Schlossremise in Wolfsburg

From the small town to the “big city of Wolfsburg” - with this not entirely serious dialogue began a beautiful and tasteful evening in the “Schloßremise”. Although we were recommended the daily special, we opted for dishes from the regular menu, which also offered vegetarian options. Not only the starters, but also the main courses and desserts were very well prepared - something to behold - and we (six people, each with different dishes) enjoyed them very much. Always friendly and attentive service made the evening a special one. Thank you for that! If I'm in Wolfsburg again, I'm looking forward to a meal at the “Schloßremise”.

I had no idea that there was such a fancy restaurant in Wolfsburg. They don't have lots of choices, but they are good at what they offer you as a menu. I had a medium rare Rindfilet, and it tasted so good! The restaurant is so cozy and people were very kind and nice.

Best food in all of Wolfsburg! Absolute recommendation for foodies 😍 nice staff and cozy atmosphere. After dinner, 1-2 tables are cleared away so that dancing can take place. Absolutely no problem. We have already looked after several weddings here. All the guests take it easy. Not everyone sits down in the evening anyway 🤗

Food was ok, but not amazing. They do not know how to make vitello tonnato. Their schnitzels were fine, but the fries were to dry, and not crispy enough.

In June we celebrated our wonderful wedding in the Schlossremise with 50 guests. The location is cozy and elegant at the same time. Saskia accompanied us through the planning with magical ideas and great advice for the entire wedding celebration. From the first moment we felt at home in the castle coach house. We decided on the grill buffet. The food was incredibly delicious. Every one of our guests still raves about it today, including the fact that the drinks were always served quickly and no one was left out. The overall service was excellent. Super nice, fast and professional. We felt completely comfortable at all times. Saskia and the team helped to make our wedding celebration unforgettable. Ein tolles Ambiente, gepaart mit einem guten und sehr freundlichen Service. Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort. Wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bewirtet. Das Essen war perfekt, von Anfang bis Ende!! Ein guter und sehr freundlicher Service rundete dieses perfekte Essen ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen.

It's very nice on the terrace. However, the schnitzel was dry :( We found the three-quarters of an hour wait between the starter and the main course to be far too long.

If you like something special and are willing to pay a little more for good service, a great ambience and very tasty food, you really get something on offer here. Both the zander and the beef fillet are always on point. Another recommendation is the antipasti cake stand. Be sure to reserve in advance, the best place to find seats is in the winter garden with a view of Wolfsburg Castle.

The castle coach house in Wolfsburg is always worth a visit. The food is very varied and always freshly prepared. Great chef and great hosts.

It was our first time eating here and we had a really great evening. The service is extremely friendly and accommodating, we immediately felt at home. The menu offers something for every taste and the food is simply fantastic in terms of taste and appearance. We also really liked the ambience. After a very long time, we came out of a restaurant completely satisfied. I haven't come across a comparable restaurant, especially in the Wolfsburg/Braunschweig region. The price-performance ratio is right and the service is perfect and warm. We are happy about this great new discovery and would love to come back. Thank you very much for the lovely evening!

We can't say anything about the food or the ambience. We just wanted to eat ice cream outside. However, we were turned away in a rather rude tone because everything outside was “supposedly” reserved. With such staff, you shouldn't be surprised if guests stay away.

In our opinion one of the best spots in Wolfsburg. Price-performance is super reasonable for what is presented. Adequate selection plus recommendations that fit, less is more. Great dishes, well presented and superbly prepared, plus great attentive service, that's how it has to be, you'll be happy to come back.

Hey we celebrated our birthday here yesterday. All guests agreed that 5 stars are not enough. The whole evening was very nice, even the kids were asked whether they wanted to eat the same as the adults or whether they would prefer chicken nuggets with fries. We were all really excited. The annual visit to the country party on the extensive grounds of Wolfsburg Castle was shorter this year despite the great weather. The search for our well-known epicurean delicacies was not rewarded. What to do? See what the Schlossremise has to offer. What can I say? It was worth dining here. Everything was tasty, friendly and totally relaxed ☺️. Conclusion: always happy 😉

After searching in Wolfsburg we found this restaurant. The lady at the reservation was spontaneous and great.. The reception was excellent... Even the small inconvenience with the main course was topped off with a spontaneous dessert offer. Excellent service. To recommend. Sorbet with vodka is highly recommended there.

