Call a Pizza in Berlin

Ich habe eine Pizza bestellt und diese nicht erhalten, da ich nicht an der Rezeption unten stand. Wohne in einem Hotel eine Abgabe an die Rezeption ist möglich gewesen. Bei einem Anruf bei der Pizzeria kam durch dass die Pizza nicht rückerstattet noch später geliefert wird

Ich habe eine vegetarische Pizza bestellt, und ich glaube, es war die schlechteste Pizza meines Lebens. Das Gemüse war nicht richtig durchgegart, und auch der Pizzaboden war roh. Als ich sie dann essen wollte, blieben nur noch die Reste übrig, und ich hatte nur noch den Pizzaboden in der Hand.

Der Laden hat bis 0 Uhr Mitternacht geöffnet, steht im Internet👀 Wenn man um 23:15 den Laden Betritt wird einem gesagt Dass sie geschlossen haben Das war das erste und letzte mal bei dieser Kette ich esse meine Pizza lieber bei einem echten Italiener als bei so einem Rotz

Für mich wirkt es, als würde am falschen Ende gespart: am Service, an der Lieferqualität und selbst an der Soße. Regelmäßig 90–120 Minuten Wartezeit, dazu Pizza, die teils kalt und trocken ankommt. Wenn das Liefergebiet größer geworden ist, sollte der Service entsprechend angepasst werden – so vergrault man Stammkunden.

Also ich muss schon sagen von Frechheit schon kaum zu überbieten. Gestern habe ich ein CaP Burger mit Käse bestellt . 10,30 Euro. Kam hier nach 1 Stunde 30 hier an . Falsches Brötchen sowas von Pappig kalt u weiter nichts drauf außer Käse u 3 Gurken Scheiben.. Alles andere was darauf gehört Fehlanzeige. Keine Tomate , Zwiebeln , Salat. . Man sollte die in der Küche mal zeigen wie ein CaP Burger rausgegeben wird. Unglaublich. Die Preise steigen aber die Qualität sehr schlecht.. Da, vergeht ein der Appetit. War für die Tonne.

Leider schonwieder enttäuscht worden. Bezahlt hab ich für den großen und bekommen hab ich nen kleinen. Ist leider nicht das erste Mal dass ich falsche Produkte erhalte und ich werd's mir in Zukunft dann doch zwei Mal überlegen ob ich nochmal bestelle

What's going on at that place? It used to be okay, but now it's just bad. The pizza was soggy and undercooked – I had to turn the oven back on. Delivery took 1.5 to 2 hours, even though it's only 10 minutes away.

Wenn es für mich um Pizza geht, ist dieser Laden für mich seit Jahren die Nummer 1 im Kiez. Die Pizza ist schnell gemacht und überzeugt jedes mal auf Neue geschmacklich. Zudem kann man sich mit dem Angebot des Selbstabholens einige Euro sparen. Des Weiteren punktet der Laden mit seinen langen Öffnungszeiten.

Die Pizza war kurz nachdem sie geliefert wurde kalt, die gefühlte Temperatur bei der Übergabe war anscheinend nur aus der Metallbox. Der Belag weicht erheblich von den Produktfotos im Internet ab, was bei dieser Preiskategorie einfach unverschämt ist, siehe Fotos. Bei telefonischer Nachfrage wird einfach aufgelegt nach dem man eine neue Lieferung ablehnt und nach einen Gutschein für die nächste Bestellung fragt. Die neue Lieferung abzulehnen ist jedoch bei einer Lieferzeiten von 1:30h nur selbstverständlich. Der Mitarbeiter am Telefon ist in Unhöflichkeit und Desinteresse am Kunden nicht mehr zu übertreffen. Es ist selten das ich was Bewerte aber das musste einfach raus. Update: Es kam einen Tag später ein Gutschein als Wiedergutmachung also geben wir dem ganzen doch nochmal eine Chance.

Outrageous! I just ordered pizzas worth over €100, waited over 90 minutes, and then all the pizzas were cold, lots of extras were missing. And to top it all off: after complaining, I was rudely spoken to. I even drove there myself, and again, there was no apology whatsoever. Seriously, stay away from this place! I've never experienced anything like it!! Is this supposed to be customer-friendly? And delicious? Order from somewhere else, but not here!!!

