Salad way too warm and way too soggy. Hardly any chicken. Large fries cost 8€ exorbitantly for just fries. Staff but friendly

Carl-Zeiß-Straße 1aShift management – in Germany, German should be spoken in restaurants, especially when problems arise, instead of insulting guests in a foreign language. In Germany, customer service comes first. What unfriendly and unprofessional shift managers are employed there. It would be best to have no stars at all.

Bäckerstraße 103We hoped the food would get better again. Unfortunately, it hasn't; it's gotten even worse. It tastes bland, arrives cold, and has little to no seasoning or salt. For us, this was our last visit.
