Familienrestaurant AMano in Wolfsburg

Am Tag vor unserer Fahrzeugabholung haben wir einen schönen Abend im AMano verbracht. Wir hatten keine Reservierung und bekamen spontan einen schönen Tisch. Der Service war sehr freundlich, flott und aufmerksam. Auch unsere kleine Tochter wurde wahrgenommen und liebevoll umsorgt. Die Pizzas sind überdurchschnittlich gut gemacht, dünner Teig, krosser Rand, anständig belegt. Auch ohne den Abholerrabatt wäre ich mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis voll einverstanden gewesen. Insgesamt ein wirklich angenehmes Abendessen in optimaler Lage für Abholer - aber auch davon gelöst ein ohne Einschränkungen empfehlenswertes Restaurant.

Leider eine riesige Enttäuschung. Die Salami-Pizza war eine absolute Katastrophe. Der Boden war komplett durchnässt, matschig und nicht richtig durchgebacken. Gleichzeitig war der Rand extrem verbrannt und stellenweise tiefschwarz. So etwas habe ich selten serviert bekommen. Früher war die Qualität deutlich besser, deshalb ist die Enttäuschung umso größer. Diesmal hatte die Pizza weder eine gute Konsistenz noch einen frischen Eindruck. Für den Preis erwarte ich deutlich mehr Sorgfalt und Qualität. Ich hoffe, dass das Restaurant wieder zu seinem früheren Standard zurückfindet, denn aktuell kann ich die Pizza leider nicht empfehlen. 🍕👎

Letzte Woche waren wir bereits zum zweiten Mal zu einem Winzer-Dinner im Esszimmer und wieder einmal waren wir begeistert. Gerade wegen des hervorragenden Services und der besonderen Atmosphäre sind wir gerne zurückgekehrt. Nando war erneut ein äußerst charmanter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Gemeinsam mit seinem gesamten Team hat er dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Jeder Wunsch wurde freundlich und professionell erfüllt, und man spürt sofort, mit wie viel Leidenschaft hier gearbeitet wird. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir wieder von demselben netten italienischen Gastgeber betreut wurden und erneut ein so positives Erlebnis hatten. Solch herzlicher Service macht einen Abend wirklich besonders! Auch das Menü war hervorragend zubereitet und ein wahrer Genuss. Toller Service, den Umständen entsprechendes Ambiente. Leckeres Essen.

Wir waren ehrlich gesagt ziemlich überrascht über die vielen negativen Bewertungen – denn unser Abend dort war durchweg richtig schön. Der Service war unglaublich aufmerksam, herzlich und man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Besonders begeistert hat uns aber das Essen: Die Pizza war wirklich außergewöhnlich gut. Man schmeckt einfach, dass hier hochwertige Zutaten verwendet werden – laut Service sogar direkt aus Sizilien importiert. Genau das merkt man bei jedem Bissen. Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Abend in entspannter Atmosphäre und können das Restaurant absolut weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder 😊

Sind in der Autostadt gewesen um unser Fahrzeug abzuholen. Der Mitarbeiter hat uns um 13 Uhr mitgeteilt dass alle Plätze für Mitarbeiter reserviert sind und wir vor 14 Uhr keinen freien Platz bekommen können. Schade.... Das hat unser Erlebnis in der Autostadt leider negativ beeinflusst.

Wir kommen mit den Kids hier regelmäßig her, weil es super gut schmeckt und die Kinder es lieben die Pizza selber zu belegen.

Wir haben lange gewartet bis Bedienung kam (30 Minuten) eine Frechheit. Das Essen ist eine Enttäuschung für die italienische Küche.

Das Essen ist gut und das Ambiente angenehm mit vielen Sitzplätzen. Der Service lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig; er ist sehr langsam, und man muss die Bedienung mehrmals rufen, um zu bestellen und anschließend zu bezahlen.

