Far too expensive for €24 per person in a large group. At the beginning there was a good selection, but no more was added, so the salmon was immediately gone and only simple white rolls, no more scrambled eggs, ... coffee and tea were free. One glass of sparkling wine or juice per person. Despite the view/location on the lake, not worth the price.

The service is very unfriendly and the service leaves a lot to be desired - everything takes far too long and the owners are so unfriendly when you ask questions It's just very sad because the surroundings and location are really beautiful But overall we were very disappointed with the staff and the owners and no one there is child-friendly

Yesterday we were invited to the wedding in the Colombian Pavilion. It was great weather and we were able to celebrate outside on the water. Great ambience, excellent service, delicious food and delicious drinks.

We stopped in with our two children for a piece of cake and a coffee and were thrown out by the boss after 5 minutes because our 1 year old was making noises. He didn't even cry or scream, just made baby noises. Employees and apparently also an acquaintance of the operator apologized in shame; the boss is suffering from the business and can no longer do it. Then he should please stay at home, would be my suggestion! You could eat the cake, but it was clearly a loveless frozen product.

Reservation is pointless. You get a table if something is available. Bad service, you are just left standing. Very disappointing.

It's a shame that the existing potential isn't being used. If it weren't for the location on the lake, I don't think anyone would go there anymore.

I was there on one of the warmer days in summer 2024 - the outside seating was well occupied. Nevertheless, the service worked well and the kitchen delivered tasty food in a reasonable time. I'd love to come back!

The service was once again very unfriendly, we were there with children and she was not understanding. Questions about allergens could not be answered at the cake counter. The view is very nice, the ambience is really nice - but this staff is more than just unfriendly.

You could do so much more with it. Such a great location for years with almost no competition at this point. But you get the impression that the staff is always a bit overwhelmed. There's always something missing, last time there was no coffee left. It's a shame but sometimes there's no alternative.

Given the beautiful location, an absolute waste. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never encountered such unfriendly staff. The waitress didn't even have the decency to bring a menu for the drinks when she informed us at 7 p.m. that there was no more food. Closing the kitchen more than 2 hours before closing time is absolutely incomprehensible, especially when it is not mentioned anywhere. When asked which drinks you could order, you just laughed condescendingly and then reluctantly brought a menu. There was nothing we could do but get up and leave.

Good food Good location all good but the price is a bit expensive. Only for 1 citizen 24€ but okay, it was very good. 👍😁

It's lovely to sit here with a view of the lake. The staff tries very hard to serve the guests. The day was quite busy but only two conditions. Nevertheless, the order was on the table quickly. We just had a drink here that day. People are always friendly.

Opening hours are far too short for a great restaurant. Opening until 8 p.m. in the middle of summer at the best time of year is incomprehensible to me. Unfortunately I can't comment on the food because I didn't get any more.

Terrible staff. We are on holiday in Wolfsburg every year, and always stop by the restaurant with our four children. It has amazed me that they can make money from being so angry. When we arrived today, we asked if we could sit down. They agreed to that. There were only 4 person tables and we are 6. The staff did not come and help us. Then we had to move the table and chairs ourselves. Never mind, we thought, we can handle it. But then the waiter came and scolded and scolded and shouted at us. Instead of making a children's menu, they came up with an adult menu. They knew very well that we were sitting with children and had ordered a children's menu. Never mind, we thought, but we ourselves had to pay for their mistakes. In the end, my child was not allowed to go outside to pee because he did not have his sandals with him. You don't understand how they can make money from such poor service. Take a course, learn something, put in the effort, get a "customer is always right" mindset and it will get better. And learn to cook.

Nie wieder. Wir sind an einem schönen Sonntag Nachmittag in dieses Lokal. Da wir keinen Tisch zu gewiesen bekommen haben. Haben wir uns einfach irgendwo hingesetzt. Dort haben wir dann ca. 20 Minuten gewartet bis wir überhaupt eine Karte bekommen haben. In dieser Zeit wurden wir mehrfach von kellnern ignoriert. Nachdem wir die karte erhalten haben, mussten wir weitere 20 bis 30 Minuten warten bis sich eine Kellnerin zu uns gefunden hat. Während der Bestellung mussten wir dann erfahren das sie weder Eis noch irgendeiner ihrer angepriesenen Bürger käuflich zu erwerben hatten. Und dann trauen Sie sich Gilde zu reservieren. Eis hatten sie nur in form von abgepackten Eis welches man separat im Lokal erwerben musste. Beim Eis kaufen trafen wir auf einen sehr unfreundlichen älteren Herrn welcher nicht seine eigene Preise kannte und einen nur anmerkte. Im großen Ganzen ein sehr enttäuschendes Erlebnis welches ich niemandem weiter empfehlen würde.

