The location is amazing, the service is fast and excellent. The food tastes absolutely fantastic. Officially the best burger place in all of Hanover!

A truly incredibly delicious burger, and very easy to reach from Hanover city center. My favorite part, however, was the small chicken tenders, which were simply perfect. The accompanying cheese dip was also fantastic. A lovely atmosphere and nicely decorated.

They seemed slightly overwhelmed, unfortunately due to the large crowds (long wait). Therefore, only average, because the food was excellent.

I was there for the first time today, November 18th, 2025, and arrived at exactly 12:00 PM as the first customer. I ordered the toast burger because of the nice Instagram videos. However, it was very burnt. I complained and got a new one. When he brought it to me, he told me the burnt color was normal, that it came from the butter. Then I caught up with another customer who arrived after me and wanted to go to the restroom, and I asked him if his was also so burnt. He said yes, and that it didn't taste good, which is understandable given how charred the toast was. 0 stars, simply because I felt ripped off. I complained about the burger, then he made me the same one again, which was just as burnt, and then he told me it was normal. The inside of the toast was even burnter than the outside. Oh yeah, the pictures are from the new burger. I didn't take any pictures of the first one because everyone can make a mistake, but with the second one, there was simply no other way than to write a review.

The meat was super juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the bun was light on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. I especially liked the homemade sauce – it gave the whole thing a special touch. And the portion was really generous; I was really full afterward.

So delicious, and the cheese bomb is definitely worth it.

It was really great, we were here with friends and the burgers were something special, I would definitely recommend it. The fries were delicious and all the burgers were freshly prepared.

Premium burgers for solid prices

Sorry, but I won't be going back. It may be that some people consider certain things normal, but not me. I ordered two burgers, and everything seemed fine; they were friendly. The young man gave me my change while wearing black gloves. He placed the order, went into the kitchen, grabbed some fries, and put them in his mouth, still wearing the same gloves. He then started preparing burgers for other customers. I kept to myself. Then he started putting fries in his mouth again, still wearing the same gloves. Now he started on my burgers, touching the patties, the toppings, and so on. I remained silent and watched. For me, it's absolutely unacceptable to be rummaging through coins and then preparing food without putting on fresh gloves. Sorry, but I'm not giving them any stars for something like that.

I can't understand the good reviews, unfortunately. Even though the place was empty at lunchtime, it took a long time for my order to arrive. Sorry, but the burger was just average. However, the interior design and decoration were well thought out. Otherwise, it was a disappointment.

I don't understand the hype either. It took a while for three burgers and fries to be ready. My coleslaw was too sweet and had too much mayo—out of the blue. The burger was OK, nothing more. Despite the sauce, it was bland overall. €18. Not again.

I discovered Bull's Kitchen through a YouTube video. I ordered the Lokum Boss Burger from the menu. The burger tastes simply delicious. The meat is juicy and melts in your mouth. I chose the dippers as a side dish. The dippers are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They also serve Elephant Bay iced tea, which I think is the tastiest iced tea ever. I really liked the interior; it's very beautiful and inviting (photos 1 & 2; I've rarely seen anything so cool; it brings back memories).

We waited more than 40 minutes for two burgers with sides. The sides were lukewarm, and after complaining, we were given new sides. They then said they'd deliver more, which isn't right. Just hot sides, and everything was fine. The burger patties are much too fine and pressed too tightly. And be careful, if you say "cheeseburger" instead of "The Cheesy One," you might end up with a cheese burner, as happened to us... all in all, we can't understand the good reviews. By the way, it was a Sunday, and the restaurant wasn't even at 50% capacity.

Perfect, friendly, clean, and above all, a mega burger. Great service! Best burger we've ever eaten. Kid-friendly and very modern decor. Great drink selection (thanks, perfect for those boycotting it) & halal! We'll be back, even though we live very far away.

A very tasty burger, and especially the delicious sweet potato fries and truffle mayo. The good reviews are well-deserved. The atmosphere is cool, and the restrooms are also very cool. We had to wait about half an hour for our food, which might be our only criticism. I'll definitely be back.

We expected more based on the many good reviews. Self-service, unfriendly/bored staff, and overall, it felt like we were at McDonald's. The chicken patties were tough and the burgers were generally very small. The soda and potatoes, on the other hand, were good. Overall, it was way too expensive for what you get.

Great burger! I had the Golden Dutch Burger – I highly recommend it! The chef was so nice and let us try his new toast burger creation. I thought it was even better, simply brilliant.

I really like the ambiance and the concept – I also think the menu selection is excellent. Unfortunately, the meat was cooked a bit too long during my visit and was therefore a bit dry. As a result, the taste wasn't convincing.

