Dear Seehaus team, I've had dinner with you several times now. I'm slowly getting tired of it... The first two times it was great, but the last three times have always been a disappointing experience overall, so this time I also said something on site. Here are my criticisms in the hope that something will be remedied, because sitting with you in the summer and having a drink is really nice... Lately, despite the restaurant being empty, we have been waiting forever both to take our order and then for the food. The quality of the food is not stable and does not match the price. Yesterday we had completely overcooked pasta, for example the chanterelles only contained traces. I had about 5-7 mushrooms on my plate of chanterelle pasta. The time I was there before, my soup was very oversalted and my friend, who was with me and had a meat dish, left half of it on her plate. It happened every time that part of the order was forgotten. No excuse... And yesterday we got our starters AFTER our main course. Furthermore, it would be great if your service staff would ask from time to time whether everything is ok or if you would like another drink. As I said, they have a nice atmosphere and I was really happy the first few times, but the last few times I've had the same experience. I probably won't come back for a while. It's a real shame, because the atmosphere is really nice and the selection on the menu actually suits my taste.

I was still on the beach with my children and my wife sat down in the front outside area. There was probably a celebration in the annex. A handful of people were still there. Otherwise there was nothing going on. Neither in the restaurant nor in the beer garden. At some point my wife got the menu herself because no one came. When she was finally able to order, 20-30 minutes had already passed. In the meantime I was there with kids too. We asked for a children's chair, which we got, but the remaining chair was not put away. We didn't like the food. Some of the children's fries were very hard and dry. Fish fingers and nuggets were ok. My wife's chicken from César Salad (now called a bowl because it comes in a bowl) was so far dry that I almost choked on it. Can't get down without a drink. The dressing was better too. My salad/bowl for €20 consisted of lots of romaine lettuce, a bit of white cabbage salad, gyros, tzatziki, lingon bear jam and some goat cheese. I could have bought a kebab plate for half the price and at least I would have been full. I felt a bit ripped off because I would estimate the cost of goods at €2-3. The service was otherwise neutral. I haven't been there for a long time, but now we probably won't go there again.

Food was sinfully expensive, a wheat, cola in a paper cup (so much for environmental friendliness) and 2 mini bratwursts in a roll for €20. I was amazed and complained about the little sausages. No accomodation, supposedly always 100g. Sometimes elongated, sometimes small and thick like ours. We cannot recommend food. No napkins. Goodbye forever!

About 20 minutes after we sat down, a drink order was taken. Food was okay but unfortunately nothing special. The ladies and gentlemen don't look at empty glasses and you are basically thrown out at a quarter past 9. We will not visit the restaurant again.

We ordered the Olympia Bowl with goat cheese and gyro strips. The cheese was very strong, the meat was not fresh - it was frozen (very similar rectangular pieces) and fried. The salad was soggy and soggy due to the sauce - €19 for that!!!!! Very very expensive!!! No glasses outside - coasters: everything wet from the glasses. No napkins. No seat cushions on the chairs. The cellar didn't understand us a bit well... didn't come after a short time to ask if we wanted something to eat... the quality was too bad for the expensive food!!!! Actually it should be cheaper at the lake!!!!:-( disappointing

We would only eat in the outdoor area because we were there to swim, I can't comment on the indoor area. The size of the currywurst with fries was very suitable for a boy. But the seasoning of the fries was very salty and quite spicy, should the sale of drinks be ticked here? You order drinks and food at two different counters. We had the burger three times and the baked potato with quark once. We got the drinks in plastic cups and the food in disposable dishes with wooden cutlery. The food was okay and gets 3 stars. The curd wasn't that good. The coleslaw from the bucket didn't work at all. The remaining salad with the potato was fresh and delicious with fresh sprouts for just under €8. The burger was freshly prepared, with fries for just under €13. No salad included. I was honestly shocked at the mountain of garbage at the end. The huge garbage cans in the beer garden were almost overflowing. We are in a state of change, sustainability is very important, but not here. I also mentioned this to the staff, but no one was interested. The staff could be friendlier and not just process orders...😐. The complete experience of the afternoon is a reason for me not to come back here.