We (5 people between 18 and 51 years old) used this extraordinary and beautiful restaurant for a family dinner. The hospitality, the ambience and of course the excellent food made the visit a truly successful experience. We would come back at any time. Auch dieses Mal wurden wir wieder nicht enttäuscht und das Essen war hervorragend. Das Essen kam, trotz erhöhter Personenanzahl sehr zeitgleich an den Tisch. Wer sich nach einem rund-um-perfekten-Abend sehnt -> SCHLOSSREMISE! Absolute Empfehlung konstant guter Service und tolle Fleisch-Qualität. Weiterhin alles Gute für Euch und "bis gleich"!

Das Essen war zum größten Teil nur lauwarm, nur die Maronensuppe war hervorragend. Auf der Empore war es dafür unerträglich heiß.

Leider habe ich das Essen nicht vertragen, die Steinpilzravioli schmeckten nicht nach Steinpilzen. Der Geschmack war von der Sauce, die stark gewürzt war und sehr nach Knoblauch schmeckte. Dabei war laut Personal kein Knoblauch in der Sauce. Wahrscheinlich war das Trüffelöl ausschlaggebend dafür? Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist hier meines Erachtens nicht gegeben. Das Personal war freundlich, aber nicht immer aufmerksam.

Meine Frau und ich mich möchten uns nochmals bei Frau Elverfeld und Ihren Mitarbeitern bedanken, dass Sie uns und unseren Gästen dank ihrer mehr als professionellen Herzlichkeit einen solch schönen Abend ermöglichte. Als eifrige Restaurantbesucher fielen uns zum Vergleich allenfalls weit zurückliegende Abende im "Bamberget Reiter" noch zu West-Berliner Zeiten ein.

Das Restaurant verfügt über ein tolles, gehobenes Ambiente und einen sehr guten, aufmerksamen Service. Gerade die Getränke und die Vorspeisen wurden sehr schnell serviert. Ich kann das Restaurant für Ambiente, Service und das super leckere Essen nur empfehlen..! Die Preise sind gehoben aber absolut gerechtfertigt..! Wir werden dort auf alle Fälle mal wieder einen Tisch buchen...

Großer Pluspunkt ist die wirklich tolle Atmosphäre. Auch der Service und das Essen kann ich empfehlen. Einzig eine telefonische Erreichbarkeit war nicht so einfach. Dafür war die Kommunikation per Mail gut. Wir hatten ein tolles Geschäftsessen.

Weil es ein hoher Raum ist ist es sehr laut fast wie bei einem Bahnhof aber das Essen und der Service macht es wieder wett.

Wir feierten unsere Herbst-Hochzeit mit 65 Gästen hier. Das Ambiente ist großartig und die Bedienung ist professionell und freundlich. Die Inhaberin war in den Vorbesprechungen sehr hilfreich und aufgeschlossen, und die Feier lief makellos ab. Und das Essen ist einfach grandios! Auch Menüanpassungen für Gäste mit speziellen Essensanforderungen waren kein Problem. Wir hätten uns keine bessere Location für unsere Hochzeit wünschen können!

Wirklich schönes Ambiente, gemütlich und sehr zuvorkommende Bedienung. Der Nachtisch war der absolute Hammer !!! Preise sind eher hoch, daher der Punkt Abzug. Für einen besonderen Abend sehr zu empfehlen.