We visited for the first time yesterday and had found out about the restaurant online. Ordering was very straightforward, and drinks could be taken straight from the fridge. There's seating inside and outside. Blankets are also available outside. Unfortunately, there's only one restroom, which can lead to a wait. You should definitely be patient; we waited about 50 minutes for our food. (But it was also very busy.) The taste is really delicious, but they make a lot more of a fuss about it online. The price/performance ratio is definitely top-notch.

Delicious burgers and fries. I especially liked the burger with joppie sauce. The downside is that there is no menu, you have to stand in front of the cash register to choose something. I would also like more variety in burgers. More unique flavors, like joppie sauce. Another huge plus for this place is the ability to order melted cheese, that's what it's worth coming here for.

Pure disappointment, we ate there today. Our order was clear and precise, the guy at the cashier even repeated exactly what we wanted. After waiting 20-30 minutes, the food arrived wrong. When we paid, we wondered why it was so expensive. Later, when we looked at the receipt, we were simply charged an extra €10 for things we didn't order. We even ordered from the set menu, where we were told it was cheaper than ordering everything individually. Bottom line: it's not worth it if you get ripped off.

Best service, really delicious food

Two burgers and two servings of fries somehow took over half an hour to make, despite half the tables being empty. Once it was finally done the food was mediocre, not good but not terrible. Definitely not worth the price.

Unfortunately, disappointing – didn't live up to the hype After many recommendations and the hype, we wanted to see the restaurant for ourselves – unfortunately, our visit was a bitter disappointment. Upon arrival, we were confronted with an extremely long wait: a total of over an hour, including the checkout stop and about ten minutes waiting at the cashier alone. Of course, it was busy that day, but overall, it seemed chaotic, uncoordinated, and unwelcoming. The food, unfortunately, couldn't justify the long wait either. The chicken burger tasted okay, but the content was disappointing – there was barely any coleslaw in the burger, maybe a teaspoon. The burger and fries were only lukewarm upon arrival, which is completely incomprehensible after such a long wait. On top of that, the fries were almost unsalted, and the overall impression was simply disappointing. Another point: The tables lack basic items like salt and pepper, cutlery, or at least napkins – that could have significantly improved the overall impression. As it was, everything seemed a bit unloved and unfinished. The seating situation is also problematic. The seats at the front are OK, but the area facing the side street is extremely cramped. You can barely get between the tables, let alone comfortably sit at your seat. Definitely not ideal for a pleasant dining experience. The service was also disappointing. When we politely asked for some cheese sauce for our burger, we were first greeted with, "Did you order that?" – and then simply replied, "It's sold out." Very inflexible and unaccommodating. In conclusion: If you really want to try it for yourself, please do. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience for us. A second visit is out of the question for us.

Our visit to Bull's Kitchen was unfortunately a huge disappointment – especially considering the hype on social media. They can even fake the dishes on TikTok so that everyone sees a wow factor. Absolutely terrible. First of all, we had to wait almost an hour for our food, which is extremely long, especially for a self-service restaurant. It was particularly disappointing that the sour cream was already sold out at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday – that seems rather poorly thought out for a restaurant that focuses on burgers and side dishes. Even the hyped cheese sauce wasn't available upon request 😵‍💫 The seating is very cramped, which makes the experience even more uncomfortable. There were no salt or pepper shakers on the tables, which completely rules out the possibility of improving the taste yourself. The quality of the food itself was also disappointing: The "Wild Wild West Burger" with pastirma was very dry and barely juicy, the chicken burger was also dry and contained only a tiny amount of coleslaw – overall, a rather unloving impression. Furthermore, the burgers were cold and the fries were lukewarm. In addition, the restaurant as a whole seems very disorganized – despite being self-service, there is a lack of clear organization, which certainly doesn't help with the long wait times. Price-wise, Bulls Kitchen is in a range where you'd expect much more: For what's offered, the price-performance ratio is simply poor. All in all, we absolutely don't understand the hype. For good street food or burgers, there are definitely better, cheaper, and, above all, better-tasting alternatives.

Located on a busy street with many fast food restaurants around. The restaurant has 12/15 different tables for 2/4/6 people. It's not very large, but it's spacious. It also has an outdoor terrace with 12/14 tables and umbrellas. The main course is burgers, as the name suggests, with a variety of regular and specialty options, all of which are well-paired and very tasty. The kids ordered nuggets, but they were a bit dry. Prices range from approximately €8 to €16 per burger. Be sure to leave without using the restroom first; it's a lot of fun.

We ate there often before the change of ownership. The food is just as good, but the service has deteriorated somewhat. Our burgers were lukewarm. Apparently, you can't order the burgers medium anymore, and they're definitely too small for the bun. Unfortunately, the Smashburger was cold when I received it. We had the only order from the chef, so I wonder how they manage to make the burgers lukewarm/cold 😅 The baked chicken, however, was very strong, as I remember it.

