Call a Pizza in Berlin

Customer service is rude and aggressive. The pizza wasn't bad, though.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I've been ordering from Call a Pizza at Hohenzollerndamm 7 for quite some time now – sometimes I get it delivered, sometimes I pick it up myself. The staff is always super friendly and cheerful, no matter how busy it is. The quality of the pizzas is always top-notch – fresh, hot, and simply delicious! I especially appreciate that the pizzas are always generously topped; you can tell they put love into their work. Highly recommended! 🍕👏

Ordered two pizzas at 1 p.m. It's now 3 p.m., and I'm still waiting. The online delivery time was 20-40 minutes. Thanks, too.

Ordered again today but today it was super tasty and super quick + topped as it should be.. A dream.. Thanks to the team today, June 13th, 8 p.m. Prime time and still super quick.. 👍🥰

I was there for the first time today and was immediately impressed. The pizza was delicious, but what really stood out was the young man behind the counter: incredibly friendly, attentive, and simply personable. You can tell he enjoys his job. I'll definitely be back!

I order from here regularly. So, first, the good: I really can't understand the negative reviews from others. My pizzas always arrive fully cooked and well-topped. The drivers are always friendly, and there's almost never anything missing. Unfortunately, I also have to address a few negative points. First of all, it's a real shame that vouchers can't be combined with other vouchers or with the lunch special in the same order. Instead, for larger orders, you're sometimes forced to place multiple orders in a row. That's really inefficient and annoying for everyone involved. Second, the advertised 30-minute delivery time is simply absurd. Typically, you wait between 45 and 75 minutes, depending on the volume of orders. Finally, I must unfortunately point out that the quality of some products, especially the burgers, can vary greatly, and it's quite possible for them to arrive half-charred. That's a real shame, because the pizzas are generally of really good quality.

We've ordered there three times, and everything always arrived warm and delicious. Once, we received a playground delivery, which went smoothly. A big thank you goes to Orcan, who was on the early shift that day. He managed a smooth delivery and cut the pizza because we didn't have any cutlery. The kids were thrilled. The delivery service has always been super friendly. The only criticisms I have are that the burger patties are way too dry, they had that (dry age), and there was generally too little sauce. The taste wasn't terrible, though... I wouldn't order a burger again. They cut back a bit on special pizza requests, which is a shame... BUT you can have pizza :) We will only order from you when it comes to pizza. I hope the quality and service always stays the same. Best regards to the Hohenzollerndamm team

Anyone who eats this pizza really gets even less quality than a pizza from a discounter. The dough is rubbery and tough, the topping is terrible and of very poor quality. Never again!

Not recommended pizza toppings stuck to the box the drinks were no longer carbonated the ice cream was quite warm like the salad and the dips were forgotten, the driver was late but I still left a tip 2/10

Waited over 1.5 hours for a cold pizza!

Unfortunately the pizza is very buttery, the toppings are good. So not typical Italian pizza. But, prompt delivery, staff very nice.

Received a decent portion for a long time. Delivery and taste very good. See you soon at the next pizza

Actually nice but lately delivery times of 90-120 minutes... I think you should hire more staff...

12 minutes from ordering to delivery in store. The pizza was delicious and the stuffed pizza rolls were delicious. I think the box with a cutout for dips is great. I would become a regular customer but I haven't seen anything from you in NRW yet. Please take over the world 😎😉😋 Just kidding. No, it was definitely not a failure. Yummy.

They are very good at what they do.

This afternoon, with my eight-month-old son in the stroller, I crossed the Düsseldorfer Straße/Hohenzollerndamm traffic light on foot on green. Just as I reached the middle of the crossing with the stroller, a Call a Pizza car shot out of Düsseldorfer Straße and headed towards us. Even though he saw that I was wearing green and knew that I was traveling with an infant, he continued toward us and did not slow down. If I hadn't swerved backwards quickly, there would certainly have been a collision with unforeseeable consequences for my child and me. Since the driver had to turn around to reach the branch behind us, I managed to take a photo of the vehicle's license plate for evidence purposes. When the driver noticed this, he abruptly stopped the car in the middle of the road and shouted out the window to me to delete the picture or there would be “trouble”. When I confronted him about how he had just almost killed a child through his irresponsible behavior, he just laughed and mockingly exclaimed, “Almost!” Shocked by such callousness, I told him that I would report the incident to the police and his employer. He then got out of the car, stood in front of me with threatening gestures and shouted at me that I couldn't prove anything ("You have to prove that it was green!"). He also made me understand that he knew his rights (“call the police, do it, do it”) and that his employer, Call a Pizza (“call them, go ahead!”) was behind him. Realizing there was nothing to be gained here, I ran away. He followed me and asked me to stop. I probably have “no balls” and am “a coward”. After I left the scene, the first thing I wanted to do was call the police. Unfortunately, my cell phone battery ran out. Since I didn't have any witnesses, I decided to at least inform the manager of the branch on Hohenzollerndamm about his employee's behavior. When I arrived at the branch, I immediately met the manager. I was just about to describe the case to him when the driver suddenly appeared and angrily interrupted me: This was all made up. He didn't do anything wrong, I wanted to go there to harm him. Why am I making up the whole story? but he couldn't explain it. Since I still didn't have a cell phone, I asked the manager to call the police to clarify. The otherwise correct-looking man did not respond to this. Instead, he suggested his employee apologize. However, the driver rejected this offer - which in retrospect was a very reasonable one - and instead made it clear in a dismissive manner that I couldn't prove anything. There is now a whole bunch Drivers had formed around us, I became uncomfortable and decided to leave. Except for the manager, none of the employees had once expressed regret that a child had almost been harmed. Surely an apology wouldn't have solved the problem. The fact that this was categorically rejected shows that the driver does not care at all about the possible consequences of his dangerous actions. So overall, a terrible experience: I can't remember ever trying a pizza from Call a Pizza. However, I will have my encounter with the employees of Call a Pizza. don't forget so quickly.

