There were two of us there for breakfast, breakfast for two would easily have been enough for three people. The breakfast was delicious, the shop was clean and the staff was very friendly. We'll come back when we're in the area again.

It was nice to have a snack here and as an Italian holidaymaker I treated myself to the Bruscetta. It was really beautifully presented visually. But unfortunately it was a flop in terms of taste. No taste of olive oil or garlic to be felt. Instead “a lot” of balsamic finished product? (Review is only based on this dish and is my own opinion/taste). Service was otherwise ok, I just had to ask for a drink again.

We would have to wait almost 1 hour for the food. Unfortunately, when it finally came it was cold again. I don't know how the other food tastes but the pasta is not recommended. The tomato sauce tasted like it came straight from the can and the mushroom cream sauce tasted like nothing at all. Unfortunately you couldn't eat both. It's a shame that after such a long wait you still have to leave the restaurant hungry.

01/2025 Dear Alex and to the Gastro Urban Team, unfortunately there is a strong “star” deduction today. This text comes from a long-time regular customer: after not waiting too long for our food, we received 3 burgers and a schnitzel as ordered. With 2 burgers the fries were quite cold, but just at the threshold of pain. A short time after cutting into a burger we noticed that it was still quite red on the inside. A colleague from the service department took care of it immediately and in a very friendly manner. After everyone at the table had finished eating, this colleague realized that there was no replacement and immediately went into the kitchen. After a while he came back… unfortunately still no food! The kitchen refused to make a hamburger as a replacement. We then refused a 50% discount and only went home with 3 paid dishes. We would have actually come back next Wednesday, unfortunately the performance was subpar, but the schnitzel we ordered was also extremely tasteless - although they were always great. Big compliments to the service! What has happened in the kitchen in the last 4-6 weeks that there is suddenly such a lack of quality? If you wish, we can talk about it by phone or in person. Contribution 2024: We had reserved for 4 p.m. on a Friday and had a table with 6 people (including children) in the back area. The children had fun in the play area and therefore didn't push each other when the food came. The dishes as a whole were top notch. From the schnitzel to the Tim's burger, everything was excellent. The service staff were without exception very nice and responded directly to special requests. The time from ordering to serving was absolutely fine. Clear recommendation!

Unfortunately quite disappointed. We come here regularly. The last few times it always left more to be desired. Longer waiting times, food not of the usual taste, etc. But today it was really more than sad. Almost 15 minutes of waiting time until an order was taken, the "spicy" burger wasn't even well seasoned, let alone spicy, the staff (young man) didn't work at all. No please or thank you, no nice look or a nice word, etc. After fries were delivered incorrectly, they were brought back in a bit of annoyance. Cutlery and napkins were only available upon request. That also took about 3-4 minutes. When we wanted to pay, the young man just said "yes" and disappeared. We're still waiting. Let's see what happens. It's a shame, it's a shame, but we need a break first

Not recommended....☝️despite a long wait and speaking to the staff there, we were ignored and not served. After 20 minutes we left the store and walked to a coffee nearby. My Coffee Soul Food. Very good, quick and tasty.

A nice restaurant with a great atmosphere

Was very busy on shopping Sunday. Therefore the service was probably a bit overwhelmed. Everything took a very long time. The time until the order is placed and then until the food is served.

We come here often and are very satisfied. Same today. Our favorite waiter, Joni, always serves us very friendly, but I always found and still find all the other waiters here very friendly. Food is delicious and worth the price. Always my pleasure.

We were spontaneously there with 7 people and sat at a round table where the round bench could rotate (funny gimmick, I've never seen it before). The team was super friendly and extremely fast. The food (burgers and schnitzel) was super tasty and came without a long wait. All special requests were met. We'd love to come back.

We there on 12/21/24. We were served by Chris and the service was top. My wanted to order X-mas food. And Chris specifically asked the kitchen whether the duck was already available. We were there at 4pm and we were served the duck. Service and the waitress were very friendly. The ambience was very good. The noise level was great. I could understand the person I was talking to at a normal volume. We didn't have to yell at each other. We would love to come back.

We were in the city spontaneously - it's a nice restaurant in itself; However, the cheeseburger was too expensive for what you got.

Unfortunately the staff was unable to take care of five occupied tables yesterday. We waited about 10 minutes for a Fanta. When we didn't get the cocktail we ordered after about 15 minutes, we finally left Tim's. It's a shame that we had to end the evening just because of the incompetent staff. Simply: the service is catastrophic. Of the 7 drinks, 2 drinks were completely forgotten. When we reached out to order something, we were first deliberately ignored and then we were simply told that we should order from a colleague? Why, when the waitress is already at the table? There was really little going on, 5 staff and only a maximum of 6 occupied tables. Unfortunately it was really bad and we left sooner than we originally planned.

Food is ok. Waited over 15 minutes until we were noticed. Waited over 20 minutes for a second bottled beer. When asked several times, all I received was “it’s our turn”. Giving over the counter is also not possible. Service looks different. I would give the service a -2, unfortunately it doesn't work. Goodbye forever.

We had to wait quite a long time for our food [approx. 38 minutes]. The service felt a bit confusing. Food was generally good. It tasted good. It would be nice to have an extra salad bowl instead of packing the salad with a lot of salad dressing under the schnitzel, so that the breading gets very soggy. Something similar with the salad bowl. Bread was also very soggy as it was on top of the salad instead of extra.

Full marks for this great location. We were in Goslar for three days and immediately loved Tim's. All the employees are super friendly and very attentive. There is a large selection of drinks and food there. Keep it up 👍🏼🍀

The breakfast was ok. Everything you need for a good breakfast is there. However, I know from other breakfast offers that the coffee was included in the price and is not charged extra.

I was there for the umpteenth time. Ambiance and food/drinks were good again. The service was even better. This time served by the very nice and friendly Chris. We don't come close, but we already know that we'll be back. Breakfast, cafe, dinner and cocktails. Everything tested and everything found to be good.

You can eat well here. The service is attentive and friendly. Smokers can also sit outside in the courtyard. Unfortunately, everything here is slightly defective. OK for a quick snack.

Unfortunately very very mediocre food. One gets the impression that the culinary standards are quite low. I ate a bowl. The rice was definitely from the day before because it was slightly hard again. The edamame were from a jar, which is fine in itself. But from frozen they would at least have kept the color green and tasted better. The seaweed was so slimy that you lost your appetite. But salmon and the remaining vegetables were good. My friend had a waffle and it was super dry. The service was at least very nice, so the criticism only relates to the food.