Burger enjoyment at its finest! I was at Bull's Kitchen in Hanover today and can only say: They serve really good burgers! The meat was juicy and grilled to a perfect medium rare, the ingredients were fresh, and the bun was beautifully fluffy. Every bite was a delight. I ordered sweet potato fries with it. Everything was crispy, hot, and cooked to perfection. The truffle mayo was the icing on the cake. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and modern. If you like really good burgers, you should definitely stop by here. I'll definitely be back!

Extraordinary place! It's hard to find a place in Germany that properly prepares a cut of beef. This place is one of them. Although their burgers (for which they're known) are also quite outstanding, the meat is top-quality, and the bread and vegetables are fresh. To drink, they offer a wide variety of local sodas, which are delicious, by the way. The wait time is average, especially if you expect a dish cooked to perfection. The prices are reasonable, the service and attention are very good, and the staff are always attentive (a rare thing in Germany). The only drawback I found was the area; it's a bit ugly, especially at night, so I recommend going during daylight hours. I will definitely return.

Today, we went to Bull's Kitchen in Hanover with a large group of guys (13 people) to try burgers – and what can we say: It was sensational! The burgers were incredibly juicy, especially the Smash Cheeseburger, which was a real highlight – simply perfectly prepared and delicious. Everyone was thrilled! Despite our large group, we got a table right away, which is definitely not a given. The staff was super friendly and attentive, and everything was relaxed and well-organized. You can just tell the passion they put into their work. It was a lot of fun – we'll definitely be back!

Overall it is a good burger place. I find it a bit pricey and the service is a bit slow (only one counter to get orders). The burger was tasty and juicy.

Can someone please teach the cashiers how to serve customers? Every time, they communicate with us, as well as with the chef and waitress. The result: steak cooked to the chef's liking, sides appreciated, and customers dissatisfied.

Unfortunately I can only give this place three stars because I've already eaten there twice. And on both occasions it was very difficult to eat in a restaurant because they didn't have the sauces or ingredients at all. Therefore only three stars. The food itself was tasty, even though you had to eat something different than what you ordered.

I was very curious about the store but was disappointed. We waited 45-50 minutes for our food. The patties were very thin, dry and fried almost black. The cheese on the Chilicheese fries wasn't melted properly and the fries weren't cooked through under the cheese. Taste... well... once and never again... what a shame

Even if there are only 3 people in front of you in line, it will take considerably too long for you to be processed. Food is top but not above average. The store was completely empty, but we were still sent away. The reason: Everything is reserved for breaking the fast. There was still over an hour until we broke the fast and we would have been gone by then. Whether this represents discrimination or it is the owner's property rights is up to each individual to interpret.

The homepage advertises dates and cheesecake, but the dates had been counted - some were even spoiled - and the pieces of cheesecake were very small. To compensate for this, baklava was also offered... that was meant nicely, but unfortunately it did not correspond in any way to the pictures and advertising videos on the social media sites and did not serve the purpose. The burger was okay, but we definitely won't come here again. In addition, the boss seemed rather arrogant and annoyed - hospitable definitely looks different. In any case, far too expensive for the quality offered!!!

We were there for Iftar Per: -Get a place despite a spontaneous visit -short waiting time for food -friendly service Cons -Poor communication between customer and service - to me it seemed like there were only three menu items to order and nothing else. -20 euros for a single patty burger, fries, a drink, sauce and cheesecake is a bit too high as it is still supposed to be an Iftar/Ramadan offer. -Only cash payment possible. Although I know it differently from stories. -At the end we were told that the cheesecake was empty and instead we would only get one baklava per person as compensation. -There was a family sitting behind us who had already been waiting for their food when we arrived, were still waiting during our meal, and were still waiting even after we paid and left.

Strangely enough, my review was previously removed... I guess that's often the case here, but that's just my personal way of thinking.

I ordered steak and was really worried that it wouldn't work. When it arrived it looked very good and tasted great too

The food was good. The burgers were maybe a bit more cooked than they should be but they were still delicious. The sweet potato fries and the wedges were great! The only thing that could be maybe more organized is the service. We were told to take a place since the service will take some time. But then we saw people who arrived later ordering before us. Our bill also didn't make any sense. There is a combo deal but at the end we noticed at home that we actually were billed for every single item of the combo meal on its own.

Before renovation and the new concept the taste was splendid. I would recommend it. Nowadays, the restaurant lack of consistency. Sometimes the burger taste good, sometime just normal. For the price, I'd expect more. The portion is big though.
