Best restaurant after a year-long break from Germany... Greek fusion with a difference. Truly an explosion of flavor... I highly recommend it.

The ambiance is truly exceptional, a restaurant designed with a lot of love. The food tasted really good and was reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the vegetables weren't al dente, but almost raw, and also almost cold. We would have liked dessert, but after waiting quite a while for the menu (the waitress apologized for this), she didn't even come to take our order. We were a bit disappointed, as we had been really looking forward to the evening.

We visited this super cool restaurant for the first time yesterday. The ambiance is very appealing. The service was excellent. We (four people) all ordered different dishes. We were all thrilled with what the kitchen conjured up for us. Thank you so much again. We will definitely be back.

We had the grilled platter and the vegetable risotto with chicken. Both were very tasty and the portions were large enough. The grilled platter consisted of gyros, bifteki, and souvlaki (skewers), along with potatoes and tzatziki. Everything tasted fresh and juicy. The risotto was prepared with fresh vegetables and a very good tomato sauce. Unfortunately, it was a bit too salty, but it was still fine for me. The service was very friendly; we didn't have to wait long for service or the food. The ambiance is very nice, with lots of decor. The men's restroom is quite dark; there's no proper lighting.

The food was excellent, but unfortunately my skewers were cold. We got the Coke shower experience, including our ambiance. The servers seem to be getting poor service, and the proximity to the market square is noticeable! Communication within the team could be better. Three waiters asked us if everything was okay. One improvement could be to assign each server a separate area of ​​responsibility to avoid this kind of situation!

Everywhere you discover small, thoughtful touches that make the overall experience simply special. When it comes to food, everything is just right: the price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. The dishes are not only sufficiently portioned, but also beautifully prepared - you can tell that the work here is done with high standards and quality. For the prices you definitely get more than just good food – you get an experience. The operators are incredibly warm, open and friendly. Particularly positive: They are super child-friendly and create a pleasant, inviting atmosphere. Unfortunately, a small downside was the behavior of individual service staff, who seemed a bit reserved or slightly bored - but that was only marginally noticeable and hardly spoiled our overall impression. The cleanliness was impeccable and the restaurant is also a great place to go in Giessen in a business context. Absolute recommendation – we will definitely come back!

I was there with my friend because we had been to Dimi's Aura the day before and was told that this restaurant even beats Aura, which is already considered one of the best restaurants in Giessen. I'll start with the ambience, which was very unusual and appealing, you were immediately warmly welcomed (I think that was the boss). Das Essen wird sehr ansprechend angerichtet und schmeckt köstlich. Auch die Mitarbeiter des Restaurants sind zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ich gehe sehr gerne dort hin.

Great location that is decorated very cool. Nice staff, which seemed slightly overwhelmed as every table was occupied. We waited over 70 minutes for our food. The food was good and solid. The vegetables are a bit too fatty/oily. I can't recommend the gyro. Has nothing to do with the classic gyros.

A really cool and unusually furnished location for my taste. That's where the enjoyment begins. We continued with the starter, simply delicious. Actually designed for 2-3 people, it also filled the 4 of us well. So we didn't quite finish the main courses. Duroc Tomahawk also impressed, but unfortunately not the gyro dishes.

We didn't let the bad reviews put us off and had a great evening! The food was first class. The portions were so large that we (the day before yesterday, seven of us) didn't have to worry about lunch the next day. :) We really enjoyed the red house wine. We'll be back. Ευχαριστώ

Dear Taste Traffic Team, The atmosphere in your restaurant is really great – modern and inviting. Unfortunately, the service left something to be desired upon entering. We were served by a waitress who apparently had a cold, who was later left alone and was visibly overwhelmed. Our appetizer platter tasted good. However, we had a problem with the main course, a gyro: we immediately noticed the sour, unpleasant taste, which we initially attributed to the sauce. Unfortunately, two people experienced stomach problems and vomiting a few hours later. Both had the same food other than the gyro as the third person who had no complaints. We would like to ask you to check the quality and storage of your food so that something like this can be avoided in the future.

We were dining upstairs with a large group for a Christmas party. Unfortunately, a lot of points didn't fit: 1. We were served by three conditions (two young women + female boss). Unfortunately, all three of them weren't very friendly and we had the feeling we were being a nuisance. One young woman in particular was very unpleasant and had no desire or idea about her job. When we ordered something that was on the menu, she said she didn't know what it was and that they didn't have anything like that. She got really angry and said someone else should take the order and just left. 2. In addition, something was always forgotten when ordering drinks, so we had to wait a long time for our drinks or even drinks didn't come at all (even after asking several times). The drinks were still on the bill… 3. Shortly before the end of the evening we noticed a mouse in the hall... this was the highlight of the evening and made us leave quickly. When we asked the boss about it, he wasn't surprised. I think this happens more often... 4. The food itself was okay. However, the next day, 5 out of 12 people woke up with gastrointestinal problems. One can only speculate now whether there is a connection... In summary, we would definitely not recommend this restaurant.

