Good Mexican restaurant with a very extensive menu that makes it difficult to choose. The food was very good, the service was friendly and the price-performance ratio was okay.

The food was super delicious! Unfortunately, in the last 1.5 hours no one was with us to ask if we wanted anything else. Would have liked to drink something more. Apart from that, absolutely recommended 👌🏼

Service great, drinks could be a little better. I really enjoyed the veggie burger, the other dish wasn't my thing at all. My girlfriend thought it was good. The prices are good or average, the veggie burger cost €14.90 I don't remember the drink, but you can get more out of it, we both thought it wasn't that good. I don't remember how expensive it was.

Our reservation for this evening was received warmly and friendly over the phone. Mohamed and his whole team are wonderful hosts. Elisa lives service with a lot of heart, her colleague brought the food with a smile. Everyone pitches in. There was a lot going on, but everyone tried so hard to ensure that the guests had a wonderful evening. Nothing was missing. We always feel very comfortable with you and appreciate the quality that has been consistent for many years. Great Mexican cuisine. There's a lot of work behind this. Great effort is made to ensure that every guest gets their food quickly, despite many tables being occupied. From the bar to the service, the kitchen, cleaning staff, dishwashers, just a big thank you to all of you. Keep it up. We see your commitment and would be happy to come back.

The food was served after 5 minutes, was only warmed up and had a strange edge that fell off, never eat there again! Never seen anything so disgusting. Service was very messy and often offered us the wrong drinks. Food downstairs was cold and just sickening. I highly recommend this restaurant if you don't want to have a stomach ache afterwards.

The food is very tasty, almost a bit much. The two of us had an appetizer but took the leftovers home. Next time definitely without a starter. The staff is super nice, very attentive and quick. The location is also very nice. We'll definitely be back.

I was recently at Mezcalitos in Reutlingen and here is my impression: The food was good average - nothing special, but not bad either. The service was friendly and tried hard, so it was completely fine. The restaurant was averagely clean, no cause for complaint. A typical, solid gray restaurant. You can eat well there, but there's nothing outstanding.

A great restaurant with several Mexican dishes. In addition to the good food, there is also a large selection of cocktails. The restaurant also has a cozy outdoor area, where you can eat well, especially in summer. We have eaten here several times with friends and family, highly recommended.

Great food and the place looks amazing! The only reason I remove a star at service is because I had to wait for a long time before I got my food, but it was a busy night and I was with a large group so it's understandable. Outside of that, the staff was really nice and competent. The restaurant offers a broad range of Mexican food so everyone will find something to their taste.

We went to Mezcalitos for dinner in May 2024. When making the reservation, I stated that it was one of the companions' birthday. Immediately upon greeting, everyone was congratulated and announced a free cocktail. That was a very nice gesture. The free drink (Long Island Ice Tea) was served to the celebrant with sparklers. Unfortunately the cocktail was undrinkable. It took some effort, but we criticized the quality. The cola was stale, no crushed ice, just 3 careless ice cubes in the glass. After the complaint, a second Long Island Ice Tea was served - equally inedible. The only plausible explanation would be that we were there on a Monday and the bartender was probably on vacation. The service was listless and arrogant. The quality of the food is commendable!

It's becoming a tradition to celebrate my birthday there, yesterday it was that time again 😊 I love the food and my whole family loves it 🥰 The ambience, the service, the food, everything was perfect. Quietly located, you can sit comfortably inside and outside and enjoy your food. Price/performance ratio is also TOP. We drive about 40 minutes from us but it's definitely worth it 👍🏻❤️

Really delicious (and I say this as an Italian). Spectacular drinks both with and without alcohol. I recommend the one with coconut milk😋 the food is good and very plentiful. The portion of the dishes is practically for two, which is why it costs a little more. I recommend trying to split a dish first and then decide later whether to have another. Highly recommended

Mezcalitos offers an exceptional dining experience. The vibrant decor and welcoming staff create a festive atmosphere. We enjoyed the fresh guacamole with nachos. They were tender and flavorful. The enchiladas verdes were also fantastic, with a tangy tomatillo sauce. Generous portions and reasonable prices make this restaurant a must-visit. Highly recommended: Shrimps tapas!

The portions are large and the price-performance ratio is reasonable. The cocktails are also highly recommended. You can pay both in cash and by card. We'd love to come back :)

The tacos fell apart. I couldn't really enjoy my food. Even though I complained, the food was included in the bill. And they didn't respond to my complaint. The waitress then became cheeky.

