We had just driven 900km to get to Fulda and wanted a late evening meal. What a brilliant find! We had resigned ourselves to a pizza or burger, but instead we had a wonderful meal with an excellent, friendly and helpful host. A great end to a long tiring day. And dog friendly too!

Das Restaurant hat seit unserem letzten Besuch einige Veränderungen erfahren. Außerdem ist uns ein wunderschönes Kunstwerk aus der Danje Art Gallery in Fulda aufgefallen. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir vom Manager und seinem dynamischen Team herzlich willkommen geheißen. Unsere Gerichte wurden schnell und angenehm zubereitet und serviert . Nummer 32, Tchelo Vaziri, begleitet von Safranreis, Gurken und Tomaten, wie wir es gewünscht hatten. Nummer 33, nach Wunsch auch mit Safranreis sowie grünem Salat und Tomaten serviert. Wir haben auch schwarzen Tee getrunken. Die Gerichte, aus denen unsere Mahlzeiten bestehen, wurden sorgfältig zubereitet. Das Essen war köstlich. Wir hoffen, bald wiederkommen zu können.

We live in Frankfurt am Main and have visited many Persian restaurants there and therefore know Persian cuisine. Now we were at Pars in Fulda. The food was super tasty and the service was super friendly.

Essen war qualitativ sehr gut. Kräuterteller hätte landestypischer sein können mit Zwiebeln und Koriander. Öl und Balsamico gehört nicht dazu. Uns bedienten zwei junge Damen. Diese waren sehr nett, jedoch könnten diese aufmerksamer sein. Zum einen wurde nach dem servieren des Essen nicht einmal mehr nach uns geschaut und ich musste nach vorne gehen um ein Wasser zu bestellen. Augenkontakt und Rufe wurden nicht wahrgenommen. Zum Ende wollte die anderen Dame unser Essen schon abräumen, obwohl am Tisch noch gegessen wurde. Mit ein bisschen mehr Gespür und Aufmerksamkeit sollte beides die Qualität im Service verbessern.

The food was very tasty and the good and patient advice from each individual was noticeable when ordering. This relaxed atmosphere lasted throughout the evening. Old Fulda former German restaurant with outdoor seating, right on the street. Lovingly decorated in Persian style inside, great menu. Very nice welcome and polite service. Beautifully arranged plates, delicious food, homemade house lemonade, etc. At the end there was a Persian black tea with ginger rock candy. Mmmm. We would love to come here again next year for the musical performance.

The homemade lemonade is definitely recommended - not too sweet, but not too bitter either, very refreshing. For the main course I had the tofu in the walnut/pomegranate sauce - it tasted great. Service is top notch. Finally, if you wish, you can have the typical spiced black tea ;).

The location is quite nice. Quiet and oriental atmosphere. The food was okay, not bad but not particularly good if you already know Persian cuisine. The employees were very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the cold starter arrived very late (at the same time as the meal) and warm. The homemade lemonade was very good and innovative. The prices were above average.

Unser Kellner war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, nahm sich die Zeit, uns die Gerichte zu erklären und Empfehlungen auszusprechen. Es war offensichtlich, dass das Team im Pars Restaurant nicht nur professionell, sondern auch leidenschaftlich bei der Sache ist. Die Weinkarte bot eine gute Auswahl an Weinen, die perfekt zu den angebotenen Speisen passen. Auch die Desserts waren ein Traum und rundeten das Abendessen perfekt ab. Insgesamt war unser Besuch im Pars Restaurant in Fulda ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. I had an exceptional experience with Iranian cuisine at this restaurant in Germany. The kebab was exceptionally tasty and juicy, and the Gheymeh had a homemade flavor reminiscent of my mom's cooking. The warm, friendly environment and outstanding hospitality made the visit even more memorable.

A nice little well-kept restaurant. We were able to enjoy really good food and were looked after and advised by extremely friendly and courteous staff. We would be happy to come back! Also a big plus for me, our dogs were also welcome and we were given a great place where they both slept deeply relaxed during our visit.

