Fantastic hommus, fantastic falafel, fantastic rice. Everything tastes handmade. Fully recommended! The ambiance is very cozy and colourful. And the service was very attentive and respectful at the same time. We'll be back.

It was very pleasant. Service was super friendly. We didn't miss anything to feel like we were in Iran. Restaurant is beautifully decorated in Persian style. Food was prepared very hygienically. There was also plenty of vegetables and herbs as raw food. Homemade sodas are also strange but tasted perfect.

We went there with great pleasure and unfortunately we found it wasn't worth a second visit. We ordered a lamb shank and chicken breast, both with rice. The second dish arrived over 25 minutes later because there was nothing to eat together... it's Ramadan time and the restaurant was therefore very busy, which was also noticeable in the waiters who seemed stressed. Due to Lent there was a soup on the house which was also delicious. At the table we were asked if we liked the food and I honestly said that I was disappointed with the consistency of the meat, which was extremely tough like chewing gum, so it was hardly pleasant to eat and the rice was cold when served. Overall, I was hoping for more in terms of taste, which is what I expressed when I paid. We paid €65 for 2 main courses with hummus + 2 soft drinks. I was hoping for a higher quality or a more harmonious overall experience.

That was my first time trying Iran food, the experience was totally amazing. The rice 😍. Everything. They gave us a free little soup which was delicious. They also gifted us some tea leaf 🍂 to make at home.

Ich habe für meine Gäste einen Platz reserviert, aber der Bereich, den man uns gegeben hat, war ein Lagerraum, der laut deutschem Gesetz keinen Notausgang hatte. Ich verstehe nicht, wie es erlaubt sein kann, Gäste in einem Lagerraum eines Restaurants unterzubringen. Nachdem ich gegangen bin, haben meine Kleider stark nach Fett gerochen. Der Service war zudem sehr langsam. Nie wieder 🤮🤢

Am besten mit viel Appetit kommen, es gibt zuviele Köstlichkeiten. Die vegetarischen Gerichte sind auch einen Besuch wert. Dass es sehr voll ist, muss man einkalkulieren, reservieren. Großzügige und sehr freundliche Bewirtung. Unbedingt die Toilette aufsuchen, Überraschung!

Really disappointing! The most expensive and at the same time worst Persian food I had in Germany in 20 years. The meat was raw and tasteless, the chicken was supposed to be grilled but was obviously just cooked and then slightly burnt to make it look better. The same dish costs a maximum of €20 in good Iranian restaurants, but here they wanted €26 for it. Don't let the chic ambience fool you - here you only pay for the decoration, not for good food! I will definitely never go there again and will advise everyone I know not to!

Absolutely terrible! Hands down the worst and most overpriced Persian food I’ve had in 20 years in Germany. The meat was practically raw and completely flavorless, and the chicken, which was supposed to be grilled, was obviously just boiled and then torched on the outside for show. Disgusting. The same dish costs no more than 20€ at top Iranian restaurants, but these scammers charged 26€! Do NOT be fooled by the fancy decor – they rip you off and serve you garbage. I wouldn’t come back here if they paid me, and I’ll make sure everyone I know stays far away from this place!

One of the best restaurants in Frankfurt and a super friendly waitress!!! We went here for my birthday dinner. Our waitress was called Faezeh and was very nice and friendly, she made our evening twice as nice! We ordered a menu, from which you can get a starter, soup, main course, dessert and a bottle of wine for only 110€ for 2 people💓

Good day. We had dinner with a birthday party in the Kish restaurant on January 5th, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. The kish restaurant is very nicely decorated and there is enough space in the restaurant. As a starter we had several vegetarian platters for more than four people. The starters were very tasty and everyone enjoyed them. For the main course we had various rice dishes with grilled chicken breast and grilled lamb. We were all very happy with the food and the service from waiters from kish restaurant. We will definitely come back to eat at the kish restaurant soon.

I went to Kish Restaurant today and had a great experience! I ordered Kabab Torsch and the meat was incredibly tender, perfectly seasoned and had a nice, slightly sour note - simply delicious. My friend had Baghali Polo ba Mahiche, and the meat was buttery soft, literally falling off the bone. The combination with the aromatic rice and fresh herbs was a delight. The service was very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and cozy. Overall a great experience – we will definitely be back!

