I've been eating at Pizza Arena for over 20 years and I can recommend it to everyone! The food is delicious and the owners are the best.

The pizza there is very tasty. The cheese at Pizza Arena is really good (usually a problem for cheap pizzerias, but the cheese and other ingredients are of good quality). Service is also good, the chef cares about the customers. The atmosphere in the pizzeria could improve over time. I hope so. (Photo shows Pizza Capricciosa)

The food is good. The service is abysmally bad. The owner is very unpleasant and not at all friendly.

The pizza was absolutely delicious. The crust was excellent, as were the toppings. My husband also really enjoyed the lasagna. This was our first time ordering there, and it certainly won't be our last.

Absolutely "bad" - a frozen pizza from Aldi would have been a better choice!

I received a completely incorrect order, and they charged me €12 more than what was listed in the shopping cart on the website. I called to clarify, but the issue remained unresolved. Not recommended.

I love the food; the drivers are always very friendly, the prices are okay, and the food is always piping hot and on time. I always order tortellini with spinach and cream; I'm addicted to it and will definitely order again.

I just ordered from the store for almost €50 via Lieferando. Unfortunately, I only noticed after placing the order that the app still indicated cash payment and not the card payment I had originally intended. Accordingly, I called the store. A woman with an extremely husky voice and a completely bad mood answered the phone. When I asked if it was possible to bring a card reader or something similar for the card payment because of the small error, she said it wasn't possible. I then wanted to ask if it would be possible to cancel the order so I could place it again, but was interrupted with the following annoyed statement: "Okay, then we'll have to write to Lieferando again to explain why it was canceled, and there are tax issues again," and immediately rudely hung up. Tip: Order somewhere else if your money and your mood are important to you. Reading the other reviews here, the quality of your food is also important. I have now ordered somewhere else and am waiting for my food 👍🏽

This shop is unbelievable, given a chance again after years, but you're knocking the bottom out of it, not just an hour late, your "food" is so unbelievably subterranean... you'd better put a lock on the door again! Thanks for 4 hungry stomachs ✌️

Ordered ! The estimate was 25-40 minutes!! After 2 hours I ran away from my colleague!! Food was terrible

Ordered here via Lieferando. Shortly afterwards I got a call saying I had to pay an extra €2 because I wasn't in the normal delivery range. They should. Upon request, Lieferando says something different. This is not welcomed when the delivery fee is subsequently increased across the board. It's a disgrace to attract customers like that and then ask for more money. If you can't handle paying your supplier reasonably for the route, then don't offer to deliver that far.

Food was delivered very quickly as stated. Unfortunately really not tasty. The pizzas are dripping with fat. A pizza that is advertised as “spicy”, not spicy and also without garlic. Ready-made schnitzel bathed in ready-made sauce. Sorry we won't order here again.

Food came late, and not for the first time, hence only one star. The delivery times at Lieferando can generally be calculated x2. If the time was at least approximately correct, it would still be okay Normally I'm very accommodating and don't give reviews unless I'm really impressed, either positively or negatively I also always find it interesting that the pizzas are not sliced, even if you add that as a note.

Let's start with the service: When I wanted extra sauce with my order, the employee actually asked for an extra charge. Outrageous! The schnitzel itself was the next joke. Tiny, dry and chewy - I've never seen anything like it. I would have expected much more from a restaurant in this price range. To make matters worse, I had to pay an extra €4 for the journey upon delivery. Unbelievable! Conclusion: Rip-off service Poor quality mini schnitzels Outrageous delivery fees Absolutely not recommended! If you visit this restaurant, it's your own fault! I always liked it there but now it just doesn't work for you anymore. The herb butter is always forgotten. You wait much longer than stated. You pay for extra services, but you don't get them. If you ask the driver that, for example, the herb butter was forgotten, he is not interested. The food only arrives cold. What happened to you? You simply can't order from you anymore.

Dough dry a very thin slice of Sucuk Pizza Gailina and Gamberetti....unfortunately also far dry, a little more "tomato sauce" on the dough might have saved it a bit. Chicken burger tasted like frozen product Salad with tuna and cheese, the sauce also tasted artificial and should be served separately and not spread between the salads, it gets soggy very quickly. For the ingredients available, €8 is quite steep I'm happy to pay a reasonable price for good food, but it wasn't worth the €49.50.

Very tasty food 🥘! I pre-ordered food there for home. It was prepared on time as agreed. The portions are large and we are always full. I can recommend the pizzas 🍕, the Chinese food and snack food like currywurst with fries.

