Bull's Kitchen Burger, Steak & Co. in Hannover

Landed here on a recommendation for the first but not last time. Definitely one of the best burger 🍔 shops in Hanover. Whether the Pattie’s fries or the cooking level, everything was excellent. The prices are absolutely justified, if not a bit too cheap for this top quality. All the staff are incredibly nice and attentive. Anyone who likes meat and citizens is in good hands here. I can highly recommend this fantastic burger shop. See you soon…

It was all very tasty. Nothing left.

I ate here with my wife and we were served very nicely and it was all well and good, but the burger I had was very bad. The reason it's bad is because the meat was simply rubbery meat. Then I tried my wife's burger, it was good and wasn't rubbery, but the meat had a strange taste again. The chilli cheese fries were the only thing I really liked. We really wanted to eat steak, but that wasn't available.

Staff unfriendly… Keep looking for the remote control

Extremely incompetent employees. You wait 40 minutes to even be able to order, while the store feels empty. Crisis management 0! The boss is the same way. It's a wonder this store is still running. Every time I made my own mistake and was given this chance. After this disrespect, you lose your appetite anyway. At such costs, customers also pay for the service, which you definitely won't find there!

Bullskitchen convinced me with juicy, well-seasoned burgers and crispy fries. The atmosphere is modern and cozy, with friendly and quick service. The young lady today in particular was very helpful. If you had any questions, you could contact her directly.

Bulls kitchen in Hanover was very tasty. Nice, clean shop. The burger was very good, the cheese sauce was also very tasty. Unfortunately they ran out of steaks that day but the chops were also very tasty.

I was there today with my friend and ordered a burger and steak. The burger was super juicy, well grilled and topped with fresh ingredients. Delicious. The steak was tender, nicely seared and seasoned perfectly. Just a great meal. I can only recommend😍

We had reserved but there wasn't enough seats/chairs left for us. There was nothing else free either. When we tried to talk to the staff about how we could solve the problem, they couldn't find anyone. After a good 10 minutes we went over to Peter Pane and were given a very friendly welcome and a table for 9 people was spontaneously set up for us.

The price is high and the hamburgers are not good. Sauces with very strong flavors are used, in the style of Thai cuisine. The meat seems to be marinated in sweet and sour sauce, as well as the onions, so the sandwiches have a strange taste. I also found it very rude that the girl was cleaning the table next door while we were sitting and in the process splashed the product on me. If you want to clean the table, you need to direct the spray well or place a cloth in front of it to avoid splashing customers.

A 45 minute wait to get cold beef fillet is tough for the store.

You can't go wrong here. The food is top. The selection is well chosen. A good selection of burgers, sides and drinks as well as meat if you want. My colleagues ordered burgers and were very satisfied. I ordered the dry-aged steak and was thrilled. Very juicy, tasty and perfectly served with fries, herb butter, a sauce and a salad. Service was great too. The food was brought to our table in a very timely manner. Cloths and cutlery too, of course. The ambience is top. Large windows, very cool furnishings with a personal touch and a cool bathroom. Everything clean. Prices are pleasant. If you want to eat something good, this is the place for you.

I've been eating here regularly since 2019, but unfortunately my last visit was really more than disappointing. The waiting time was really long, even though only two other tables were occupied. But that didn't really bother me at all, as I was already used to these waiting times from previous visits. When we received our burgers, I bit into the burger full of anticipation and expecting to taste the classic Bulls Kitchen quality. Unfortunately I was very disappointed, the fried onions were very hard and had absolutely no taste, the patty was way too salty and almost completely fried, and the bun also tasted old. It's a real shame because the prices are going up but the quality is declining. Unfortunately that was the last visit for me.

