Kish Restaurant in Frankfurt am Main

I was there with another person. We didn't wait for a queue or something. But, we were there around 5-6 PM before a little bit maybe typical dinner time. The staff was rellay friendly, kind and smiling. The service was good and fast. The food was really nice. I personally really like also Iranian food. It was a little bit expensive to be honest but still it deserved the money I would say. We ate outside but when I go inside to pay the bills I was regretful. Because, inside was amazing. The atmosphere, ambience of the restaurant inside was really great. So when you are in Frankfurt and want to try Iranian food, you should give it a try IMO.

I was absolutely thrilled! The restaurant offers authentic Persian cuisine of a very high standard – every dish was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and lovingly presented. I would especially like to highlight the service: attentive, friendly, and warm, without being intrusive. You immediately notice that the cooking and work here is done with passion. The ambiance is also harmonious, cozy, yet modern. A place where you immediately feel at home. I will definitely be back and can recommend the restaurant to anyone who appreciates good Persian food and genuine service.

The food was simply fantastic – authentic Persian cuisine with incredibly aromatic spices and perfectly prepared meat. We were particularly impressed by the saffron rice dishes and the appetizers. Uncle Farid was the highlight of the evening. So warm, attentive, and with a great sense of humor – you can immediately tell he loves his job. He explained everything to us in detail, gave us great recommendations, and looked after us perfectly.

Chelo Kebab at Kish Restaurant with Uncle Farid Mehrboon, all three are unique.

We've eaten Persian food at a few places, but Kish in Frankfurt exceeds all expectations. And a visit here would be unimaginable without Uncle Farid.

I had the worst restaurant experience of my life here. The staff was completely unfriendly, it was total chaos, there was no reception, and the tent smelled so bad. The seating was uncomfortable and the tables were too small. Once and never again.

The staff is rude. They should pay more attention to the cleanliness and smell of the restaurant.

The food is convincing, authentic, and very tasty. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is a bit rushed and loud; I would have preferred a more cozy atmosphere.

An absolute outrage! We had a reservation at the Kish restaurant in Frankfurt and still had to wait standing for half an hour with my pregnant wife – that's a disgrace in itself. When we finally sat down, it turned out that the chairs were so uncomfortable that my back hurt after a short while. A joke for a restaurant in this price range. The food was another shock: ice-cold, bland, and completely tasteless. When we complained, the waitress only came back with a plate of plain rice and said seriously, "The kitchen gave me that." Unbelievable! Afterward, we were supposedly given new food – but it was just as cold, dry, and inedible as before. The manager himself was also extremely unpleasant, arrogant, and in no way interested in making amends. Zero consideration, zero hospitality. There were four of us there – all of us disappointed. Uncomfortable chairs, lousy food, disrespectful service, and an unpleasant manager: it couldn't be worse. This "restaurant" is a complete flop. Never again!