Ich kam dahin, wollte nur eine pizza mit spinat. Habe eine mit jalapenos bekommen. Den mitarbeitern hat es nicht interessiert und mich rausgeschickt. Schlecht, unprofessionell.

Digga was war das. Ich bestell Pizza die Frau an der Kasse gibt mir irgendwas anderes. Ich hab Pizza Blech für 20 Euro bestellt und mussten 30 zahlen. Die haben alle kein Bock auf ihr Leben. Wäre schön wenn man das ändert.

Das schöne ist ja, dass es den Herne genug Leben gibt, die Qualität bieten

Ich gehe schon einige Jahre dorthin und bin immer zufrieden mit dem Essen. Die Auswahl ist riesig und wer da nicht fündig wird, ist selbst schuld. Mein Lieblings Gericht ist Lasagne und die ist bisher unschlagbar. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist super, was will man mehr. Man kann das Essen mitnehmen oder auch vor Essen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, könnte man mehr draus machen. Aber es kommt ja auf das Essen an.

Pizza ist okay, allerdings sind auch 6 Euro für eine Pizza dieser Qualität ein stolzer Preis

Ich konnte nicht mit Karte zahlen am Abend und der Chef hat mir nh Pizza für 1 Euro gemacht super freundlich und Pizza war super sehr lecker

War mal bekannt für gutes Essen und günstige Preise. Unser Party Angebot wurde nicht nur von 40€ auf 50€ erhöht. Es wurden auch noch 2€ Liefergebühren drauf gerechnet und der Eisbergsalat auf der Salatplatte war so matschig, das es schon etwas ekelig war ihn zu essen

Bei Gott wer diesen Laden schlecht bewertet isst wahrscheinlich den ganzen Tag Hundefutter. Egal was man bestellt alles schmeckt krass und macht sehr gut satt👌

Besonders geeignet, wenn man zu nicht ganz später, aber leicht später Stunde in der Herner Stadt landet und Hunger auf Pizzabrötchen verspürt, dann kann man sich dort für 5€ (Preis vor 2 Jahren) Pizzabrötchen mit Thunfisch schnappen und diese auf dem Weg durch die Stadt verschlingen.

Habe das erste mal dort essen zum mitnehmen gekauft, also der Salat und die Nudeln waren toll, was mir nicht so geschmeckt hat waren die Pizzabrötchen und die Kräuterbutter. Ansonsten war ich von meinem Essen begeistert. Würde dort wieder kaufen

Bei Bestellung waren die Pizzen nur lauwarm, geht gar nicht. Und es gibt noch nichtmals Pizza Brötchen dazu und bei 22 Euro Bestellwert noch 1 Euro Fahrtkosten zu nehmen ist echt dreist. .

Haben schon das ein oder andere mal dort bestellt und eigentlich immer das bekommen was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Ja die Preise sind echt hoch gegangen, aber da die Kosten für die Lebensmittel alle gestiegen sind, denke ich die Preise sind gerechtfertigt. Lieferung ist auch immer sehr schnell, länger als 45 Minuten mussten wir nur einmal warten. 1 Stern wird abgezogen, da ich manchmal mir nicht sicher bin, ob das Essen wirklich frisch gemacht wurde.

Leider kann ich nur 3 Sterne geben. Haben telefonisch am Sonntag bestellt, eine Mitarbeiterin ging ran, die eigentlich sehr gut Deutsch konnte. Dennoch hat die Frau vieles nicht verstanden. Ich habe Gerichte genannt, die auf der Speisekarte im Internet stehen und musste mir mehrfach anhören, dass haben sie nicht. Musste beim bestellen, irgendwann den Hörer abgeben an meine Freundin, sonst wäre ich ausgerastet. Wollte auch eigentlich erst auflegen, aber da das Lokal doch viel Auswahl hat und das Essen an sich bisher immer gut war, haben wir nicht aufgelegt. 2 Tage später waren wir vor Ort und habe mir den „aktuellen“ Speiseplan geholt und siehe da, dass gewünschte Gericht war dort drauf. Mitarbeiter sollten vielleicht mal die Karte studieren und kleiner Tipp, vielleicht auf der Online Speisekarte auch mal Nummern hinzufügen.

Essen war ok ( Chinesisch/Gemüse), nicht's besonderes. Aber was nicht ok war : der Fahrer! Freundlichkeit ist ein Fremdwort. Schade wie man hier mit Kunden umgeht .

die Preis Leistung stimmen hier absolut nicht überein. Für 5 Euro bekommt man gebratenen Reis mit Gemüse der echt nach nichts schmeckt und dazu ist es noch eine echt kleine Portion.
