One star is still too many. Very unfriendly on the phone. We didn't even get around to ordering food.

I highly advise against ordering here! The first call was that the address was missing. This was stated in the Lieferando order. 10 minutes later, another call was received stating that a dish was unavailable. We then wanted to cancel the order because one person was unfortunately not allowed to eat anything else from the menu. At that point, the remaining order of 4 pizzas, 2 salads, and 2 fries was supposedly already prepared and ready for delivery. However, the shop doesn't open until 5 p.m., and we had ordered the food for 6 p.m. So it's not entirely clear how this order could have been prepared and ready within 10 minutes? They didn't respond to the cancellation, assuming we had wanted to order elsewhere and therefore wanted to cancel. They also assumed the person in question didn't have any intolerances. Zero understanding, unfriendly, and definitely not recommended. Customer friendliness is zero. You don't need a second head to shake your head in disgust. Never again!!!!!

First order, never again! 1 star for size 1 star for delivery time in 44 minutes Hello, I ordered vegetables with noodles and chicken. The vegetables were Chinese cabbage, carrot, and zucchini. The aluminum tray was full and the food was warm. After removing the minimal layer of noodles with a light sauce, three-quarters were just dry. I called the manager, who swore there were three sauces in it: oyster, soy, and another (his words), and he would pay attention next time. So I paid €7.50 for dry food. I eat a lot of Thai/Chinese/Indian food, but this has never happened to me. It's a shame to lose customers. In these times, I still wish you all the best and stay healthy, Mr. Hallo.

Highly recommended for a spontaneous hunger pang. Ordered at 8:56 p.m., arrived at 9:12 p.m. Good pizza, very friendly delivery driver.

OKAY UPDATE ON MY RATING!!! ONLY 1 STAR LEFT AND I WOULDN'T GIVE ANY STAR IF I COULD!!!! I order something from Lieferando, get a call from the delivery service and it says "I can't deliver because there's a construction site at your location, you have to pick it up"... yes, a delivery service is a delivery service even if I'm less than 2 feet away I live at a distance from the store... other delivery services also manage it and deliver without any problems... When I'm at home working and can't leave, I rely on the delivery service. Answer from the gentleman on the phone: "I don't have to deliver to you if I don't want to".... TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE... NOT!!! What kind of statement is that to the customer? If I didn't have to work at home, I would make the journey myself... however, my road is passable and the construction site can be avoided... A complaint has been made to Lieferando and this store will be boycotted from now on... and I never forgive otherwise bad reviews but enough is enough... -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------- Gyros okay, burgers and currywurst delicious. Tiramisu (ordered 3 times so far, the third time I had it taken away) but always arrived frozen... Nobody can eat that... We ordered two pizzas that were still half raw and anything but tasty, along with two children's meals that were supposed to include a Kinder Surprise egg and a Capri Sun. We got two drink packets and two chocolate eggs from Aldi, and the pizzas were burnt to boot.

Haben über Lieferheld bestellt. Haben nach einer Stunde dort angerufen wo denn unser bestelles Essen bleibt. Da sagte die Dame am Telefon, dass die Bestellung abgelehnt wurde, obwohl wir eine Bestellbestätigung hatten. Wir haben keine Info diesbezüglich bekommen, dass wir das nie erhalten ! Werde dort nie wieder bestellen.

Burger war ein Witz viel zu klein, Pommes ungesaltzen in ein Stück Silberpapier geschmissen salat ungewürzt insgesamt abstoßend

Ich bin total begeistert Die Pizza war super lecker und knusprig das Nudelgericht das wir hatten war auch echt gut soße wa<r super Cremig und Lecker aber das beste am Essen waren einfach die Farben es hat zum Essen eingeladen ich bin echt super Happy damit