I would give this place minus 10 stars if I could. Extras I ordered were forgotten, and when I called, I wasn't greeted politely or kindly. Even after showing up in person, there was no apology or even a refund for an order of €100.50. The staff was incredibly unfriendly, and the place was far from clean. I will never, ever order from there again and would advise everyone against it. The food was cold. The delivery time was originally 27 minutes, then suddenly 97 minutes and even longer. What an unfriendly place! You're better off going out to eat with your friends and family or getting a frozen pizza; you'll get more enjoyment out of it.

126 minutes delivery time on a Wednesday. And the pizza was almost cold. Absolutely unacceptable and abysmal. Never again.

An sich ist es ja lecker Nur manchmal wird schon oft mit einigen Zutaten gespart zumindest hatte ich es häufig so wäre schön wenns nicht mehr so ist Dazu hab ich Anfang des Jahres bemerkt das man erst bestellen kann ab 20€ was schon auf Zwang etwas viel ist Nun ist es leider tatsächlich bei 30€ mindestbestellwert was viel zu viel ist!!! Jaa manche Fahrten lohnen sich nicht etc aber es ist keine Lösung auf Krampf 30€ Zahlen zu müssen und Treue Kunden!? Damit zu vergraulen oder sehr unattraktiv zu werden Da sind dann tatsächlich auch die Cupons oder Gutscheine etc echt sinnlos und sind dazu einfach nur unbrauchbar Ich bitte sehr darum es wieder etwas herunter zu schrauben!

Ich habe Pizza bestellt mit Lieferung. Nach dem bezahlen stand erst 28min Lieferzeit. Dann sprang es um auf 95min. Das geht gar nicht. Meine Tochter rief dann dort an und fragte, wie lange es dauert, wenn sie die Pizza abholen würde... Da hieß es dann nur 25min. Also sagte sie, sie holt sie ab. Als sie ankam, wollte der Fahrer angeblich grade losfahren, weshalb sie auch die 20% Rabatt bei Abholung nicht wiederbekam. Aber die Lieferung wurde storniert,konnte ich noch einsehen in meinem Link. In meinen Augen geht siwas gar nicht, alle sehr unfreundlich. Und dann der Pizzabelag, für diese Preise erwarte ich , dass ich etwas an Belag auf der Pizza sehe und davon satt werde. Ist echt ne Frechheit.

I waited about 80 minutes for my last pizza order, and today I ordered chicken popcorn and again the delivery time is over 80 minutes. This is unacceptable. I will never order from them again because the delivery times are simply too long.

Pizza is good but if you are ordering a pizza from there then keep in mind that it will take forever to deliver and your mood will be killed by then. Worst delivery time!!!

We ordered food for our law firm. The delivery time was advertised as 28 minutes, but it arrived after an hour and a half. Unfortunately, a pizza was forgotten, so a colleague had to watch. When we tried to complain by phone, the phone simply hung up.

Always satisfied with the orders

We were regular customers for a long time and ordered from Call a Pizza quite often because the pizzas were always delicious. But this time it was an absolute disaster! We had ordered hollandaise sauce on top (and paid for it, of course) and only ham as a topping. Instead, we only got bacon on the pizza and no sauce at all. After calling, we were even told that the sauce was "on top" and that bacon "looks similar to ham" – that's truly outrageous! That's an unacceptable excuse. We honestly feel ripped off and didn't get the service we ordered. Very disappointing – never again Call a Pizza!

I ordered online at 2:20 p.m., which the citizen was supposed to deliver at 3:15 p.m. It's 3:45 p.m.!!! Why do I order online earlier and then it doesn't work? 🙈 Then you can forget about it. Unbelievable... Delivery took almost 2 hours – on a Tuesday afternoon!!! – and unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. Ordering from another CaP store isn't an option, as you're "assigned" to that store. The previous advertising slogan "arrives quickly - arrives safely" has rightfully disappeared... The quality was also 1000x better, much better. What a shame...