We were there on a Sunday afternoon. Everything was already sold out...burgers, ice cream, etc. We couldn't order anything except drinks. And we were only told this after we had been waiting for service for ages.

Very disappointing customer treatment A smile costs nothing and can make the difference in how customers are treated. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit... I recently visited the restaurant/coffee shop and was very disappointed with the way I was treated as a customer. Details: Service: The staff was rude and unhelpful. The waitress in particular was extremely rude and unprofessional. Tip: To make matters worse, the waitress tried to take the tip directly from me without my consent. This was extremely inappropriate and left a very bad impression. I am very disappointed and will avoid this restaurant/café in the future. I cannot recommend it due to the poor customer treatment.

It's a shame for this beautiful location, I used to think, why so many negative reviews? But that is the case if you should leave stars. . But otherwise you felt super uncomfortable and unwelcome. The waiter/ress was totally unfriendly. The management should think about whether there should be a staff exchange! The older staff have definitely failed in their job if they treat customers like that! We go out with the family very often, but we have never experienced anything so unfriendly. Detail: we took a short walk nearby and then wanted to sit for a moment and enjoy coffee. 2 coffees 5.60 and the waitress either wanted cash or we should pay something more because the minimum card payment is 7 euros. We didn't have a bar, it wasn't written that you had to pay cash up to 7 euros, and why 7? Why not 10? Funny . She was totally unfriendly , she didn't want to find a solution. You pay money and should have minimally neutral emotions after receiving it, but that's not the case. We had a very negative mood and a very bad experience.

The food is very expensive. The pavilion is often closed. Selection very small. It is recommended to fill yourself up or have a drink in a nice atmosphere.

Beautiful terrace right on the Allersee, manageable menu but everything is good. Very nice host and good, quick service. A really nice place to visit.

Unfortunately, waiting times are far too long

The service deserves a solid -3/5 stars. Rarely experienced such unfriendly staff who were neither customer-oriented nor polite. Perhaps appropriate training for employees would be appropriate…

It looks good from the outside but... Apparently the unfriendly person on staff was parked right at the entrance. Despite politely asking whether we, as adults, could also eat a children's portion, we (3) were told off in a rather rude manner. Nevertheless, you thought to us “every restaurant / bar deserves a second chance” and dared to take a place outside (fairly out of the way), We were then chased away again by another very rude lady from the service, supposedly they were reserved (no sign on the tables) Despite politely asking again where something was available, the succinct answer was to just look for yourself. (hm hm sure, only to be scared away again when the reservation was invisible…) We decided to go in and were immediately put off by the cafeteria feel. No thanks! Will NOT be coming back. I can't say anything about the food except that it looked good. 1 star for the location.

I ordered a Viennese-style schnitzel there and got chicken schnitzel (so if not veal then at least pork but no poultry please), first point deducted. When I was eating the salad I found a nose hair (?) on a slice of cucumber. I don't even want to know how it got there, definitely a second point deduction. The whole thing was then communicated to the nice but ignorant young waitress and asked for a price discount, who came back and said her boss doesn't do that! Third point deduction and thanks for nothing. Given the high prices (currywurst with side dish 12 and a latte 4.20 EUR, for example) you as a customer can expect more. For us a NO GO and NEVER AGAIN!!!

We just ate ice cream and drank a coke there. It's nice to sit there, but it was too expensive for me. A 0.2l cola 3.50. Everyone has to decide for themselves J

Pleasant ambience with a view of the lake

On a Saturday we didn't even have the opportunity to EAT a currywurst. The staff didn't even bring the drinks menu and didn't manage to ask in 1 hour if we wanted something else to drink. Not recommended, prefer to go to Burger King. You have more for less money.

It used to be a great place to grab a quick bite to eat after the water park. Prices are rising, quality is falling: There are no longer even fried onions for the currywurst, but the sausage is now hard. Unfortunately it has worn off a lot.

