I’m so disappointed with the service. I ordered a pizza and it was delivered to my address. First of all the driver could not find my right address and so I had to come out in the rain to meet the driver. I came out and did not have cash on me to pay so I wanted to pay with the card or PayPal which was not also possible. I called the pizzeria and told them I would pass by the next day to pay because it was almost 11pm. The attendant asked me to give the pizza back to the driver, or I should come to the pizzeria to pay in the moment with the card. The driver took the pizza back with him at 11pm lol. I had been a customer for a while, but because of this treatment, I would never buy from them again. The pizza is good, but the service is shit.

This is the height of disrespect: one pizza was undercooked, and the delivery person was completely unfriendly. We waited over an hour for our food. After asking several times, we were always told, "Yes, only 5 more minutes." This is truly the height of rudeness and disrespect.

Fresh, fast, and reliable—hunger is taken seriously here, without long waits. And sure, a flyer can be annoying. But after the first order, the mailbox doesn't matter at all, because from then on, everything revolves around the next Lord Pizza. I myself came to Düsseldorf from Kiel, and after the first bite, I knew immediately: This pizza alone would have been reason enough to change cities. While others rave about the Rhine, I rave about the crispy base and the taste, which reminds me every time why I've landed here. Highly recommended 👍

Review for Pizza Lord – Ronsdorfer Straße, Düsseldorf I used to order regularly from Pizza Lord over two years ago and just couldn't get enough – the food was always fresh, delicious, and of good quality. Today, after a long time, I ordered there again – unfortunately, it was a completely disappointing experience. The falafel I ordered was more like dry coal briquettes than fresh falafel. The nuggets were tiny and seemed like miniature versions. The schnitzel was cut into several small rectangular strips. The accompanying fries had apparently been taken out of the fryer too early, making them both soft and hard. The pizza hollandaise was neither fresh nor moist – the sauce seemed stale and was already cold. Dear Pizza Lord team: It's a shame that the quality has declined so much compared to before. Despite the bad reviews, I insisted on trying a pizza there. Even though the guys were finishing work soon, they were very friendly, quick, and the pizza was very good. I had a traditional salami pizza. The base was super crispy, the ratio of tomato sauce, salami, and cheese was absolutely perfect, and it was really deliciously spicy 🙂 So don't be put off by the 1-star reviews from frustrated "no flyers" crowds. The pizza was soggy and you could only taste the dough. I can't recommend it.

I don't know why this pizzeria has so many bad reviews. I ordered a pizza and a lasagna to my hotel earlier, and there were no problems. Both were delicious and arrived on time. I'll order again when I'm here.

Despite the many bad reviews, I was very positively surprised. I ordered via Lieferando. According to the confirmation, delivery was supposed to take about 40 minutes, but it arrived after just under half an hour. Unfortunately, the pizza was cold (not lukewarm, as might be expected with a delivery time of 30 minutes). 1 star deducted for that - but everything else is great!

Unfortunately the buffalo wings here have nothing to do with buffalo wings, but rather with frozen bag wings from the discount store. Very disappointing and shameful to have paid almost €10 for this. I give service 3 stars because the suppliers were always quick and friendly. To keep it fair: Casseroles were always an 8 out of 10 but sometimes a 6 out of 10. The pizzas and pizza rolls were always really great!! Based on my experience today, I will never order here again.

I didn't like the pizza, the dough was much too thin and the edge was too hard. Delivery time was ok.

Cheeseburger comes with a ready-made patty and is a joke for 12 euros. The margharita was just about eaten, but it's miles away from a good pizza. We cannot judge the service and ambience because Lieferando. All in all, we 100% won't be ordering there again.

Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to express my complaint about my last order from Pizza Lord. I ordered several dishes yesterday including a pizza, lasagne and tortellini. During a previous telephone consultation, I asked that the lasagne be prepared with more sauce instead of cheese. Unfortunately, the lasagna was very dry and inedible when it arrived, which I documented with photo evidence. The pizza had a good dough, but the pepperoni on the salami was far too sparsely distributed. I don't feel like my order was taken seriously, especially since I called specifically to express my wishes. Advertisements were posted several times in mailboxes even though “no advertising!” was clearly and visibly written on the mailbox.

Completely ridiculous, this shop advertises on the flyer (which you always get with every order) and it always says that they have a lunch special between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. where pizza only costs €7.90 and you just get ripped off and pay for it anyway big amount.

Have ordered. After more than 100 minutes we received the message that the order had been delivered. Nothing arrived, so it was a lie. Nobody answered the phone the entire time. Money gone and nothing to eat. Against sleeping when hungry.

One star is actually way too much. When ordering it was said in 40 minutes that the pizzas would only arrive in 1:40 minutes. The pizzas were cold and tasted different but not like pizza. One before that was Pizza Fungi, there were only a few slices of champions thrown on it.

I had Maccaroni Gorgonzola, they were just bad, tasted nothing like Gorgonzola. Filled pizza rolls were ok, but could be better.

Unfortunately, I found an advertising brochure from Pizza Lord in the mailbox today, even though it clearly states "No advertising". This is unacceptable advertising and simply illegal. I definitely won't be ordering anything here.

Even though I have a note on my mailbox saying no advertising, they regularly drop me a menu every month. I work nearby and pass them every day. If they hadn't disregarded my mail requests, I probably would have tried them a long time ago. Now I'm reminded every month not to go there.