Essen ist lecker und schön, aber das Personal eher das Gegenteil, beim Bezahlen wird man eine Ewigkeit vergessen und warten gelassen, und beim Bezahlen wird das was man gibt, ohne zu Fragen als Trinkgeld angesehen.

Sehr netter Service, aber das Essen ist nicht einmal mit Kantinenessen vergleichbar. Pizza, lieblos mit einem halben burrata belegt und wässrigen Dosentomaten. Die Bolognese wässrig weichgekocht, der Parmesan dazu feucht klebrig. Leider keine Empfehlung.

Waren mit einer größeren Gruppe dort. War alles perfekt. Essen gut. Ambiente gut. Preis gut. Besonders herausragend gut war die Bedienung. Sie war sehr lustig, was bei mir immer gut ankommt.

Wir möchten gerne ein großes Lob an Herrn Deniz vom Restaurant AMano in der Autostadt aussprechen. Herr Deniz war ausgesprochen sympathisch, freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Mit seiner positiven und herzlichen Art hat er für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir seine Kinderfreundlichkeit – er war geduldig, zugewandt und ist wunderbar auf die kleinen Gäste eingegangen. Ein Service, wie man ihn sich wünscht: aufmerksam, entgegenkommend und stets mit einem Lächeln. Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Erlebnis!

Abends unter der Woche sehr entspannt, ruhige Atmosphäre und gutes Essen.

Zunächst sei gesagt, dass das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam ist. Das Essen war allerdings sehr enttäuschend. Bruschetta für 8,50€ waren drei sehr kleine, sehr lasch schmeckende Minibaguettes die komplett durchgeweicht waren und matschigen, durchgesifften Teig auf dem Teller hinterlassen haben. An Pasta gab es sage und schreibe zwei Gerichte, einmal Penne und einmal Gnocchi. Die Penne waren leider matschig und die Soße war langweiliger als Nudeln aus der Konservendose vom Aldi. Mein Frau war nach zwei Löffeln voll „satt“ und hat sich danach zuhause ein paar Brote geschmiert. Meine Pizza war leider ebenfalls einfach nur lasch. Der verkohlte Rand hat gefühlt 40% der Pizza ausgemacht, trotzdem hat der Koch es geschafft den Innenbereich zu labberig werden zu lassen. Die meisten höherpreisigen TK Pizzen haben mehr Pfiff. Alles in allem erinnert AMano an Krankenhausessen; nach dem Motto „Bloß nicht zu sehr würzen, das verträgt der Patient vielleicht nicht.“ Leider habe ich erst beim Öffnen der Rezensionen gesehen, dass wir nicht die einzigen sind die unzufrieden waren.

Bei der Fahrzeug Abholung in der Autostadt waren wir nach allem hier essen. Der Besuch der Autostadt hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen, das Essen hat den Tag perfekt abgerundet. Von der Pizza war ich absolut begeistert, lange keine so gute Pizza gegessen. 🤌 Klar sind Geschmäcker verschieden, aber ich spreche für mich und die Pizza Parma war Top. Das Ambiente ist übrigens auch sehr nett, die Preise im Verhältnis zur Qualität absolut gerechtfertigt und die Bedienung sehr nett. Sollten wir irgendwann noch einmal die Autostadt besuchen, kommen wir gerne hier wieder Pizza essen. Grüße aus Berlin 👋

Zweigeteilter Eindruck. Essen und Trinken bei mir sehr gut. Service an sich auch sehr freundlich. ABER: Wenn jemand am Tisch berechtigt bemängelt, dass im Getränk kaum Kohlensäure ist und das selbst die Bedienung bestätigt, dann aber dies wiederum auf CocaCola schiebt, dann ist das leider sehr sehr sehr schwach. Selbst wenn es gewisse Vorgaben gibt, wie das Mischungsverhältnis einzustellen ist, so muss dieses verändert werden, sobald sich Gäste beschweren + der Service dies selbst bestätigt. Wobei bei dieser Mischung auch anzuzweifeln ist, dass CocaCola dies so tatsächlich vorgibt, da dies bisher in keinem anderen in div. Lokalen so war. Am Ende hat es wenigstens an Einsicht der Reklamation des Gastes gefehlt. Ob man das Getränk am Ende nicht berechnen würde, ein neues liefert oder ein alternatives anbietet, das überlassem wir ja frei dem Lokal, aber mit so einer Aussage abgewimmelt zu werden, ist leider schon extrem schwach...schade...

