Pizza Land in Riesa

The delivery service was very friendly, as always. Delivered on time, hot food. We ordered two burgers, a baguette, one pasta bake, and one potato bake with broccoli and ham, and (hot dog) pizza rolls. You can't go wrong with the burgers. The potato bake was completely over-seasoned. My child seemed to like the pasta bake (well, she doesn't have high standards). The pizza rolls, delivered in a bag, were rubbery, chewy, and had absolutely no taste. Sorry, but other delivery services do better. After a long time, I gave them another chance, but nope, that's it. Not for me. I'd rather cook myself and save the money.

I ordered for 9 p.m. and the food arrived exactly on time. The delivery person was super friendly! And the Manhattan burger...simply a must for any burger lover! I'd definitely go back!

The food took over an hour and a half to arrive, and it was lukewarm to cold, of course. Half of the food was forgotten, and they still charged the same price. Very poor and unfriendly service. I can't recommend it!

We ordered dinner. The delivery time was absolutely within the time limit of about 45 minutes. The delivery person was very nice, and nothing was forgotten. Our dinners (garlic pizza cakes and a pasta casserole with broccoli and ham) were delicious. They didn't forget a dip either. The dip was a bit salty, but still tasty. The casserole could have been a bit more moist, perhaps with more sauce, but the rolls were very good. All in all, we enjoyed it.

Completely overpriced crap that simply tastes like shit. Riesa has no culinary skills; any handbag from the trash can tastes better.

After almost exactly 2 hours the delivery person finally arrived. All I ordered was 1 pizza and a few nuggets, that was it and that on a Monday. 2 hours is really sporty. Of course the food arrived lukewarm to cold. What a shame!! Unfortunately it's not the first time.

I wanted to give the delivery service another chance after a bad experience. But was treated anything but friendly on the phone. It's definitely done. A tip for anyone who is promised a credit/discount after a botched delivery. Get it in writing! There one hand doesn't know what the other is doing!!

I have ordered from this pizza delivery service several times and have never been disappointed. The pizza always arrives hot and fresh, the dough is super crispy and the ingredients taste high quality. The hot dog pizza in particular is an absolute favorite! The delivery time is also great - the food usually arrives quicker than announced. The drivers are friendly and reliable. Value for money is definitely right. If you're in the mood for really good pizza, this is the place for you. I'll definitely order again!

I ordered a salami pizza to pick up over the phone, I was told I could pick it up in 20 minutes, and I was then allowed to stand around in the store for another 20 minutes. When I arrived at the hotel with the pizza 6 minutes after receiving it and wanted to eat it: Well... a wet washcloth comes very close to the consistency of the round flatbread in the box, not even the edge was edible. I have to say by FAR the shittiest pizza I've ever tried, because you couldn't eat it!

Opening times on the website: public holidays 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Ordered at 11 a.m., paid via Paypal. Of course no order arrives and no one can be reached by phone. Could you soon consider filing a fraud report???

I order here often and I really can't complain. Very friendly staff, even when things are a bit stressful, you always get a smile. Of course, there can be longer waiting times on weekends or public holidays, but on such days you as a customer (usually) have more time. The food here is always very tasty and warm. We are happy to come back to you at any time.

Pizza was delivered on time. But none of us liked it, it was very greasy and not well baked.

Hello… we ordered pizza today. The service leaves a lot to be desired. The pizza order came 2.5 hours later great 🤦‍♂️...without any information that it would be later and then the delivery was still cold and half was forgotten. That was the last time for us.

We love Pizzaland's pizza. It's the best. The seasonal offers are always great too. I advise everyone to ask about the delivery time beforehand. If in doubt, just pick it up yourself. We always do it that way and have never been disappointed.

We have ordered from Pizza Land many times. This time via the Internet, after two calls and two and a half hours (around 8:39 p.m.) later, the food was there. No apology, no compensation, no information that it will take longer, nothing... Communication is everything. Thanks for that Tastes great as always. Please return to your usual reliability.

We placed the order by phone for the next day with the desired time. The employee on the phone was very nice. The pizza arrived on time the next day and the driver was very friendly. The pizzas were fresh, hot and tasted great.

