We are from Upper Franconia (Franconian Switzerland) and were in Garbsen for a weekend seminar. An employee from the Hotel Bullerdieck recommended the Hotel Perl to us for lunch! It was a very good recommendation! We ate in a well-kept restaurant with very appealing cuisine and very friendly service! Due to the very nice weather, we spent some time afterwards on a bench in the hotel garden and enjoyed the chirping of the birds and the wonderful spring sunshine. Then we drove back towards Garbsen and took a nice walk around the small lake. At around 6 p.m. we wanted to meet friends for dinner at the Hotel Bullerdieck. We wanted to go in 4 minutes beforehand and what a shock - my wife's handbag wasn't there! After thinking for a moment, she could only have stuck to the bench in the Perl hotel garden! After a short call, I received the very relieving news that the boss had found the bag and secured it. I drove there immediately and received the handbag back from him personally. We had a very pleasant conversation together! This visit to the hotel will remain in our memories forever, because it was also my 66th birthday! Unimaginable if everything had been gone! I then drove back very gratefully and celebrated my 66th in a relaxed manner with my wife and friends! Many thanks again to the “team” (women too, of course) from Hotel Perl!

Impeccable service, very good food, adapted to German tastes. The restaurant would also be nice as an environment, but the continuous and constant music is a bit annoying. Overall very good experience

So I was there in March and was very positively surprised. Rooms are clean and spacious. If something should happen, someone is immediately available to help. There are plenty of e-charging stations available and billing is accurate at a very fair price. When you come back from work you will be warmly welcomed and you can make yourself comfortable in the in-house restaurant and you will be surprised with very good cuisine. Everything fresh and very nicely prepared. So I can really recommend this hotel and the 3 stars of the hotel are definitely deserved.

Highly recommended. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was very cozy. We were even allowed to bring our dog. We'd be happy to go back.

Tolles Ambiente unmittelbar am Schloß Wolfsburg. Sehr gute Qualität der Speisen, vor der Vorspeise bis zum Nachtisch hat alles gepasst. Der Service war sehr gut - aufmerksam und herzlich.

Restaurant review: The restaurant scores with a very appealing ambience - tastefully furnished, cozy and designed with attention to detail. You feel comfortable straight away. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, although there was a bit of a lack of attention and speed. Orders took time, inquiries came late, and overall the service seemed a little overwhelmed. The food was solid: well seasoned, nicely presented and quite tasty in terms of taste - but nothing that stays in the memory for a long time. What was particularly disappointing was the main course, which was announced as a meat dish but ended up consisting almost entirely of side dishes. Rather a disappointment for meat lovers. Overall, the dishes were very “side dish heavy”, which reinforced the impression that the main ingredient was saved here. What doesn't work at all: the waiting time. Almost an hour and a half passed between ordering and serving - without any apology or interim information. Even the best dish loses its appeal. Conclusion: Nice ambience, nice service and good food - but there is still room for improvement when it comes to organization and the ratio of price, performance and waiting time.

A great German restaurant with first class steaks and schnitzels! The meat was cooked perfectly – juicy, tender and full of flavor. The Wiener Schnitzel and the rump steak were particularly enjoyable. The side dishes were fresh and lovingly prepared. Plus a cozy atmosphere and attentive, friendly service – you simply feel at home here. Clear recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy German cuisine. We'd love to come back!
