Everything is very worn and inconsistent.

The food is, of course, great, but we've had several very negative experiences when ordering food by phone and trying to pick it up. Once, we specifically called shortly before 5:00 p.m. and were asked to call back shortly after the shift change, which was shortly after 5:00 a.m. After that, no one answered the phone for an hour, until we gave up. The next time, I was asked to stay on the line for a very short time. After 20 minutes on the line, I gave up again. Of course, no one answered the phone after that. It's really disappointing to see loyal customers who have supported Hawwerkasten with takeaway deliveries even during the pandemic treated like this. So why not simply ban phone orders if they've become such a chore?

Very nice restaurant. A bit pricey perhaps, but worth it. It's especially nice when you sit outside, but the interior is also very modern and attractively decorated! Actually, 6 stars for the service: attentive, fast, and friendly!

I've rarely eaten such a good Smash Burger! The patties were perfectly cooked: crispy on the outside, still juicy on the inside. The potato bun was soft but not soggy, and the sauce on the Royal Smash Burger was also delicious. Our favorite was the Classy Burger. Good value for money. We'd happily order again.

We were there yesterday with four people and were completely satisfied. Friendly service and very good food. The menu mainly offers steak, fish, and pasta; side dishes are ordered separately, so the combination is very individual. Be sure to make a reservation. One minor drawback: when the door opens, it quickly gets quite chilly, and the noise level is quite loud. We'll definitely be back!
