Burger enjoyment at the highest level! I was at Bull's Kitchen in Hanover today and all I can say is: they have really good burgers here! The meat was juicy and perfectly grilled medium, the ingredients were fresh and the bun was nice and fluffy. Every bite was a delight. I also ordered sweet potato fries. Everything crispy, hot and exactly to the point. The truffle mayo on the side was the icing on the cake. The service was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere cozy and modern. If you like really good burgers, you should definitely stop by here. I'll definitely be back!

The store was completely empty, but we were still sent away. The reason: Everything is reserved for breaking the fast. There was still over an hour until we broke the fast and we would have been gone by then. Whether this represents discrimination or it is the owner's property rights is up to each individual to interpret.

The homepage advertises dates and cheesecake, but the dates had been counted - some were even spoiled - and the pieces of cheesecake were very small. To compensate for this, baklava was also offered... that was meant nicely, but unfortunately it did not correspond in any way to the pictures and advertising videos on the social media sites and did not serve the purpose. The burger was okay, but we definitely won't come here again. In addition, the boss seemed rather arrogant and annoyed - hospitable definitely looks different. In any case, far too expensive for the quality offered!!!

We were there for Iftar Per: -Get a place despite a spontaneous visit -short waiting time for food -friendly service Cons -Poor communication between customer and service - to me it seemed like there were only three menu items to order and nothing else. -20 euros for a single patty burger, fries, a drink, sauce and cheesecake is a bit too high as it is still supposed to be an Iftar/Ramadan offer. -Only cash payment possible. Although I know it differently from stories. -At the end we were told that the cheesecake was empty and instead we would only get one baklava per person as compensation. -There was a family sitting behind us who had already been waiting for their food when we arrived, were still waiting during our meal, and were still waiting even after we paid and left.

The food was good. The burgers were maybe a bit more cooked than they should be but they were still delicious. The sweet potato fries and the wedges were great! The only thing that could be maybe more organized is the service. We were told to take a place since the service will take some time. But then we saw people who arrived later ordering before us. Our bill also didn't make any sense. There is a combo deal but at the end we noticed at home that we actually were billed for every single item of the combo meal on its own.

Before renovation and the new concept the taste was splendid. I would recommend it. Nowadays, the restaurant lack of consistency. Sometimes the burger taste good, sometime just normal. For the price, I'd expect more. The portion is big though.

Don't understand the reviews here! It's a normal fast food shop! It was very cold and there was an unpleasant smell in the local! I don't think it's a bad thing that you get your own food. The typical picture was that there was someone sitting behind me screaming on the phone!

Landed here on a recommendation for the first but not last time. Definitely one of the best burger 🍔 shops in Hanover. Whether the Pattie’s fries or the cooking level, everything was excellent. The prices are absolutely justified, if not a bit too cheap for this top quality. All the staff are incredibly nice and attentive. Anyone who likes meat and citizens is in good hands here. I ate here with my wife and we were served very nicely and it was all well and good, but the burger I had was very bad. The reason it's bad is because the meat was simply rubbery meat. Then I tried my wife's burger, it was good and wasn't rubbery, but the meat had a strange taste again. The chilli cheese fries were the only thing I really liked. We really wanted to eat steak, but that wasn't available.

Extremely incompetent employees. You wait 40 minutes to even be able to order, while the store feels empty. Crisis management 0! The boss is the same way. It's a wonder this store is still running. Every time I made my own mistake and was given this chance. After this disrespect, you lose your appetite anyway. At such costs, customers also pay for the service, which you definitely won't find there!

We had reserved but there wasn't enough seats/chairs left for us. There was nothing else free either. When we tried to talk to the staff about how we could solve the problem, they couldn't find anyone. After a good 10 minutes we went over to Peter Pane and were given a very friendly welcome and a table for 9 people was spontaneously set up for us.

