Never again. The place is a disaster and what passes for food there is. The food comes cold. The pizza has hardly any toppings, even the cheese is saved, the fries are cold and dry and so is the schnitzel. The driver probably didn't find the address or he also had to deliver to 5 other addresses. In any case, you can't make money like that as a restaurateur. No wonder, something like that doesn't last long. Probably a new owner, that was different.

Absolutely unacceptable - never again. Our order did not arrive, although Lieferando incorrectly stated that it had been delivered. The fact is: According to the statement, the driver “didn't find the address” - but didn't think it was necessary to call us, even though the number was given. Instead, he just left again. That alone would be annoying enough, but the real low point came afterwards: When I tried to ask over the phone, I was hung up on three times - and when I finally got through, I was insulted by the employee on the phone. No accommodation, no apology - just disrespectful behavior across the board. If you want to save yourself trouble, frustration and insults, you definitely shouldn't order here. Customer service is obviously a foreign word here - as is reliability.

Worst pizza in a long time! We ordered two party pizzas to pick up at Carnival, which worked out well in terms of timing. Hence two stars. However, the pizza was really bad: Tomato sauce hardly present + little taste. Topping careless and also without taste. Haven't had such a bad pizza in a long time

As a regular customer for years, I unfortunately have to say that we will no longer be ordering from them. Last week we waited over 2 hours without contact and the food was inedible...pizza where you needed a spoon because there was no base, pasta where half was missing and oversalted, etc. We accepted that as an exception, but today something was missing from the order and is constantly pushed away on the phone before someone answers. Were there in person and they wanted to deny what was missing even though they had the proof with them. For further information, there is a call center, so it's apparently no fault of our own. I'm usually happy to order despite the 1 hour waiting time, but the last few orders were just too extreme. I hope for everyone that we were an exception, but Smileys: never again!