We ordered yesterday. 2 pizzas and 1 burger as well as an asparagus roll. The asparagus roll was very tasty for a chain. The taste of the citizen was also quite good. However, it looked like it came from McDonald's. So the eye doesn't eat. The 2 pizzas were a bit mixed in terms of ingredients. For example, the Roccula (if you can call it that, 3 pieces of ruccula totally dried out) was on the other pizza. Then she was just as far-fetched and a bit tough. There was also always something fresh, which I didn't see. In terms of taste it wasn't great but it was still better than frozen. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio wasn't right. For pizzas I prefer to call Freddy fresh in Riesa. Maybe you focus on freshness and citizens but leave out the pizza

Exceptional types of pizza, very good quality and taste. Unfortunately, pizzas are only available for pick-up and cannot be eaten on site. The atmosphere directly adjacent to a pet shop, where it smells of food, is a bit unfavorable.

It's a disgrace when you receive lukewarm, chewy pizza. The burger didn't taste good at all either. Had herpes the next day!

Ordered it for the first time and I'm very satisfied. It was very tasty, except for the lasagna, which wasn't that tasty for my taste, but as we all know, tastes are different. I would be happy to order from here again.

Tolle Pizzeria gibt es seit 27 Jahren in Riesa und Frankfurt/Oder aber auch in Senftenberg . Guter Lieferservice probiert es einfach aus...03525/734898 da wird euch die leckere Pizza gemacht..PS, Pizzatorte ist mein Favorit..

Ich habe BBQ Burger bestellt. Das Fleisch war Schwarz und nicht essbar. Ich rate euch von Burgern ab. Sehr schlechte Qualität.

Die toppen echt alles, Getränke vergessen bei Bestellung obwohl es angegeben war und auf Lieferschein noch markiert ist. Aussage vom Fahrer,ja hab ich vergessen 👍 bei Unfähigkeit sollte man sein Personal Mal wechseln. Dankeschön,habt ein Kunden weniger.

Wir haben seit langem mal wieder hier bestellt und waren sehr zufrieden das Essen schmeckt das Personal ist sehr freundlich Lieferzeiten sind auch noch ok.

Pizza und Co einfach alles echt lecker und frisch

Pizzaland schmeckt einfach richtig lecker. Wir bestellen immer die Dänemark Pizza und die Spaghetti mit Käse-Sahne-Soße und Champignons. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Auch die Pizzabrötchen sind schön saftig mit leckerem Käse. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und auch der Lieferdienst kommt immer pünktlich. Am Wochenende kann es durchaus mal passieren, dass das Essen etwas später kommt, da dann viel bestellt wird.

Wir haben Mal die großen Größen des Pizzalieferdienstes unter die Lupe genommen und es ist einfach der Wahnsinn. Keine Burger von Lieferservices könnten mit einem von einem Restaurant mithalten?, Falsch! Alle Burger,sowie die "Snacks" und Salate werden gefühlt mit sehr viel liebe und Frischen Zutaten hergezaubert, dass ich denke "die noch etwas aufgehübscht auf nen Teller" und schon Restaurant tauglich! Geschmack 12/10 ! Regelmäßige Abwechslung von Saisonalen Produkten und vor allem "Stadttypische "und Bekannte Speisen. Die Auswahl der Pizzen und natürlich der Geschmack ist auch sehr gut und ich persönlich habe hier nicht das Gefühl,dass hier jede Käseflocke und jeder Brokkoli abgezählt wird wie bei anderen Namhaften Lieferdiensten. Was die Dips angeht..... Die geilste Aioli ever ! Service: Bestellung via Internet möglich und auch sehr schnelle Lieferzeiten,top. Fazit: Hier bestelle ich immer wieder gern !!!

Wir haben im Mai in Catering bestellt. Schon bei der Bestellung sehr nett und freundlicher Umgang . Am Tag der Lieferung es war pünktlich es war warm es hat super geschmeckt und es hat alles gereicht. Als kleine Überraschung gab es was für die kinder. Also Leute bestellt macht euch selber ein Bild und schaut nicht auf das was andere schreiben.

Gestern hab ich mal wieder bestellt. Die Pizza war total lecker und kam relativ pünktlich (Wunschtermin). Allerdings war mein Zusteller bzw eher die Zustellerin total genervt und unfreundlich.. Dafür gibt es einen Stern abgezogen. Sonst bin ich immer ziemlich zufrieden.