We had the pleasure of eating at Kish Retaurant. It was a wonderful experience. The food was a real highlight. We are particularly impressed by the appetizer plate for 2 people. The variety of traditional Persian specialties was impressive, and everything was fresh, aromatic and perfectly seasoned. Main courses were excellent and prepared with great attention to detail. The service was extremely friendly and attentive without being intrusive. You can tell that hospitality is very important here. We'll definitely be back!

So I'll start with food. It was good but not very good. The meat is of good quality but the sausage quality of the meat was not good. Who seasoned far too little. The rice was very good. The service took a very long time until someone came and took the order and the order itself took over half an hour. The staff were friendly. I have to say the ambience was oriental but more wouldn't have hurt. It's very cool that you can eat downstairs in the basement, but since the ceilings aren't that high you feel a bit cramped.

It's outrageous that children are not wanted. Wanted to reserve a table for 5 people. First it was said that something was free and then suddenly when it was said that there were 2 children there was suddenly nothing free. Strangely enough. Ps. And you can only pay in cash. I recently went to this Persian restaurant and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was to die for - the flavors of Persian cuisine came through perfectly and every dish was freshly prepared. We particularly recommend the lamb kebab and the saffron rice, simply a delight! Also the desserts, like the Persian Helva. I'll definitely be back😊

Very nice place with very polite and nice staff with very very tasty food

We initially wanted to sit in the shop but then decided on the tent in front of the shop because it was too narrow and too crowded and you couldn't enjoy food there. Unfortunately it was very cold in the tent and the heaters were far too weak. Then we ordered food and got free soup due to the cold; Which was nice, but then we waited a total of 1 1/2 hours for the main course, even though all the guests who came after us had long since eaten their dishes. The waiter said that's normal, we're so busy, I don't think so OK. The food wasn't special, but the prices were even more so, the price/performance ratio was absolutely not right, even though so many people gave it good reviews, unfortunately that was our impression of tonight's dinner and we can't recommend it. :((

Authentic cuisine that tastes like the best Persian food I have tasted so far. In addition, a great interior design and attentive and hospitable service. Prices are normal Frankfurt standard. A reservation is highly recommended as the restaurant is also busy during the week.

Everything is just perfect. At the beginning there was a greeting from the kitchen with a small soup. However, the portions are huge - so if you're not a big eater, even one starter might be enough. We definitely couldn't finish it. The service was very attentive, even though the restaurant was packed. You should definitely reserve in advance. All in all it was excellent

We ordered Schaschlik kebab and Jooje kebab with Fesenjoon sauce. As a Persian i don’t recommend it, out of the reason one: i was very very disappointed by schischlik, it was nothing close to schischlik!! Not even the meat it self wasn’t sheep Ribeye, not tender at all and wrong marinade!! And second the Jooje kebab with fesenjoon, Kebab it self was okay but the sauce was plant pomegranate sauce!! Not Fesenjoon! I don’t understand the reason for writing Fesenjoon in the Menu!! And finally the rice!! Seriously for that price, you deserve to get at least Persian rice!!! Not basmati!! Except the disappointing food, the service was good. Nice people and Atmosphere, but if you want to try Persian food for the first time i say don’t expect the best Persian food experience!!

Hello, the worst restaurant I went to was Kish Poor quality and expensive food Hallo, I was in a restaurant in Kish und habe dort gegessen. Das Essen was sehr schlecht und tuer. Gehen Sie hier auf keinen Fall hin.

The food has become really expensive and the portions are much smaller, so to speak half the food for twice the price. The restaurant is so narrow that people actually sit very close to each other - almost like a family at home. In my opinion, a restaurant is a place where you want to eat in peace with your partner or family. But in this restaurant, all guests sit as if they were at a single table. You should leave more space between tables so that customers feel comfortable.