Eigentlich wollten wir an dem Tag in ein anderes Restaurant, welches dann aber geschlossen hatte. Also sind wir hier gelandet. Die Speisekarte ist recht klein und Teilweise sind die Gerichte etwas ungewöhnlich also mag es für weniger flexible Gäste schwieriger sein etwas zu finden. Ich war dann aber mutig und habe einen eher ungewöhnliche Pizza bestellt welche auch wirklich gut war. Der Salat meiner Frau war aber nicht so toll.

Die Pizza ist super lecker. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und ni.mt sich Zeit für den Kunden. Immer wieder sehr gerne.

Wir kommen nach mehreren Enttäuschungen nicht mehr ins AMano. Der Service lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Servicekräfte wirken häufig gestresst und lustlos. Wir waren mehrere Male da u d wurden leider mehrfach Enttäuschung. Teilweise muss man trotz 50% auslastung sehr lange auf seine Getränke und sein Essen warten. Es ist uns mehrere Male passiert, dass einzelne oder mehrere Personen am Tisch lange auf ihr Essen warten mussten, teil waren die anderen Personen bereits fertig mit dem Essen. 2 mal Nudeln und 2 mal Pizza bestellt und die 2 Pizza kam, nachdem alle aufgegessen haben. Sorry, aber das geht wirklich besser.

Der Service und das Ambiente während der Winterzeit waren super. Besonders schön war die Aussicht auf das Winterwunderland der Autostadt durch die große Glaswand. Die Pizza Burrata war etwas fade, was sich jedoch durch die am Tisch bereitstehenden Gewürze gut ausgleichen ließ. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Abend ☺️

Pizza war gut. Die Kindernudeln für 8 Euro leider sehr wenig. Nicht mal unsere 3 Jährige war davon satt. Schade...Ansonsten sind die Kellner nett, aber leider überlastet und somit merkt man den Stress deutlich an der Stimmung.

Leider wurde das Rezept für die Pizza geändert. Es gibt jetzt einen dicken Rand. Dafür weniger Belag. Auf der Diavola gab es nur 3 Scheiben Salami. Die Margarita-Pizza ist jetzt eine Käsepizza. Bitte ändert eure Rezepte wieder zurück. Hier gilt in jedem Fall: Früher war alles besser.

Ich kann dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen. Leider war unser Besuch aufgrund des sehr schlechten Services äußerst enttäuschend. Das Restaurant befindet sich in einem weltberühmten Museum, doch das Personal spricht kein Englisch und anstatt sich mit uns zu verständigen, ignorierten sie uns. Nach langer Wartezeit fanden wir endlich jemanden, der Englisch sprach, und bestellten zwei Pizzen und Getränke. Eines der Gläser war schmutzig, mit sichtbaren Lippenstiftspuren und Fettresten. Wir baten um ein sauberes Glas; die Kellnerin nahm die Gläser zwar mit, brachte aber kein neues. Nachdem wir etwa 50 Minuten gewartet und wiederholt versucht hatten, die Aufmerksamkeit der Kellnerin zu erregen (sie stand in der Nähe, ignorierte uns aber völlig), wurde uns schließlich mitgeteilt, dass unser Essen nicht zubereitet werden könne, da das Restaurant angeblich voll sei. Das war verwirrend, da bereits viele Gäste bedient worden waren und mehrere Tische leer waren. Enttäuscht und hungrig baten wir um die Rechnung und wiesen darauf hin, dass diese Information zu Beginn hätte mitgeteilt werden müssen, nicht erst nach fast einer Stunde Wartezeit. Außerdem erwähnten wir, dass wir kein sauberes Glas erhalten hatten. Statt der Rechnung wurde uns ein sauberes Glas gebracht. Insgesamt war der Service unprofessionell und frustrierend. Ich kann dieses Restaurant absolut nicht empfehlen.