I've passed it many times but never visited it myself. So yesterday I thought now would be a good time. Just stop by and have a relaxed drink. The location is great. A great view right on the lake. Unfortunately, that's the best thing about the whole store. The service was very cold and unfriendly. So we sat down at the table and shortly afterwards the waitress came with the menu. She just put it on the table for us without saying any words. We were then served quite quickly and were then delivered quite quickly. Well, it was only 1 beer and 2 water. I can't rate the food because we didn't eat anything. Otherwise, apart from the lake, the rest of the ambience has adapted to the service. There was some music playing, but it was so quiet that you didn't actually notice it. In general, the outdoor area could also get a spring cleaning. The boxes were full of cobwebs. Basically it's outside and I don't expect everything to be completely clean, but you can still wipe over it every now and then. I don't know what it looks like inside. During our entire stay, the service never came by again. We weren't asked if everything was OK or if we wanted to order anything. The pavilion should close at 9 p.m. At 8:10 p.m. the waitress showed up again and began happily collecting all the remaining guests. 50 minutes before closing time is pretty unusual. When she came to us, she again arrived without words and placed her wallet on our table and could only manage a loud "please". You didn't really feel welcome there. I've visited the pavilion once now but don't think I'll do it again. I just didn't feel comfortable with it. I wouldn't have felt any worse if I had gotten something to drink at the gas station and then sat on the stones on the promenade by the lake.

Küche war war sehr gut. Bedienung war sehr gestresst, von weniger Tische. Service 0,00. Freundlichkeit war zuhause vergessen. Toilette ist selbst in Bahnhof angenehmer. Pro Person 20€ ist so viel. Essen immer gerne wider. aber Freundlichkeit einfach 0.00.

Although many seats were still free and people were still looking for seats, the umbrellas were not opened because I got my beers and the time was still within the limit, so I can happily give it three stars

The location is of course fantastic. We went to eat asparagus. We enjoyed it very much. Price okay. However, the drinks are higher priced but could be a little cheaper. Even though all the tables outside were occupied, we were served quickly. We know it quite differently. We were served by a new waitress, I assume a student who was on her first day, and she did a really great job. Still a little unsettled, which wasn't a bad thing at all, we really liked her manner and she was very, very attentive. Great, keep it up! Due to the expensive drinks there is only 4 out of 5 stars.

Service unmotivated needs to be trained in friendliness. Drinks okay. Portions too expensive for the ratio. Food ok but not justified for the prices and some finished products were used, which is inadequate for the prices. We would not recommend it and strongly advise against visiting.

The most terrible place, the food is disgusting. I ordered a salad with fish, the cost was 18.50 €, I waited for my salad for 90 minutes and no one warned me that it would take so long, there was at most 50 grams of fish, and the salad itself was wilted and bad, I asked to change it and they changed it and reduced the portion, but the quality the salad hasn't changed. After this salad I sat on the toilet all day. I feel like I was just deceived.

It's a shame for the beautiful location. Service gets zero stars. Waiting time to order is very long! Food order wait time is very long. Orders for drinks are delayed several times. With self-service, you are not allowed to get your drinks when you are sitting at the table. I'm constantly told that I'll pass it on and that my colleague will come without running after me. Nobody comes. Very sadly we won't come again and won't leave any more 160 euros. It could really be improved if you hired more people in the service and had the right structure in the service!!! It's a real shame but I can't say anything positive except that the location is great.

Incomprehensible. It's just incomprehensible what's going on here. For years nothing has improved in this disorganized restaurant. Top location, actually mostly acceptable food. But today it was a total failure again. The menu was only brought out after 20-30 minutes, but you can only order from colleague XY, pay only from YZ, etc. Absolutely strange layout that causes unnecessary hecticness and chaos. The staff there didn't look really happy either, and some of them were really stroppy when taking the order. When the food finally arrived, the schnitzel tasted totally like fish and the fries were also rather so-so. Conclusion Next time I'll drive a few meters further to the restaurant from the hotel.

We were in the pavilion today. What was advertised was not. Fast service? Where and when? We paid 18 euros for entry and were not told that we had to get a drinks card. The only one who did her job really well was the one who almost only washed the cups. Hats off to the young lady. Otherwise, everything was for the... Well.