Quite disappointed with my experience. We had to wait in a long line just to place our order, which was very frustrating. Once we finally ordered, the service was incredibly slow. The quality of the cheese was particularly bad, as you can see in the attached photo. It really affected the overall taste of the dish. Overall, the long wait times and poor food quality made for a very unsatisfactory visit

We went to Bulls Kitchen today and have always wanted to try the Burladen. I have to say that we really liked the look of this one. There are enough spaces available, both indoors and outdoors. The menu offers several delicious burgers as well as side snacks. The burgers we chose were extremely tasty. Very high quality meat and fresh ingredients. Also a big compliment to the kitchen and the service! Great team! We'd love to come back.

My girlfriend and I went on a date to Bull's. I have to be honest, I wasn't disappointed, the burger was really juicy. For dessert we ordered a cheesecake which was also very tasty.

The ambience is really nice, especially the neon elements🤩 Both indoor and outdoor seating available. In my opinion, the selection of burgers on the menu is rather basic. I have to deduct one point for the veggie burger, which unfortunately wasn't well received. A little more choice would be welcome here. In addition, only soft drinks are offered 🤷‍♂️

After 40 minutes of waiting we finally got our food. The burgers were OK, but nothing special. The crispy chicken burger didn't really taste like anything. The service doesn't work there at all, everything is totally disorganized. We also had to wait another 10 minutes for an additional dip that we ordered. It's a shame because the ambience itself is nice.

The food was good, only the potato wedges were too soft. Served items were not laid out and were only laid out upon request. The toilet has a light that would indicate whether it is occupied, but it does not work and was permanently switched to occupied.

One of the best cheese cakes I've ever had. The “Lokum the Boss” burger is a must buy when you are here.

I had to wait 20 minutes until I could order at the counter. It wasn't clear to me why you couldn't just order. Whatever the reason was, it should definitely be taken care of

After a long wait, our food was finally ready. Unfortunately, the burger and the lamb chops (chewy) didn't blow me away. I'm disappointed. The organization is bad in the restaurant. The service and the kitchen take too long. Price performance is not right for me.

Our burgers were okay, nothing special, we wanted the meat well done but not super dry and cold. The chicken fillet nuggets tasted very tasty. Otherwise the store is beautifully designed.

The three of us were here for the first time today. Yes, there is room for improvement organizationally... Yes, you wait longer for your food than at a fast food chain... We were literally thrown out. We looked on Google for the opening hours, which weren't correct (it should have been open since 12 p.m.) We were there at 1:50 p.m. and were greeted with the message that we were closed. No hello no nothing. Then I said on the internet it says open at 12 p.m. We thought it was wrong, but we posted it on Instagram. You have to wait outside. And all in one tone... Incredible We would have waited even if someone had spoken to us sensibly. A pity!

At Bull’s Kitchen, you can expect a tempting burger experience with a range of delicious options. However, the dips are a real highlight and deserve special mention. Although the burgers are good, they don't quite reach the highest level. For poultry fans, there are limited options on the menu, but beef lovers will find their culinary delight.

I ate on site. Prices are relatively high for self-service. However, this is still to be expected. Unfortunately, the burger didn't blow me away. The sauces weren't my thing at all and the bread was also very soggy and soaked in sauce. I was missing some crunch in the bite. My burger was from Feeling just a soft mass. First time here was in 2023 when i was looking for a halal restaurant to break my fast. A year later, i came here again. My favorite is Wild Wild West. The meat was delicious and tender. The place is cozy. And I like the toilet, it’s big, clean, and so artsy. Shout out to Rahbia who was very helpful and always smiling :) Hope can come here again next time. Cheers.

I was with you for the first time today on the 20th and I have to say I'm really very disappointed. We were at the checkout and only two people were in front of us. Where we both arrived it still looked quiet. However, no order was taken for over half an hour and a queue had already formed outside, many of whom left because they didn't want to wait any longer. After over 30 minutes we were finally able to order. We sat down on the bar stools by the window and I immediately noticed that there was a constant cold draft coming from the door because it was broken and wasn't closed. After a long wait, our food was finally ready and we were disappointed. One burger was ordered well done and one medium. However, both looked more like medium rare. The meat was obviously not cooked through. We thought nothing of it and ate anyway. In terms of taste, it was okay, but nothing special that justified the waiting time and the circumstances. Shortly afterwards we both felt sick and both threw up that same evening. The only positive thing I can say is that the store looks really good with the open kitchen concept...but that's it. Maybe it was just a bad day? The crew looked very overwhelmed...