Even though the food was ordered, it wasn't ready, and we had to wait another 15 minutes. And the food was very cold afterward. There was no one to contact, and one of them stood in the store staring at his phone, feeling unconcerned.

The pizza didn't arrive for two hours. A complete failure as a service provider. And then there was packaging material on the pizza. There were small pieces of packaging between the tomato sauce. A complete no-go.

I can only confirm the bad reviews. Extremely long delivery times, poorly topped and incorrect pizza (not the one I ordered), which was also burnt and cold. The pizza ended up in the trash. Never again!

After a delivery time of almost 2 hours, my order arrived. The driver was friendly and unfortunately that was the best part of everything. Unfortunately the pizza was super dry, as was the burger. The pizza was pretty poorly topped. If you look at your pictures of the dishes and then look at what is delivered, it is very bad. In the past your pizzas, burgers and salads have been impeccable. Given the prices that are charged for such dishes, in the future I would rather stick with the good TK Pizza, which unfortunately offers more.

Delivery time 80 minutes, pizza shop almost around the corner. I ordered 4 pizzas, after 1 hour I called the branch to inquire about the order. After I asked where my order was, the employee told me it was on its way to us and was hanging up. No apology, nothing. 15 minutes later she came too. We had to pick up our pizzas from the front door because he couldn't come upstairs (2nd floor). Quality is a joke. The pizzas are very sparingly topped. The extra ingredients I chose and ordered for the pizza were very few. All pizzas were NOT crispy at all. My mistake for not looking at the reviews. If you want to stick around, then quickly change something about your quality, friendliness and delivery time. We will never order from you again.

Today we wanted to give the restaurant a second chance after waiting almost 3 hours for our food when we first ordered. Unfortunately we were disappointed again. After two hours we called to ask when we could expect delivery. We were told the driver was already on the way... Well, it still took 25 minutes and the food was cold too. That was it... We won't be ordering there anymore!!!!!

After waiting for 1:15 hours I called and was told I would have to wait another 30 minutes. In the end it took 3 hours and the pizzas were delivered cold. No apology or discount. I can't recommend it.

I will never order from you again. I really didn't think something like this was possible. I ordered a pizza from you today, February 14, 2025, at 6:50 p.m. and now it's 9:30 p.m. and there is still no sign of you. So they have a new promotion with a single pizza code which is the only good thing. But quality is very poor. Even though my delivery address is about 10 minutes away as the crow flies. My burger tastes like a microwave burger from the department store for 10.50 euros. Single pizza nothing crispy (bacon and egg) no bacon crispy or some edge crispy. The egg, what can I say about that? It just looks like some protein. Bacon like cardboard as well as the edge. So price performance 2 stars. Would never order from there again

Delivery drivers can't drive and are very rude.

Pizza is good but overpriced IMHO. Service bad. When ordering, the pick-up time was specifically specified and nobody was interested. Had to wait 20 minutes. Absolute no-go. It was lunchtime, break isn't that long.

The food usually comes pretty quickly and very hot, only this time we had to wait 1.5 hours and then the food was cold! After waiting for an hour, we called Call A Pizza Hohenschönhausen. After it took quite a while for the phone to be answered, we were immediately told to take a moment and put the phone aside. In the background people were talking loudly in Hindi and even shouting at each other. After waiting for 4-5 minutes, the staff were still busy shouting at each other in Hindi instead of attending to the customers on the phone. We then hung up. There was no call back either! Half an hour later the food was delivered. It's normal in Berlin that you have to wait at least 1.5 hours for your food order on the weekend, but it was Tuesday at 4:25 p.m. It is now normal that you have to spend a lot of money on fast food, i.e. food that is not of really good quality. But it can't be the case that for the price you get your order delivered cold! Everything else was always good, but this time it was really a complete disappointment.