Die Pizza: Der Teig war lecker, die Tomatensauce leider Geschmacklos und wässrig und Belag zu wenig für den Preis. Getränke: Hat nicht nach Cola, Fanta oder Sprite geschmeckt, eher sehr wässrig, am schlimmsten war die Fanta. Der Service: Super nett, freundlich und schnell. Das Ambiente wie immer super und gemütlich

The pizza was very bland and overpriced. Even the shandy was bad. The atmosphere was unpleasant and too loud. I was here a few years ago, and it was much better then. Never again.

Wir waren heute Abend wieder nach längerer Zeit wieder in der Autostadt. Wir unsere Familie hatten einen sehr schönen Tag. Natürlich mussten wir ins Pizza a Mano zu unserem Lieblings Italiener ( Der Römer) Wir haben uns riesig gefreut, das Fernando uns sofort wieder erkannt hat. Und obwohl das Restaurant gut gefüllt war, würden wir zu einem schönen Tisch geführt. Das Essen war so lecker und waren mehr als zufrieden. Eine kleine Sache sollte man verbessern. Das Tiramisu war nicht fest genug 😔 leider fahren wir morgen wieder nach Hause. Aber zum Winterfest kommen wir mit 💯 . LG. Familie Stern.

Water is served in a carafe. It still costs €6.50 and tastes strange. The menu disguises it with an Italian name, so you don't immediately realize it's not mineral water.

The restaurant has drastically declined! While they used to offer daily specials, now they only have the standard menu with a few appetizers, two pasta dishes, and barely a dozen pizzas. Our conclusion: - Poor service: We politely asked if the table lamp could be switched on for us on this gray autumn day. This was refused with the explanation that the battery would be dead by evening. One of our main courses was brought to us twice as an appetizer – supposedly due to a problem with the cash register. - Poor food: When the gnocchi were finally brought to our table for the third time, they were only lukewarm, the Diavola pizza was bland, and the Regina pizza was only partially cooked, dripping with grease, and only occasionally topped with a tomato. The switch from Mövenpick has unfortunately not done AMano any favors – in our opinion!

In a situation where I'm thinking about it

Perfect for children, they can even top their own pizza.

We've been regular guests at this restaurant for over 20 years, with ups and downs in terms of service and food quality. However, since the food has consistently been organic, we've remained loyal to the restaurant. The website still confirms organic certification, but the current menu is now conventional. I made a reservation for 12 people, as I've done several times before, and each time the restaurant has managed to forgo dessert. They served pre-packaged ice cream as a makeshift solution. Nobody liked the new dishes offered after the change of management. Unfortunately, the ambiance no longer meets the standards of this price category; instead of attractive table decorations, giant pepper mills loomed threateningly over our table. Even the positive efforts of individual service staff can no longer compensate for this. We're saying goodbye after over 20 years and won't be back!

They clearly know how to make a really good pizza here. The service was also top-notch—you could tell they really put a lot of effort into it.

Delicious food, incredibly friendly service. Our son loves making his own pizza. Today, due to a private party, this wouldn't have been possible, which made him really sad – but he was allowed to go into the kitchen with the chef and make his own pizza! We've never experienced such a child-friendly and welcoming team – thank you so much!

We went there for breakfast on Sunday with eight people. The selection and quality were excellent. It couldn't be better! We'll definitely be back!

We once had to wait an hour for our drinks and pizza. When the pizza arrived, it was completely small—smaller than the others our neighbors had—and the toppings were wrong. The staff was uncooperative. And we still had to pay for the pizza, so I wouldn't recommend it.