Five of us were there for the first time, and in general everything was ok except for two points. 1. For one person, the tacos were so soggy that you couldn't lift them off the plate and eat them 2. When it was mentioned, we were explained well by the waiter “Mohammed” but loudly attacked by the waitress named “Maria” or something like that, who probably can't accept constructive criticism. Impudence!

OUTSTANDING GESTURE FROM ARMIN AND MOHAMAD!!! As a family (four of us) we reserved a table at 6:00 p.m. Unfortunately we couldn't be there on time and were 15 minutes late. Nevertheless, we received a very, very friendly welcome from Armin and Mohammed and were escorted to our table. In a short conversation between Armin and Muhamed we explained that we were late because we were currently having technical problems in our bathroom. Both of them were visibly sorry. There was an incredibly nice gesture from both of them when we actually wanted to pay. They both asked the four of us to choose a drink of our choice from the menu. At first we couldn't believe this and asked again whether it made any difference which drinks we chose. Both confirmed that we could actually choose a drink of our choice and that it would be on the house. An incredibly nice gesture from both of them and a big compliment to them, we will be happy to come back and by the way, the food was excellent. Thank you very much for this great, unforgettable evening and especially for the great friendly and above all human gesture of the two Armin and Mohamed!!!! You are the reason why people enjoy going to a restaurant. Your nice and friendly nature was simply amazing. Unfortunately, this sort of thing is anything but common these days. Please keep this kind of love. Thank you very much to both of you. And best wishes from all four of us.

I recently went to Mezcalitos in Reutlingen with friends, we had a really great evening! Armin looked after us very well, thank you for that, I'm excited to see whether we'll see the drink we talked about on the menu in the summer ;-) The food was delicious, the service was friendly and attentive and the cocktails tasted great. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I can only recommend Mezcalitos and will definitely come back!

Very loud, it took ages for someone to come. Food was great.

It was busy and the service was quite impatient. Understandable but still not nice. The food wasn't great and was kind of bland. I'll try again anyway. Maybe it'll be a better fit and I'll try something else. Maybe you can also have a non-vegan chili con carne.

The chili is unspectacular, as I prepare it myself. For that, around 14 euros is pretty steep. The churros were outrageously expensive. 8.50 euros for 5 individual churros with half a slice of pineapple! A waiter was nice. Another served from behind over my friend's head and reacted very unfriendly, almost aggressively, when she moved. Overall not recommended.

No matter whether you just go out to eat here or celebrate your birthday there - it's always great and an experience. The service has a cool sense of humor, it's always nice and funny with everyone. The food is absolutely great too! We always like to come back! # sporty cola wheat ;-)

Great Mexican restaurant. The food and the non-alcoholic cocktails were delicious and also inexpensive (well below the prices in Ludwigburg). The service was friendly and accommodating. And what I also see as a very big plus are the extras in the bathroom. A few care and hygiene products are provided in both the men's and women's toilets. You don't see that often. I think it's really great. Despite it being a Saturday, we were able to reserve a table for 5 p.m. at very short notice (1 day before), but otherwise it was fully booked, as is to be expected on weekends. If we are in Reutlingen again, we would love to come by again. :)

Been back to Mezcalitos in a long time. Unfortunately the staff was replaced. We didn't feel welcome. We weren't allowed to swap tables. There were eight of us and wanted a table for six because the children didn't need the space. The lady just said that that wasn't possible. When we paid, the table we wanted was still not occupied. After almost 30 minutes we were finally able to order. If the order had been taken earlier, we would have been finished by 7 p.m., as the table would probably have been reserved again by then. We hadn't eaten everything yet and were asked to please leave the table within four minutes. So we were more or less forced out. But there was no one to be seen far from us. The food was good, but unfortunately the service was not like it was three years ago.

Inviting look, ambience harmonious and authentic. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The dishes are typically Mexican and well executed. The quality of the food is also good, not fine dining, but tasty, fresh and delicious! The portion size is also positive; you will definitely be full here. A timely table reservation is recommended.

Really great restaurant, you could get a table even without a reservation. We were welcomed very friendly. The atmosphere is fabulous, you feel so comfortable. The food tastes fantastic. The service is very friendly, courteous and always with a smile on their faces. Absolute recommendation.

The food is ok but the service was terrible. The beer mats were thrown with a slap onto the table in front of us, the wrong food was delivered and my companion's chair was jostled by the waitress. There was no apology or anything like that. It also felt like there was no alcohol in the cocktail. In the end it was expensive but you didn't really get any performance for it. At least the portions are big.
