Absolutely disgusting. I ordered food and the delivery time was stated to be 20-40 minutes. The food arrived cold after 2 hours. On top of that, they talk rudely on the phone when I complain. Not recommended.

I made the mistake of ordering through Lieferando for pickup. The process and timing were perfect – my meal was ready after about 15 minutes – and the taste was truly excellent. The portions are generous, and both my main course and the soup were delicious and fresh. However, I only realized later that I paid €4.50 more for both than I would have if I had ordered directly from the restaurant. This was surprising to me – especially since I took the menu with me and could see the price differences. My tip: If possible, call the restaurant directly and pick up the food yourself. This saves money and supports the restaurant more directly. Delivery via Lieferando or Uber Eats isn't done by the restaurant itself, but by external service providers – and the prices are significantly higher there. I haven't tried the sushi here yet, but I can recommend the rice dishes. All in all: very good food, fair portions, but it's better to order directly than via Lieferando for pickup.

Ordered through Lieferando. Initially, the order was confirmed, but after about an hour, it was canceled! They do refund my money through Lieferando, but that was a pretty bad move... So why is the order even being accepted? -.-*

Everything was great. Clean and full portions.

Large, free parking spaces. The staff is friendly. You sometimes have to wait because they have to cook fresh food, but everything is perfect as always. I enjoy eating here. The price and quality are just right.

Top Asian food in Bielefeld, I love coming here. I work nearby, and I always see them buying fresh vegetables every day.

We've eaten there several times or ordered takeaway food. It's delicious 😋 and freshly prepared. The atmosphere is fantastic. We can recommend Bento San with a clear conscience. Watch out for parking – the maximum time is two hours, otherwise it gets really expensive.

My order was incomplete so I called to find a solution. Unfortunately, I received a very unfriendly welcome, even though I just wanted a factual solution. In the end, no satisfactory solution was reached. But at least I got a €1.97 refund via Uber Eats for an item that actually cost €6.50. Now it's time to cook yourself. 😅"

We ordered pasta with shrimp, but there weren't any on it! There was no satisfactory solution offered!

Ordered two dishes via Lieferando. Advertised delivery time: 30-45 minutes. Delivery after 90 minutes. Quality: Average to unsatisfactory. When I order fried noodles, I don't expect completely overcooked mushy noodles. When my guest orders a meal with shrimp, they expect not just a small portion in the entire meal, but a balanced portion with the other advertised ingredients. All in all: Never again from this place and never again from Lieferando.

We ordered two takeaway dishes and were more than satisfied! Such a huge portion for the money. Excellent value for money!! :) I can't understand the poor reviews here.

Great value for money, everything is prepared fresh and quickly on-site. Friendly service; we always enjoy coming back.

There was a metal piece in the food

We ordered at 7:30 p.m., delivery for €4 with a drive of about 1.5 km. The delivery time was stated to be 20-45 minutes, but this kept getting delayed. When the delivery could finally be tracked on the map, the order was canceled 1.5 hours later without any message, apology or anything like that. We definitely won't be ordering here again, what a shame!

The veggie soup was too salty. When I returned it, I was met with a look of contempt, some Chinese comments and the remark “there’s nothing you can do about it”. It's a shame, because this way you can get your business "customer-free". In any case, for me it is the logical consequence.

The place is really smoky, I would rather not eat there. But the portions are worse. Wakame costs €4, but you get 60 grams of the seaweed salad to take away :(

And I pay €14 for such a disgusting and unappetizing meal. Bottomless, if it gave 0 stars I would give this junk shop -2, disgusting

Unfortunately, absolutely no longer recommended. Rice with fried vegetables. The vegetables only consisted of carrots, cut squarely about 2x4 cm in size, and onions. There were also 4 half mushrooms. The whole thing then costs 7 euros. The spring rolls are fried so dark that they shatter when you use a fork. Unfortunately, you can't expect friendliness either. It's a shame, because it tasted much better two years ago.

Never had any problems picking up or eating in the restaurant. The food is great!

Delivery service Waited 3 hours for the order (70€) 2 minutes ago the news of the cancellation came through. You could have given that to yourself, NEVER AGAIN!! Absolute impudence

Hands off. Ordered at opening time and then canceled the order after 45 minutes without comment.

Bereits mehrmals zur Öffnungszeit bestellt - stets eine Stornierung erhalten. Nach vielen Chancen vergebe ich nur 1 Stern. Die Inhaber sollten ihre Öffnungszeiten überarbeiten, wenn man keine Lust hat für 3,99€ in unmittelbarer Nähe auszuliefern.

Essen ungenießbar !! Soßen schmecken nach nichts Soviel Geld aus dem Fenster geworfen, bin echt sauer 😠

Noch nie so schlecht gegessen... Pekingsuppe wird in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt und hat er was von Wackelpuding. Die Suppe ist ungenießbar gewesen. Das Gebackene Hühnerbrustfilet war auch ein reinfall. Es gibt definitiv bessere Imbiss Buden.

Schade hätte gerne die vollen 5 Sterne gegeben.. haben von der Arbeit aus dort Essen geholt. Bekamen aber nicht das bestellte Essen. Leider kam ein Notfall dazwischen.. als wir es später gemerkt hatten und es reklamierten.. machte man uns neues Essen.. dieses sollten wir dann auch bezahlen.. da wir das falsche nicht mutbrachten unterstellte man uns das wir nur noch ein Essen umsonst haben wollten.. Ich war bis zu dem vorfall öfter da.. aber ich lasse mir nichts unterstellen. Als ich nachfragte was denn mit dem falschen Essen passieren würde, teilte mir die Verkäuferin mit das die Angestellten dieses dann mitnehmen würden... Geht ja mal garnicht... da das Essen schon außer Haus war . Ich werde nicht wieder kommen.

Bin regelmäßig alle paar Wochen hier Gast. Mal setze ich mich rein, mal nehme ich mit. Essen und Preis/Leistung für einen Asia-Schnellimbiss sehr gut. Kann ich empfehlen. Mittagsmenu mit Pekingsuppe, 3 Mini-Frühlingsrollen und Getränk gibt es ab 11,50 €.

Ich habe telefonisch zum Mittag gebratenen Reis mit Rind bestellt und bin absolut begeistert! Das erste Asia Restaurant in Bielefeld, das wirklich saftiges Fleisch hat. Die Dame an der Kasse war sehr freundlich. Ich komme ab sofort öfter :)

Ich habe noch nirgendwo so eine kleine Portion bekommen… für den Preis bekomme ich wo anders eine ganze box voll. Diese Boxen hier, reichen höchstens als Weihnachtsbaum Kugeln. Dann bekommt man nicht mal ein schönen Abend zurück, obwohl ich es der Dame gesagt habe. So will man Kunden werben? Das war mein 1. und letztes mal. So vergrault man Kunden.

Achtung! Finger weg...absolut ungenießbarer Fraß. Nudeln mit Ente für 10 Euro. OK , normaler Preis aber: absolut ungenießbar.. wässrige Sauße, Nudeln verkocht im Wock. Ente vorgebraten und ekliger Geschmack. Und es stinkt im ganzen Laden (ca 60m2) Fazit: 1 Stern ist noch zuviel.

Schrimps & Reis nur teilweise durchgekocht [-] Schnelle Zubereitung [+] Ich habe den Laden besser in Erinnerung. Liebe Grüße.

Ich hatte die 19&21 beides sushi hat etwas gedauert aber das warten hat sich gelohnt. super lecker kann ich nur empfehlen