We received an extremely unfriendly welcome right from the start – the receptionist was listless, rude, and her demeanor completely spoiled the experience. It's a shame, because the waiters really tried hard to rectify the situation and provided good service. But the service can't compensate for what's ruined up front. Given the prices and the standard you'd expect from the Autostadt, this is absolutely disappointing. Customer service doesn't look like that. I'm certain: I won't be visiting this restaurant again.

There was a free welcome drink for everyone and I ask before drinking it, and one of the colleagues said yes, this is for the guest, so I took one glass and started taking another unfriendly Waiter came and told me this is not for you. This is for the people who is waiting outside. I am seriously. This was so unfriendly nobody came to take order for 15 minutes service is very poor

A while ago, we had the best pizza of all here. Well, times change: pizza as the dish of the day, pasta as the lunch special. In keeping with the season, both with chanterelle mushrooms. The worst pizza I've had in a long time; the pasta was wobbly and soft. The pizza crust was soft as a sponge; the chanterelle mushrooms were only recognizable by their bite and appearance, not by their taste—canned goods. The best part was the cherry tomatoes on the pizza; the rest was simply disgusting. Interestingly, the salad rolls were also made of pizza dough—equally inedible, of course. People, that's VW's fault, it shouldn't be that way. Restaurants complain that customers are staying away because of high prices—no, when they're served something like that, they'll stay away. I certainly am.

This was our second visit to this restaurant. Despite having made a reservation online, our table wasn't ready. Instead, the wait staff told us they thought no one else would be coming. We were then assigned a table that was originally set for breakfast. My question: Why make a reservation at all? We ordered two cocktails, but discovered that the non-alcoholic "Crudino Spritz" – just like on our last visit – was unavailable, apparently sold out. The Coke we ordered instead was tasteless and non-carbonated. After complaining, we received a new drink, which was also non-carbonated and this time even served without ice. The positives: The pizza was large, the dough tasty, and overall good. However, the waiter pointed out when serving that the plate was "very hot" – it was actually only lukewarm. The furniture is clearly showing its age, and some of the chairs in the middle are already saggy. It was also strange that the waiter wanted to bring us an empty pizza box when he saw the remaining pizza slices on our plates. I then asked him to take the plate and please pack the slices himself instead of leaving that task to me. Conclusion: Pizza was good, service staff was poor, drink selection and quality: disappointing (1 point). Decor: in dire need of renovation.

Unfortunately, reservations are worthless here, or rather, other guests have priority. Therefore, they simply cancel and you can see where you end up. In my opinion, this is extremely unreliable and definitely not worth a visit. Autostadt sets a different standard here and should consider whether this is acceptable. For some, the experience ends here, which is a real shame, but seems to happen quite often if you browse and read the various portals.

Very friendly service and excellent food. The price/performance ratio is absolutely reasonable.

Compared to many other pizzas, it's average at best.

We ordered two pastas and a pizza. Unfortunately, not all of the pasta was cooked through, but half of the pizza base was burnt. 👍We could still eat it, but it didn't taste as good. At the end, we pointed this out, and the waitress asked her boss if we could get a discount. The boss couldn't give us a discount because we had eaten almost everything. The service was otherwise good.

What you get is significantly better than the reviews suggest. The good thing about Autostadt is that, unlike almost every other restaurant these days, they don't buy or delete reviews. Hence 3 stars. The fact is: just come, eat, and leave. Everything's OK, and the kids have a blast 😁👍

Terrible services and food is not so good

The pizzas are okay to good, the drinks are expensive. If there are any leftovers, you get leak-proof paper bags for them – not ideal. The absolute plus point is the opportunity for the kids to shape and top their own pizza.

We went out to eat today. Unfortunately, my wife discovered that there was hair on her pizza. We politely pointed it out. My wife also lost her meal. They only offered her a coffee or dessert, which sounded like a bad joke. Since she had already eaten, I politely asked if it would be okay to pay only half for her pizza. They simply refused. In conclusion, a complete no-go for us.

