The food is very tasty and the hospitality is great too

The ambiance was fine, but of course, we were there primarily for the food. Unfortunately, the food was a disappointment. The rice was too blandly seasoned, but the worst were the grilled chicken skewers and the grilled vegetable skewers. The entire meal had blackened edges. The grilled tomato was particularly bad; it was truly jet-black and only with a little imagination could it be recognized as a tomato. Overall, the food had a bitter, burnt flavor. Overall, it wasn't at all what you'd expect from a healthy meal at a Persian restaurant; in fact, everything was burnt, and we really should have sent it back. Since we weren't asked after the meal whether we enjoyed it, they probably weren't interested in our opinion or constructive criticism. We assume that our food was prepared to the usual standard for this restaurant, as we were there at a time when it was very quiet, so there was no time pressure in the kitchen. Now, you might say that blackened food from the grill is "normal," but it's not if you do it right. For us: once and never again.

Personally yes, “commissioned” no. I was actually treated disrespectfully by you and I take that personally. What I think is even worse is that you have negative reviews deleted. I also take deleting my review personally. But then, in the end, we at least agree on the issue of not coming any further. ...so either you didn't understand it, or it's just another attempt to manipulate: You got a 1-star review from me because you had my previous one with a long text deleted, like many other negative reviews. No text in my second review so that you have as little basis as possible to have the review deleted again for flimsy reasons. See 2nd sentence above.

There were two big problems: if you go there with your girlfriend or wife, even though you don't have a reservation, you'll get a seat inside. If you go with your family, two young people told us we had to sit outside even though they had a seat. The two families in front of us said they didn't have a reservation and went in anyway. Disrespectful. The second problem is that they don't accept cards even though we had to pay over 50 euros. They said you have to pay in cash even though they had a card reader. Again, disrespectful. But the food was good.

Although we hadn't been to Shiraz in a while, we immediately felt welcome again. The quality of the food and drinks is still incredibly good. The service staff was very attentive at all times and constantly checked in to see if everything was okay. We highly recommend a visit to this restaurant to everyone.

I was at Djadoo for the first time today and I'm thrilled. The ambience, the service and the food are very good. Price-performance ratio is perfect here. I will definitely come back!

I have an incredible 4 (!!!) Persian restaurants in my city and each time I have to drive 60 km so that I can eat at Babam. Words cannot describe how good the food tastes here. It takes a poet ala Hafez or philosopher to describe the taste and quality in this restaurant. No matter what you order from the menu: everything tastes incredibly good. I usually order Mirza Ghazemi as a starter and Sultani as my main course. But now I just try every dish on the menu. It doesn't matter what you order: everything tastes damn good... Absolutely crazy! But that's not all, dear friends: No matter when you eat here, there are always 3 to 5 people working in the kitchen. I go to the bathroom to wash my hands and my food is already on the table when I come back. It doesn't matter how full the store is. That alone is worth 5 stars. I feel sorry for the people who walk past on the street and have no idea what they are missing. Without exaggerating, I can confirm 100% that this is the best Persian in Europe. Yes in Europe. I've eaten with Persians in Turkey, Greece, Georgia and France: no shop comes close to Babam. After every meal I would love to run into the kitchen and kiss the chefs' hands. I wish the people of Frankfurt would appreciate this pearl in the city more. Only negative point: I have to drive 60 km so I can eat here. Now I need a new apartment in Frankfurt. Baba Dametun Garm!

Unfortunately not very good. Friendly but rice wasn't cooked properly and prices, although Parisian, were a bit overpriced

I recently went to Kolbe Persian Restaurant and overall it was a good experience. However, I would have preferred to leave out the starter plate - it wasn't quite my taste and didn't really convince me. But the main courses were even better! I can particularly recommend the chicken skewer and the minced meat skewer – both were super tender and delicious. Plus the rice, which went perfectly with it and was simply great. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. I would definitely come again, but next time I would skip the appetizer platter and just focus on the amazing main courses!