Had a very tasty pizza for lunch yesterday,,, palate-buster,,, awesome,,, I live next door and only had to wait 20 minutes,, but it was worth it,, keep it up,, very nice service,, very polite,,, and everything was super tasty,,, I like to order from you again and again,, Keep it up,,,

Immer sehr nette Lieferanten als auch Leute vor Ort. Kann mich wirklich nie über Call a Pizza beschweren. Das einzige was manchmal etwas stört ist die längere Wartezeit. Aber daran gewöhnt man sich!

Die Beste ist der Stadt. Immer lecker, nette Lieferanten, nie ein Problem gehabt.

Hey.... wir hatten gestern Pizza bestellt. Leider waren wir mit der Qualität der Pizzen so gar nicht zufrieden. Die Temperatur der Gerichte war lauwarm. Frisch ist anders...! Ich würde nicht noch einmal bestellen.

Nun ... erstens: wer benutzt Burger sauce statt Tomatensauce auf einer Salami-pizza?? Zweitens: maßig Zwiebeln auf der Pizza, ohne bestellt zu haben, für einen für die anderen nicht. Drittens: Wo ist der Pizzarand??? Fazit, somit bleiben 2 Sterne -> wers brauch.

Essen kam nach der Bestellung mit Lieferando über 20 Minuten zu spät an. Keine Rückmeldung am Telefon. Die Pizza war durchschnittlich. War dann das erste und letzte mal

Wir bestellen hier schon seit Jahren und sind zu sehr zufrieden. Wenn mal was schief ging, haben wir eine Lösung gefunden. Nobody's perfect... Die Lieferanten sind durchweg gut drauf und freundlich. Die Pizzen können eigentlich nie kalt ankommen, weil ein heißer Stein in der Liefer-Box ist. Die Pizzen sind gut belegt. Verschiedene Teigarten und -formen (laktosefrei, Cheesecrust etc.) können gewählt werden. Bei der Pizzakarte wird hier nicht nur Wert auf traditionellen Pizzabelag gelegt, sondern auch Aktionspizzen, die mehr an USA erinnern. Für uns perfekt!

Ich wohne seit ein paar Jahren hier und habe schon hunderte male bestellt und es ging nur einmal was schief (war auch nur ne Kleinigkeit) und das haben sie super bereinigt. Wird Zeit, dass ich die verdiente 5 Sterne Bewertung da lasse. :)

Schnell und sicher zuverlässig. Alles lecker und frisch. Besonders die Brötchen, die es in verschiedenen Ausführungen gibt : von vegan, vegetarisch, fleischlos, kaloienreduziert, ueppig bis hin zu Edelsalamie Sukez!!!!!!

Mal so mal so, heute war’s nicht besonders

Heute um 18:09 Uhr bestellt. Um 19:44 Uhr angerufen, um zu fragen, ob die Bestellung eingegangen ist mit der Auskunft, dass der Fahrer sich gleich auf den Weg macht. Eine halbe Stunde später haben wir das lauwarme Essen erhalten inklusive einem falschen Produkt. Das Essen war zwar lecker, aber bei dieser Lieferzeit ohne eine Info ist das künftig keine Option mehr für uns. Es wäre sinnvoll, eine aktuelle Lieferzeit auf eurer Website anzugeben, damit man sich entweder auf die lange Wartezeit einstellen kann oder sich gegen eine Bestellung entscheiden kann. So bindet man Kunden aber leider nicht.

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Die Lieferzeit war zwar etwas länger, aber dafür war die Pizza super lecker und immer noch warm. :) alles top :)

Weiß nicht, was die Leute für Probleme haben. Bin im Moment in Berlin, haben hier schon drei mal bestellt. Jedes Mal kam die Pizza relativ schnell und war sehr lecker. In Hamburg wäre ich über so einen Lieferdienst froh.

Öffnungszeiten = super! für spätzünder (^_-)

Lieferungen dauert immer relativ lange aber die Pizzen sind immer heiß und schmecken gut !

Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gefällt mir. Pizza gut. Pizza Margarita sehr lecker. Vor Ort essen nicht unbedingt geeignet, zum liefern oder abholen aber absolut empfehlenswert. Lieferzeit in der Woche gut. Am Sonntag oder Feiertag kann es auch mal länger dauern, deshalb wer es eilig hat dem empfehle ich die Pizza dann besser vor Ort abzuholen. Ach ja und manchmal dauert es etwas länger wenn man über Lieferando bestellt ist mir aufgefallen, aber das liegt an Lieferando. Deshalb bestell ich entweder per Telefon oder lieber über die Website von Call a Pizza, das geht manchmal schneller.

Meins war gut , 2 Pizzen. alles auf’n Punkt.

Trotz der jetzigen Krisenzeit immer gute Qualität ,nette Lieferanten und annehmbare Lieferzeiten....und hier ein dickes Danke fürs Weitermachen !