We had a fantastic girls' birthday party with teenagers here. Our service was simply excellent and very authentic. And not just to us, but to all the guests! I noticed this very closely, as I come from the restaurant industry myself. Of course, I asked for his name 😊 DENIZ... thank you so much. You made our day special. Stay the way you are; because of you, we will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends.

We waited over an hour for our food. Our son had already finished eating his pizza, and we were still waiting for our salad and pizza. We called twice, but we didn't get an apology and just got the food on the table.

Good bresaola pizza and nice pasta dishes, but the price is a bit high. Good service.

The food and place were okay - nothing to compliment or complain about, but the service was TERRIBLE. We've waited for over 25 minutes for our food (an antipasti of cheese and ham, and a pizza). I tried to talk to one of the servers by waving at her and she said she would let her colleague come, which she did but only after a long time. Then the second waitress came and said right away, in a tone of a boss to a subordinate instead of a waitress to a customer, "We saw you. You don't have to (mimicking my waving but more dramatically). It takes a long time and they (the other customers) ordered before you." The table which ordered right before us had already finished half of their lunch and still no food came. Not even a word of apology or sympathy. We've visited Europe many times and Germany three times. This is by far the worst European customer service we've experienced.

Mediocre food, horrible service.

Very small menu (which for me always means quality), unfortunately only three pasta dishes to choose from. Carbonara is unfortunately completely missing. One star deducted for the minimal pasta selection and the overcooked macaroni. The taste was very good.

The kids' pizza, which you can top yourself, is such a great idea. We love coming here every time we visit Autostadt. The adult pizza is delicious too.

Overall, very disappointing! No choice of seats, The left side is too loud, drafty, and the seats are too low for a normal meal. Okay for families with children, but not recommended as a restaurant.

I was there for the third time yesterday, and as always, everything was great! Above all, I'm always impressed by the service. Always extremely friendly and courteous, and they clearly put a lot of effort into it. I absolutely don't understand the negative comments and reviews here. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Autostadt and definitely to AMano again! :-)

Beautiful restaurant with very attentive and friendly staff. We felt well looked after, and the food and homemade lemonade were delicious. The only suggestion for improvement: In the future, it would be beneficial to adapt the menus so that at least a German translation is included in small letters underneath. We had to google and translate half of the menu to know what we were ordering. That was a bit cumbersome.

The food at the breakfast buffet was good, but the staff at the coffee counter were very unmotivated. The location was reminiscent of a good cafeteria.

Review for the Amano Restaurant – Visit on May 13th (Dinner) The food was delicious and served quickly. The cocktail was also excellent. We were particularly impressed by Mr. Fröhlich. He is very personable, tidy, thoughtful, and quick. A real asset in terms of service. We are happy to award him five stars for this. It was all the more unpleasant for us that he was called away in the middle of a service conversation by a colleague or supervisor in front of the guests. This seemed excessive and inappropriate. Mr. Fröhlich merely said a few words about cars in accordance with the location when we asked him. We regularly visit the Autostadt and have never experienced such behavior before. Good employees like Mr. Fröhlich are rare. I would gladly have him in my own company at any time.

Good evening. We ate at your restaurant a mano this evening. We really enjoyed it. The friendly southerner showed us to a lovely table by the window. Afterwards he told us if there was anything we needed, please feel free to contact me personally. That was a big help. The food was delicious and the receptionist was very attentive in every respect. You could tell straight away that he loves his job. He was at every table asking if everything was OK, even though there was a lot going on on the terrace. We would love to come back. It's really solid. Very friendly service. Organic quality pizza at good prices.

I find that the "service staff" are largely completely disinterested. Mostly young students who work here on vacation and are neither customer-oriented nor can answer any questions. The food has “normal” prices, but I expect a lot more from a Pasta Salmone than what I got. Carelessly cut vegetables, salmon that you have to look for and that is also poorly cooked. Noodles were completely overcooked and the dish tasted completely bland. This isn't even cafeteria level. Incidentally, according to the waitress, it takes longer to get a pizza if you sit outside... for whatever reason. I didn't want to ask any more questions.