Waited 3 hours and not even a discount

After there were significant problems with the delivery time last year (sometimes 2 hours after the stated time), this has improved significantly. Max. 10 minutes delay, which you can live with, sometimes even 5 minutes earlier👌 When it comes to eating, I can only rate spaghetti, salads and pizza rolls. So far everything has been delicious and warm, wishes have been taken into account 👌 Suppliers are always very friendly too

It's a shame that you have to give it a star. Normally doesn't deserve a star. Delivery takes over 2 hours for the food to arrive. If you call, you will be told the driver will be there shortly and that will take 30 - 45 minutes even though we live 15 minutes away. 😡😡😡😡

Ordered food at 7:54 p.m., at 9:01 p.m. we asked nicely where the food was and then we were told that it would take a while. We then added something to the order (pizza rolls, which aren't a huge effort) at 10:03 p.m Then finally the food was just stupid that it was no longer hot but not even lukewarm and sorry, I don't spend any money on that and then let people tell me that we only ordered at 9:01 p.m.

We ordered pizza and it wasn't fully cooked. We asked for a margarita and got a completely different pizza.

Pizza was mixed up when picked up

Worst customer service ever. You order a salami pizza online, where you can enter your extra request & then you order extra pasta on top. Only the salami pizza arrived WITHOUT PASTA!!! And the answer you get from your boss is that you don't offer that and it's an online error. If you offer something that allows you to express special wishes, then you should put this into practice. So something like that doesn't work at all!!! You can't even ask for your money back!! Rip off!

Too expensive in my opinion. In addition, the pizzas are too cheese-heavy for me (or too much sauce on them). There are hardly any pizzas with vegetables and when there are some on them, there are very few of them. Most Italians have both better pizzas and prices...

Waited 2.5 hours for pizza despite pre-ordering. Little toppings and half burnt.

Disaster.... Ordered twice at lunchtime and each time the delivery took over 2 hours, almost 3 hours. Pizza barely topped, sauce not even visible, we looked for toppings, cheese crust was just a cavity. And you don't pay very little for it. But hey, the pizza was still warm. Wow.

It's not the first time I've ordered here and had to wait an extremely long time for my food. I've been waiting for 1.5 hours at the moment! Ordered at 4pm and now it's 5:30pm. According to their own information, the food should come within 40 minutes. I can not confirm.

Complete catastrophe! We ordered at 6:32 p.m. and since 8:30 p.m. it has been said that the food will be prepared again and will be there in 10 minutes. Price/performance extremely bad.

Very pleasantly surprised, pasta and salad were excellent quality, food was warm when it arrived. TOP! Friendly supplier - what more could you want?!? So you can order here with a clear conscience - but plan a little more time...

Such a bad shop. Waiting for our food for 2 hours. When you call they say “the driver will be there soon”. After 2 hours only half was delivered to us. That doesn't work at all! Don't order there! We'll never do it again either. Addition: now everything has been delivered and as a thank you the driver also insults you.

I placed an order via the app on December 14th, 2023. It was incorrectly transmitted 3 times and debited from my Paypal account 3 times. Immediately after the order, I called the store and was told that the 2 incorrect orders would be canceled, and it arrived as expected the 1 order, but I have not received the refund for the 2 canceled orders to date.

So I've ordered there quite often now and it's only happened once that something was forgotten. A quick call and I was told the driver would be informed, there was no answer at first but after an hour the driver was at my door with the missing things. The delivery time is relatively long but completely ok for a delivery service. The food always arrives pleasantly hot. All in all, I can't share the bad reviews and I'm quite happy with the store :)

It took over 2 hours for the food to arrive. When I asked, I was put aside (they said the driver would be asked where he was) and he also answered 2 other phones and processed them first. . And then when it was my turn again, he asked how he could help me... Outrageous, I have to say.. In the end, two cold pizzas arrived that we had to warm up again in the oven ourselves... But then you can please note on the website that there may be extended delivery times... When did the store dismantle something like that?

Unfortunately, they can't read that the pizza should be cut. I've never understood how you can deliver uncut pizza. Thanks for the reply... So other delivery services can do that. And I don't understand what that means about the quality either... I'm flattered that I'm trusted to cut a pizza. However, you order pizza especially in situations where you cannot cook because there is simply no kitchen and therefore no cutlery. For example, when you move, are on the move, eat pizza at work or at a construction site. I would rather it was cut 10 minutes ago (you never need longer for a delivery 😉) than that I have to devour it in one piece. Otherwise I like the taste of the pizzas... It just doesn't taste good in one piece.

