Super delicious food and the lemonade is amazing

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful Persian restaurant and all I can say is that it was a dining experience at its best. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with stylish interiors that reflect the rich culture of Persia. The menu offers an impressive selection of traditional dishes. I chose the Lamb Kebab and the Fesenjan, and both dishes were to die for. The meat was tender and full of flavor while the spices were perfectly balanced. The side dishes, such as the fragrant rice and the fresh salads, also rounded off the overall picture. The service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive and always willing to make recommendations. You immediately felt welcome and in good hands. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. It is the ideal place to enjoy delicious Persian cuisine and indulge yourself. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The restaurant impresses with the excellent quality of the food. The dishes were consistently delicious and cleverly prepared, with fresh ingredients and an appealing taste experience. I was particularly impressed by the creative presentation of the dishes. In terms of price, however, the restaurant is in the upscale segment, which is justified given the quality, but still noticeable. Anyone who values ​​excellent food and is prepared to invest a little more will get their money's worth here. An all-round successful culinary experience!

The "Pars" was a special experience for us: selected tasty Persian specialties, very comfortable modern atmosphere and furnishings, courteous, not intrusive and friendly service - everything was perfect here. Finally, a wonderfully aromatic spiced tea. We felt very comfortable. It got noticeably full in the evenings, especially during the week. We would recommend table reservations. We would be happy to come back if it takes us to Fulda.

Wonderful evening, everything was perfect

While we were passing through we were looking for a restaurant and came across this delicious Persian restaurant via Tripadvisor. For the main course we chose numbers 53 and 73 and were not disappointed. The meat was super tender and almost came off the bone. The dishes were well seasoned. That's what you want! For dessert we chose number 82. It was something extraordinary for us to have glass noodles in the ice cream. Unfortunately, we're probably not used to the taste of rose water. That's why we didn't like it that much. But that doesn't speak against the high quality of the dessert. We can particularly recommend the homemade lemonade. It's really awesome. We will try to replicate them at home. A perfect drink for social evenings. We would be happy to come by again when we are in the area.

Das Restaurant ist einfach super! Ich gebe 5 Sterne, weil das Essen echt top ist. Es gibt kein besseres Essen in Deutschland! Die Koobide ist lecker und die Fesonjan schmeckt himmlisch. Das Ambiente ist auch toll, alles sieht schön aus und man fühlt sich wohl. Die Kellner sind freundlich und helfen immer. Ich möchte immer wieder hier essen! Absolut empfehlenswert!

The restaurant is simply great! I give it 5 stars because the food is really great. There is no better food in Germany! The Kubude is delicious and the Fesenjan tastes heavenly. The ambience is also great, everything looks nice and you feel comfortable. The waiters are friendly and always help. I want to eat here again and again! Absolutely recommended!

Very friendly service, pleasant atmosphere, good food

I have rarely eaten as well as I did here. The food is remarkably delicious! If you ask, you will receive wonderful advice on your choice of food. The mixed starter platter is an absolute highlight, the lamb stews are always worth a visit and the saffron pudding is one of the tastiest desserts I know! The homemade lemonade is also exceptional, something special and absolutely delicious. We had our dog with us and he was also looked after very carefully. So we were suggested the larger one of the free tables, a bowl of water was brought straight away and the chairs were moved so that the dog had its own protected corner with plenty of space. The waitresses were all very nice, courteous, quick and attentive without being intrusive. We will definitely come back!

Recommendation came from colleagues. So I called and actually got a table. You have to be lucky. Nothing like being welcomed cleanly and immediately in a friendly manner. The service was quick and very nice. The ambience is very pleasant, tables are not too crowded and the background noise is low. So first we ordered the house lemonade, original and delicious. Then ordered a skewer of mixed minced beef and lamb, topped with marinated pieces of chicken breast fillet, also delicious and beautifully presented. Finally the saffron rice pudding and what can I say, very good. As a group of men, we of course had a beer. All in all, an absolute recommendation, we were thrilled. People love their job.

It was really great. I would recommend again at any time. The menu takes you to the Instagram page and sees a real picture of each dish.