I think I'm crazy, so I was here with my parents and the menu shows the burgers as a menu for €9.50 or €10.50. But on top of that there's another €6 for fries and drinks, which no one tells you because if the menu says I expect that the burger also includes fries and a drink. especially €9.50 for a burger??? We paid 51€ for 3 people, each a menu!!! This is outrageous and in no way justified. The one star is only for the taste

Staff just under stress and completely confused. Wait time just to order almost 1 hour. Wipes for cleaning hands, out of place here until we found them lying in a corner. A general toilet where people forget to refill toilet paper. Food is only served lukewarm right now and if you order it fried you get it medium rare. Fries taste more like salt than fries. Apart from the fire protection, staff almost set the grill on fire by pouring water into hot fat and there are no smoke detectors or fire extinguishers? Furthermore, the staff scratch their faces with the gloves that are used for the food, food is eaten while the food is being prepared and the fire from the grill (with patties on it) is blown out by the staff. Definitely not convinced, the 20 minute drive wasn't even remotely worth it. The price-performance ratio is quite ok, the staff doesn't know their own prices.

Just a suggestion for improvement, no offense intended! We ate there today, the burger was medium even though I wanted it to be done. The sweet potato fries were totally over salted, as if you had just had the leftovers, everything was totally cold and hard. The coleslaw salad is definitely not an original recipe, I don't know why they call it that. My husband's chicken burger had zero seasoning. The waitress should smile more often, it would be better received by the guests. I am a restaurateur myself and have years of experience in the areas of food and staff! That's why I'm pretty picky when it comes to restaurants. Still a nice atmosphere. Nevertheless, I wish you continued success.

The atmosphere at Bulls Kitchen is inviting and cozy. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. They welcomed me warmly. The food was simply sensational. Every bite was a taste explosion! The dishes were lovingly prepared and of the highest quality. The selection of food was impressive and I loved the creative and delicious options on the menu. The selection of drinks was also excellent and perfectly rounded off the culinary experience. Overall, my visit to Bulls Kitchen was simply great.

That was very disappointing. We were there for the Ramadan special and got food poisoning. We fasted all day so we only ate the burger. I was suspicious of the taste, but I thought maybe it just wasn't cooked properly. The atmosphere wasn't good either. I felt sorry for the staff, who were overwhelmed and stressed. The whole experience was not as expected.

Unfortunately, burgers did not live up to expectations. Nicely decorated place.

I came here on the recommendation of Yussuf, i.e. an employee from there. I ate there with friends for iftar and I have to honestly admit that the burgers were amazing and the lotus cheesecake was the crowning glory.

I love this store! I don't understand all the negative comments! If I don't like something or if something bothers me, I speak about it directly and say so on the spot. And not by sitting there all day, having a good time, eating EVERYTHING and giving 1 star at the end... and everything is described in exaggerated terms. When you rate something, be fair! Best burger shop!😎😉

The experience at this store was disappointing. Despite driving from Wolfsburg to Hanover, we were only informed 30 minutes before arrival that only one menu was available. This could have been communicated earlier. The fries were overly salty and the wait was long. Overall, the one hour drive wasn't worth the visit.

I thought the dry aged steak is supposed to be tender, the one I had was so tough, it’s either not dry aged or overcooked. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Because of the positive reviews, including that you get the best steak here, my girlfriend and I decided to give the restaurant a try. Apart from the waiting time (50 minutes even though the restaurant was empty), the food was unfortunately only lukewarm and the steak was not cooked to the desired level. The staff tried hard. Price performance is not right for me. I wouldn't eat here again.

