We were here for dinner. The food in the restaurant is fabulous! Most of the staff were polite and accommodating. Unfortunately, our impression changed when, on the long walk home, we realized that our backpack and valuables were still in the men's restroom. While we turned around, we called the restaurant to ask them to leave the backpack at the reception desk (due to the many valuables) until we arrived in 20 minutes. The lady on the phone was very rude! She said she didn't have time, and it was the men's restroom anyway, and nothing would happen there anyway. My husband told her again that it was really important because of wallets and cell phones. She again said she couldn't do it because the hotel was full. Too bad, because the restroom is 20 steps away from the reception desk phone. When I arrived, I went to the men's restroom myself and retrieved the backpack. At the reception, I spoke to the lady I'd spoken to on the phone and mentioned that it would have been really good to leave the backpack there. She very rudely said that it was so busy that it just wasn't possible. I then told her that I'd retrieved the backpack in less than a minute and that, thankfully, I had it back. Complete. Shaking her head, she walked to the back area in the middle of my speech and said something else I couldn't understand. Too bad.

Once again, we were very satisfied. From booking to departure, everything went smoothly.

The room with a terrace was generally nice and clean, but a bit dated and rather old-fashioned. Unfortunately, it was very warm during our stay, and despite the fan, there was hardly any airflow, although it must be said that it was also very hot outside. The biggest drawback, however, was the breakfast. It wasn't replenished regularly, so many items ran out quickly. When we asked for more, it took more than 20 minutes to get it. Considering the price of the room, this is truly disappointing and unacceptable.

Rooms are clean and have nice, big beds with great matresses. The rooms are quite outdated though, and lack some modern aspects that you would expect from a hotel. But not much to complain room-wise. The staff is friendly, allthough waiting for orders to be taken, or for drinks and food to arrive took a long time while we were there. Drink orders were also forgotten on multiple occasions, which were added to a bill. Food-wise, the a- la carte food I ordered was okay but not great for the charged prices, and the buffet the day after was amazing (allthough incredibly costly once again).

We were at the Hotel Restaurant Perl yesterday for a wedding, and I am absolutely thrilled! The location is beautiful and offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable celebration. I was particularly impressed by the food: a huge selection of warm appetizers, delicious antipasti, and diverse main courses truly offered something for every taste. I feasted all evening! The dessert was also a dream. I honestly told our hostess that it was the best wedding meal I've ever enjoyed. The service was consistently friendly, attentive, and very professional. An all-around successful celebration. I highly recommend the Hotel Restaurant Perl, especially to couples still looking for a special wedding venue.

Probably the last time we'll eat there with four people for a while, or we'll be going back much more frequently in the future... October 24, 2024 We were at your place today with a group of four for a cozy lunch to celebrate a birthday. Everything was perfect here. Very competent, trained service staff. They ask if everything is to our satisfaction and if everything tastes good. Very good, plentiful, and appetizingly presented food. Absolutely perfect.

We've known Gasthof Perl for 40 years. It started with a large hall, simple tables and chairs, but a schnitzel that was much longer than the plate. Super delicious and always worth a visit. The taste hasn't changed to this day! The premises have changed considerably, now operating as a hotel, with individual rooms without doors, but still a long way to the restroom. Depending on the group, they have space. The service is attentive but not intrusive. This time I had Madras fillet tips with rice and curry sauce. Phenomenal. The curry sauce was well-balanced, the meat tender, and the fruit was very tasty. You could also order a small or regular portion. There was ample parking on site if you weren't having large parties. A bus service stops right outside.

We are from Upper Franconia (Franconian Switzerland) and were in Garbsen for a weekend seminar. An employee from the Hotel Bullerdieck recommended the Hotel Perl to us for lunch! It was a very good recommendation! We ate in a well-kept restaurant with very appealing cuisine and very friendly service! Due to the very nice weather, we spent some time afterwards on a bench in the hotel garden and enjoyed the chirping of the birds and the wonderful spring sunshine. Then we drove back towards Garbsen and took a nice walk around the small lake. At around 6 p.m. we wanted to meet friends for dinner at the Hotel Bullerdieck. We wanted to go in 4 minutes beforehand and what a shock - my wife's handbag wasn't there! After thinking for a moment, she could only have stuck to the bench in the Perl hotel garden! After a short call, I received the very relieving news that the boss had found the bag and secured it. I drove there immediately and received the handbag back from him personally. We had a very pleasant conversation together! This visit to the hotel will remain in our memories forever, because it was also my 66th birthday! Unimaginable if everything had been gone! I then drove back very gratefully and celebrated my 66th in a relaxed manner with my wife and friends! Many thanks again to the “team” (women too, of course) from Hotel Perl!

I will never enter this store again. We celebrated our wedding there in July 2010 with a small party. When my wife and I returned from the photo shoot in the afternoon (after lunch), we no longer found the wedding party in the small rented hall but in the bowling alley! Discussions with the management of the house were unsuccessful. We then left the house without the planned coffee/eating cake.

Unfortunately, there was skin/something unidentifiably disgusting meaty in my vegetarian meal (couldn't be identified by the kitchen either). That's not possible given the high price and it spoiled my appetite. Unfortunately, I only noticed this while eating, which is why a lot of it had already been eaten. When I told the owner I wasn't taken seriously and was only believed after I showed my plate. As compensation there was a mini espresso. Most of the people in service were also very unfriendly.

Vegan food was good in February 2024. There is now a vegan menu on the menu. We had dinner with three vegans and were unfortunately very disappointed. "JUST various VEGETABLES" quite salty with a little oil and herbs. The whole thing for almost €17. We didn't find the price/performance ratio right and went home hungry! Maybe my criticism will help in the future. A PITY!

I was allowed to accompany a bride and groom on their day and lunch was at the Perl Restaurant. Super nice service, the food was top notch and extremely tasty. The beef and the roast venison were extremely tender and cooked to perfection. The soup was made with a lot of ingredients and the dessert was not too sweet. But the normal menu can also be recommended and at lunchtime the restaurant was well filled with guests.

An old musty house that could use some renovation. You come in and think...70s. The rooms are dated and the location leaves a lot to be desired. First of all, the waiters were very friendly and accommodating. As far as the food is concerned, especially a so-called “Berggartenschnitzel”, I have never eaten anything so musty. The mushrooms were almost black and this indefinable sauce was slimy and disgusting with a touch of ketcup. Wonder how something like this gets from the kitchen to the guests??? The pork loin was far dry with frozen vegetables, not possible. The soups are just salty. You could put more effort into the salad, even if you bought it ready-made. I can't recommend this place, Bullerdieck in Frielingen has more class.

I'd be happy to accept an invitation to this restaurant, even if I'm in my mid-thirties I wouldn't entertain the idea of ​​eating here.

We celebrated our wedding with 30 people at Perl. Everything was excellent. Great service and we would particularly like to highlight Mr. Santhiruban. The bathroom, in contrast, was in very good condition. The WiFi works very well. Cell phone reception is zero. Maybe. You manage to contact the emergency services, but nothing more. The breakfast was very modest but very tasty. The dinner, provided by colleagues, is said to be very tasty. I think the pictures give a neutral impression. Definitely not my choice for private purposes, but for work it's more than enough just to sleep.