Tolles Restaurant. Sehr nettes Personal und die Gerichte sind sehr gut auf der Karte erklärt. Teilweise sehr ungewöhnliche Gerichte (z.B. Glasnudeleis), was es noch spannender macht. Reservierung verlief etwas chaotisch.

The interior didn't seem inviting to me. We sat comfortably outside. The service, two women, was very nice and polite. Cutlery and glasses are all clean. Food was good and tasty as in the pictures. Salad could have been fresher but ok. At least €20 per plate There is free tea on the house. Payment is only made by the boss, preferably in cash!!! I paid by card and was not asked if everything was good or if it was tasty, as he did with the others. The boss has to do better.

I was able to celebrate my 18th birthday with my family in this restaurant and I have to say, it was a really nice atmosphere there! As soon as we arrived we were surprised with lovely table decorations - there was even a sweet balloon waiting for us! I was very happy about that <3 The staff was incredibly warm and open, you immediately felt at home. They also gave us great advice when choosing dishes and responded to all of our requests. The food was aesthetically presented and tasted very good. It was truly an unforgettable evening for me and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

We had just driven 900km to get to Fulda and wanted a late evening meal. What a brilliant find! We had resigned ourselves to a pizza or burger, but instead we had a wonderful meal with an excellent, friendly and helpful host. A great end to a long tiring day. And dog friendly too!

Als sich das Ende unseres Urlaubs näherte, konnten wir Fulda nicht verlassen, ohne einen Tisch im Restaurant Pars zu reservieren. Das Restaurant hat seit unserem letzten Besuch einige Veränderungen erfahren. Außerdem ist uns ein wunderschönes Kunstwerk aus der Danje Art Gallery in Fulda aufgefallen. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir vom Manager und seinem dynamischen Team herzlich willkommen geheißen. Unsere Gerichte wurden schnell und angenehm zubereitet und serviert . Nummer 32, Tchelo Vaziri, begleitet von Safranreis, Gurken und Tomaten, wie wir es gewünscht hatten. Nummer 33, nach Wunsch auch mit Safranreis sowie grünem Salat und Tomaten serviert. Wir haben auch schwarzen Tee getrunken. Die Gerichte, aus denen unsere Mahlzeiten bestehen, wurden sorgfältig zubereitet. Das Essen war köstlich. Wir hoffen, bald wiederkommen zu können.

Essen war qualitativ sehr gut. Kräuterteller hätte landestypischer sein können mit Zwiebeln und Koriander. Öl und Balsamico gehört nicht dazu. Uns bedienten zwei junge Damen. Diese waren sehr nett, jedoch könnten diese aufmerksamer sein. Zum einen wurde nach dem servieren des Essen nicht einmal mehr nach uns geschaut und ich musste nach vorne gehen um ein Wasser zu bestellen. Augenkontakt und Rufe wurden nicht wahrgenommen. Zum Ende wollte die anderen Dame unser Essen schon abräumen, obwohl am Tisch noch gegessen wurde. Mit ein bisschen mehr Gespür und Aufmerksamkeit sollte beides die Qualität im Service verbessern.

Old Fulda former German restaurant with outdoor seating, right on the street. Lovingly decorated in Persian style inside, great menu. Very nice welcome and polite service. Beautifully arranged plates, delicious food, homemade house lemonade, etc. At the end there was a Persian black tea with ginger rock candy. Mmmm. We would love to come here again next year for the musical performance.

The homemade lemonade is definitely recommended - not too sweet, but not too bitter either, very refreshing. For the main course I had the tofu in the walnut/pomegranate sauce - it tasted great. Service is top notch. Finally, if you wish, you can have the typical spiced black tea ;).

The location is quite nice. Quiet and oriental atmosphere. The food was okay, not bad but not particularly good if you already know Persian cuisine. The employees were very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the cold starter arrived very late (at the same time as the meal) and warm. The homemade lemonade was very good and innovative. The prices were above average.

Die Weinkarte bot eine gute Auswahl an Weinen, die perfekt zu den angebotenen Speisen passen. Auch die Desserts waren ein Traum und rundeten das Abendessen perfekt ab. Insgesamt war unser Besuch im Pars Restaurant in Fulda ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Die Kombination aus exzellenter Küche, hervorragendem Service und einladender Atmosphäre macht dieses Restaurant zu einem absoluten Muss.