I was in this restaurant today and would give it **two stars**. Here is my reasoning: 1. The burgers were **average** and nothing special. I would have expected more in a normal restaurant. 2.Unfortunately the chili cheese fries were peppered with **too many jalapeños**. It felt like I had only eaten jalapeños. 3 The sauces were **okay** but nothing exceptional. 4. The ambience was **okay too**. 5. Here lies the main problem. The service was **disastrous**! Unfortunately, I can't understand the positive reviews here. Overall, I think the store is **overrated**. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I can't give a better review

We wanted to reserve a table for dinner and were asked if we were Muslims. When we said no, we couldn't make a reservation because it was Ramadan. Buddhists, atheists, Christians and Jews are apparently unwelcome

After reading positive reviews online, we decided to eat burgers at the restaurant. The atmosphere was appealing, but the burger patty was cold and dry. We are convinced that it was not freshly prepared. When we complained about this, the staff refused to acknowledge that it was cold and not freshly prepared. We suspect this is because we were there just as business was starting and they may not have been able to make the patties fresh so we were served some from the day before.

The food was delicious and the burger meat was so tasty. Chili Cheese Fries (small) and Chicken Filet Nuggets are suitable as a side dish. I would say it is the best burger restaurant in Hanover. You have to reserve a table. The only thing is that we had to wait a bit to get the food. Overall it was a good experience.

It's actually a really cool idea, but it's usually full and the boss always seems very stressed/arrogant. I have no idea how to define that, but no front basis. Ultra tasty burger with different choices and really nice and polite employees, a really nice employee named Ploy made an extra effort today to keep the guests happy, which I really liked. I also recommend trying the Lotus Cheesecake, it tastes very delicious

Nice location and nice staff, but the burgers weren't to our taste. Addendum: I find it somewhat inappropriate to hire a legal service provider to have my review deleted. In my opinion, you have reached a different level of audacity with this action. Since people won't believe me that I actually had dinner with you, I would be happy to send you my card payment receipt to prove that I was there. (You already got it from legal service providers and Google) Will never go there again.

Cool location, delicious burgers. The meat is halal. Service is always friendly, e.g. Nastja. Sometimes you have to wait a bit when there are a lot of customers to serve, but if you have the time it's worth the wait. Always my pleasure.

Six of us went to Bull's Kitchen today and had a delicious meal. The chili cheese fries are highly recommended. Attention: these are not vegetarian, they contain minced meat. The guy we placed the order with was incredibly condescending and unpleasant - both to the guests and the other employees. The burgers were okay. Cool ambience but it is totally spoiled by the concept of “allocating space”. The store actually had potential but it wasn't used.

I never really write reviews, but what I experienced at Bulls Kitchens is not possible. We got to the restaurant at 1 p.m. There was only one employee there who was overwhelmed on her own. We asked for the menu and were told they don't have a menu and you have to order at the register. There were 12 to 15 people in line behind us, of which at least 10 people left because they were immediately unhappy with the situation. We placed our order and paid over 48 euros. We waited over 45 minutes for the food and ate it with a lot of stress because our break was over. Unfortunately, the food didn't taste as good as expected. The staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional. The guests came in between, but after the unfriendliness of the staff, some left straight away. I have never seen at least 17 people in a restaurant decide to leave the restaurant and go somewhere else within 45 minutes. Conclusion: Unfriendly service, very poor value for money, the food doesn't taste good and you wait a long time. Poor organization and not recommended.

Reserved in advance for 5 people. Steak and filet were sold out. Burgers were very tasty but while we were still eating the remaining dipers and were talking, an MA came and said that the table had to be freed in 10 minutes because she had a new reservation and if she could clear away slowly that would be very good 🤷‍♀️ so a kick out. We went to another restaurant and had a nice evening there with dessert and drinks. You just can't make money like that.

