Joe Peña’s is highly recommended! The food was incredibly delicious - fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned and authentically prepared. The cocktails were creative and super tasty. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy, with a great Mexican flair. The service was very good - attentive, quick and there when you needed something. Special thanks to Nuri, who is a very important character in Peña's with his way. We will definitely come back and can only recommend it to everyone.

I've been to the Hungry Turtle three times so far and I have to say that the food is really good and, for my taste, it offers the best Mexican food in Ulm. The selection is completely sufficient and offers the most common dishes, tacos, quesedillas, buritos and also bowls with various fillings, including small black beans. The only point of criticism for me is the price-performance ratio of a dessert, namely the smores. When it comes to dips, you can rely on the fact that if it says spicy, it will be spicy, but tasty. You can tell that these are homemade products. The service staff are very friendly and helpful. Only if the Hungry Turtle is full can there be a slightly longer waiting time. I personally think the ambience is unique and aimed at a somewhat "younger" or young-at-heart audience, so it's certainly not for the general public, but that's completely fine for me and I feel comfortable. Unfortunately I can't give half stars because from my point of view I would give the Hungry Turtle 4.5 stars.

Adjustment of the review: great reaction to our negative experience: we received a voucher for €20 as compensation / Waited 50 minutes for food and was late for the cinema. The steak was not “medium” as ordered, but “well done”. You leave a lot of money there and then you should be able to expect the right level of doneness. As a "compensation" the drinks were supposed to be on the house, but due to the time pressure we didn't do the math straight away and found out at home that only the cheapest drink was waived. All in all very disappointing.

Das Acapulco ist ein großartiges Restaurant, ideal für einen lockeren, entspannten und unterhaltsamen Abend. Das stimmige Ambiente passt perfekt zur vielseitigen Speisekarte, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überzeugt – vor allem dank der großzügigen Portionen. Besonders empfehlen kann ich die Vorspeise *Molitos*, die jedes Mal ein Highlight ist. Ich habe das Acapulco schon oft besucht und kann es zu 100 % weiterempfehlen!

Freudenstadt... well. Unfortunately, apart from Germany's largest marketplace, nothing earth-shattering. Ah... yes! What a surprise... Enchilada, doesn't necessarily look Mexican from the outside, but looks are deceiving. The service starts at 4 p.m. and is very nice and highly qualified. A tasting of tequilas (photo shows everything) for €18.00 is not to be missed. Margarita classic very tasty, Margarita Corona an experience. Conclusion: the 260 km journey was worth it just for that. If it weren't so far, I would go there every two weeks. Great ambience, great decor and decoration. All in all... very happy again.

The Peppers in Ulm appeals more to the young crowd with its cheap prices and decent food. The ambience is simple, the service is nice. The house wine was convincing.

Absolute Katastrophe, nie wieder! Haben, trotz Reservierung, 2 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet, das nicht gekommen ist. Sind dann sehr enttäuscht und genervt gegangen. Unseren Silvesterabend haben wir uns anders vorgestellt.
