What you would expect from a 1 star Michelin restaurant. Extremely good service (both in German and English). Flow of courses coming went fine until the fish course which took close to 20 min. Saw other tables having to wait as well (those who also had the taster menu) so not only us. The waiting staff seemed to bebstressing a tad over it, but no harm done. Will come back for sure…

There was a cigarette butt in our pizza. That is quite simply unacceptable. The pizza in question was replaced by the server, but still billed. Shame, since otherwise everything is fine. Better hygiene must be enforced in the kitchen. In response to the owner: the was no confusion. we were three people, we told the waiter who appologized and brought us another flamkuchen. This must have been about two years ago. For some reason, the review was left "pending" before being posted. I'm sure it was an unfortunate accident, since the other times I've been there everything was fine. However, it was serious enough to leave a very bad impression.

We liked the dishes, and we particularly liked the salad. Good and above all friendly service as well as acceptable waiting times. The lack of mobile phone coverage would sometimes be good for other places too. Unfortunately no card payment.

Very extensive range of dishes. Self-service. Café delicious, cake unfortunately too cold, so the aroma doesn't come through.

Very nice selection of dishes, meat and fish were well prepared. Service attentive. Prices for plated meals are sometimes a bit excessive. Overall, pleasant impression.

We had reserved a table for 6 p.m. and the staff and chef arrived at the same time. The food was good, but took longer. The cook brought it himself. The service was suboptimal and seemingly overwhelmed. Instead of asking us if we would like to drink something else, the glasses were collected after 70 minutes with the argument that there were too few and the service needed them (?). That hasn't happened to me yet 😅 What do they do when all the tables outside are full? Dessert took a long time, so we were left stranded until we left after a total of 2 hours.

Best Freiburg burgers! The sweet potato fries are also great!

El lugar es hermoso, los gatitos son adorables y el menú totalmente vegano es delicioso. También la gente es muy agradable y la ubicación (muy cerca del centro de Friburgo) es perfecta.