Da sind wir wieder gegangen. Wenn es den Laden nächstes Jahr noch gibt, gehen wir mal wieder kucken, um was zum Lachen zu haben. Die Pizza die dort verkauft wird ist übrigens Tiefkühlware.

But not in the beer garden next to the lake, but in the restaurant. The restaurant is very nicely decorated, modern and yet cozy. Here too there was the option of sitting outside, the terrace is clearly separated from the lakeside terrace. Our visit was early Thursday afternoon. The restaurant was lightly attended. The reception was friendly and short. The drink order was taken (2 drinks). And on the way to the counter we forgot what we wanted...well...so we politely handed in our drink order again. The drinks were brought, but beer mats were not. So the table was wet....Yes and the orders with the meal request (2 dishes), the waitress couldn't keep them either and asked again...hm... The food was served by a robot...we were amazed because we weren't told about it. Well, the food was tasty and so were the two drinks, but the service in the restaurant was a bit sloppy. Service should be personal!

To the point and super tasty. We remembered the staff as neutral and not necessarily positive.

Ich hatte vor 3 Monaten einen Tisch für 25 Personen reserviert. 1 Woche vor dem Termin erhielt ich einen Anruf, dass unsere Veranstaltung im Biergarten stattfinden muss, weil im Restaurant eine andere Veranstaltung sei. Sollte es regnen, würden wir unter den Sonnenschirmen trocken sitzen. Das geht gar nicht! Wir haben zur Zeit 16°, da macht draußen essen und draußen sitzen keinen Spaß.

We were there on a Sunday at 2 p.m. I had previously ordered a table and also pointed out that there would be a person with a disability. In a restaurant with such prices, I expect at least a pre-set table when making a reservation. That was not the case. The staff is apparently not responsible for specific tables. I didn't have the impression that I was being served individually. The food, a Seehaus pan, was okay, but unfortunately lukewarm and the spoon to transfer the food from the pan to the plate wasn't there either (I had to get it myself) because there was no waitress in sight. An activity idea (e.g. painting supplies) would have been very thoughtful for the children. All in all, unfortunately not enough quality for these prices.

We prepared ourselves for Sunday brunch, because there weren't enough bookings, there was a full breakfast upon arrival. The fact was only explained after we asked... Nevertheless, 22.50 euros per person were charged... it wasn't worth it, sorry...

This criticism applies to the beer garden: I should have listened when they first said Pizza Margaritha was out and then it wasn't. “Pizza from the oven” is written on the menu. With this cheeky wording, which makes you think of a fresh hand-made pizza from a stone oven, and the hip black menu board with white writing, the snack bar tries to create an image that doesn't do justice to the truth at all. For an official price of €9.50 I get a circular frozen pizza punched out using the industrial template. I would have had to return it untouched. This impudence is great. To charge such a price for a product (presumably) from a multipack from the wholesale market. But cycling makes you hungry. The vegan burger was already sold out at 5:30 p.m. That was the real choice. So there was this one vegetarian pizza in the freezer. The fries with the currywurst were glassy, ​​crispy and seemed to have been swirled around twice too much in the frying fat. Maybe the vegan burger would have been worth the money. Or the beef burger. Or the “bowl”, which is served here like a pile of salad on a plastic plate. Someone else can find out. Bon appetit.

Own Pretty nice there! But the beer garden simply lacks attention to detail! You could do so much more with it, which is really a shame. It's worth taking a look at the Strandalm on Silbersee... Eigentlich wollten wir einen schönen Mädelsabend mit leckerem Essen verbringen. Wir bestellten alle Spargel mit Kalbsschnitzel . Die Bedienung war wahrscheinlich schon angenervt, das wir überhaupt gekommen sind.. so wurden wir jedenfalls behandelt. Wir sagten noch ausdrücklich, das wir den Spargel gerne weichgekocht hätten. Als das Essen kam, sah es auch optisch lecker aus. Aber beim probieren war auch der Appetit bei uns weg. Der Spargel war halbroh und ungesalzen und das Fleisch war ekelig. Die Spargelsuppe, die wir vorweg gegessen haben hat ,mit Spargel garnichts zutun.. einfach nur eine Mehlpampe aus Spargelwasser angerührt. Könnte jetzt noch kotzen, bei dem Gedanken an das Essen.. bäh . Viel Geld für minderwertiges Essen ausgegeben. Als Krönung muss ich den Kellner nennen.. so was überfordertes und unhöfliches habe ich noch in keinem Restaurant erlebt.Das Restaurant war leer und er hat es kaum geschafft, uns vernünftig zu bedienen. Es war das erste und letzte mal, das wir da hingehen werden. Achja, EC Kartenzahlung ist dort auch nicht möglich, nehmen nur bares