The restaurant has a super cool design and is a real eye-catcher! The food was also very tasty. But unfortunately we didn't feel particularly comfortable because we were sitting very close to the next table and the service was very slow. We also had to wait a really long time for our two burgers (+ we ordered from the menu and unfortunately we were charged for everything individually).

The store is totally overrated. I thought the food was okay at best, but really nothing special.

First of all, the ambience was nice, but it was a little cold inside. The burgers were really subterranean: the meat was gristly, my friend had bones all over it, and the bun wasn't toasted. The aioli that was missing ended up being a green wild garlic cream. The burger really had a very strange taste all around. The extra cheese sauce was thick and tasted stale. I left over half of the burger standing. Don't thank me again.

Oh well…. expected something better. The styling of the location is quite nice, but the service is too slow and unmotivated. We waited a long time for our burgers and then only the meat was warm, the bun was cold, the tomato was ice cold and everything was drowned in mayo. 🍔 for 12 to 16 euros per piece, neither full nor happy 😝 No recommendation.

At the beginning it wasn't clear that you would need a seat assignment, as there was no sign visible, you were then approached unfriendly and without distancing and that there were four others waiting in line. Maybe I'm a bit sensitive about it, but I think when it comes to service and a seemingly good restaurant you should be friendlier be addressed. The quality of the meat was OK, which was what my wife and I ordered. But very mixed and not of the same quality for the price. Most of the menu and many ingredients were not available. The burger wasn't good.

Reserved in advance for two people, dry aged and lamb chops were sold out when we arrived. So we only had the beef fillet to choose from. Instead of beef fillet we got two pieces each, probably from the leg (200g). Tough, very fibrous and cartilaginous. Plus a small "salad" and approx. 150 g of potato side dish with a dip. The taste of the meat and the dip still came up often... The price is overpriced and not justified in any way. Staff is overwhelmed. Overrated...

They were out of cheese and steaks by 18:00 pm on a Sunday and the staff were quite rude overall. Food was quite okay, nice burgers but overall nothing special and the staff added to the injury by just being simply rude. The moment we entered, they rudely said we can't even sit before ordering (we reserved a place beforehand) and it's winter, I wanna drop off my jacket maybe? 😂they were also upset we didn't think we would pay for mayo - later we ordered and paid for it and they brought it to the table very angrily 😂 I dunno, it's ofc not easy to work in the service sector but nobody's forcing you to do this job? 😬 I don't think I will go again to this place.

Food, environment & atmosphere are a 10.

The burgers were all great, as were the fries. The 'chilli' should be highlighted in the chili cheese potatoes, they were extra spicy. The store was clean and had a cool atmosphere

I sit comfortably but somehow everything is still a little uncomfortable.

The food and restaurant were cold

We had dinner here with 4 people. Unfortunately there was only 1 steak and then it was sold out. The steak was almost burnt instead of medium rare and, as we all know, there was no substitute. Personally, I find the shop very appealing, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend the shop because of the incorrect preparation and unfortunately not very friendly service, but it's not a complete failure either. Now we're trying to delete this review, which I have to see as a disgrace. It's better to stand by your feelings and do better for the next customer.

The Cheese Burner and Chilli Cheese Fries we ordered were fine. It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. It was very (very!) cold in the snack bar because the door was always open. It looked like the door wasn't clicking properly anymore. So we sat down at one of the larger tables (with some sort of room divider). It wasn't as strong there as in the rest of the area. Unfortunately, a service staff informed us that we were only allowed to sit there if there were 4 or more people. The fact that we were cold was also not taken into account and we had to move. Note that the restaurant was almost empty at this time. There were enough places available. So we sat there with our jackets on and were freezing. Unfortunately we couldn't really enjoy the food. I asked the various service staff several times to do something, but our concerns were not addressed. We felt neglected as a customer and can therefore only advise against a visit.

Great food, nice staff and I don't have to say anything about the ambience other than unique but in a positive sense. Always my pleasure
