Once again: CLOSED 24/7! I called Serways at 0228 9220... they said they were "grade unable"... Grade??? This has been a monopoly for quite some time! And not just when it comes to emails and phone calls, but ESPECIALLY when it comes to service along the highway. No one will respond anyway, but everyone should know about these conditions! I'm seriously considering going to the press about this.

Clean rest stop with shower and good food

I generally recommend not mentioning any rest stops in Germany. Expensive, dirty and unfriendly. Especially in travel, you have to rely on something that has neither been installed nor understood in Germany. Just look abroad.

Very clean rest stop with a pleasant atmosphere. From bockwurst to snacks and delicious North Sea food, there is something for every desire. We liked it there, we will come back when we are there on the route and can recommend it there without hesitation.

An expensive motorway service station...

Well, as usual the prices are way too expensive, what you get is often ready-made food from A to Z of mediocre quality. I recommend taking the good old packed lunch with you from home.

The older man at the service counter was so loud with his piercing voice that you couldn't even get any peace at the farthest table. During the half hour, the employees' loud conversations in front of the guests were really tiring. You now know half of your life story. And above all, the older, corpulent employee who constantly talked to his colleagues and prevented them from doing their work. At some point it became quieter and there was heavy cigarette smoke wafting through the restaurant: smoking break. Thank you for the non-smoking protection.

Food is good, the toilet seats are loose, not ideal, cleanliness good.

I travel a lot and I can say that the Serways toilets are not clean. At two stations I was forced to use the women's toilet. All 5 or 6 cabins are disgusting. Take Austria as an example.

Toilet attendant must have had a very bad day. I stopped here in the coach and killed 28 paying guests and had to let this woman, who was sitting on the stool, insult me ​​because I had only put 50 cents in the plate instead of the 1 euro that she had persistently demanded. She even followed me into the cabin and threw the 50 cent piece at me!!! Soap was missing, a towel dispenser was empty, the toilet seat was loose and the toilets weren't really clean either!!!!! There is also no disinfectant available... Impossible!!!!! The older gentleman at the counter with coffee, on the other hand, was very nice and accommodating. He served each of my guests one by one with a friendliness and calmness...that is hospitable. His colleague was just as friendly as he was. Sales are nice, customer-friendly and smooth…Thank you for that!!

At first glance it's a normal rest stop. Unfortunately, the staff is difficult to understand and the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. At the end we had to find a fly in our snack box that was in the deep fryer, which is really disgusting.

Then, somewhat annoyed and bored, he told us that there were no more hot dishes and then left us standing there. Later, another employee took pity and stuffed two fish sandwiches into two paper bags for us. A closer look revealed that the rolls had already been on display for some time. Our recommendation: Better to go hungry and keep driving

1 star for not getting beaten up by the secondary school students behind the counter because we also ordered some mud for dinner. I hate my job too, but it doesn't have to be presented in Al Bundy style.

I wanted to order a plaice fillet with fried potatoes at North Sea at 6 p.m.... that didn't work... then a pollack fillet from the grill... didn't work either... it would only work if fried... that's not possible... there is People who can't tolerate fried food...the service is a no go...I won't try to eat here again...unfortunately not recommended...

A normal chain-related cafeteria/restaurant. Prices a little higher than similar places further away from the highway. Neat and clean. It's easy to park the car and, in addition, there are clear instructions on how to get back on the highway.

Be careful, there is a lot of theft at this rest stop or outside in the parking lot. The trailer hitch on two tractors was stolen... Everything was pitch dark at night because no lighting was installed...

If a visit to Rastätten is a positive experience... then it is mainly due to the people. The employee behind the Servay counter with the red hair - please keep her warm for a long time. Super personable, friendly and considerate, as you would hope from some restaurants. The food selection at least also offers a fitness bowl, more like that please. Toilets were very clean, there were also sofas as a lounge area. Resting is fun.

Niewielki darmowy parking dla dużych ale jeszcze wieczorem można się przykleić. Prysznic z WC przy restauracji czyściutki (3€), toaleta "co łaska na talerzyk". Pan obsługujący restaurację bardzo miły.

Schade das man keine minus Sterne vergeben kann. Nie wieder hier eine rast einlegen. Wollten nur ein Kaffee. 2 Kaffee bitte geht gerade nicht die Maschine wird gereinigt ( 15 Uhr zur Kaffee Zeit ok muss bestimmt so sein). Wir möchten uns doch bitte 5 Meter weiter anstellen. Ca 5 min später kam eine mies gelaunte mitarbeiterin von irgendwo her. Und nahm unsere Bestellung auf. Und wollte gleich kassieren😯😯 sie verlangte gleich mal 3 Euro mehr als der Kaffee 5m neben an gekostet hätte. Auf meine Frage wie das geht würde sagte sie ganz frech na das da drüben ist auch eine andere Maschine.

Sehr nettes Personal🙂 Lecker Frühstück und guter Kaffee- so fängt der Tag gut an👍 Kann ich empfehlen🤗
