We've ordered from you many times, but unfortunately, the quality and delivery are getting worse and worse. If we order early enough and want our food at a specific time, it's unacceptable that the delivery doesn't arrive until 45 minutes late. Sorry, since we've had this happen several times now, we won't be ordering from you again.

They took an extra order 10 minutes before closing time. Absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly. The food has always been delicious, and the prices are reasonable for this quality. Staff, food, energy, etc., are constantly rising. Prices will have to be raised at some point. Keep up the good work! Addendum 9/5/25 Ordered 2 burgers and 2 snacks. The meat in the burgers wasn't even remotely cooked. I don't know what went wrong, but that's unacceptable. -3 stars for the food. A real shame!!! Unfortunately, I can't add any photos, but if Freddy Fresh is interested, I can gladly send them via email or similar.

I ordered online and went to the store to pick it up. I received very friendly service and received my order right away. Everything was perfect, absolutely nothing to complain about.

I had to stop spontaneously because I was so hungry. The food was quick to prepare, the selection was great. The dough was perfect, the pizza tasted delicious, and most importantly, I was full. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Pizza Party Deluxe! Today, we took advantage of the €2.99 offer for a small pizza (pickup only) and hosted a pizza party with the family. We tried everything on offer, and it was absolutely delicious! The small pizzas weren't small at all (bigger than expected) and were generously topping. Everyone was super happy. Pre-ordering online worked well, and pickup was ready at the desired time. We thought the offer was great and would love to see it repeated sometime. Then the pizza party would be even bigger ☺️

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. Pickup only, no delivery. And that's for sure, especially considering the prices.

Unfortunately burgers cold, Pizza Palermo with additional mushrooms and ham, the mushrooms were completely missing and some of the salami was burnt.

Ging sehr schnell. Alle satt und es war sehr lecker. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, dafür das es kein Restaurant sondern ein Lieferdienst ist. Natürlich gibt es Sitzplätze um vor Ort zu essen.

Oh wow, that was delicious. A nice salad and a delicious pizza. The taste is really on point and everything is super warm. I was undecided and had to get advice, but that wasn't an issue either and was done in a friendly manner and very responsive to my wishes.

I had a delicious Osaka pizza and it was incredibly tasty. It was still nice and warm and the taste was simply awesome and delicious. The person on the phone was just as nice as the delivery person, so all in all a great experience.

The price is very high, but you can clearly see the difference to the competition. Order taken on the phone by a very nice lady. And less than 30 minutes later the pizzas were there. Everyone was full and it all tasted very good. We would be happy to order there again.

Unfortunately my burgers arrived lukewarm. They should have been hotter. The driver also had to go back to his car because he didn't have enough change in his wallet. Actually he has to have enough change in his wallet so that something like that doesn't happen!!!

I would say the Worester sauce is missing. But otherwise it tastes good.

We actually like ordering from Freddy's, but lately the pizzas have been really sparse. Given the price, which isn't exactly low, that's simply not possible. But what is even less possible. We wanted to use the November voucher “2 burgers for the price of EUR 11.11” as part of the Freddy Fresh calendar 2024, but on November 10th this was no longer possible; “Oops… eaten up” by EVERYONE!!! Burgers except the veggie thing. We can make fools of ourselves too; Then simply save yourself such supposed discount campaigns!

Wir wollten 2 Ptzen vom Sparstars Angebot bestellen. Obwohl die Karte bis zum 05.11.24 gültig war, wurde die Bestellung am Telefon durch den Inhaber abgelehnt!!! Es würde zeitnah eine neue Karte kommen. Geht gar nicht. Schade. Haben es wahrscheinlich nicht nötig. Es gibt ja noch andere Lieferdienste.

Pizza war sehr lecker und wurde auch schnell zubereitet und das kurz vor Ladenschluss. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, gern wieder! 😊👍🏻

The food is always great and always very tasty and freshly prepared. Pick-up times were always correct and usually even finished earlier. Employees are always very nice, never had any problems. In my opinion the best option is to get something to eat outside in the evening.

We really enjoy ordering from you. And you are always very friendly. Except on Sundays, when you notice that you don't really feel like it (I can partly understand that, since I work in sales myself and also have to work on Sundays from time to time). But it can't be the case that the sausages at Pizza Kappstadt are almost completely burnt. At Pizza Memphis my friend literally had to look for the pulled turkey, but what he found was unfortunately burnt. Update after 2 hours the delivery lady came and she was very very nice, but I sent her away with food. At the same moment the driver from Domino's Pizza came where I had ordered again 20 minutes earlier instead Under all hell... I ordered through Lieferando... the specified wa approx. half an hour, after 1.1/2 hours I tried several times to call the store directly but only got voicemail

Unfortunately my opinion about the pizzaria has changed. The food is still great. It still tastes good! But unfortunately the service is no longer what it used to be. It has happened a few times now that food was missing when ordering. When you call to complain, the staff is unfriendly and indifferent. It's a shame... Nice people are becoming more and more of a rarity

Disappointing, there were no citizens at all and the pizzas are once again dry and, in my opinion, not fresh from the "pesto", not to mention that shouldn't happen. Unfortunately, it was only when we got home that it was expired.. (see photo) All in all bad for the money... A pity

This is the second time we have placed a large club order of around 100 pizzas from Freddy Fresh in Riesa and we were extremely satisfied. All pizzas arrived at the same time and the coordination in advance worked very well. Gladly again.

I've been ordering from Freddy for a long time now and I have to say it's the best delivery service in the area! Super friendly staff and the food tastes really good! Can only recommend it to everyone! Little hint: If it takes 5 minutes longer on the weekend for the pizza or burger to arrive, please understand because you are not the only ones who ordered.

Man kann nichts falsches sagen. Nette Kundschaft, perfektes Essen. Haben auch schon früher bestellt und es war immer perfekte. Immer wieder eine tolle Sache.
