Very good connection to the motorway. Store sorted like all Ikeas.

Familiar shopping experience. Always happy. However, we don't have the obligatory hot dog after shopping because the alternatives to pork sausages don't taste good. Please, dear IKEA team, at least still offer the classic so that everyone can find something.

A very nice Ikea with good access to public transport. It feels like you can find everything you could need there, even if it's just inspiration for individual rooms. I really like going there.

Shopping was okay. Until I asked an employee at the shelves about something. I misread it and the gentleman made it ridiculous. Also told him that that statement was very rude! I've been in retail for 13 years, but something like that just doesn't work.

This market has a problem. Good range, but the warehouse and checkouts are on the first floor. Larger parts can only be transported using elevators. When we were there, 2 of the 4 elevators were broken. The escalator from the ground floor to the parking deck in the first basement is also broken. My son said that was the case the last time he went shopping.

It's a shame, there were no more special things for Christmas decorations. Then the food in the restaurant was a) very carelessly placed on a deep plate, the small schnitzels that were there were dry. Overall, I can't recommend the food

Directions good. Lots of parking space. Internal signage partly inaccurate. Just searching for the goods issue took over 30 minutes. Run, run, run. When the goods are handed out it feels like 6 minutes and you're done. Staff everywhere were very friendly and accommodating. Generally average

What annoys me most are the long queues at the checkouts, be it in the furniture store itself or in the Oben and Unten restaurants. We ordered our kitchen from Ikea Hannover - for the first and last time. After we had been talking to a very unmotivated kitchen planner about our kitchen design for several weeks, we were informed that the worktop was currently not being delivered. Well, it was okay. Then during the ordering process it was said that the dishwasher was also not available. We accepted it and decided on another one. Then on the day of installation, the fitter told us that if they wanted to connect the oven and stove, a splitter box had to be connected (Ikea never informed us of this) and after we had already had an all-pole fuse installed because, according to Ikea, this was a requirement for the connection It was annoying because another €79 had to be paid in cash. The fitter also said that we need an extra connection to be able to connect the dishwasher and dishwasher together, which is not available at Ikea (why do they sell kitchens and why doesn't anyone tell you that during the planning?) Furthermore, during During the assembly, I had the feeling that there was no real agreement between the assembly company and Ikea. I wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't do it again.

99€ shipping for ONE oven is pretty exorbitant. Yesterday we wanted to redeem 3 vouchers and at the checkout we were told that 2 of them had already expired. That's not true. Click & Collect, express checkout, checkout only with cash payment... It's a huge mess and no fun!!! Sry, I prefer to order online.

Went shopping again in the Expo Park. I would have easily given it 5 stars! Staff friendly, product availability great... but then that annoying promotion with the FamilyCard in the restaurant area. Bought three meals three weeks ago and shown a menu. Get a discount for three coffees. During today's visit, same situation from other cashiers, only one coffee discounted. No blame to the employee, he was super nice and followed his instructions. But sorry IKEA, you urgently need to sharpen your QM strategy. Nose principle etc. is really unfortunate. One rule, the same for everyone. This used to be a lived maxim, why not anymore? Therefore only 4 stars today.

Ikea used to be good. My favorite store 20-30 years ago. Now it's just expensive, cheap quality, overcrowded and there are no sensible hot dogs anymore. Just nonsense about poultry sausages, vegan, vegetarian. Rainbow... Children are allowed to run around and scream loudly everywhere. Horrible and unmannered. The food in the restaurant doesn't taste like anything. Carelessly slapped onto the plate. No kind personal word. Instead, discussions and quick, quick, quick. Woe betide you, you smile and say THANK YOU: nothing comes back. You have to look for normal milk alongside all the vegan alternatives. Regular coffee?... this and that and that in addition. The main thing is that the wishes of minorities are met and this and that and that are also offered. Flowers die instantly and are catastrophically expensive (offshoots that are so easy to propagate are sold at exorbitant prices). These and candles are available cheaper and, above all, better quality in every Aldi, Lidl and Co. The Ikea candles only burn half, if at all. Man, where is THE clear edge that made Ikke so unique!!! Now everything becomes blurry and doesn't taste like him or her.