Had something to drink there on the terrace on a sunny Sunday... good service and very attentive

Renting out a room that can accommodate a maximum of 20 people for proms and weddings is not only embarrassing, but just plain bold. The room is WAY too small, the staff seems to despise their own job and every customer, drinks are served in disposable plastic (even at a ball) and invited guests are thrown out for no reason to satisfy the staff's ego. Never again. Addendum: Nobody behaved “like an ax in the forest” - otherwise my review would be unreflective and dishonest. The staff expelled invited guests from the premises for no reason, without any previous misconduct. No explanation was given. But even regardless of major events, it is always made clear to visitors how reluctant they are to do their own job - and you can feel exactly this energy as soon as you enter the room.

When we visited again, everything was great again. Review will be increased back to 5 stars After a while I have a few criticisms. First the positive, you can still sit outside very well, with a wonderful view of the Allersee. The service is friendly. The food was very good. Praise to the kitchen. Now the criticism, which I also addressed directly. The service staff doesn't allow any wishes, in this case it was a strawberry sundae with chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla ice cream. After our main courses, desserts would have been possible, but since the request was rejected by the waitress, we left and visited an ice cream parlor. It is also a shame that as a restaurant guest you are not allowed to order a piece of cake at the table. The waitress said that if we wanted cake, we would have to buy it ourselves at the counter, i.e. buy it separately. Since she was otherwise hard-working and friendly, I still gave a tip, but she really still needs training. The facility is now getting old. Review back then four stars: The food is very good, the service is attentive and friendly. However, there is no coziness inside, despite very nice pictures on the walls. The best thing is the location on Allersee with the beach. Food and drinks are good. Service friendly. Unfortunately, the ambience has been anything but comfortable for over 20 years, from the seating, plants, lighting to music/technology, little fits together and makes a cheap, loveless impression. It's a shame, because it could be so beautifully turned into a top location.

Went to the Stardust Revival Party and the organization was very good from the entrance to the cloakroom. The staff behind the counter was a bit slow and in my opinion not enough. But ok. It's a great location for such parties in itself, but limiting the time (the lights come on at 3:00 a.m.) is out of place with the motto...

I can't say anything about the food and drinks, everything looked great from a distance. But on a Sunday afternoon in the low season, not being able to get something baked within 30 minutes, taking an order, and the menu was only available upon request, is a bit pathetic. Organizationally it was a disaster, three service staff, but with no discernible pattern - depending on the workload, it makes sense to have a fixed division (2 on the terrace, 1 inside), but today everyone was scurrying around, mainly outside. It's a shame, but you really need to make improvements here...

Auf einen Kaffee besuchten wir den Innenbereich des Pavillion und wählten einen Tisch, wo eine Bedienstete den von uns ausgesuchten Tisch vom Vorbesucher zur Hälfte abräumte. Nach einer halben Stunde war sie noch immer nicht in der Lage, den Rest der Vorbesucher abzuräumen, Geschweige uns zu bedienen. Sie bediente Besucher, die nach uns kamen und wir es vorzogen, ein anderes Lokal in Wolfsburg aufzusuchen. Den kolumbianischen Pavillion werden wir wegen der unpersönlichen Atmosphäre nicht noch einmal aufsuchen!

One of 2 options to sit at the Allersee and eat/drink (I advise against eating). When the weather is nice it's nice to have a drink there, but when the weather is nice the place is packed and the lack of staff can't keep up (waited 15 minutes for a waiter, 20 minutes for the first drinks and another 40 minutes for food) We can only strongly advise against eating! (at least from the menu, cake is ok). The simplest chip shop classics are totally wasted (fries totally over-fried, schnitzel dry); ironically then offering 3 of 4 pasta dishes with truffles and making them special... The fish/salmon burger tasted extremely pungent of salmon, so it couldn't have been any good either. The food went back, the stomach problems after 2 bites remained.... A total of 44€ for 2 people, a disgrace for the service... The criticism left the service cold (certainly not the first time).... It's a shame actually, the location has real potential...

1st star for the actually tasty waffle and the 2nd star for the reasonably hard service. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the concept doesn't fit. It feels like there is only one server assigned to the inside and outside area who takes orders. After you placed your order after about 15 minutes of waiting, the coffee was brought out after another 15 minutes (unfortunately almost cold as it had probably been sitting around for a long time) and after another 10 minutes the incorrect order was served (forgot the waffles). But I don't blame the service staff here, I just believe that they are working to the maximum of their abilities due to the high number of guests. Otherwise it is currently very bleak; Areas cordoned off etc. You could easily do a lot more with this store due to the great location.