So the price-performance ratio is not right for me at all. I paid as much as in a steak house, but at the same time the quality and quantity of meat was just “okay” enough to eat (lamb). The sauces and Persian drinks were not as flavorful as one would expect from Persian cuisine. In general, that certain something was missing for me, no attention to detail.... The starters and desserts that you normally get can be saved for my taste. Better cheaper prices and/or better quality of food. This was the second time I was here. Before I write a review, I wanted to be sure that I wasn't mistaken. I just think other Persian restaurants are much better. The service was friendly and the location is very nice, but that's why we get an extra star.

Saturday evening in winter, it's pouring rain. We had reserved a table - but only one in the heated outside tent was available. You had to wait for a table inside. So we wait. In addition to overflowing clearing stations. A table was then squeezed in between, in an already overcrowded room, with a cardboard sign with a handwritten table number on it. A conversation was difficult - the neighboring tables were 15cm away. The staff was very nice and helpful across the board, but overwhelmed by the mass of guests, desperately looking for the unknown table, forgetting drink orders, the main course came while the starters had not yet been cleared away. The food - okay. When it comes to occupancy, it only comes at the expense of quality and details, but it was fine. The price of over 100 euros for 2 people (non-alcoholic drinks, plates to share, no dessert) would be ok for me if you didn't have the feeling of mass processing here. 7 fewer tables in the room, less stressed staff, a little more order and it would be a great experience. So we honestly feel ripped off. Three stars for the hard-working staff and the okay food.

Paid too much We had dinner with several people and I ended up paying the total cost. Unfortunately, it later turned out that I paid a total of €26 (minus tip) too much. This probably came about because drinks that were not ordered came to the table and were returned, but were still on the bill. Of course, it was also my mistake, but when there were several people, no one asked who drank what at that moment. This was very annoying. Otherwise, very nice service and the food was very tasty and plentiful. Unfortunately, our table of 9 people was near the door and due to the constant operation it was rather cool and sometimes very loud.

The food was excellent and the staff extremely accommodating. However, the placement of our five-person table in the stuffy basement room was unfavorable. The smell of the food, especially the intense scent of onions, was concentrated there, which made me cry. Improving ventilation in the basement is urgently needed. We were happy to be outside in the fresh air again.

We were eating in the shop with 5 friends. Although reserved, we were not registered. Nevertheless, we were offered a place in the basement, past the toilets, in a dimly lit room with small tables. We agreed so that there wouldn't be a bad mood. The room wasn't bright enough and the meal cards couldn't be read. There may have been mold at the top where the camera is. I don't think there are hardly any negative reviews. A friend didn't publish the negative one because of defamation 😂. What a crap. Back to the restaurant again, the food was too expensive and a friend had to throw up, possibly the cream from the dessert was to blame. Parking spaces are in short supply unless you park in front of the restaurant 😂.

Kish is an absolute gem! 💎 We started with an assortment of dips that were incredibly fresh and flavorful, each bite was a treat. For the main, we shared the Waziri plate for four, and it was perfection. The meats were cooked to perfection, with tender, juicy meats bursting with authentic Persian spices. The portions were generous, and the space was warm. Highly recommend for a fantastic dining experience!

We've eaten there a few times. In principle the food is good, BUT there were one or two things to complain about. We had reserved a table for 7 people. Unfortunately we were placed in the basement. Not a nice room and nice ambience. The tables were much too deep (garden tables with tablecloths) and the chairs were an absolute disgrace. Our neighbor at the table (tall man, normal weight) sat down and the chair collapsed. Absolute rubbish! About the service: The food was absolutely good, hot, had a large portion and tasted very good. Due to the fact that we were sitting in this bunker, the waiting times were incredibly long. The service was subpar. Criticism is not accepted and being addressed as a customer as “brother” is extremely dubious and anti-social. Unfortunately you realize that it's just about Profit is important and the store must be filled at all costs. Unfortunately it has lost some of its ambience and class. Too bad!

This might be the best Iranian restaurant I have seen in all of Europe. The restaurant is very clean, and the staff do an excellent job. The restaurant's ambiance is beautifully designed. The food was incredibly good and excellent. Both the grilled chicken and koobideh were perfectly cooked and had an amazing taste.