We wanted to exchange something today and were really disappointed, endless queues, staff completely overwhelmed. We then took the things back with us. Maybe it would be good to employ more staff on Saturday who could work a little faster.

Very well organized Ikea. Unfortunately, the signage at the entrance to Click&Collect leaves a lot to be desired. Much too small a sign and not positioned carefully.

I was at the cashier with only few items 5 minutes before closing. And they announced that the cashier system is down. So all the customers couldn't purchase anything. It costed all of our day and time. I assume that the staff just wanted to go home early, so they closed the system.

Unfortunately standard items are not available. That's too bad. No pax available...

Saturday 11 a.m.: Puddles of urine in front of all the urinals in the men's restroom. Of the 10 items that were still available in Hanover on Friday evening according to the goods information system, only two are available in the market on Saturday morning. In Großburgwedel we would have gotten everything we wanted except for two.

Had a super nice employee at Ikea today. She immediately knew where to find what I was looking for. Considering that she had only been working there for a short time and said she didn't speak German very well, she did a great job and told me everything I needed to know about the product.

My favorite IKEA because it has an excellent parking situation. Everything works well and I usually find even small things. The self-pay scanning cash registers help a lot to reduce long queues. There are now some good small pieces of furniture in the treasure trove.

The Ikea furniture store is really great. But when we got to the checkout there was only chaos, but that wasn't the fault of the employees. It was due to Ikea's new concept. There was only one cash register that cashed in the customer as usual, the rest of the cash registers were self-service cash registers and Shop&Go cash registers. Poor internet connections made paying difficult. Then at the snack bar it was exactly the same system as at Bürger King and MC, very confusing with the order boards. So I won't go to Ikea so quickly anymore. Too bad

IKEA typically clearly structured furniture store, but the restaurant is in need of improvement. Some dirty cutlery and dishes. Tables and chairs are sticky and some of the staff are unfriendly.

We went to IKEA today and wanted to eat something, unfortunately the food wasn't that tasty, the fish fingers were dry. Plus, we had to wait a long time and there was only one employee serving it, so we'll never eat at IKEA again.

IKEA impresses with a very friendly and helpful team. The employees do their best to assist customers with any questions or requests, which makes shopping really pleasant. A small disadvantage, however, are the escalators, which make it difficult to transport larger purchases. It can sometimes be a bit of a hassle bringing bulky furniture or full shopping carts downstairs. An optimized solution would be helpful here. Overall, IKEA still offers a great shopping experience – thanks to the dedicated team and convenient opening hours.

We actually always enjoyed being here. We just came here with our child because we wanted to buy a new bed. When I wanted to test lie down, the employee replied to me without making eye contact with a very unfriendly "don't put your shoes on the bed." I then went to her and told her that I wouldn't buy a bed if I couldn't test lie down. She then literally said that she didn't care. Then she came towards me again in the hallway. I said ironically to my wife "the head of customer satisfaction" and then yelled at me that there would be mattresses to try out. I'm terribly sorry that I don't work here too. She also didn't understand that I wanted to test lie on the bed and not on any mattress. I was finally interested in the bed. I have never complained about an employee in my life. I told her I was going to complain. This was followed by a very self-assured "Do that, I'm Bianca." But I certainly won't let myself be yelled at. If your company doesn't need it and "doesn't really care" whether I buy the bed or not, then we'll buy our bed somewhere else. I've never experienced anything like that in my entire life.

Unfortunately only 2☆ to be given, I'm a regular at ExpoPark Hannover, now IKEA is making some renovations and changes, you ask yourself why?? The labels were hung on the ceilings and only marked "straight ahead" as signs; the previous boards standing on the floor were better and easier to read, which was also heard by the customers. Chaotic assortment, partly empty warehouses, a lot of people pushing through the departments. But, the selection and prices are acceptable, while other furniture stores are becoming increasingly unaffordable.