Great service/great ambience/great staff

There is one star for the location, the second for the excellent service. I prefer to keep a veil of silence about the food, at least as far as details are concerned. The parties there are always useful, but unfortunately the place is not at all suitable for an everyday visit with a bit of a sense of entitlement.

Beautifully located restaurant/café right on the lake. Ideal for athletes, families and walkers. Dogs are allowed. Unfortunately, late opening hours on weekends.

We went to your 90s party yesterday and it was great! The DJ was super good and played something for everything. The drink prices were more than fair. Your service was great We hope there will be another celebration from you 💪

We bought 4 tickets for the New Year's Eve party. After checking our bags and being told by security that we had to buy drink tickets, we entered the pavilion around 10:15 p.m. Well, unfortunately it wasn't really possible to enter because it was so crowded that you had to fight your way through. Even the dance floor seemed to be bursting at the seams. There was no free corner anywhere where you could linger except in the “aisle”. But since everyone had to walk there and with drinks in their hands, that wasn't an option either. Outside there were only wooden benches with 2 small fire bowls, no trace of the advertised blankets. So, back in. Apparently there is a “snack bar” not found, maybe too small. So get out again and call a taxi. Dear operators, I can understand that you want to make money. But not like this. If you took double the price for the ticket and only sold half, then it would definitely have been a nice celebration.

New Year's Eve celebration was a disaster, far too many people. I can only warn you, we didn't have fun!!!

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food service. Because we couldn't even try it out. Unfortunately because we were looking forward to it. We had tickets for the New Year's Eve party and were there for a maximum of 10 minutes. It's a shame about the 23€. Far too crowded, if you sold 50 tickets less you could at least still move around there. The only place where there was room to move around was outside by the fire bowls. But in my opinion that is not the point of the matter. Maybe you should think about selling fewer tickets. We would also have been willing to pay more for it. We now know that we will definitely be spending our New Year's Eve somewhere else this year. Unfortunately, I have always had the experience that no matter what party it is, it is always overcrowded. A pity…

Weihnachtsessen Buffet : Wir hatten einen (abgesprochen) Rollstuhlfahrer in der Gruppe, der leider trotz Absprache nicht berücksichtigt wurde und wir hatten ein ganz anderes Buffet als besprochen. Man kam uns preislich entgegen aber die Feier war nicht so schön, wie wir es uns erhofft haben. Und das Buffet war nicht so abwechslungsreich! Würden nicht nochmal dort ein Buffet nehmen! Schade....

Nach einem Spaziergang um den Allersee bin ich auf einen Cappuccino eingekehrt. Das Wetter ließ es zu, dass ich draußen sitzen konnte und ich habe die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Musik im Hintergrund war etwas störend, aber für ein kurzes innehalten ok.

Katastrophale Bedienung die zum lachen scheinbar in den Keller geht:( Zudem unfreundliche Antworten auf Nachfrage von glutenfreiem Essen,habe mich dann für einen Salat entschieden wo ich dachte da kann man nichts falsch machen dieser war jedoch schon welk und sandig.Das Schnitzel meines Begleiters war eine kinderportion und qualitativ abgrundtief schlecht. Es war vollgesogen mit Fett. Dies wurde reklamiert, daraufhin kam der Kommentar das das Schnitzel so muss . Unglaublich und keine Frage nie wieder !!!!! Gehen sie da bloß nicht hin !!!!!

Früher war ich hier ab und zu zum Frühstücks Buffet. Das gibt es heute nicht mehr . Dafür aber tolle Aktionstage wie zb den Schnitzel Tag. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Ich hatte das Biker Schnitzel. Es hat mir geschmeckt mit den frischen Zwiebeln. Das Personal sehr freundlich man fühlt sich bei der Atmosphäre sehr wohl. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr 🐶🐕 Hunde freundlich. Ich hätte gerne 5 Sterne vergeben aber vergebe 4,5 Sterne von 5. Ein Minus Punkt ist das ich als ich zu den Pommes um zb Extra gefragt habe um zb der scharfen Sauce als Zusatz Beilage nicht möglich war. Ansonsten kann ich das Kolumbianische Pavillon nur weiter empfehlen. Auch die Sanitäteren Anlagen sind sehr sauber

Wir hatten ein Traueressen im Kolumbianischen Pavillon ausgerichtet. Das Essen wurde im Vorfeld ausgesucht und war lecker und frisch (Suppe, belegte Brötchen und Trockenkuchen). Der Service hat uns super gut gefallen. Sie Servicekräfte waren sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles in allem hatten wir eine angenehme Zeit und bedanken uns für alles beim Kolumbianischen Pavillon.