Frechheit! Für eine aufgewärmte Bratwurst, so klein wie ein Brötchen lang ist, zahlt man im Biergarten mit Selbstbedienung sagenhafte 4,50€. Nochmals: so lang wie ein Brötchen und nicht frisch gegrillt. Es waren kaum Gäste da. Beim nächsten Mal radeln wir ein Stück weiter zum Silbersee in die Almhütte. Alles super dort.

We go out to eat about once a week and today was the first time I didn't leave a tip. They won't see me again. Service is just bad across the board. Then I ate bread at home.

The beach house is located between Wietzenpark and Hufeisen See. There is an indoor restaurant where you have to wait to be seated, sometimes for a very long time. Then an outdoor terrace with free choice of seating and a self-service beer garden. The service is cool, but not unfriendly. Beers are pre-tapped and are only refreshed with a head of foam. Bratwurst and burgers are also pre-cooked and are just warmed up on the grill. The menu is manageable, seasonal special menu, but the prices are relatively steep. You would expect more quality for that. However, the ambience is unique.

We were there yesterday...after a nice walk we wanted to have a cup of coffee and cake. Unfortunately, the overall quality of this "shed" leaves a lot to be desired. It's specifically about the "beer garden" with self-service. Apart from the fact that the tables are all completely messed up, as if guests had eaten their fries with mayo without a plate directly on the table, cool (not cold) drinks are offered in a paper cup for exorbitant prices. For a deposit of one euro per glass, you cannot get your drink in a paper cup. Of course, this isn't even mentioned and is only brought up when the "warm" drink is returned. There are hardly any ashtrays and if there are, you will find all the remains of the food served by previous guests in them. At €3.60 for a 0.4l warm cola (we weren't even asked if we would like ice cubes in our drinks at 36°C in the shade), with filthy tables, the worst service and full of rubbish, dripping ashtrays, this establishment is not one worth another visit. I only give it 2* because the offer itself is extensive and the lake house looks quite nice from further away. The character is tantamount to cheap mass production. That might be enough for drunk teens. But people with the most minimal demands are in bad hands here and should rather go to Mecces or other questionable restaurants. At least the drinks are cold and come to the customer in a paper cup, who can then sit at equally dirty tables with dirty ashtrays. No thank you! Schön am See gelegen und im Innenbereich modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Leckeres Büffet am Sonntag und ungezwungen freundliches Personal. Auch die Speisen von der Karte sind lecker und das Geld wert. Das Seehaus verfügt über eine gute Parkplatzsituation und der benachbarte Park bietet eine gute Gelegenheit für einen anschließenden Verdauungsspaziergang. Wir kommen gern wieder, auch im Sommer, wenn der tolle Biergarten wieder geöffnet hat.

Eine sehr schöne Lokalität. Schon oft dort spazieren gegangen aber noch nie eingekehrt. Hat uns sehr gefallen 🍺 Die Currywurst ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren vor Ort frühstücken/bruchen. Das Ambiente direkt am See und Buffet eigentlich gut. Der Service leider wie bereits von anderen beschrieben in Teilen etwas träge bis lustlos. Wir müssen leider "nur" drei Sterne geben, da wir bei der Rechnung überrascht wurden und mehr Feingefühl für den Gast erwartet hätten. Am Buffet stehen große Zapfbehälter mit Sprudelwasser, welches pauschal im Frühstückspreis inkludiert ist. Da jedoch unsere Kinder Sprudel generell nicht mögen und jedes sprudelhaltige Getränk sofort ausspucken haben wir nach stillem Wasser gefragt. Es wäre zwar eigentlich bei einem Lokal nicht zu erwarten, aber selbst das gute Kraneberger aus der Leitung hätte uns bzw. unseren Kindern gereicht. Uns wurde stilles Wasser gebracht und dieses stand dann eben am Ende auch auf der Rechnung. Wir haben es bezahlt aber auch angesprochen, dass dieses Vorgehen, insbesondere auf bezogen auf die Kinder, eben nicht ganz verhältnismäßig ist und nur zu Unmut bei den Gästen führen wird. Darauf ernteten wir nur "Schulterzucken", daher leider auch nur drei Sterne.