Wir haben zum 2.Mal bei Pizza Land bestellt, wir essen sehr gerne Pizza und haben auch schon bei einigen Lieferdiensten bestellt. War auch alles immer okay und lecker, aber bei Pizza Land hat uns bis jetzt am meisten geschmeckt. Macht weiter so🙃. Lg

Gute Qualität auch mal Ausgefallene Pizza Variationen, Lieferung bis aufs Hotelzimmer… fürn Osten fand i den Preis schon Westlich aber würde trotzdem wieder bestellen….

Schmeckt eigentlich gut außer die Pizza kommt kalt und mit einer Verspätung von 1,5 Stunden an. Wenn man online bestellt hat und die Lieferung länger dauert als gewünscht, dann schafft es der Lieferdienst leider nicht sich beim Kunden zu melden. Man wartet bis der Lieferdienst endlich vor der Tür steht.

Egal wann man was bestellt und auch egal ob geliefert oder selbst abgeholt, immer alles super. Freundliches Personal und Lieferanten, super Geschmack bei allen Gerichten. Jederzeit gerne

Pizza schmeckt sehr lecker,schon in der alten Filiale.Leider etwas lange Wartezeiten.

Wie immer bestellt und pünktlich fertig. Und lecker wie immer.

Meine ALTE Rezension war die folgende: "Speisen sind okay, aber Bedienung und Organisation macht teilweise sehr amateurhaften Eindruck. Entweder es wird etwas vergessen, die bestellten Speisen/Getränke werden bei nur zwei Gästen verwechselt, das Kartenlesegerät ist immer unterwegs, teilweise sehr unfreundlich, lange Wartezeiten etc. Waren mehrmals dort, aber werden künftig andere Lokale vorziehen." Seitdem (Sommer 2015) hat sich einiges getan, Stand Sommer 2020. Nach mehreren Bestellungen und Abholungen hat es stets sehr geschmeckt, war sehr gut belegt und sowohl Lieferdienst als auch Bedienung vor Ort waren äußerst freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Auch wenn einige der Meinung sind dass die Wartezeiten zu lang sind, ich sehe das zwar anders und könnte auch mit mehr leben. Hauptsache ist, dass das Essen bisher immer heiß und lecker ist. Zudem sind die Lieferanten immer freundlich, auch wenn man Sie mal in die oberen Etagen jagt.

Essen gut, aber Wartezeit zu lang. Begründung vom Chef: "wer mit Paypal zahlt, kann warten. Schließlich kostet das Gebühren." Das hat nichts mit Kundenservice zu tun.

Das Ambiente ist zwar sehr schön aber der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Nachdem uns ein Tisch zugewiesen wurde dauerte es eine halbe Std bis wir unsere Getränke bekamen und Eibe ganze Std bis unsere Vorspeise serviert wurde... unglaubliche 1,5 Std dauerte es bis wir unsere Burger hatten. Der Nachbartisch traf eine halbe Std später ein und wurden eher bedient und auch ihre Speisen wurden eher serviert als unsere, dabei saßen am Nachbartisch 6 Personen. Wie kann es sein das man eher eintrifft und später das Essen serviert bekommt dazu noch das es nur Burger waren? Das fanden wir nicht in Ordnung.

Nous sommes arrivés à 12.35 pour déjeuner à 6 personnes ! il y avait seulement 4 personnes dans la salle en train de déjeuner...et l'on nous a refusé sans ménagement car la Pizzeria ferme à 13.00 !!! Un conseil, allez y entre 12.10 et 12.20 et vous aurez peut être une chance d'y manger ! L'accueil Est Allemand probablement...

Weil telefonisch nicht erreicht sind wir vorbei gefahren und haben am 01. Januar 2017 zwei Hamburger und vier Pizzen vor Ort bestellt. Ging alles sehr flott vielleicht 15 Minuten und dann ab nach Hause zum Essen. Die Kinder und wir alle waren vom Essen begeistert, vor allem die Hamburger waren voll lecker. Kann man sehr empfehlen und nach Hause geliefert wird bei telefonischer Bestellung ebenfalls.