Das Sofa wurde ohne Aufforderung so gerückt, dass man auch mit etwas kürzeren Beinen bequem am Dem wunderschönen,künstlerisch gestaltetenTisch speisen konnte. Als am Ende des Hauptganges 2 weitere Gäste dazukamen, wurde sofort gefragt , ob man noch 1 bis 2 Stühle am Tisch haben möchte. Auf Bejahen wurden sie sofort bereitgestellt. Das Licht wurde der Tageszeit entspre hent per Hand an u serem Platz reguliert. Das Ambiente des gesamten Restaurants ist für Gießen außergewöhnlich und hat Grosstadtniveo. Das Essen ist exzellent, frisch,vielseitig,sehr schmackhaft und gesund. Der Preis ist für das was das Restaurant bietet mehr als angemessen. Für mich und meine Freunde das beste griechische Restaurant in Gießen ! Ich werde jederzeit wieder mit Freude Gäste dorthin einladen. Ein Unvergessliches Erlebnis sich dort für ein paar Stunden rundum verwöhnen zu lassen. Ich danke dem Besitzer für dieses gelungene Projekt ! Und natürlich für die Proffessionelle und freundliche Servicekraft am 24.11 !!

Eine absoluter Katastrophe! Meine Meinung nach, wurde das Essen (Steak) aufgewärmt. Auch die Kartoffelecken schienen aufgewärmt zu sein. Der Kellner hat erstmal den falschen Wein gebracht und während wir gegessen haben, ist der Stuhl meiner Frau zusammengebrochen. Sie wiegt aber nur 55kg. Dieses Restaurant hat einfach keine Zukunft, weil der Kundschaft nur veräppelt wird. Nie wieder!

So far I've eaten here three times a year and the quality has decreased significantly. Starting with the prices, which are well above average in the area, I would also expect an ambience to match. Unfortunately, this is not the case due to the following points. In summer I don't recommend sitting inside, especially in the lower area it is extremely warm. Even in winter, temperatures are sometimes elevated because the kitchen is on the ground floor. That doesn't mean putting on too much weight, but that would also be easy to take into account. Furthermore, you always have to ask the service staff several times if you need food or drinks. They are totally overwhelmed and also mess up drinks and dishes. During a visit, a table outside was reserved. We had to ask several times for a table inside and were confirmed that there was one available inside and that they were preparing the table. After 20 minutes under an umbrella that didn't protect all the tables from the rain and with a view of an free (unreserved) table inside, we decided to ask one last time and otherwise leave on our own. Now the dishes were served to us outside and when we refused and went inside, we were also supported by the waitress. This situation was not only unpleasant but the food also sat around longer because we had to change tables right then. In fact, we weren't the first to have the problem, as our table neighbors confirmed. Additionally, and this is the worst case scenario: on the last visit with a larger group, my piece of meat fell onto the delivery counter in the meat tower that they always make on the Greek plates. The waitress put the meat back on the tower with her bare hands and wanted to serve it to me. (we had a direct view of the handover counter) I didn't want to do an outline at first because we were a larger group, but I decided to talk anyway. When I asked you about it, you said I was getting a new dish. After 10 minutes (I waited 30 minutes for the first dish) the plate came again with the piece of meat in question, which was now done, even though I had ordered medium. You can imagine for yourself what happened. The food is delicious but is not worth the price/performance ratio. I prefer to go to the Greek competition around the corner, they don't forget the ouzo at the end :)

Simply a good restaurant. Right in the middle of the city center, so you have enough games, fun and excitement right under your nose :) The food was very stylishly prepared and all dishes tasted very good. The appetizer platter is highly recommended. Recommendation and gladly again.

The atmosphere is nice, the service is friendly. I found the portions to be rather small for the price. The food is beautifully presented and decorated, which certainly justifies the high prices. I would recommend the restaurant if you just want to go out for an expensive meal, but there are plenty of good alternatives nearby for just as delicious and much more sumptuous food. In the end, the waitress seemed a bit angry that I didn't give a tip. But I think that the half potato with the small piece of meat was quite well paid for at 25 euros.

I had the pleasure of eating at Taste Traffic restaurant today and all I can say is that it was an excellent experience! I ordered a beef skewer with vegetables and it was simply delicious. It's definitely one of the best restaurants I've eaten at recently. As a showman, I travel often and visit many different restaurants, but Taste Traffic really deserves its name. The quality of the food and service were first class. I highly recommend this restaurant! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
