The prices are very high, the workers are very respectful, and the food is average, not something unique, so the bill would be this high.

It's really delicious. The toasted sesame cake with Sabzi Khordan and Feta is so fragrant, and the hummus is also delicious. The service is also very enthusiastic, and I can eat full and happy every time.

If u want a real Iranian food and specially kabab in any form u should visit Babam , the kababs are really high quality and tasty its really comparable with best Iranian restaurants in iran itself

I had the pleasure of visiting a Persian restaurant, and I can only say it was an outstanding experience. The food was incredibly delicious—every bite was a feast for the senses. The flavors of the different dishes harmonized perfectly, showcasing the diversity of Persian cuisine. The restaurant's location was also impressive. It was tastefully decorated and created a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced the overall experience. I would especially like to mention the staff. They were extremely attentive and friendly, which made the evening even more enjoyable. Their service was prompt and professional, and they were always attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit!

No reservations but we still got a place for 9 people at 1930 and the place did fill up quickly. Food was amazing! Service is top notch! I ordered braised chicken with some really delicious rice (I will attach a photo of it). Absolutely recommend it because I am Asian, and I didn’t know you could do rice like THAT! The chicken was tender and so well-made I still think of it the days after. Do try it out. One of the best Persian restaurants in Frankfurt (and I have tried 4 so far)!

The dishes are an absolute delight: The meat is of outstanding quality – tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The shish kebab is especially recommended. The vegetables, rice, and side dishes are always fresh and perfectly balanced in flavor. Everything is served with attention to detail. For me, there's no better place for Persian cuisine on the entire Münchner Straße. If you value quality, hospitality, and a harmonious ambience, this is the place for you. This Persian spot? Delicious. One of my friends told me she hits this place every time she's in town for work and honestly, I couldn't agree more. Totally get why it's her go-to. The homemade lemonade? Absolute bomb. Super refreshing, just the right amount of sweetness might be worth coming here for that alone. If you love lamb, you're in for a treat. They know what they're doing. Their falafel and hummus? On point. Creamy, crispy, flavorful all the good stuff. The grilled veggies were done perfectly too just enough char to get that savory, roasted smell that makes your mouth water. Also gotta shout out the small but genius detail: they've got a sink outside the bathrooms so you can wash your hands without playing hide and seek with the restroom. Love that. Atmosphere and lighting were great, super chill but still felt classy. Definitely a spot worth coming back to business trip or not.

"Babam" is a delicious Persian restaurant with super friendly staff. A young employee at the cash register gave us great tips on what to order – especially helpful since we only had an hour for lunch. He helped us order quickly and was very friendly. The sharing appetizer platter was a real highlight – fresh, varied, and incredibly delicious. The homemade lemonade was also very refreshing, and the saffron pudding for dessert was simply divine. We'll definitely be back!

Great authentic persian cuisine in town centre walking distance from the cathedral in the direction of central station We came 2days in a row...food is soo good like home cooked meals with right flavors and acceptable prices for Germany The waiters are very friendly, especially farshieed It has a multi language menu Don't miss the kobbedah and the fresh baked tandoori bread u can see them baking for u And of course the tea is a must to close the meal

I can confidently say this is the best and most flavorful Persian restaurant in Europe. This was our second time visiting, and we specifically chose to end our trip here, just to enjoy these amazing dishes once more.

Yesterday I accidentally ended up in this restaurant and was very happy about it! The food is exceptionally tasty, the lamb is excellent, the dishes are magnificent, the drink DUG is delicious. The service is excellent, Persian hospitality. I highly recommend it to everyone!!

The Borani Bademjan and the grilled meats were my favorite! I love Persian food and it's one of my go-to food wherever I am in the world. A lot won't get it right, but I think Babam does, as far as the ones I have tried is concerned. Nothing fancy but it's about the food.

Quality and service a disaster. I advise you to go there. I definitely ate Persian better in Frankfurt!!!! There's a chicken drumstick there. Are you crazy? To save meat, a dry bone was placed on my plate. When I told the waiter this, he blatantly lied to my face and said we always do it that way. Understood! Since when do you put a piece of bone on your plate? Of course, very clever to fill the contents of the plate! In addition, the minced meat skewer is formed so thinly on the skewer to save even more meat. I paid 25 euros for that! Never again. I also noticed guests in the restaurant who were dissatisfied with the food. The service wasn't the best either. The good waiter drinks a beer in front of the guests, stands around and there was no talk of friendliness. All in all, you save your money and eat somewhere else instead.

Katastrophaler Service – nie wieder! After über two hours, our food was finally delivered - completely cold - I had to call the restaurant directly. Dort wurde mir keinerlei Lösung angeboten. Der Fahrer kontaktierte daraphin den Geschäftsführer (Ali) – und was dann folgte, war unfassbar: Statt sich um eine Lösung zu bemühen, bot man uns echtlich an, das Essen zurückzuschicken. Kein Ersatz, kein Entgegenkommen - nichts. Besonders erschreckend war der respektlose und aggressive Ton des Geschäftsführers im Umgang mit uns als Kunden. So ein Verhalten ist völlig inakzeptabel. Finger weg – absolut nicht emfehnelswert! After 2 hours, the whole food was cold and inedible and sent to me. After talking to the restaurant with no results, the driver aggressively called the restaurant manager (Ali) and he, in complete disrespect and irresponsibility, only offered me to send the food back!!!! I will never recommend such a poor and unprofessional restaurant to anyone who does not accept their service mistakes.

