Well, I have to say, unfortunately, that the dish "Pho" really doesn't taste like Pho... I don't mean any harm, but the broth had no flavor at all; only the lemon and sauce gave it some flavor. Additionally, the table was completely sticky and there were still food residues on it, which we cleaned ourselves with a serving dish at the end so our clothes wouldn't get dirty. So, unfortunately, I have to say I'm disappointed.

It's really great there. Delicious food, friendly people, fair prices, and it's cozy too.

We ordered two pho soups—one vegetarian and one with beef. Both were delicious, though we liked the vegetarian version a bit better. We were very pleasantly surprised by the staff, the ambiance, and the food. We definitely recommend it, thank you! :)

The food here tastes absolutely average. The price is too high for the quality. If you have a feeling or strong connection to Asian food, you'll definitely be disappointed. For a quick fix next door without any expectations, it's okay.

The menu features dishes that you could find cheaper and tastier at any Asian takeaway. As we looked at the menu board behind the cash register, the cashier asked us in a strange tone if we had been there before. Her demeanor was somewhat unpleasant and self-centered. Since we were very hungry, we ordered takeout anyway and waited 20 minutes for two boxes of noodles.

I've been here several times and always enjoy coming back. Delicious, fresh Vietnamese food – you can taste the quality. The value is excellent, really fair for what you get. The service is always super friendly. I usually take my food to go, but you can also eat there – if there's a seat available. Overall, highly recommended!

Oh, my goodness—what a feast! SoulKitchen is at the forefront in terms of taste, quality, and atmosphere. For me: One of the best places for bliss. Extremely delicious. Nothing more needs to be said. A definite recommendation!

The vegan Pho was okay, but the summer rolls consisted solely of a filling of 90% noodles, a few strips of carrot, and a leaf of lettuce and mint. The value of the goods was less than 50 cents. Absolutely terrible. The friendly staff, unfortunately, couldn't make up for it.

My absolute favorite place. After more than two years, I still love eating there and can't get enough. As a vegan, there are plenty of options here. The music is great, the atmosphere is cozy, and the service is very friendly. I always enjoy coming back because you just feel at home there.

Ordered pasta with chicken for pickup. Chicken underground - everything tough & dry. Not good in taste, hardly any vegetables. No one was available by phone afterwards. The shop used to be stable, but the food now on offer is better than any standard Asian snack bar. The last time for me.

Small but cute. Great value for money. Pho soup portion was decent and great for the price. I had to have the rest packed because I hadn't counted on the portion size and had previously ordered summer rolls. I wouldn't have been full anywhere else.

For us it is a regular stop for delicious food. The service is always super nice and the restaurant is always clean and tidy. You should reserve in advance and I would also pre-order take-away, otherwise it can take longer as there is always a large crowd.

We were there for the first time today. We had the incredibly delicious Tom Kha Gai soup, spring rolls, wontons, fried noodles, and so on 😋😋😋 The drinks selection was also very good. In addition to Coke, Fanta, and the like, there were delicious organic lemonades in interesting flavors 🥰 The dining room is relatively small, but it's very cozy and nicely decorated ☺️ We really enjoyed it; the food was delicious, the service super friendly, and the prices reasonable. A really great service. Very nice service, fast, friendly all round! Since there isn't that much space in the store, it's probably a good idea to make a reservation if possible. We were there unannounced and it was full. The very nice waitress advised us to go for a walk for 10 minutes and then come back and there was actually something available, so it was worth the wait. Now about the food: I'm a huge pho fan and since the soup was mentioned so often in the other reviews, I of course ordered it and was very surprised. I agree with the Asian woman's assessment, anyone who has ever had real Asian food knows what it should actually taste like and unfortunately not. My partner has emptied his plate, but also says: I'm full, but not happy. I know that's a really harsh verdict, but there's still room for improvement in the kitchen - it's possible that we just had a bad day.

We ordered something to take away. My son ate some of the Nasi Goreng, then I smelled the meat and it smelled... I don't have anything else to add here.

We ordered at the counter and had to wait 50 minutes for our food. In the meantime, many customers placed their take-away orders and received them quickly, while our food continued to wait. A young employee apologized to us, but repeatedly emphasized that it was normal in this restaurant to wait up to 30 minutes when there was a lot of traffic. However, we didn't wait 30 minutes, but 50 minutes. When we asked when our food would arrive, she told us it would be ready in 10 minutes. But when we asked again after these 10 minutes, they suddenly said we had to wait another 15 minutes. What particularly surprised us, however, was that as soon as we applied a little more pressure, the food was suddenly ready within 1 minute. Delays can happen, but if the meal is taking that long, you should proactively inform guests about it. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here.

By far the best Asian in Bielefeld, East Westphalia or probably even in Germany. Always fresh, no additives and incredibly tasty! I can eat the Thai curry practically every day. Big thanks to the Soulkitchen team!

