Habe das erste mal zum Liefern bestellt über eine der großen Plattformen. Nächstes mal direkt. Die Classy Burger und Pommes kamen warm und in nachhaltiger Verpackung an, großer Pluspunkt! Die Pommes hatten noch einen schönen Biss und waren alles andere als labberig – das kennt man ja leider oft vom Lieferdienst anders. Die Smash Burger waren ebenfalls sehr lecker, das gesmashte Patty genau so, wie man es sich erhofft. Hier wird definitiv nochmal bestellt!

Sehr zum empfehlen und sehr lecker

Wir haben bestellt zum liefern und sind enttäuscht. Die Burger teilweise zerquetscht, das Fleisch verbrannt. Die Burger haben nicht wirklich etwas besonderes. Und da müssen wir sagen haben wir schon bessere Smash Burger gegessen. Die Pommes trocken und knusprig. Alles kam warm an bei der Lieferung kann man sich nicht beschweren.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Habe sogar Handschuhe für meinen Flying Dutch bekommen und den Hinweis, es könnte sehr heiß noch innen sein - das fand ich sehr aufmerksam. Alle unsere Speißen waren unglaublich gut und die Burger waren saftig. Die Pommes knackig und die Trüffelmayo mit richtigen Trüffel drauf hat super natürlich geschmeckt. Wir kommen wieder :)

Classic-Burger geschmacklich Mega gut gewesen. Trüffelsoße-Pommes sehr Gut ebenfalls. Ich komme wieder.

Habe über Uber Eats bestellt, da es ein Angebot gab. Ich musste aber einsehen das ich Smash Burger nicht sonderlich mag. Hatte den Normalen Burger, mochte den Belag nicht, ohne dem 2 für 1 Angebot sind die Burger auch sehr klein. Die Pommes waren gut. Wollte es mal ausprobieren, nicht meins.

Eigentlich ein guter Burgerladen wo man gute Burger kriegt, allerdings wollte ich eben 16.02 / 17:00 Uhr bestellen telefonisch allerdings wollte der Mitarbeiter oder Chef ich weiß es nicht... mir klar stellen das er seid 9 Monaten da ist und die keine telefonische Bestellung annehmen und nur online annehmen soweit akzeptiert (davor habe ich über onlineplatform wie lieferando oder ähnliches bestellt und da habt ihr immerhin fleißig Visitenkarten reingetan das man doch lieber telefonisch oder über ihr eigenes platform bestellen, wurde gemavhr und dann wird man dumm angemacht) naja qallerdings wollte ich ihm erklären das ich noch vor c.a 1 Woche telefonisch bestellt habe und das geliefert wurde und ich in bar bezahlt habe und eventuell seine Mitarbeiter ihn dann auf gut deutsch gesagt "beklauen" doch das wollte er nicht verstehen stattdessen wollte mir klar machen das er seid 9 Monaten da arbeitet, hahah geil aber auch Traurig ich hab eure Burger gemocht aber bestellen werde ich nicht mehr!! so Respektlos kannst du mit dein Arbeitgeber/nehmen umgehen aber nicht mit dein Kunden.

Tolle Burger. Da spielen so viele Geschmäcker mit einem, es gleicht einer Geschmacksexplosion, aber keiner übertriebenen, sondern extremst harmonisch, komplementär und sehr lecker. Ich könnte mich in diese Burger reinlegen, selten so gute gegessen. Also Geschmacklich absolut top. Ein einzelner Burger ist aber so klein...da nimmt man zwei drei Happen und schon sieht man das unweigerliche Ende dieses Burgers auf sich zukommen...

Bestellt. Bestätigung bekommen. Geld abgebucht und mein Essen einfach nicht geliefert bekommen. Bravo.

Without a doubt, the best burger in Giessen. A double burger and some fries will definitely fill you up, even if the burgers look a bit small 😅. My only complaint: The meat was a tad too salty, especially since the bun (which is absolutely fantastic, by the way) was too small. Unfortunately, there's no "fried egg" topping option; that would be amazing (I added one myself in the picture). I'll definitely be back.