Main courses are very tasty and the breakfast buffet is also great. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer for service.

At 11:10 a.m. we were asked for the first time not to sit for so long and at 11:30 a.m. this was emphasized again. Impossible behavior to throw your guests out of the location. You probably thought that since you had to pay online in advance, it didn't matter ;)

The quality of the food on offer was great, but the selection is small. There is only one coffee machine, which leads to very long waiting times for all guests and the pana cotta and tiramisu were already out at 10.30. When asked, the response was defensive. The advertised cannoli didn't even exist. Not recommended for 25 euros.

Last Sunday we enjoyed the excellent breakfast for the first time, and we were thrilled! We really enjoyed it and didn't miss anything. (A boiled egg for my husband ;)) ) Everything was fresh and extremely appetizing. It was very relaxing. The service also deserves special mention: unobtrusive and really friendly. Great! It really makes us want to go again. Highly recommended. Thank you for the amazing breakfast! We'll be back 😉

The appetizer tier was probably already prepared in the morning, with cheese and ham dried and dripping with sweat. The pizzas weren't okay for the price... the pizza with mussels was extremely spicy (I've been to India and can usually tolerate spicy!) and the salami pizza had poor quality, almost rancid tasting salami. We waited a long time for the order to be taken, 25 minutes for the drinks and another 25 minutes for the pizza. A total of 2 hours to eat a “quick” pizza. Luckily it wasn't that expensive thanks to the VW voucher, otherwise €50 for this quality could be described as usury...

We were there on Saturday evening and extremely disappointed. Our starter came after 1 hour 10 minutes. The pizzas we ordered after 1 hour 50 minutes. Conclusion: never again. Price of the pizzas very good. Unfortunately, the taste is okay.

A wonderful experience – authentic Italian hospitality! We had the pleasure of visiting this Italian restaurant in the Autostadt - and were immediately warmly welcomed. Even though we didn't have a reservation, the charming gentleman at reception worked hard to organize a great table for us. His warm manner and his effort to give us a nice evening made us immediately feel at home. The service was also consistently attentive and friendly. We were also very happy with the food, everything was perfect. Price-performance ratio was also right, so we were completely satisfied. If you're looking for a great Italian restaurant with real hospitality in the Autostadt, you've come to the right place. We'll definitely be back!

Thank you for the nice detour to A Mano in the Autostadt. I spontaneously decided to order dinner there with my son after playing. After Nando greeted us and accompanied us to the table, the food we ordered came quickly and was delicious. We'd love to come back, Nando's passionate service mentality personified, thank you very much for that! Highly recommended.

Unfortunately there was mold on the cheese. We paid for coffee and the latte. We were only "waived" to eat the moldy cheese. We politely declined the ice cream that was offered afterwards, as we were already feeling sick. The waitress was covered in dirt, the other one made a face as if she had been fired. She also forgot the bread to eat. A stomach-unfriendly experience.

My first impressions were mixed. We waited for someone who could tell us if we could get a place for 5 people with a stroller, but we were told that we needed to wait for a place. (there were no reservations and a ton of free space) Then we got a place next to the bar, only a small place for the stroller next to the bar's entrance. It took them 13 minutes to notice that we were ready to order and 17 minutes to deliver the food. (mainly pizzas) The staff did not know any service rules (especially the one with a goatee) as they wanted to place the food from the left side of my shoulder (while I had a baby on me) to the table. This is unacceptable as they could spill anything directly on the baby. The best practice is to serve it from the right side only. Kids can make pizza independently, but to do so, you need a chip - which they throw on the table like you throw a treat to a dog. This kills the quality vibe of the other Autostad services. I won't go back.

We had a children's birthday party there where the children could bake their own pizza. The campaign was good and the children were happy. They explained it really well and it was tasty too. The service was very nice and attentive at the beginning, but at some point you were ignored. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend anyone to have a children's birthday party there because the service and employees got annoyed by the children at some point, which we found very unfortunate. As I said, the food is okay, but nothing special and the selection is very poor.