Das dritte Mal das man bestellt, 2 Std auf sein Essen wartet und als Kunde noch hinterher telefonieren muss wo das Essen bleibt. Hinzu kommt das es wiederholt keine Geräte für Kartzahlung vorhanden sind. Dienstleistung geht anders! Es sollte sich schleunigst was ändern.

Haben gestern Abend Pizza bestellt und leider 2 Stunden auf diese gewartet. Selbst nach anrufen in der Filiale bekam ich die Aussage “der Fahrer ist in 10 Min da“ aber daraus wurden dann auch leider 30 min. Die Pizza war lecker aber durch die sehr lange Warte Zeit werde ich da leider nicht mehr bestellen.

Hallo, ich bin eigentlich keiner der sich über solche Plattform äußert, aber in diesem Fall muss ich etwas loswerden! Ich habe jetzt schon mehrmals bei Call a Pizza aus Hohenschönhausen bestellt, und ich muss wirklich sagen: TOP TOP TOP Die Pizza kommt frisch und heiß so wie man es sich wünscht, und dazu lecker! Also liebes Team aus HSH, macht weiter so !!! Bis zum nächsten mal!

Heute das das 1. mal bestellt, da wir Flyer im Brieflksten hatten. Nach der Bestellung habe ich hier erst die Bewertungen gelesen und hatte schon ein wenig bedenken... Was soll ich sagen, die Pizza hat geschmeckt und ist auch warm bei uns angekommen. ( etwas mehr als 1h nach Bestellung ) Fahrer war nett und freundlich. Also wir können nur danke sagen. Ein Stern Abzug, weil ich es doof finde, wenn man nicht nachvollziehen kann, wann der Fahrer kommt - ansonsten alles supi gelaufen.

Pizza geschmacklich gut. Lieferung leider über eine Stunde obwohl wir fast Nachbarn sind. Pizza hat nicht mehr frisch geschmeckt, der Rand war hart. Nach einer Stunde angerufen. Antwort: Fahrer ist gerade losgefahren. Werde meine Pizza das nächste mal selbst holen, da sie frisch wirklich lecker ist.

Sorry das Essen kam zu spät sonst war ich immer zu Frieden mit euch aber das lässt nach deshalb werde ich ab heute nicht mehr bestellen das Konto melde ich ab

Einmal und nie wieder! Pizza hat mit dem was ich bestellt habe überhaupt nichts zu tun. Pizza war viel zu lange im Ofen. Lieferzeit fast eine Stunde. Hätte ich nicht so einen Hunger gehabt wäre der Fraß zurückgegangen. Schämt euch so etwas überhaupt auszuliefern. Nachtrag: Feedback vom Kollegen: Die andere Pizza war wohl ganz ok. Daher einen Stern mehr. Von "GUT" sind wir aber hier weit entfernt.

Pizza war ganz ok aber der Burger ging garnicht...Unfassbar was da für Tomaten auf dem Burger geklatscht werden..Man bezahlt eine Menge Geld für einen Burger bei dem man sich die Hälfte wieder runter sammeln kann weil ungenießbar ist...Weiß nicht mal ob die Tomaten einfach unreif waren oder vollkommen verschimmelt so wie die aussehen. Sorry aber ich weiß nicht ob wir bei euch nochmal bestellen.

Die Pizza schmeckt natürlich nicht wie vom Italiener, dafür war sie aber solide, vielleicht ein bisschen zu fettig. Die Lieferung war trotz Bestellung in der Mittagszeit sehr schnell und der Fahrer freundlich. Hab hier schon schlimmere Erfahrungen gemacht

Nach 1,5 h kam endlich die Bestellung. 1x sauce kam erst gar nicht und die 3. Sauce war anstatt Aioli dann Sour Cream... nur doof, dass vorher per Paypal bezahlt wurde...

Die Lieferung kommt jedes Mal innerhalb der Vorgabezeit. Das Essen ist immer lecker. Vielen Dank an das Team für die stets problemlose Abwicklung und das leckere Essen.

Die Pizzen finde ich lecker und die Lieferungen waren vollständig aber die lange Lieferzeit von öfter 2h nicht nachvollziehbar. Auch außerhalb der Stoßzeiten.
