The mango iced tea was a dream, the food was absolutely delicious. The service was also very friendly, so we felt very comfortable. The Souply KanAsia was definitely a positive surprise for me.
Selected menus were good and sufficient. Service was good, despite some pick-up orders and on-site guests. The owners are friendly and attentive.
Ambience is functional.
A recommendation.
It's getting worse and worse and instead of continuing to hope, I gave up with the last order, the crispy duck consisted almost entirely of fried fat and not muscle meat, the hot sauce tasted musty, straight into the trash can
Waiting time for far too long, food tastes like nothing and totally disgusting/not fresh food also full of ginger lumps. the disgusting thing I've ever eaten!😡 price-performance ratio also completely wrong😐
I was there with my wife,
I was asked 3 times what sauce I wanted for my noodle box with chicken drumsticks, and 3 times I said spicy, and yet I still get peanut sauce (which I'm also allergic to👍). Great if I hadn't smelled it👍
Unfortunately there was hair in the food, when we pointed it out, the staff was very unfriendly and showed no understanding! Disgusting food and behavior.
We have eaten there or taken away several times. It is very tasty 😋 and freshly prepared. The ambience is great. We can recommend Bento San with a clear conscience.
Be careful when parking - maximum time is 2 hours, otherwise it will be really expensive.
You don't experience it often, but the quality is still the same after years (GOOD!) The food tastes really good! The service is also really friendly. Whenever I'm in the BodenseeCenter, I go here to eat :) The chicken curry is highly recommended!
In the last 2 years I have often picked up something to eat after shopping there. My standard dishes have become on average €3-4 more expensive during this time. The quality got worse and worse. The fried rice for a whopping €9.50 comes with small diced frozen carrots and a few countable peas. That's it for vegetables. The soy sauce is
totally tasteless, just finished.
I would never use it for cooking at home. Regardless of the food, it is also noticeable that the older employee always wears a greasy rubber glove with which he gives the change from the cash register and then prepares the food with the same glove. It doesn't have to be like that.
Today, for the first time, I threw away the food halfway through. 3 hours later I had other problems. In short: price - performance is simply not right. That was it for me/us.
Phew, it was so bad for me that I actually have to share this. I ordered food, "Fast" Asia stated a delivery time of 20-45 minutes. 45 minutes were then confirmed. After 60 minutes I called and was told they would call the driver and call back in 2 minutes. Waited 10 minutes, nothing, so called again. They couldn't reach the driver, but they told me he would be there in 3-5 minutes. Which he wasn't, after 90 minutes I finally had my food and - what a surprise - it was ice cold. Because I was really angry by now, I called again to say so. The reaction was that they said, quite annoyed, that they had already apologized, which is what I actually wanted and that he didn't care whether I gave 1 star or not.
Well, that says a lot about the store, because with a delivery time of 90 minutes and ice-cold food, you can certainly offer the customer a discount for the next order, or discount the botched order. But here you take 100% money without even remotely providing the service.
Because of the method alone, I can only advise against Fast Asia, knowing full well that other deliveries will certainly work better. However, the person does not deserve a customer.