The food was ok, the ambience was also quite nice...but unfortunately you have to rethink your concept slightly!! I wonder why you have to wait over 1:30 hours for your food and pre-order or not, it can't be that the guests who want to eat in the restaurant have to wait that long for their food!! Unfortunately, as an Asian woman, I wasn't impressed with the food. The peanut sauce was too thick for me and I didn't think it was worth the price. Four other people got their food before us. The food probably appeals more to German tastes.

Had an almost unbelievable experience with the staff at this place on Tuesday. I arrived around 2:30 p.m. and asked if I could get something to eat. The lady said no, but I could get something to take away, the kitchen closes at 2:45 p.m. I said, I'll manage to eat it before the restaurant closes at 3 p.m. She stuck to her stance that I could only get takeaway. So I ordered a Thai curry. Almost 10 minutes later my food was ready and I asked the lady if I could eat it here at the bar table, she said yes. So I stood at this table with my Styrofoam box. Only 5 minutes later the lady came to me and said I had to take my food and eat the rest outside because the kitchen was closed now. I answered her a little angrily why I should go out now, even though the restaurant was still open for a quarter of an hour. She then said that I had ordered takeaway and therefore I had to leave now. I told her it doesn't matter, it costs the same to take away as it does in here and she could have given it to me on a plate and that she wouldn't have to do any extra work if I finished it. But she still has to wipe and clear the table. I offered to dispose of the empty package outside. Because of my frown lines, it disappeared. 5 minutes later I left the restaurant. Sometimes I wonder what goes on in such heads, I was actually quite friendly until she asked me to leave in the middle of the meal.

The food there is always very tasty and impeccable, but we are no longer so impressed by the SoulKitchen in Bielefeld, this Sunday, October 27th. We ate on site as usual, unfortunately we had to wait another two hours for the food without booking in advance, unfortunately wasted time, if we had known this beforehand we would have eaten somewhere else. Compensation such as a drink or something similar. on the house, was also not considered necessary. For us it was the last visit, as described: food was perfect, but the waiting time was unreasonable.

A standard Asian restaurant whose overall layout appears more modern than the food. Too bad. That's what the mini spring rolls that are available at every other restaurant like this are called autumn rolls. In terms of taste, the whole thing is good as expected, but nothing special. The lack of ventilation is also annoying, so you're guaranteed to smell like a deep fryer.

The food is really delicious, I had the sezhuan with chicken and a soup. Both were great. If you order soup to take away, you get a kit that you have to heat again in the pot at home. A bit complicated, but it only tastes good when hot. There's not quite as much space inside, but it's nicely furnished.

I've walked past the shop a lot and today I finally went inside. It was very worth it! It took a while for the food to finally arrive at the table, but it was freshly prepared. The tofu was brilliantly cross-fried and the sauce and rice were also extremely tasty. Will definitely come back 👍

Best duck (Thai curry) I have ever eaten. The meat is of a higher quality than anywhere else. One portion fills you up, which I don't get anywhere else. I can also recommend the summer rolls. Super nice service.

Three of us went there for dinner on Saturday and experienced the best Vietnamese food in town! At the end, the boss told us that he values ​​only natural ingredients, and you can taste it. We had Banh Xeo, the main course with beef fillet and Thai curry sauce, as well as Bami Goreng and each of us was very happy as we all ate very tasty. You take the drinks yourself from a refrigerator on the basis of trust and we found it very nice to find local and natural drinks there. The price-performance ratio is convincing given the quality offered and the large portions of the food. The wait on a busy Saturday was definitely worth it and we have already come back. :)

Taste perfect. Duck is a hit, the sauces all taste fantastic. Pho is also highly recommended. Homemade tastes good. No trace of MSG / glutamate. 😉 The boys are in a good mood, know something about food, and sometimes make recommendations regarding harmonious combinations. Shop a bit small, but harmonious. The atmosphere is relaxed, whether casual by the window or cozy at one of the few tables. If you live nearby, it's also a good place to pick up, whether on foot or by car just before the store. Personally, I prefer to eat it fresh and hot from the local kitchen.

It was a really nice experience. The shop is a little small tho, we had to wait for a bit until we could sit down. At the same time that size has a certain charm to it as well tho. Wir gehen immer gerne hier her, das Restaurant ist relativ klein aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man muss ein bisschen Glück haben um einen Tisch zu bekommen. Die meisten Gäste kommen um Essen abzuholen. Das Essen ist sehr frisch und lecker, neben den Klassikern kann man sein Hauptgericht auch individueller gestalten und durch die hervorragende Beratung ist es immer zu empfehlen etwas neues auszuprobieren.

Bei Öffnungszeiten laut Auftritt bis 22 h geöffnet. Um 20.45 h treten wir ein und uns wird erklärt, dass Speisen nur zum Mitnehmen seien - während vier Gäste entspannt und gemütlich an Tischen im Lokal sitzen und essen! Nein....da kommt man sich garnicht vereiert vor! Gerade bei den aufgerufenen Preisen....vielleicht ist man das Flair vom Siegfriedplatz zu sehr gewöhnt, aber nicht jeder möchte draussen auf dem Boden sitzend speisen! Geht jedenfalls garnicht! Unverschämt!