Ein wunderschönes Restaurant mit wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Allersee, sehr freundliches Personal und leckeres Essen, selbstgebackener Kuchen Preis/Leistung normal Meine kleine Enkelin hatte ihre Inlayner dort vergessen...ein Anruf und unsere freundliche Bedienung verwahrte diese bis zum nächsten Tag ...Vielen Dank nochmal an dieser Stelle Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Betriebsfeier, ausgesprochen gutes Essen von Grill und Buffet, angenehmes Ambiente und super sympathischer, stehts bemühter Service. Ein gelungener Abend.

Sehr schönes Lokal leider sehr wenigen Abstellplätze für Fahrräder. Man sitzt gemütlich auf der Terrasse, Personal ist auch freundlich. Ich dachte bei dem Namen, dass es was mit Kolumbien zu tun hätte und man dort auch typisches aus Kolumbien angeboten bekäme, aber es ist ein normal deutsches Ausfluglokal.

Essen ok , Service Super nett, leider waren die ersten Reihen komplett abgeschlossen und man durfte dort nicht sitzen, sehr schade und wurde auch nicht erklärt warum, aber ok

Leider nicht gut. Service überfordert, trotz Vorbestellung hat man immer noch über 1 Stunde auf das Essen warten müssen und für die Gerichte, die nix außergewöhnliches sind/ waren finde ich die Preise völlig überzogen. Selbst Majo und Ketchup zu Pommes wird nochmals mit 50ct in Rechnung gestellt. Die Toiletten waren völlig verdreckt. Einzig schön war das Wetter und die Aussicht auf den Allersee. Schade, da ist viel Luft nach oben.

Fast immer, wenn wir am Allersee sind, ob am Hundestrand oder auf der Hundewiese, zu einem Ausflug rund um den See, besuchen wir den Kolumbianischen Pavillon. Hunde sind immer willkommen, Wasser für die Fellnasen steht am Eingang zur großen Terrasse. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Neulich, in der großen Hitze, standen die Tische nicht im Schatten und wurden kurzerhand so umgestellt, dass wir nicht "brüten" mussten. Es gibt verschiedene Kaffeesorten und sehr schmackhaften Kuchen für einen sehr guten Preis. Die Eiskarte ist etwas dürftig. Allerdings kann man sich am Eisschalter das Eis seiner Wahl holen, das Eis, das nicht in der Eiskarte steht.😉 Ein großes Manko sind die Toiletten, die zwar sauber sind, aber der Geruch...na ja. Das Essen ist gut bis sehr gut. Leider war das Schnitzel fritiert, was ich nicht so toll finde. Die Speisekarte ist ausreichend. Es wurde sogar daran gedacht, dass Senioren etwas weniger essen, es gibt einige Gerichte als "Seniorengerichte" und natürlich spezielle Kindergerichte. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, leider verhindern die Toiletten die 5 Sterne.

Schön gelegen am Allersee in Wolfsburg, ansonsten jedoch hält der kolumbianische Pavillon nicht das, was der Name vermuten lässt. Sowohl Ambiente als auch die Speisekarte lassen jegliche lateinamerikanische Lebensart und Leichtigkeit vermissen. Stattdessen findet man sich als Gast in einer im Stile eines x-beliebigen deutschen Ausflugslokals eingerichteten “Gaststätte”mit einer ebenso austauschbaren Karte mit Burgern, Schnitzeln und Eierlikörtorte wieder. Und leider reißt das Essen das Ruder auch nicht mehr rum - wenig Kreativität und Pepp. Irgendwo ist er wohl auf der Streck geblieben, der wundervolle Zauber Südamerikas… Schade, weil sowohl Standort als auch der Name an sich viel versprechen und leider diesem Anspruch nicht gerecht werden - daher nur 🦦🦦von 🦦🦦🦦🦦🦦

Gutes Essen, freundlicher Service und schönes Ambiente

Ein schöner Abend und schönes Buffet

Waren heute spontan als Familie dort essen und es war sehr lecker. Qualitätiv sehr gut und man hat geschmeckt das frisch gekocht wurde. Selbst die Tomatensoße für die Kinder. Die Preise sind für den Seeblick und die Qualität angemessen.