Disastrous service - never again! After our food was finally delivered after over two hours - completely ice cold - I first called the restaurant directly. I wasn't offered any solution there. The driver then contacted the manager (Ali) - and what followed was unbelievable: instead of trying to find a solution, we were simply offered to send the food back. No replacement, no accommodation - nothing. What was particularly shocking was the manager's disrespectful and aggressive tone when dealing with us as customers. Such behavior is completely unacceptable. Stay away - absolutely not recommended!

Whether you’re Persian or not, it doesn’t matter. This place serves some of the most delicious food you will ever try. For us, being far from home, it was more than just a meal, it was a truly memorable experience. The flavors were authentic and rich, just like the original Persian food we grew up with. Every bite reminded us of home. We felt welcomed, cared for, and completely satisfied. Highly recommended!

I have an incredible 4 (!!!) Persian restaurants in my city and each time I have to drive 60 km so that I can eat at Babam. Words cannot describe how good the food tastes here. It takes a poet ala Hafez or philosopher to describe the taste and quality in this restaurant. No matter what you order from the menu: everything tastes incredibly good. I usually order Mirza Ghazemi as a starter and Sultani as my main course. But now I just try every dish on the menu. It doesn't matter what you order: everything tastes damn good... Absolutely crazy! But that's not all, dear friends: No matter when you eat here, there are always 3 to 5 people working in the kitchen. I go to the bathroom to wash my hands and my food is already on the table when I come back. It doesn't matter how full the store is. That alone is worth 5 stars. I feel sorry for the people who walk past on the street and have no idea what they are missing. Without exaggerating, I can confirm 100% that this is the best Persian in Europe. Yes in Europe. I've eaten with Persians in Turkey, Greece, Georgia and France: no shop comes close to Babam. After every meal I would love to run into the kitchen and kiss the chefs' hands. I wish the people of Frankfurt would appreciate this pearl in the city more. Only negative point: I have to drive 60 km so I can eat here. Now I need a new apartment in Frankfurt. Baba Dametun Garm!

Great quality, well seasoned, and the rice was also great. ‏The staff was very friendly and attentive, you immediately feel at home. ‏A few things could be improved: The room was quite dark and the plastic chairs took away from the cozy atmosphere. Maybe the ambience could be made a little more cheerful, a little music in the background would definitely help too. ‏What I also noticed: There's a lot of noise coming in from outside. If you can find a solution for this, the experience would be even better. ‏But overall: I would love to come back

My experience was awful. I ordered zereshk polo with dough to take away. I waited more than thirty minutes. The quality of food was terrible. The chicken was not cooked very well and they forgot to put dough in my bag. I paid it without taking it. It is my last time to take something from this resturant

Absolute top restaurant for Persian cuisine. Have eaten here several times and never been disappointed. Portions are very generous and prices are reasonable for the food. Of course the location has a somewhat negative impact on the ambience, but the restaurant itself is not responsible for external influences. Clear recommendation! The food is good but our waiter was really rude. The restaurant was packed and we were asking him if it was possible to pick a booth as it would more comfortable for my elderly grandmother. To which he started scolding us that the table is too small for three people. I wouldn’t recommend it or go there again unless the behavior of the wait staff changes :/

We visited the restaurant for the first time and chose Kebab Koobideh. Unfortunately the kebab was extremely disappointing - it was neither tasty nor juicy. It tasted almost entirely of onions, as if it were made solely from onions. However, the surprise came with the bill: We had ordered a mixed starter plate, the menu said “for 2 people or more” for €10.50. The price seemed like it was for two people. But when the bill came, we suddenly had to pay €21! When we asked, they explained to us that the price was per person. So we ended up paying the price of a main course for something that wasn't even a full meal!

We visited this restaurant for the first time and ordered Kabab Koobideh. To be honest, I have never eaten such a tasteless and watery kebab in all my years in Germany. It tasted almost exclusively of onions, as if it were made only from them. And then came the surprise: We had also ordered a mixed starter plate, where the menu said rather unclearly from 2 people, with a price of €10.50. It looked like that was the total price for two people. But in the end we were charged €21! When we asked, they simply said: 'Yes, that's per person.' :/ So we basically paid the price of a main course - for something that wasn't even real food!

Ate Persian for the first time and discovered this restaurant by chance, absolutely loved it and will definitely become a regular here. Braised lamb was ordered, of incredible quality, beautifully decorated, appealing to every taste bud imaginable, with grilled vegetables (aubergine) and yoghurt dressing, plus lots of fresh herbs. The entire staff is attentive, extremely friendly and personable, excellent advice. 100 percent recommended!!!

I had a pleasant lunch at Babam in Frankfurt. The kashek bademjan was flavorful, with a nice balance of smoky eggplant and creamy yogurt. For the main dish, the kubideh was well-cooked, tender, and nicely spiced. The rice was light and paired well with the grilled tomato. The atmosphere was casual, and the service was friendly. Overall, it was a solid meal, nothing extraordinary, but definitely enjoyable. I’d return for a relaxed and satisfying lunch.

There is always bread delivered to the table. The portions are plentiful and tasty. Even the rice itself is good.

We dined here with a larger group. Unfortunately, the lamb was not seasoned well at all, so the pungent taste of the lamb was very strong. Other Persian restaurants are much better in this regard. However, the chicken skewers and rice tasted good. The homemade lemonade didn't taste good at all. It was slightly bitter (because it contained grapefruit) and we didn't like the slight rose note either. That's why I'd rather go for Persian food somewhere else in Frankfurt...

We ordered Kubideh and it tasted really good! However, the onions in the kebab were a bit roughly chopped so you could feel them when chewing. The staff was very friendly and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. However, the menu displayed on Google is not up to date - the prices in the restaurant are higher. For example, the Kubideh costs 20 euros here, although it is listed as 17 euros on Google. The saffron rice was very tasty. Overall it was a positive experience that I can recommend!
