An outstanding restaurant with excellent food and first-class service! We celebrated my birthday here on Saturday evening and felt completely at home from the very beginning. We were particularly impressed by the owner's attentiveness when he learned of my birthday – a wonderful gesture that made the evening even more special. The food was freshly prepared, tasteful, and lovingly presented. The service was also extremely friendly and attentive. The inviting ambiance perfectly rounded off the evening. Highly recommended – we would love to come back!

Super delicious Persian cuisine and very friendly service. We had Kashke Bademjan as a starter and three meat dishes for the main course. Everything was excellent. This was our first time here and we'd love to come back the next time we're in Fulda.

We're from Iran, and we eat Persian food a few times a week, including once a week at our parents' house. We've eaten at Persian restaurants many times, but this was by far the best Persian food we've ever had! From the quality of the ingredients to the preparation, spices, and friendliness, everything was perfect.

I was very pleased by the friendly smiles of the restaurant staff. The only thing that's a little disappointing is that the food takes a relatively long time to arrive, especially the desserts. We waited about 30 minutes for the desserts. Thank you for the dinner – I'm very satisfied. The servers are truly great. It's very demanding work, and they do everything they can to make the guests happy. Thank you for your patience and the delicious food!

We went here for dinner today after a movie, and we both enjoyed it very much. The service was super friendly. We sat outside; unfortunately, the street is busy, but that's not the restaurant's fault. Parking is free on the street after 6 p.m. The homemade lemonade is especially delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant and will also recommend it to others personally.

The braised dishes were incredibly delicious, the service was very friendly, and we received a great introduction and explanation of Persian cuisine! For my wife's birthday, the four of us had dinner at Pars. The menu tempted us with exciting-sounding dishes, offering a plentiful but not overwhelming selection. This gave us hope for authentic and freshly prepared dishes. And we weren't disappointed: a richness of flavors that was unparalleled, both in the meat and vegetarian dishes. All served in generous, but not overly large portions, with perfectly cooked and seasoned rice in various variations as a side dish—perfect all around. The young lady who served us was completely new and inexperienced, but highly motivated, and more than made up for a few mistakes with her charm and friendliness. The birthday gestures were also very nice; that's what you'd expect from a true host with heart and soul. The homemade lemonade is definitely recommended. Thank you very much, we'd love to come back.

We had a fantastic evening at the Pars Restaurant in Fulda! For starters, we enjoyed the herb platter (No. 8), which, with fresh mint, parsley, feta cheese, radishes, and onions, provided a wonderfully fresh and aromatic introduction. The main courses were an absolute highlight: The succulent lamb chops on a skewer (Tchelo Kabab Shishlik, No. 37) were perfectly marinated and tender, while the mixed Pars platter (No. 42) with flattened lamb fillet, chicken breast, and minced beef and lamb was a taste revelation—accompanied by three types of steamed saffron rice, which was simply divine. The homemade lemonade rounded off the experience with its refreshing touch. The atmosphere in the restaurant is inviting and authentic, the service incredibly friendly and attentive. Every dish was prepared with love, and we were delighted by the variety of Persian cuisine. An absolute must for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic and refined food in Fulda! We will definitely come back!

About the food: It was REALLY delicious! They also have vegan and vegetarian options, which I think is nice that they respect that! Service: The service is 10/10, everyone is SUPER friendly! Today we had Persian food for the first time – and that was because of a really good review. After the first bites, it was clear: aromatic, authentic, and simply delicious. It almost felt like eating in another country. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and gave us great recommendations. The portions were absolutely adequate – large enough to fill you up, but not overwhelming. Our conclusion: an all-around successful experience. We'll definitely be back!

We were there last year, a few weeks after it opened, and were rather disappointed. This visit was completely different. Fantastic food, very friendly service, truly outstanding. There were four of us and we tried two appetizers: vine leaves and very special olives, the likes of which I've never tasted before. We also had three braised dishes and one fish dish. All of the finest. Thank you very much for a wonderful evening.

An outstanding restaurant! We were served with exceptional hospitality; every single dish was not only very appetizingly presented, but also simply delicious! The appetizer platter for two was absolutely sufficient for the four of us and was a dream. The homemade lemonade is also something very special and definitely worth recommending. The meat in our grilled dishes was tender and juicy, the rice and various vegetables and sauces aromatic and perfect. The saffron ice cream was the crowning glory, and the black tea with cardamom at the end was unexpected but very delicious. The portions were generous. All in all, I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and wish the owners continued success and only pleasant guests.

The quality of the food is very low and the prices are just high. The rice has no taste or quality at all, and the rice is stale and not good. More importantly, the kebab Kobideh does not have the texture, composition, or taste of kebab at all. It is low quality and has a different smell. It is not clear whether it is made with flour or something else instead of meat. Not recommended. The food is of very little value. This is not even a traditional dish at all.

It was so delicious because it wasn't over-seasoned (i.e., not salty), but rather flavored with spices and herbs! Everything had a pure and clear taste! The portion sizes were generous! So you were really full but not "overfed," just perfect after the thermal baths! The homemade lemonade was truly delicious! Sweet and completely different than expected! The service was very attentive! Shortly before 11 p.m., two cyclists passed by and received just as great service as we did!

We were so full that unfortunately there was no room for dessert, but we'll definitely make up for that on our next visit.
