Salad way too warm and way too soggy. Hardly any chicken. Large fries cost 8€ exorbitantly for just fries. Staff but friendly

Too stupid to put together orders correctly. Forgot toys and mayo on the kids' menu. Got onion rings instead of 9-pack nuggets. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I got home.

We have been guests at Lito in Goslar for many years, but we have noticed a decline in the quality of the food (rice was cold, meat not seasoned, very few fries) and, what is even worse, the guest toilets were absolutely dirty (and this was not entirely due to the previous users!) Really a shame!

We were unfortunately disappointed with the evening. It started with the Prosecco, which lacked carbonation. The dry-aged fillet steak was out of stock (it was at a steakhouse), and the dry-aged rump steak was so tough and dry. We complained to the waiter, and then the medium rump steak was put back on the grill...which unfortunately didn't do anything to make it "tough," and it wasn't medium either. It was an expensive evening and left us with a lot of disappointment, so we won't be coming back.

Nope. The staff was not only disinterested, but also rude. The food was mediocre at best. Cash only.