My order was on April 6th evening as I ordered 2 pizzas. The guide couldn't find the address. He called me for the address and was very rude. The guide spoke very poorly in German, you couldn't understand anything he said. I went out of my apartment to find the guide. When I found him, I was standing in front of the car and he was sitting in the car, looking at me and "waiting for something" (a few minutes and didn't come out of the car, during this time I was waiting for him). After he got out of the car, he told me that there was a regular customer nearby. Before that we often ordered from Pizza Lord. Eine Pizza habe ich bestellt und knappt 2 Stunde darauf gewartet. nur eine ganz normale Pizza. Tut mir Leid aber ich habe den Eindruck, wenn man um 10 Uhr bestellt kommt die Bestellung erst nachdem sie geschloßen haben was für einen Zufall bitte.... ich finde es geht GAR NICHT wenn sie zuerst den laden mal gemütlich schließen und dann auf dem Weg nach Hause so nebenbei essen liefern... Der Chicken Burger 🍔 war sehr lecker deshalb kann ich ihn weiterempfehlen so wie die pizzabrötchen. Der Preis ist gut.

Schon das dritte mal liefern sie das Essen viel zu spät. Dieses Mal sind es 55 min Verspätung…. Das Essen schmeckt gut wenn es aber wenn es endlich ankommt ist man so sauer wegen der Verspätung sodass man sich nicht das Essen genießen kann.

Nudeln und Pizza sind ganz ok. Burger und Schnitzel sind enttäuschend. Lieferzeit bei direkt Bestellung war 20 Minuten. Preise sind billig für ein Imbiss.

Würden minus Sterne vorhanden sein würde es minus Sterne regnen aber leider geht nur ein Stern weil ich sonst keine Bewertung hinterlegen kann!!! Ich verstehe nicht wieso der Laden überhaupt noch läuft… Das Essen schmeckt furchtbar und ich musste mich von dem Essen kapitulieren. Was ich nicht verstehe da man bei einer Pizza nicht wirklich viel falsch machen kann. Ich denke der Laden ist nur ein Alibi für Illegale Geschäfte weil sowas wie da drüben müsste verboten werden…

Leider wird absolut nicht entgegengekommen. Mal wieder kein Lachfilet, sondern nur das geräucherte, was geschmacklich sehr viel ausmacht und versalzen dazu. Für das Geld definitiv nicht wert und auf Nachfrage, da nicht zum ersten Mal und als Stammkunde, kein Entgegenkommen. Und auch noch unverschämt geantwortet „ja dann bestellen Sie halt nicht mehr“. Somit ein Kunde weniger.

Leider haben wir das Essen erst 2,5std nach der Bestellung erhalten. Am Telefon wurden wir nicht gewarnt, dass es lange dauern würde. Hätten wir es vorher gewusst, hätten wir woanders bestellt. Die Portion ist auch nicht ihr Geld wert.

Das Essen wurde erst nach fast 2 Stunden geliefert. Trotz Anruf im Restaurant wurde mir nicht entgegen gekommen sondern nur unverschämt gesagt es sei viel zutun. Definitiv wird dort nicht mehr bestellt!

Ich habe nicht nur 1 mal bei Pizza lord bestellt und war echt erschrocken als ich hier im Nachhinein die rezessionen sehe bzw lese. Hatte für einen Geburtstag mehrere male die blechpizza bestellt, quasi komplett ins kalte Wasser gesprungen und musste sagen, dass wir angenehm überrascht waren. Für knapp 20 Euro ein pizzablech mit 2 belegen zu erhalten ist einfach Preis Leistungsmäßig top. Mein Essen ist immer warm, schmeckt frisch zubereitet und alle Mitarbeiter waren bisher immer nett. Kann hier viele rezessionen NICHT nachvollziehen und finde es schade, dass manche Leute 1 Stern geben, weil diese Werbung im Briefkasten hatten. Also man kann sich auch anstellen. Ich bestelle weiterhin beim Lord.

Einziges Einstellungskriterium der Flyerverteiler scheint zu sein, nicht lesen zu können. Trotz "Keine Werbung", regelmäßig Flyer im Briefkasten, dabei hat es einen guten Grund, warum ich nicht bei euch, sondern woanders bestelle. Pizza schmeckt mir nämlich nicht.

Absoluter Drecksladen! Um 23 Uhr bestellt, es wurde eine Stunde Lieferzeit angegeben (Fuer eine Pizza, an einem Sonntag Abend, als ob da so viel zu tun ist). Der Laden ist nur 5 Min mit dem Auto weg. Erst finden Sie die Lieferadresse nicht, dann liefern Sie die Hälfte und als auch noch die Pizza ohne Belag geliefert wurde, habe ich den glauben an Gott verloren... Nach Zusage des Fahrers, eine neue Pizza zu liefern, warten wir nun seit 2 Monaten auf diese...Nachdem man dort anruft, wird man behandelt als würde man lügen und der Pizza Bäcker schwört auf alles, er habe Thunfisch drauf gelegt... einfach nur peinlich! Haben zum liefern 2 Pizzen bestellt und 1x pizzabrötchen, die Pizzen waren extrem dünn, kaum Belag drauf, wenn wir nicht so Hunger gehabt hätten wäre sie liegen geblieben. Die pizzabrötchen waren ok, aber da gibt es aufjedenfall 1020282x bessere Pizza :( daher nur einen Stern!