Smash & Slice is truly delicious. The burgers and fries are always very tasty, perfectly cooked, and well-seasoned. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the delivery service is disappointing: Delivery often takes 1-2 hours, even though we live just a few minutes away. There have also been frequent problems with the cheese sauce (too little, missing, or already hardened). The prices are quite high as well; there are no meal deals, and even a double burger isn't very filling. In conclusion: Taste-wise, it's one of the best burger places, but due to the price and delivery issues, it's more of an occasional visit.

Never again, the prices for the food are simply outrageous.

Ordered food. The pizza was really good! Excellent dough and expertly prepared! It's a huge difference compared to many other pizza delivery services. The taste of the pizza dough alone... just like in Italy... one of the best pizzas I've eaten in Germany. Someone here really knows their stuff :) The fries were the best fries I've ever had delivered ^^ And my wife's burger wasn't just pretty, it was delicious. I ordered a burger and a portion of naked fries with truffle mayo. Unfortunately, when they arrived, the truffle mayo was missing, which was quite expensive (€2.30). I complained immediately, and was assured that it would be delivered immediately. The mayo took over an hour to deliver (more than twice as long as the first delivery), and when the delivery person finally arrived, I realized that he had mistakenly included it with another order. At that point, my fries were no longer tasty. I'll have to think very carefully about whether I'll order from you again!

Super fast delivery – the food arrived promptly, but unfortunately the burgers weren't warm. We ordered a vegan and a "regular" Smash Burger. Unfortunately, both arrived without labels, so we couldn't tell which was which. They couldn't offer us a proper solution over the phone, except to point out that the one with the slightly thicker patty was the vegan one – but we couldn't tell the difference. It's a shame, there definitely could have been more in there.

The burgers are delicious, but the chicken tastes disgusting, and the staff aren't friendly after 8 p.m. Unfortunately, there aren't many seating options.

I am truly and utterly disappointed with this place. They advertise a lot beforehand with supposedly numerous vegan and vegetarian alternatives, but in reality, there was absolutely nothing except fries. And even those tasted like they'd been reheated countless times and were completely inedible. I was there with a small child and politely asked if I could get my money back if the order hadn't been started yet. I was assured that this wouldn't be a problem. But suddenly, the employees became rude, disrespectful, and downright aggressive. Instead of refunding my money, I was blatantly lied to. They said the food would be ready soon and just needed to be wrapped up, but in fact, I had to wait another 15 minutes while my child cried. The behavior of the staff was an absolute disgrace, with no courtesy, no respect. This place is a complete disaster and pure customer deception. Anyone who values ​​good food and respectful treatment should definitely steer clear of this place.!!!

Although a screen was available, it wasn't used – instead, there was no receipt with a pickup number; only the name was displayed. This creates a confusing atmosphere. The burger tasted good, but the meat was a bit overcooked and therefore no longer in focus. Recommendation: Optimize the ordering and pickup process – for example, with a wait time display and a numbering system. The Goldies chain is a good example here.

I'd like to give a good review because the burgers taste good, but the price-performance ratio isn't there. A burger with fries won't fill you up. I have to say that the larger version with the medium filling is much more filling, which is a shame. Even as a family, for example, if you order three burgers with fries, you'll easily spend over €30 and still not be full. Very disappointing.

Very small inside, and there are few seats outside, so you have to check whether you can even eat in or order takeout. As soon as you walk in, the place looks really good and modern. You order at kiosks, which I think is great from a hygiene perspective. This also meant you could pay by card. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and the portions were really good. The regular smashed burger tasted very good thanks to the combination of savory and sweet flavors, but I thought the chicken burger was even better. The chicken was super crispy and completely juicy on the inside. The sauce also went really well with it. The fries they come with are also very generous. They were also very crispy, but I felt they lacked a bit of seasoning, so they could definitely add a bit more seasoning. All in all, it was really good, and for the price, too. Keeping those prices in mind, this is a no-brainer if you like smashed burgers. A quick note to the owner, if he's reading this: maybe consider selling the fried chicken you use in your burgers just like that. Just a portion of regular fried chicken, or something like "popcorn chicken" in small bites. It was really that good.

