We ordered yesterday, for the first time and unfortunately also for the last time. Positive: - The service was very friendly (both on site and on the phone) - It looked very clean in the store - Order was ready quickly Negative: - The TASTE of the pizzas. The pizzas ALL tasted extremely sweet. None had barbecue sauce or anything like that. The dough tasted so sweet. When it came to the topping, it was pointed out that the turkey/salami was smoked. That extremely smoked cutout combined with that sweet flavor had NOTHING to do with a SAVORY pizza. Shame about the money!!! They are absolutely not worth the money. Sorry

Simply a great shop, ordering to pick up never takes 20 minutes, always faster and it always tastes good. Highly recommended and if the delivery takes a little longer, they are extremely accommodating

This Smileys shop does not have the usual quality as the usual businesses. The food is usually not fully baked or is too dense and burnt. The delivery time isn't particularly good either. Most of the time you wait over an hour and then the food arrives only lukewarm. Too bad

The most bottomless insolence I have ever experienced. After waiting over 2 hours for my order placed online and a corresponding telephone inquiry, no one could find my order in the system. Of course the money was withdrawn immediately! Never again!! There are enough other services, so you should try it there!

Wow, this order was really a failure. The food arrived quickly and was warm, but the taste was a real disaster and I'm actually not even picky about it. The fries and the schnitzel were as if they had been thawed, the consistency was completely soggy, and there was no salt or spices in general. It was carelessly sprinkled with 'salad' - clearly from a kebab counter. How do I know this? Well, it was 'doner kebab meat' in the 'salad' And somewhere between the fries I found a hidden plastic packet of mayonnaise. I'm just saying mayonnaise now because it said it, it tasted like fat-based vinegar essence and spit. Chicken curry was okay in terms of seasoning, and it contained an impressive 2 miniature pieces of chicken, strong performance. The rice tasted stale and slightly dry, and there were some hard, uncooked pieces. There was clearly too much oil. I will definitely never order from here again, thanks for nothing, or thanks for the overpriced laxative Direct flight into the bin with this order.

Ordered last night. As a VIP customer, we were allowed to order the Hallomi Sticks, which were already completely overpriced. Instead of 12 pieces for 8 euros, only 8 pieces arrived here. A disgrace for the price. Unfortunately it was only lukewarm, so the hallomi cheese was rubbery. Very very disappointing.

Pizza and burgers are actually always good. I can especially recommend pizza with hollandaise sauce.

Citizen was cold and carelessly packaged and prepared, the pizza was inedible, the fries were frozen fries that were swimming in fat. I also ordered a Cola Zero but got a normal Cola and there was no more carbon dioxide in it. I live about 20-30 minutes from the restaurant Then I waited for almost an hour

Have ordered there 3 times and everything always arrived warm and tasty. We once received a playground delivery, which went without any problems. A big thank you goes to Orcan, who worked the morning shift that day. He managed a smooth delivery and cut the pizza because we didn't have any cutlery on hand. The kids were really happy. The delivery service has always been super nice so far. The only criticisms I have are that the burger patties are just way too dry, had that (dryage) and generally too little sauce. But the taste wasn't a disaster. But I wouldn't order a burger again. If you want extra on the pizza, you will save a little, which is a shame...