Ich habe Haxe mit Knödel und Sauerkraut gegessen. Das Fleisch war super. Als Dessert hatte ich bayrische Creme mit frischem Obst. Als Getränk eine Maß Festbier. Alles sehr lecker und die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und sehr nett.

The view of the water as you have your food is breathtaking. Its really modern and we got served by a robot which I thought was pretty cool. It's pocket friendly despite the wonderful view, decor and amazing food. The waiter that took our order was really friendly and also very nice to the kids. I didn't get his name but I think he deserves a raise.

Warum ist es so schwer, an diesem tollen Ort einen Biergarten mit funktionierendem Service auf die Beine zu stellen? Seit Jahren das gleiche Problem: Völlig überfordertes Personal, das nicht in der Lage ist, sich zu organisieren. Bierbowle steht wohl nur pro forma auf der Karte, Brezeln sind fast immer ausverkauft, Gabeln zum halbwegs angenehmen Essen sind auch nicht da - Pommespieker müssen halt für 'ne Bowl oder einen Burger reichen... Und warum die Pager (die bei unserem letzten Besuch zumindest das Warten angenehmer gemacht haben, weil man am Tisch mit Getränken auf das Essen warten konnte) nun schon wieder nicht zum Einsatz kamen, erschließt sich mir nicht. Echtes Geschirr und Besteck (Mehrweg) wäre übrigens ein sinnvoller Beitrag zur Nachhaltigkeit- bei Gläsern geht's doch auch... Beim nächsten abendlichen Schwimmausflug werden wir dann wohl auf die deutlich besser funktionierende See-Alm am Silbersee zurückgreifen...

Waren heute zum frühstücken dort. Top Lage, schönes Ambiente. Servicepersonal sehr freundlich. Auswahl am Buffett ist vollkommen ausreichend und lecker - wer hier nichts findet ist selbst Schuld. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Dauert alles sehr lange im Biergarten Getränke und Essen

Das Essen ist lecker ,preislich etwas zu teuer. Der Service ist sehr langsam, man wird quasi vergessen. Dann kommt nach 1 Stunde das Essen, aber kein Besteck. Bis das Besteck kommt, ist das Essen fast kalt. Fazit: tolles Ambiente, leckeres Essen aber viel zu langsame Bedienung.

Essen gut, in der Schlange stehen um sein Essen und Getränke zu Bestellen ist nicht schön, in der Zwischenzeit war mein Tisch besetzt.

Leckeres Essen, nettes Personal, süßer Roboter und drinnen ist sehr gemütlich!

Das Restaurant ist schön und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem See gelegen. Es hat eine tolle Terrasse. Unsere Bedienung war sehr freundlich, aber offensichtlich etwa überlastet. Unsere Getränke-Bestellungen wurden nur sporadisch entgegen genommen und sind zum Teil komplett vergessen worden. Das Essen war gut, aber nicht überragend, dass Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist eher im mittleren Bereich. Das Ambiente ist toll. Ich würde wiederkommen, aber vermutlich eher zu einem Snack, als zu einem größeren Abendessen.

Ich wollte mit meiner Tochter ein Eis essen. Leider wurde ich um 11:58 Uhr unfreundlich abgewiesen, weil erst am 12:00 Uhr aufgemacht wird.. wir sind also raus und wollten um 12 hinten ein Eis holen. Fehlanzeige- wieder zu.. die Bewertungen sprechen ja für sich. Es gibt viele gute Läden- dieser ist offensichtlich keiner davon.

Schön gelegen direkt am See, innen und außen ist es sehr schön eingerichtet, die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich ich behaupte da findet jeder was, die Küche macht gute Arbeit das Essen hat was. Die Bedienung sind freundlich und umsichtig.