Four of us were guests at A Mano this evening to enjoy pizza and can say: It was an exceptionally beautiful evening in the Autostadt, but our visit was made even more unforgettable by a very special encounter. Your extremely charming Italian host left a lasting impression right from the start. As soon as we were greeted, we were struck by the exceptional attentiveness and professionalism with which he guided us to our table. Despite the full house - the restaurant was full to the last seat - this friendly and extremely likeable gentleman always kept a warm smile. His confident demeanor and mature, elegant manner gave the feeling of being in an upscale restaurant. You could immediately feel that he is an absolute professional who is passionate not only about his job, but also about dealing with guests. Such excellent service is a rarity and deserves the highest recognition. Thank you very much - we'll be happy to come back!

The service was terrible. I've never experienced it before. Now I read the same thing I experienced in every second review. Apparently it hasn't improved. There were 6 of us there and we had made a reservation for a Christmas menu. First we stood around for 10 minutes until we were brought to our table. Then we were given cards even though we didn't actually want anything from the card. After half an hour someone finally came. Drinks had to remind the waitress that we also had to take them. We also asked what wine was available with the menu. She didn't know. No matter what you asked, she didn't know anything. We were really shocked. So absolutely not recommended. That subtly spoiled the mood because everything seemed so disorganized there.

A disaster! The seats were extremely uncomfortable and the service was unfriendly and annoyed. We had to wait 30 minutes for anyone to take our order, and then the service was completely inflexible - changes to the dishes were 'not possible'. The food was mediocre, the pasta was overcooked and the pizza was soggy. Absolutely unacceptable for the prices. Never again!

I had reserved a table for brunch for six people on an Advent Sunday. To make a reservation you have to pay the total costs in advance via open table. I think that's completely fine too. Especially on an Advent Sunday, no reservations should be lost due to no shows. During the checkout process, I was automatically suggested a 20% tip. I couldn't opt ​​out of the tip. The only option I had was to price it at a penny. In addition to the fact that tipping for self-service is becoming more and more widespread, I had no experience with the service here and generally prefer to pay tips directly on site and in cash. By the way, I think 20% is excessive. The product quality of the brunch itself was excellent, many organic products, many high-quality products. However, many stations were often empty because employees couldn't keep up with supplies. So I wanted a croissant with salmon and went to the buffet five times within an hour and always one or the other wasn't there. We had to wait in line for almost 20 minutes for a cappuccino. The pizza station was often unattended, so people started preparing pizza themselves without being bothered. The price is reasonable for the variety and products, but the service cannot keep up, is overwhelmed, obviously understaffed, but at least mostly friendly.

The ambience is nice... unfortunately the pizza wasn't quite cooked on one side... the salad, I'm sorry but that was just using up leftovers.

We had dinner here today with our son. We had a great table right by the window. We ordered the anti pasti platter as a starter, two pizzas and one pasta as the main course. Unfortunately, the starter, Anti Pasti, came at the same time as the pizzas. Unfortunately we had to wait another 15 minutes for the noodles for our son. In terms of taste, everything was fine BUT the anti pasti plate for €17.90 was a huge disappointment, see picture. We had 2x olives, 2x grapes, 2x slices of salami and just 2x slices of cooked ham and some vegetables and cheese. The quantity is absolutely disproportionate to the price and is extremely different from the picture I saw here in a review 3 weeks ago, where there was significantly more on the plate. The service was super nice and polite.

The atmosphere is really nice and the waitresses are also very friendly. But unfortunately it was by far one of the worst Magarithas I have ever eaten. Extremely greasy and hardly any taste, the tomato sauce is spread around the edge and can hardly be tasted under the cheese. The only pro, the dough was baked well. I don't think the quality meets the usual quality standards of the Autostadt. Certainly sufficient for drinking coffee, but not for dinner.
