Unfortunately, Ikea's performance continues to decline! A few weeks ago, I bought a Hemnes dresser with a drilled board and a paint job that looked as if it had spent two weeks in the rain. The exchange went smoothly, but I still had to go back to Ikea. Today I wanted to buy a bed and reduce the delivery cost by €20 using a points voucher from the Family feature. After endless back and forth from the checkout to the bed department and then to customer service, no one could help me. My coupon isn't usable (IT apparently needs 48 hours to activate it), and none of the departments could find a solution. Why a coupon takes 48 hours is a complete mystery to me. Who plans their Ikea visit 48 hours in advance? And what if I wisely activate the coupon and then don't buy anything? After all, the coupon expires after 30 days. This system is completely poorly thought out. What a shame. I never used to have annoying experiences at Ikea. Now, twice in one month...

Toilets without lids! The lady has the only toilet seat because it wasn't even cleaned. She still collected money. It only had the bread roll department open, but the saleswoman was super nice.

We were registered for the schnitzel buffet with 50 people. The food was okay, but half of the group had to leave the restaurant hungry. The "buffet" wouldn't have been enough for 30 people. All bowls were empty and nothing was refilled even when asked. For €23.50 per person, the food was simply not enough.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed, both on site and with the delivery service....... Ordering over the phone is almost impossible because the young man on the other end hardly understood anything. An Irish folk party could be heard in the background. Which in itself is very nice, but given the volume it should still be possible to accept an order! I'm very disappointed... On site it takes forever for the food to arrive, extra requests are accepted but then later ignored and acknowledged with a shrug of the shoulders! It's a shame, it used to be a really good establishment because it's right in the neighborhood. Unfortunately we have to look elsewhere... To make matters worse, the driver has now driven to the wrong address. Instead of Sedanstrasse he was sent to Essinghausen on Sudetenstrasse because it was possible to write down the address correctly despite repeated explanations! The angry resident was kind enough to contact me and give the driver the correct address... I was completely served

Perfect for families with children.

Bin mit einer Gruppe von 12 Personen dort gewesen und bin positiv überrascht worden. Zwei leckere und reichhaltige Vorspeisenplatten (1× vegan), im Anschluss hatten wir Pizzen, Fisch, Nudeln und Salate am Tisch und alle waren mit ihrem Essen sehr zufrieden. Dass die Pizzen an diesem Abend allesamt nur je 7,- gekostet haben, war eine weitere positive Überraschung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und fix, Wartezeiten hatten wir nicht. Werde das Lokal wieder besuchen.

An expensive but fine restaurant. There is delicious food with friendly service in a cozy, modern atmosphere.

I bought a falafel wrap as a snack for my train ride. When I unpacked the wrap I noticed straight away that it was very, very soft and the paper had already become sticky and damp. At first I took a bite and it tasted OK, but then I saw that the lettuce was brown in some places. That can happen - but the falafel was completely soft and already colored blue from the red cabbage. The next bite, however, just tasted disgusting. I paid almost 5 euros for this and now I have no food on the train or have to buy it twice. Really outrageous to sell such an old wrap. The wrap was definitely not made today.

Always friendly and in a good mood. Delicious and fresh baguettes. Price-performance ratio is right, in my opinion. Since I generally only pick up things myself, I'm happy to do so again and again.

Unfortunately it has become far too expensive.

Super nice there! Would be the perfect location for our wedding, but unfortunately contact cannot be made because emails are not responded to ☹️it's a shame.

Stadtmauer – nice shop, but there is room for improvement in terms of price-performance ratio The food was really tasty and the atmosphere was great too. The service was friendly and attentive, there was nothing to complain about. However, the portions are rather small, especially considering the price. The drinks were also a bit weakly mixed - you could have expected more given the prices. Overall, a solid visit, but not quite justified in terms of price.

Delicious pizzas and a great atmosphere! It's great that they also offer vegan dishes!

Leider war das essen für die Qualität viel zu teuer. Und man bekommt nicht das was man bestellt oder nur die hälfte. Kann das Restaurant nicht weiter empfehlen.

Der man der den Döner macht ist einfach nur unfreundlich. Nie wieder gehen wir nochmals hin. Der soll lernen wie man in der Gastronomie die Kunden behandelt.