We spontaneously went to eat at PARS on May 12, 2024. We were greeted very friendly, served attentively and courteously. The food was exceptionally delicious with typical Persian herbs and spices. We will eat at PARS again next time in Fulda - absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy Persian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. Simply an incredibly great experience! Everything is just right here: the staff is super friendly and helpful, the furnishings invite you to relax and make you want to try the big highlight: the fantastic dishes!! Even with the starter platter (the version for 4 people includes almost all the regular starters) you don't want to stop and would like to order everything again as a large portion. What follows with the grilled dishes is nothing but pure enjoyment. We had various lamb and chicken skewers and each one actually deserves 10 stars instead of 5! The fact that the prices are still absolutely fair rounds off the evening even more. P.S.: definitely try the house lemonade. If you go out to eat in Fulda, you should definitely stop by here!

An all-round successful evening with great food and extremely attentive staff. We only had vegetarian dishes and everything was fresh, tasty and seasoned very differently.

An absolute recommendation! It was a dream: super delicious food in a great atmosphere. The house-style lemonade is simply delicious. As a starter we had a herb plate and spinach yogurt. As a main course, various braised dishes. And to top it all off, there was black tea with cinnamon and cardamom on the house. We drove home with full stomachs and happy and inspired. Just wonderful!

I came across this restaurant by chance and decided to pay a visit. The food was absolutely amazing! I had number 50 (braised lamb shank with rice, dill tips and giant beans). There was also the homemade lemonade, which, as you can read in other reviews, was very good. As a starter I had the stuffed grape leaves, which I can also recommend to everyone :D I haven't eaten such delicious food in a long time and I will definitely come back! Also not to be forgotten is the tea that we got at the end on the house. Yes, the prices are not cheap, but they are completely worth it. Very friendly staff and very good food in a really beautifully designed restaurant! I had reserved a table for two people for Friday at 6:00 p.m., but the food was at our table very quickly.

Landed here by chance in Fulda and got a taste for it! The food was super tasty and extremely filling. After hummus and the main course, we would have liked to have tried some of the delicious-sounding desserts, but then we would have burst! There is plenty of choice for both vegetarian and meat dishes, and the homemade lemonade is also highly recommended! The service was very friendly, quick and also really nice in dealing with our one and a half year old child - not only are there high chairs available, they seem to be really happy that a child is there. Unfortunately, the EC device had a fault and didn't work and we were asked without hesitation to simply pay later - incredibly nice! Totally recommended!

We were in the restaurant on Easter Monday and got a seat without a reservation. But that was probably because we were there at 5 p.m. We had the grape leaves and hummus as a starter, for the main course I had 2 different kebabs and my wife had a vegetarian dish and my children had a chicken skewer which they shared. All dishes, both starters and main courses, were very tasty. We were all thrilled and will definitely come back

A nice evening. We were also curious about Persian food and ambience. So we booked a table for last Saturday and were very, very pleasantly surprised. The reservation by cell phone with a reminder 1 hour in advance was great. That's not standard in Germany. We were then greeted very friendly and shown to the table, which was decorated with a beautiful tablecloth and decorations. The menu is appealing and not overloaded with dishes, which we found very good. We then decided on the No. 50 Braised Lamb Shank (Baghali Polo Ba Mahitsche) and No. 53 Braised Chicken Leg (Sereshk Polo Ba Morgh). Both were braised until soft and the side dishes were sensational. We learned that dill goes not only with fish, but also with rice. We also got to know barberries. For dessert we tried saffron ice cream with pistachios and glass noodle ice cream. These were also new, great taste impressions. You also have to try the homemade lemonade, refreshing and delicious. We got to know a new restaurant in Fulda that has risen to our TOP 3 in Fulda with its sensational food, great service and pleasant ambience. Reservation makes sense. P.S. We found the prices justified as the portions are large and fine spices are also used. Saffron is the most expensive spice in the world. We will be back.