I personally wouldn't recommend it. The chicken is full of fat and gristle. When you pick up the burger, it's just wrapped in a piece of paper like at McDonald's. There's no particular variety of flavors you get at McDonald's and the like. I'd say it's exactly the same, even better. The chili cheese fries were pretty good, but nothing more. Everyone should make their own experiences, but there are better options in Giessen, like Burgers, Statemant Beef, Burgerholic, etc. It's a shame, really, because the atmosphere and selection promise a lot. I hope the place does the best. This is just my honest personal opinion. No hate!

We ordered for the first time yesterday and were really pleasantly surprised! Super delicious. Super fresh, and the meat tasted amazing. All the vegan burgers were also simply amazing and incredibly tasty. We ordered 8 burgers, and only 7 arrived. After a quick consultation, we got a new one delivered after about 15 minutes. Simply great 👍🏼 Little tip: if you order multiple burgers like we did yesterday, have them labeled, because we had a few extras and weren't sure which one was which 😄

I've rarely eaten such a good Smash Burger! The patties were perfectly cooked: crispy on the outside, still juicy on the inside. The potato bun was soft but not soggy, and the sauce on the Royal Smash Burger was also delicious. Our favorite was the Classy Burger. Good value for money. We'd happily order again.

First of all, the delivery took an hour and a half instead of an hour. Then, they forgot the fries on an already €60 order. The chicken fries were mediocre; the chicken was more batter than meat, and you couldn't taste any Parmesan cheese. The cheese fries were a joke. At first, there was barely any cheese, and then when you did find it, it was just a tiny bit. Red onions were ordered separately for the pizza. They should definitely specify that they were pickled onions. The pizza was so greasy that some had already accumulated under the crust. The burgers were mediocre, nothing special but not bad either. We can save the voucher for fries "next time" (for the ones we forgot) since we won't be getting them again.

You can immediately feel that the work here is done with passion - and that's exactly what shows in the food. I tried three different burgers and a pizza - and every bite was a real experience. The burgers were excellently prepared: juicy meat, beautifully crispy on the outside thanks to the classic “smash” process, and still wonderfully tender on the inside. The buns were soft, lightly toasted and perfectly balanced - they held the burger together without being too dominant. I would particularly like to highlight the freshness of the ingredients: crisp lettuce, aromatic tomatoes and onions, just the right amount of sauces that underlined the taste without overpowering it. Each of the three burgers had its own twist - be it the homemade sauce, the melted cheese or the additional topping such as caramelized onions or jalapeños. There's a noticeable amount of attention to detail, and that's what sets Smash and Slice apart from many other burger joints. Everything tasted authentic, made with love and was simply well put together. The pizza was also a hit. The dough was thin, slightly crispy, but still nice and soft on the inside - just like you would imagine a really good pizza to be. You felt welcome and valued as a guest - which is unfortunately no longer a given everywhere these days. Conclusion: Smash and Slice is definitely worth recommending. Everything is just right here – quality, taste, atmosphere and service. Anyone who loves really good burgers and pizza will get their money's worth here. Ambience not rated, service only refers to delivery. I was actually looking forward to gyros... Ordered for 12:40 p.m., delivered at 12:57 p.m., 17 of 45 minutes break wasted. The Gyros pizza didn't really make me "happy", it did fill me up, but in terms of taste it just wasn't a highlight, not even "okay". Sparsely occupied for €12, I'm really thinking about taking my portable pizza oven with me to the office in the future. Pizza Crazy Chicken (or whatever it was called) had 3 pieces of broccoli on it. Unbelievable actually. There may be a second chance with a different dish. For that much money I can eat some crap at Burger King. I just saw the review from Juwelier Rubin, so if it comes down to it, I had a maximum of a third of the amount of gyros on the pizza. It looked very lost with the few pieces of dry gyro.

It took almost two hours for the food to be delivered. Ordered at 7:45 p.m. with delivery time at 8:45 p.m. Food didn't arrive until 9:40 p.m. Unfortunately it just doesn't work. The quality and taste of the food was okay but not earth-shattering. Sorry Bobo, that was nothing

Crumbly bifteki, without any consistency. Prices are apparently made up during the payment process.

Today, for the first time in a long time, I had a pizza delivered that wasn't of the usual quality. After my "complaint" I was immediately very kindly assured of a new pizza, which was very good as usual. Shortly after my new pizza arrived, I even got another call asking if I was happy with the quality this time! This is a service that many other shops can learn from!!!