The price is high and the hamburgers are not good. Sauces with very strong flavors are used, in the style of Thai cuisine. The meat seems to be marinated in sweet and sour sauce, as well as the onions, so the sandwiches have a strange taste. I also found it very rude that the girl was cleaning the table next door while we were sitting and in the process splashed the product on me. If you want to clean the table, you need to direct the spray well or place a cloth in front of it to avoid splashing customers.

A 45 minute wait to get cold beef fillet is tough for the store.

I've been eating here regularly since 2019, but unfortunately my last visit was really more than disappointing. The waiting time was really long, even though only two other tables were occupied. But that didn't really bother me at all, as I was already used to these waiting times from previous visits. When we received our burgers, I bit into the burger full of anticipation and expecting to taste the classic Bulls Kitchen quality. Unfortunately I was very disappointed, the fried onions were very hard and had absolutely no taste, the patty was way too salty and almost completely fried, and the bun also tasted old. It's a real shame because the prices are going up but the quality is declining. Unfortunately that was the last visit for me.

You can't go wrong here. The food is top. The selection is well chosen. A good selection of burgers, sides and drinks as well as meat if you want. My colleagues ordered burgers and were very satisfied. I ordered the dry-aged steak and was thrilled. Very juicy, tasty and perfectly served with fries, herb butter, a sauce and a salad. Service was great too. The food was brought to our table in a very timely manner. Cloths and cutlery too, of course. The ambience is top. Large windows, very cool furnishings with a personal touch and a cool bathroom. Everything clean. Prices are pleasant. If you want to eat something good, this is the place for you.

We went to Bulls Kitchen today and have always wanted to try the Burladen. I have to say that we really liked the look of this one. There are enough spaces available, both indoors and outdoors. The menu offers several delicious burgers as well as side snacks. The burgers we chose were extremely tasty. Very high quality meat and fresh ingredients. Also a big compliment to the kitchen and the service! Great team! We'd love to come back.

My girlfriend and I went on a date to Bull's. I have to be honest, I wasn't disappointed, the burger was really juicy. For dessert we ordered a cheesecake which was also very tasty.

The ambience is really nice, especially the neon elements🤩 Both indoor and outdoor seating available. In my opinion, the selection of burgers on the menu is rather basic. I have to deduct one point for the veggie burger, which unfortunately wasn't well received. A little more choice would be welcome here. In addition, only soft drinks are offered 🤷‍♂️

After 40 minutes of waiting we finally got our food. The burgers were OK, but nothing special. The crispy chicken burger didn't really taste like anything. We were literally thrown out. We looked on Google for the opening hours, which weren't correct (it should have been open since 12 p.m.) We were there at 1:50 p.m. and were greeted with the message that we were closed. No hello no nothing. Then I said on the internet it says open at 12 p.m. We thought it was wrong, but we posted it on Instagram. You have to wait outside. And all in one tone... First time here was in 2023 when i was looking for a halal restaurant to break my fast. A year later, i came here again. My favorite is Wild Wild West. The meat was delicious and tender. The place is cozy. And I like the toilet, it’s big, clean, and so artsy. Shout out to Rahbia who was very helpful and always smiling :) Hope can come here again next time. Cheers.

I was with you for the first time today on the 20th and I have to say I'm really very disappointed. We were at the checkout and only two people were in front of us. Where we both arrived it still looked quiet. However, no order was taken for over half an hour and a queue had already formed outside, many of whom left because they didn't want to wait any longer. After over 30 minutes we were finally able to order. We sat down on the bar stools by the window and I immediately noticed that there was a constant cold draft coming from the door because it was broken and wasn't closed. After a long wait, our food was finally ready and we were disappointed. One burger was ordered well done and one medium. However, both looked more like medium rare. The meat was obviously not cooked through. We thought nothing of it and ate anyway. In terms of taste, it was okay, but nothing special that justified the waiting time and the circumstances. Shortly afterwards we both felt sick and both threw up that same evening. The only positive thing I can say is that the store looks really good with the open kitchen concept...but that's it. Maybe it was just a bad day? The crew looked very overwhelmed...
