Zur guten Quelle in Gießen

We've been customers at Fasanenweg since around 2007...you've always gone out of your way and often treated us to fantastic food. A big thank you to the whole team for that. We've been at Quelle for a few years now, and the team still does everything to satisfy us as customers. Wrong delivery after 90 minutes of waiting. The driver became loud and aggressive, saying, "Don't upset me now." Even a phone call didn't resolve a replacement delivery. Lieferando contacted, and PayPal was in the wrong place. Since payment was made via PayPal,

We ordered a delivery, and it arrived within the promised time. We had the hamburger as part of the meal (because of the fries), but unfortunately, the only drink they offered was a Coke, but our whole family doesn't drink Coke... if we do, then it's Diet Coke or Zero Coke... other drinks (Fanta, Sprite, Diet Coke/Zero Coke) should definitely be available here. Then we had the omelet with ham and cheese, which also included a lot of mushrooms that weren't listed on the menu and we had to remove them... by then, the dish was only lukewarm. We also had an omelet with mushrooms and cheese, but the omelet was almost too salty. The cordon bleu was delicious, well-filled with ham and cheese. The portions were sufficient, and everyone was full. The prices are reasonable for the portions; we ordered by phone, but ordering through Lieferando seems to be more expensive. So, there's still room for improvement.

I waited more than two hours for my order, paid a ton of money, and it tasted terrible. Thanks for nothing. Never again.

I regularly order the chef's salad with garlic bread - I have rarely eaten such a delicious salad, such a delicious dressing and garlic bread. I can only recommend it to everyone :-) I've never been there, so I can't rate the restaurant. The staff on the phone & the delivery person are always very friendly :-)

Schnitzel was good 👍 Pizza wasn't that tasty. Dry Service really bad 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 We were told on the phone that it could take 1 hour to 1.10 hours. Ok but when we called after 1.5 hours the man on the phone was very annoyed and was panting through the phone. We were already full by then. A burger menu was ordered. The cola was missing. So called again. The gentleman became even more annoyed. That he would bring them to us next time. When I said that we weren't ordering anymore, I was told that the Coke would be brought. 12 hours later - she's still not there -! Don't order from there anymore. Waiting time catastrophic. If you know you'll be hungry 2 hours later, you can order there. We don't order there anymore 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Very quickly we got space for 11 men on the 3rd Saturday in Advent. Food and service really good, value for money too! Big praise!👍👍👍👍👍

I ordered from the good source. Jägerschnitzel and Broccoli Schnitzel... I was very enthusiastic... everything tasted fresh and the fries were super crispy - the salad was also a bomb... (large portions). Nice staff on the phone and driver also great... Please dear chef keep it up... I will definitely order from you more often now... THANK YOU SO MUCH... Das erste mal heute eine Pizza gekauft bei euch die war so schrecklich einfach nur ekelhaft wurde sofort entsorgt !!!!

Die neue Bedienung war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent. Dort am Tresen lasse ich gerne mein Trinkgeld 👍🏻

Ich habe telefonisch bestellt nach 20 min. konnte ich meine Bestellung abholen und es war wie immer sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Preis-Leistung sehr gut..

Nach Pizza und Combination gab es heute ein Schnitzel. War wie zuletzt sehr lecker, gute Portion und sehr netter Service.

Habe verschiedene Gerichte gegessen kann es weiter empfehlen

Schnitzel mit bestem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in GI Sehr leckere Schnitzel mit guten/großen Portionen - zu dem Preis genial! Tipp: Direkt bestellen! 0641- 47405 (Bestellung über Lieferando zwar möglich - hat bei uns bisher aber nur mit deutlicher Verspätung geklappt (45 Minuten bis 1 Stunde).

Wir haben das 1.mal bei euch bestellt und das war nicht das letzte Mal das Essen war super lecker Jägerschnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln und Steak und Zwiebeln es war ein Traum

Ein Stern Abzug für die viel zu langen Lieferzeiten. Sonntagmittag ... ein Schnitzel, 2 Pizzen und über 1 1/2 Std bis das Essen da ist , einfach viel zu lange. Sorry aber daran sollte man arbeiten, eine Option wäre mehr Personal 🤷🏻‍♀️

Normal rustikal eingerichtetes Restaurant, ohne Auffälligkeiten. Essen und Preise ok. Parkplätze vor dem Restaurant vorhanden.
