The fries and potato wedges just weren't crispy. The rest was good especially the garlic sauce.

So I got two pizzas earlier and they were spicy. Yes, I wanted one like that, but if you have to take almost everything down to eat it, then defensively it's a no go and I can eat spicy Sorry but there is room for improvement

A great alternative to the long kebab. Very tasty...however, this is not an original Mexican style...but still recommended. Two generations have gone to El Taco. Formerly in the restaurant...now in the small store. Very clean and well organized. Gladly again.👌

We were here in a small group. Even though the restaurant wants to seem authentic, the food was far from it. The price was completely unjustified for the quantity and quality of the food, no spices in the sour cream, shoe sole as carne asada, the food, the meat content and the quality are very important to the restaurant's wallet, a typical "craft" new-age shop. We were very disappointed, we had to wait for ages and our table was simply forgotten. The price-performance ratio didn't fit at all. It's a shame, visually the restaurant leaves us expecting more.

The food was good, not mindblowing but certainly not bad. My main issue was with the service. We were seated outside and given menu's, and nothing seemed to be out of the ordinary. Key thing to point out is that we clearly weren't German, and didn't speak German very well. Shortly after we were seated, some other guests were seated close to us, at least one of them didn't speak German either. We overheard the service staff asking them if they wanted English menu's, which they never asked us. The service staff also asked them if they were smokers and wanted an ashtray, again, they never asked us. After we ordered and had gotten our food, we nearly had to grab service staff by their collars to receive service, like extra drinks or the check. When we did get the check, they weren't shy about asking for a tip. When I said no, because I didn't think we were served properly, the service staff didn't say another word to us, not so much as a goodbye, or asking why I didn't want to leave a tip. It's a shame that an otherwise good night was overshadowed by such terrible service.

I just love Mexican. The burritos and cocktails are great. The only drawback. The chilli could be a little bigger.

Unfortunately, I have to revise my 5 star rating from a few years ago: the portions are getting smaller and smaller, but the prices are rising, that's one thing and understandable. That you are served lukewarm food where the gratinated cheese is as tough as the sole of a shoe. In general, the quality of the food has deteriorated significantly and some of the dishes are presented carelessly. Some time ago it was so full here on Friday and Saturday evenings that you definitely had to reserve a table in advance. This is definitely no longer necessary and in my opinion the reasons for this clearly lie in the quality of the drinks and food. More attention should also be paid to the cleanliness and functionality of the toilets. The waitresses are friendly and accommodating - but that doesn't outweigh the above points.

Save rips and caipirinha. If the meat sticks to the bone and Caipirinha is made with syrup, I'm out. The service was great, the tequila to put it bluntly was that good one with the red hat. Disaster and definitely not authentic.

We ate there today and were unfortunately disappointed. Even though we specifically requested that our cocktails be served without ice, they still came with ice. The waitress said she passed the order on like that. The wait for the food was an hour even though the restaurant wasn't even full. The steak was completely dry and inedible. The waitress said she would pass it on, but that doesn't help me in this case as I still had to pay for the meal in full even though I couldn't eat half of it. Here I would have expected that I would be accommodated because of the price, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. If the owner then writes a reply, he can save himself the “copy-and-pace” banter. If you treat your customers' expectations and criteria like this, you shouldn't be surprised if the business goes bankrupt at some point. I'm sorry, but that's the truth. This urgently needs to be improved.