Solides Essen bei schönem Ambiente

Kolumbianische Pavillon mit italienischen Besitzer . Leider ist das Personal nicht ganz so sicher . Wenn ein Kunde bezahlt hat und geht , erwarte ich , das der Tisch abgeräumt und einmal mit dem Lappen gewischt wird. Und einen Kunden einen vollen Aschenbecher hinzustellen , geht gar nicht . Daran sollten das Personal noch mal dran arbeiten .

Schöne Aussicht auf den See, gutes Essen, guter Service

Auf die Currywurst verhältnismäßig lange gewartet, dass sie hier teuer ist war uns bekannt. Allerdings war sie total trocken und die Haut so hart, dass man sie kaum schneiden konnte. Daher für uns nicht mehr, höchstens für einen Kaffee.

Hat sich über die Jahre deutlich verbessert. Essen gut und reichlich, Personal aufmerksam und freundlich, Ambiente am Allersee bei gutem Wetter wie im Urlaub. Habe nichts zu beanstanden.

Der "Kolumbianischer Pavilion" hat ein schönes Ambiente, man hat eine gute Sicht auf das "Naherholungsgebiet" am Allersee. Das ist ein bisschen wie ein kleiner Urlaub, jeder der mal gut essen oder trinken möchte und bei schönem Wetter ein Hauch Urlaubsfeeling genießen möchte ist hier genau richtig.

Waren im Pavillon Mittagessen - Lieferung des Essens hat bei Bestellung am frühen Nachmittag (14h) ca. 30min gedauert, Qualität war OK, nicht überragend, dafür war der Preis m.E. zu hoch, 1 Fl. Mineralwasser 0,75l für knapp 7.- ist schon heftig. Der Blick auf den See entschädigt...

Wir waren heute spontan hier eingekehrt. Tolle location am See. Super freundlicher Service, tolle Mitarbeiter und leckeres Essen. Es lohnt sich hier her zu kommen.

10 von 5 Sternen für den Service. War mit meiner betagten Mama(83) da, um das schöne Wetter zu geniessen. Sie bestellte Prosecco auf Eis mit Beeren. Nur gab es das nicht auf der Karte. Die freundliche Bedienung hat das mal eben gezaubert, Sonderwünsche wie Löffel oder Strohhalme würden umgehend erfüllt. Meine Mama war Happy. Danke dafür.

Super schöner Ausblick auf den Allersee und lecker Chili-Burger

Der Senior Chef geht mit seinem Personal gar nicht gut um. Die 5 Sterne Service gibt's auch nur, weil die Bedienung super nett war. Die hatte auch Trinkgeld verdient. Auf der Toilette gab's keine Tücher, Handtrockner ging auch nicht. Sauber, na ja. Das Essen war so lala. Für nen Bier auf der Terrasse okay, aber zum Essen nicht nochmal...

Wenig Auswahl und man muss in der Schlange stehen und warten Und es war noch nie so viele Leute da

Am 1. Mai, wollten wir noch etwas trinken und eine Currywurst essen. Gegen 18h30 brachte man uns die Speisekarten. Unsere Getränke kamen noch pünktlich, danach kam keiner zur weiteren Essensbestellung. Auf unser Hinterherlaufen und Nachfragen um 19h04, hieß es dann die Küche hätte nur bis 19h geöffnet. Das hatte für uns etwas mit System und nicht mit Service zu tun. Als wir die Bedienung dann noch mal zu unserem Tisch baten, war sie genervt und wurde auf unsere Beschwerde noch patzig. Das geht gar nicht! Ich schrieb dann eine Beschwerde per Mail an den Pavillon, die immernoch unbeantwortet ist. Sehr schade, früher waren wir gerne dort am Allersee. Aber dem Pavillon bleiben wir jetzt fern, denn mit einem "schlechten Tag haben", hat es nichts zu tun. Zwei jüngere Servicekräfte waren sehr nett, sie brachten uns die Getränke und reinigten den Tisch.