Everyone meets their needs at IKEA. It is always full, yes. But that is a testament to how useful it is to everyday life. If you've not done your research before visiting, however, you may get overwhelmed.

The Ikea Hannover EXPO Park is simply Ikea bought us cozy winter bed linen this time, everything was great.

Restaurant was great, shopping and browsing were great. The only thing that was a bit annoying was at the checkout, as only one cash register was open. Not so cheap on a bridge day with the corresponding crowds. Despite the stress, a friendly, quick cashier.👍

I had to throw away half the food...such poor quality. Last time, not only was there a hair in it, but the children's noodles were also old, apparently lying there for a long time and some of them were hard or not cooked properly. Same with the dessert, there were strange pieces in it, it shouldn't be like that. And if you then want to complain, you can't do it if you've already tried a bite because it can only be returned unused - why? To cheer on the next person who doesn't complain? Above all, I had black hair under the fish (I'm light blonde), how am I supposed to see that if I don't start the plate? So I don't eat anything there anymore, it's really not recommended anymore and the portions are only half as big and twice as expensive...plus the cutlery has been dirty every time for the last few years (we get a whole one every time Hand full, in the hope that it is clean, so it is not even checked when it comes out of the dishwasher, there are a lot of old food residues or greasy fingers on it, the management is welcome to take a look, something like that doesn't work Don't be surprised if sales get worse and worse.

Unfortunately, I can't give the name of the lady who did the "kitchen planning" with me. But she was mega incompetent. She had neither desire nor interest in helping me with my wishes. I made an appointment especially after work because Ikea was recommended to me. I gave a lot of information beforehand. Even sent the dimensions beforehand. But then cupboards were put up and they said, “Oh, there’s a light in there, I don’t know how to take it out now,” so I couldn’t know how much the whole thing would cost me. It was a complete waste of time. At home I saw that not only was the light there, but also trash cans, etc.

The fast food restaurant in IKEA is a failure every time... it starts with the ordering at these annoying terminals and ends with the hot dog sausage, which is not even lukewarm. Fits in with the rest of the checkout payment system, which is not a gift in the regular shopping area and is just as much chaos as in the snack bar.

What can I say about that? Anyone who knows Ikea knows what I mean. Friendly staff, the typical offer, and you always get something at a good price-performance ratio.

Good shopping as always. HotDogs end up cult: simple & cheap. In the restaurant: 2 mini schnitzels with fries for €7.99 didn't blow me away. It wasn't written that it wasn't pork schnitzel but chicken schnitzel - we only noticed it at the table. Drink selection at the vending machine is rather strange (e.g. no cola with sugar, but cola light). The iced tea had more foam than drink. It took forever. The non-carbonated machine was broken. Did I remember better!?!? Staff very friendly.

It was hell again, so many people in one place and unfortunately not enough staff to ask questions. Okay, that's just IKEA

Unfortunately, very disorganized kitchen planning. I planned my kitchen in the online planner in September and had an expert check carried out. This worked on the second attempt because I was transferred the first time. My kitchen was approved there and all I had to do was order the kitchen from the “IKEA Expo-Park” branch. I was happy because I was also able to take advantage of the September discount campaign. Now I was there and they contradicted what I had heard during the expert check. I have to do it to a professional extent first. So I ordered this for €109. I should then also make an appointment directly at the branch (via ikea.de) to check the planning. Today, six hours before kitchen planning, I received a call saying they couldn't keep the appointment. I had done it all wrong and what I was told online on the phone was all wrong. They would need more time. Now I have to make a new appointment. Unfortunately, this IKEA is not reliable. You can't rely on what employees say. You also cannot rely on the statements of the hotline employees. I'm starting to get annoyed about wanting to order my kitchen from IKEA. If the appointments and statements are already so disorganized, the rest can only get worse.