Es war nur etwas laut durch die Familienfeiern und die Kinder der Gäste, aber das gehört nun mal dazu, dass die Kleinen nicht die ganze Zeit still auf ihren Plätzen bleiben. 在一個城堡旁邊的廣場，非常舒服的用餐環境，我覺得如果辦婚禮將會非常適合且浪漫🌹 有好的用餐環境與氣氛，一切食物都變好吃了，到此用餐將讓你印象非常深刻。 牛排加上松露醬非常美味，炸豬排也很棒，前菜也很有特色，啤酒、甜點也都無可挑剔。 只是傍晚時蚊子多了一點，但等到太陽下山後就沒這個問題了，一場非常難忘的聚餐，謝謝業者的幫忙。

Wir waren heute das erste Mal in der Schlossremise. Ein tolles Restaurant mit sehr nettem Service und schönem Ambiente. Das Essen, sowohl die Vorspeisen als auch die Hauptspeisen waren top. Sehr schön angerichtet und geschmacklich super lecker. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Das war gestern ein grandioses Abendessen. Rundum Betreuung. Essen war vom Feinsten. Mehr geht eigentlich nicht. Wir fühlen uns in der Remise immer heimisch. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend.

Zum Hochzeitstag haben wir am Mittwoch einen Tisch für 2 gebucht. Angefangen mit einer Flasche Champagner MOÉT Imperial, die vergleichsweise günstig für 60€ angeboten wird, nahmen wir die gemischte Antipasti Variation als Vorspeise und das Rinderfilet als Hauptgang. Wer es pikant mag, dem empfehle ich die Pfeffersoße. Das ganze abgerundet mit dem trockenen Rotwein Primitivo. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und das Rinderfilet (medium) war total zart und auf den Punk gegart. Der Koch hat unseren Geschmack voll getroffen und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und auf Zack. Die Lautstärke im Lokal war ok. Man konnte sich normal unterhalten. Für ca. 200€ ein perfekter Abend! Wir kommen wieder! P.S. Parkplatz in direkter Umgebung ist kostenlos.

Einmal da gewesen ,und nicht wieder. Sehr laute Atmosphäre , dass sie am Tisch nicht einmal mit den Tischnachbarn unterhalten können. Massige Bedienung. Und das Essen ????????????? Die Schweine . Kalb Schnitzeln ,die wir bestellt haben waren geschmacklose zu lange in der Fritteuse frettierte fertig Ware gewesen. Die Portionen sind reichlich. Für das Essen mussten wir fast SIEBZIG MINUTEN warten !!!!! (Lokal Eingang 18.20 Essen Service 19.50 Uhr) Salat Teller war geschmackvoll und gut gemacht und unser Wein (Grauburgunder aus Pfalz) schmeckte hervorragend.

Wir waren gerade mit unserem Praxisteam zum Weihnachtsessen. Ich möchte hier ein großes Lob aussprechen. Das war wirklich schön. Freundlicher Empfang, sehr freundliche Bedienung, schönes Ambiente. Das Essen wirklich toll und ein Genuss, heiß, gleichzeitig serviert, sehr lecker, dazu auch optisch sehr ansprechend, Preis/Leistung top. Schade dass scheinbar doch so einige Weihnachtsfeiern aufgrund der ganzen Regelungen wegen Corona nicht stattfinden, denn es war leider relativ leer. An euch liegt es nicht, ich wüsste nicht, was ihr hättet noch besser machen können. Wir kommen gerne wieder und werden euch gerne weiterempfehlen!

Auch in der Coronazeit war das Team der Remisen für uns da. Das Essen konnte vorbestellt und abgeholt werden. Essen war wie immer sehr gut und wir freuen uns darauf wieder im Restaurant essen zu können. Bis dahin machen wir das Beste draus.

Das Essen wird in der Schlossremise immer liebevoll und sehr lecker zubereitet! Wenn man noch vor Ort in dem schönen Ambiente essen kann, dann ist das Glück vollkommen!

Hallo zusammen, wir haben spontan einen Tisch in der Schlossremise reserviert und einen tollen Abend verbringen dürfen. Die Begrüßung war äußerst professionell und freundlich. Wir haben einen Tisch an der frischen Luft bekommen und das Ambiente hat uns gut gefallen. Selbst auf einen kleinen Regenschauer wurde seitens des Serviceteams souverän reagiert. Der Rotbarsch war klasse und das Kalbsschnitzel ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Schauen sie selbst vorbei und genießen Sie das Ambiente. Bitte vorher den klassischen Kommunikationsweg nehmen: einfach kurz anrufen und reservieren. Die Remise war bis zum letzten Tisch besetzt.
