We celebrated my husband's birthday at brunch and it was a very good decision. The service was very friendly, the food was presented very attractively in small glasses and on Étagères on the tables and tasted very tasty! Gladly again!

Positives: - On-site restaurant Cons: - Only 5 parking spaces - Rooms are showing their age - Very worn rooms - Stains on the carpet - Only 3 electrical outlets, all of which are occupied - No air conditioning - Located next to a multi-lane road - Unoccupied at night

Here it is as it used to be... A pub for the neighborhood. A bar, billiards, e-darts and something to play with. No “catalog atmosphere”. Prices absolutely OK, old school in Wieseck!

Very nice staff. I often eat the double currywurst with fries, the portion is really good and the price is also acceptable. Unfortunately I don't have a picture ready. The fries aren't the cheapest either. As a craftsman, I depend on this service. Rarely is there such good quality and service. Highly recommended.

Food is really good. I'm usually very picky and demanding, a gourmet. I was very pleasantly surprised by the food there. Delicious soups especially. Keep it up

Tasty and plentiful dishes. Excellent presentation of the counter. Delicious chicken with vegetables and rice, kebab, mixed vegetables with peppers and sauces 😋 Every time I come to Giessen I choose to have lunch with them, very kind staff, excellent Turkish cuisine. I recommend it 😊🤗

The food was a total disaster! Time seems to have stood still here in the 70s and 80s. Nothing is made fresh, everything is frozen, even the fried potatoes... And the fresh salad is ruined by ready-made dressing! Only the 73-year-old waiter made the evening bearable. The draft Licher was the only good thing. Not recommended!

Super super super 👍🏽 Reserved a table online and already stated that a guest can only eat gluten-free. A week after dinner, an email came asking what the guest would like to eat gluten-free so that we could possibly prepare it. Even the starter was served with gluten-free bread and the waitress wore disposable gloves to avoid contamination. The gluten-free main course was great and the Klosterschüppe was also very, very tasty. All in all a very nice evening. Many thanks to the gastro team 👏🏽

We sat outside and drank 2 teas. There could have been a little more mint in the tea. The staff was nice and friendly.

Very pleasant and also very tasty, the ambience wasn't to my taste but as we all know, that's subjective. The service was very friendly and did a great job. We were very impressed with the food and the portions and that's why I forgot to take a nice photo of my dish, which speaks for the delicious food. We'll definitely be back.

Ready-made schnitzel and the like for these prices... no thanks.
